There’s two ways we fake claim ourselves and I’m curious to see if other people do the same.

The first way is the most obvious, convincing ourself that we’re not a system, that our alters are made up and that we don’t have DID.

The second way is being convinced we have DID but that our Alters are all made up and we don’t have information about the actual alters of our system. (Ex. In our system we have Aspen James and Salem, if these alters were just made up, but there are alters in our system that are undiscovered and not made up.)

I don’t know if anyone else feels the same way as the second one, but it’s a weird thing to think about.

Honestly saying that plurality is not a disorder by itself is harmful tbh. It potrays traumagenic systems as if they chose to be one by themselves. I will not respect people who say they can become a system out of their own will, because it invalidates the pain and suffering we have to endure to get through the day. I'd throw away being a system if I was given the chance. We shouldnt really just take what people say for granted, because that way everyone could be a system if they wanted to be, that's just not how it works.

Was in a syscord where a staff member had narcissists on their DNI.. wtf!

The server boasted being cluster b friendly and many of the other staff were cluster b, but when it was brought up to that a staff member had narcissists on their DNI everyone just went "it's because of TRAUMA and it's BOUNDARIES".

They compared it to why they have ENDOS on their DNI.

I decided to look through some syscourse stuff and made myself frustrated so here’s a reminder.

Saying endogenic systems aren’t real isn’t ableist. You need DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) or OSDD (Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder) to be a system. Endogenic systems claim that you don’t need to be disordered to be a system. If your system did not form due to a disorder then it’s not ableism. Being anti-endo isnt ablest.

You can still be ableist to endo systems if you are discriminating against them for having a disorder, such as BPD or autism, but discriminating against endo systems because of their origin is not ableist
