Tales of Gotham
There are many stories from my city and the neighbouring towns that can be quite comical. One of these towns is known for having very stupid people in it. The reason behind this is that during the reign of King John, he was meant to pass through Gotham on his way to Nottingham but the towns people did not want this to happen; and so they made themselves seem incredibly stupid when his scouts checked the route.
Through this many tales came about the place and I wanted to share one in particular that made me giggle.
The Men of Gotham and The Cuckoo
The men of Gotham noticed that whenever a cuckoo came to town, Summer would be right behind it. They decided that when the cuckoo would next visit, they would trap the bird in hopes that the summer would stay with the bird.
Once the cuckoo came the men got to work, building a fence around the tree in which the cuckoo sat. The men of Gotham were extremely proud of themselves until the day came that the cuckoo flew over the fence and left the village.
The men kicked themselves, promising that the following year they will build the fence high enough so the bird cannot escape.

“who are you? i don’t even know your name” “don’t be in such a rush. you will give me a name someday. and i live in terror of that day” / “i’m afraid to turn around. not of your anger, though. i’m afraid i’ll see nobody” / “go on dreaming. when you dream about my likeness you create it” / “when you loved no one you never thought of death” / “give her proof of her love” “shall i?” “kill her before she sees you” “no!” “then kill yourself” “how?” “let her go”

“I felt like crying but nothing came out. it was just a sort of sad sickness, sick sad, when you can't feel any worse. I think you know it. I think everybody knows it now and then. but I think I have known it pretty often, too often.”

Miraculous Ladybug Season 5 google drive link (to be updated by yours truly!)
So this has been a long time coming!
So you guys know I like to post drive links separately for episodes as they come out, but for a while I’ve had the idea to make a folder and upload the episodes to drive so that it’s easier for people to access. And thanks to the anon who reminded me of that idea, I decided to finally go through with it!
So the way this works is that the folder will contain the English Dubs of all episodes + subs of episodes not yet dubbed, and once every episode is dubbed in English it will be only a English dub folder! I’m thinking of also making a separate folder for the French Dub, but I’ll let you guys know when that happens! I’m adding this post to the pinned post, and this will be reblogged every time a new episode airs + is added!!
Anyway without further ado, here it is! Let me know if there are any problems, and enjoy!
[Credits to Miraculous.to for uploading the episodes + subbing them! That website the fastest way to get episodes and I downloaded all the vids on this drive link from there !!)
(P.S. Try not to share this link too much! Sharing w friends and mutuals and reblogging this on tumblr is 100% fine + encouraged, but don’t repost this link on Twitter or Instagram anything like that. It increases the chance of it getting taken down + could cause issues and I’m not ab to deal with all that lmao)
