Episode 214: The Mysterious Retro Room Case

For no reason at all, Ran is taking Mouri and Conan to Dolphin Land, where coincidentally three girls are going to meet their friend, Naomi. The suspects include, Greasy Hair with Glasses Girl, who isn’t the murderer, White Coat Time Lady, and Chubby Housewife, who isn’t actually chubby. When they get to the hotel room, they find the “do not disturb” sign out, and Time Lady comments, “Good, it’s exactly 2:00,” and then opens the door, (even though a normal person probably wouldn't try this because hotel doors are usually locked). They find their friend dead with a bunch of candy and an ice cream bar, and the coin slot TV turns off just as they enter the room. White Coat Time Lady killed her because she stole her happiness.

i've never talked about it before but in 2x16 the few seconds ryan and marissa separately allow themselves at her apartment door to even their breath before seeing the other is like...... so much

so much could be read by those breaths. the way he hesitates for a second before knocking on the door, the way she looks around the apartment for a moment before she opens it. really loaded stuff here
