Was bored and artblocked so I designed a character off an enderman. Except lady. I was thinking about all the different plant and soil types that they pick up and started considering why. So I’ve decided she’s a botanist/horticulturist. It just felt right.

She’s an amalgamation of different enderian designs I’ve seen, so if bits look familiar or similar to others, that’s why. Also since the end is pretty much the moon, I’ve been looking for an excuse to use these moon scythes forever now, and scythes are used to cut grass, it felt pertinent.

Enderian design!! I really wanted to make her look more like THE END rather than just an ender lady. Incorporated more of those endstone/end portal colors into her design. And I tried to make the crown reminiscent of those obsidian spires found on end islands.

Icarus has never really gotten to be themself, never really gotten to be Icarus

They’re always had some external force pushing them to be someone, in one way or another

Fable pushing them to be useful, to be violent, to be the exact version of them he wants them to be

Enderian pushing them to be violent to show that they are no different than Fable, and to show that overworlds are violent

Fable SMP thoughts about the current arc

Fable SMP has always been a story, to me at least, where no character is completely good or completely evil. Yes we had “villains” in season 1 with Enderian and in season 2 with Perix. But even they aren’t just evil. They are doing what they are doing for a reason and have motivation behind it. Like we have seen with Perix and Ven in “Relapse”. When she and Ven argued she slipped up and said “This is a good thing. I am good for you Enderian”. 

In this coming arc I don’t think we will have a classical and clear villain like we had before. Noone is really “bad”. Both Heyhay and Sherbert have said that their goal is to make us think about who we trust and who we believe. 

This doesn’t mean Enderian is in the wrong or suddenly Fable is in the wrong. Neither of them are. It’s a question about perspective. About who tells the story. For the longest time we only had one side of the story of what happened. Fable side. Now Rae is learning the other side. That doesn’t mean Fable is suddenly evil. We are just learning things we did not know before. 

We are filing in the gabs and it makes sense for Rae to listen to what enderian has to say. Not because he is being corrupted or he suddenly wants contact with her or likes her. This is not a Rae villain arc. No, he still hates her for what she did. This was made very clear in “Her perspective”. The difference is that she now is able to tell her side, fill in gaps and give answers to things Fable will not / has not answered from her side. 

Rae as a character always strived to get answers and to fill in the gaps. To find out what truly happened. So of course he takes the chance he has to get answers and learn more. That is how Rae works. 

Icarus on the other hand only has Fable’s point of view as they do not know that Enderian is telling her side of the story and they are very unlikely to listen to what she has to say as they are tired and do not want anything to do with her. Again. This is not an “Icarus is wrong”. They simply only have one side of the story.

Neither in the story of Fable SMP as a whole nor in the story of the gods is one character the main character or one character entirely good or entirely evil. They all have flaws and mistakes and that makes them who they are and how they are. It rounds them out. It’s who tells the story. 

As the cast tells us whenever there is a big server event, It is important to see all perspectives on it and then make your own opinion.

In the end we will have to see how the story plays out and I am very excited for it

Was watching an old style theory video about how purple and green are typically seen as 'evil' colors due to a bunch of stuff

And it kinda made me think of Fable's original mural color. Green. Yellow is typically that color of happiness (or gold, I guess), but it was originally green-

Which along with being one of the typical "evil" colors, is also a cool toned color

Then there's Enderian- who's purple (of course- because the end is purple)

but that's also an "evil" color, and a cold one... and she was once a protagonist

Then there's Isla.

Isla's colors are fairly muted- the vibrancy coming from the paler blues she wears.

I feel like if you place Isla beside Fable and Enderian, it's very clear to sort of determine their roles/personalities?

Fable is a very sharp character- the eyes, the ears, the hair, even the picture perfect corners where his suit folds. Its all sharp.

Enderian is a bit less sharp, but she still holds sharper angles. Her ears, her body shape seemingly being more triangular based- all that stuff. But she's noticeably less sharp that Fable, I'd say.

Oh then there's Perix. Sorta close to Purple and green if you ask me- (of course its more magenta and blue if not tealish blue- but who's counting?)

I think I’ve figured out the age ranking of the major gods.

Fable invades the Nether first, implying he’s used to pushing Nethrum around. Nethrum is the youngest, Fable is older than them.

Alerion creates spaces for their siblings to create their realms, they went to him for help. Alerion is oldest.

After Alerion’s death, Enderian stepped up as the now eldest sibling to protect her innocent youngest sibling from Fable

Oldest to Youngest: Alerion, Enderian, Fable, Nethrum.
