Y’all are killing me with these uwu readers so here’s the Dio x Reader headcanon list you didn’t ask for where the reader attempts to have some backbone

“Namely, when one comes across something stronger than them, and there is absolutely no way to fight back. Or when they encounter something unknown. You may either struggle, resist, run away, or accept. But upon meeting upon meeting Lord DIO, a fifth option is introduced…Joy!”

You heard this ridiculous prattle and immediately yelled out “Cease that infernal caterwauling you old crone.”

Who could ever understand the complexity of emotions you felt towards he who proclaimed to be your husband?

Enyaba was years older than the others, but still seemed to only be capable of two things: blindly casting herself at the feet of Dio Brando, or secretly boring holes into the back of your head with her penetrating glare.

You cared not a whit. In fact your indifference seemed to be the driving force behind Dio’s intense pursuit of your affections.

Truly no one has ever seen anything like it, the possessive grip he has on your waist or the greedy way he lays a hand on your glutes is foreign. He’s never treated anyone else like this before.

People will melt in desire at his touch. Yet you seem to be almost annoyed at its consistency.

“Will you please…” you hiss in his ear just loud enough for everyone else to hear. They all have to pretend they don’t notice, but the shock is hard to conceal when they see their “god” absolutely pouting at your rejection.

They all know better than to bring up the fact that you don’t seem interested in him. Once a meal he’d let live made the nasty comment that you were just a plain old woman hiding behind a facade of fangs.

He rescinded the offer of life immediately.

You are far older than Enyaba. Some speculate you are the same age as Dio, and you have confirmed this fact to Hol Horse who eagerly relays that you were sixteen at the time of your turning back in 1889. Hence the fanciful way you talk in that soft antiquated English.

It’s hard to really get you alone to find out more, Dio never leaves you alone for very long.

But it is obvious he thinks the world of you, worshiping the crook of your neck with his lips whenever he gets the chance, trying to make you smile and laugh with playful antics that remind one of a schoolyard romance.

Most of the time you shy away, a frown evident on your face. You’re perhaps the only person in Dio’s circle who has the power or propensity to actively deny him when you just do not want affection.

You even have the audacity to groom him when it suits you, an act that he will willingly drop any concubine for, clothes or not. His meals and devoted followers seethe with anger when they try to touch his face and he slaps their hands away, meanwhile you will wipe his face of blood, tame his blonde mane with your fingers, caress his clothes if you see a thread out of place.

And he melts.

He is completely absorbed in your touch and will follow you like a puppy, clamoring clumsily for more.

While you do have your pleasant points, more often than not you seem grumpy or agitated. No one would ever be able to discover that you are this way because at first you were in love with another. A tragic Stockholm syndrome relationship developed between the two of you when you realized he was going to stop at nothing to ensure you belonged to him.

It took a great amount of time to convince you of his sincerity. Especially considering he didn’t just let you die that night and instead took you with him whereas your previous lover had not yet in a hundred years even tried to find you.

You’re moving on from childish ideals held in the past, trying to make things work with the one person in the entire world who actually loves you and wants you to stay.

You’re used to having to struggle for affection. You’re not used to it just being doled out on a silver platter all for you.

It’s hard. It’s so hard accepting the fact that your life is drastically different now that you’re awake, and your callousness is only because you are still adjusting to this new life.

You’re trying to make it work.

And marvelously he does understand and is endlessly patient.

So you can push him away and snap at him all you’d like, Dio’s patience is endless because he sees you are at the very least trying very hard to get along with him.

New joj theory/hc/story.

Yoshihiro found out about Yoshikage's first murder immediately and responded by taking the family on a vacation to Egypt, where he took that photo of Enya with the Arrow before talking to her and being given that same arrow, using it with her guidance to awaken AHF and KQ.

Evidence: the timeline more or less matches up, kira's first kill was in the early-mid eighties, and she bought the arrows around the same time, which is also when DIO became active again, yoshihiro states he met Enya in egypt and was taught to use the arrow by her.

His stand is based around photography and I'm not going to get into it too much but stand abilities are based in obsessions, so it would make sense if he's taking a bunch of pictures on vacation, and it was a lot more acceptable to photograph strangers in the mid eighties when they weren't being spread on the internet.
