Today the Church honors St. Dositheus, Martyr.

The Christian country of Georgia came under Muslim Persian vassalage beginning in AD 1502, and under intermittent Muslim rule and suzerainty since 1555, and had become de facto independent after the disintegration of the Iranian Afsharid dynasty in 1796. In this brief interval of self-rule, the Georgian king Erakle II (1762-1798) made a peace agreement with Russia. The new ruler of Persia, Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar (14 March 1742 – 17 June 1797), also known by his regnal name of Agha Mohammad Shah, was the founder of the new Qajar dynasty of Persia, ruling from AD 1789 to 1797 as Shah.
For Agha Mohammad Khan, the resubjugation and reintegration of Georgia into the Muslim Persian Empire was part of the same process that had brought other territories, such as Shiraz, Isfahan, and Tabriz, back under his rule. Finding an interval of peace amid their own internal quarrels and with northern, western, and central Persia secure, the Persians demanded the Georgian monarch Erakle II renounce his treaty with Russia and re-accept Muslim Persian suzerainty, in return for peace and the security of his kingdom. The Ottomans, Persia's neighboring rival, recognized Persia's rights over Kartli and Kakheti for the first time in four centuries. King Erakle II appealed then to his theoretical protector, Empress Catherine II of Russia, pleading for at least 3,000 Russian troops, but he was not listened to, leaving Georgia to fend off the Persian threat alone. Nevertheless, Erakle II still rejected the Khan's ultimatum.
Thirty-five thousand Persian soldiers marched toward Georgia in the year 1795. Erekle II and his two thousand soldiers declared war on the invaders as they were approaching the capital city of Tbilisi. The Georgians offered a desperate resistance and succeeded in rolling back a series of Iranian attacks on 9 and 10 September, but most perished in the fighting. The enemy was shaken and was preparing to flee the battleground, when several traitors reported to Aqa Muhammed Khan that King Erekle had lost nearly his entire army. This betrayal decided the fate of the battle: the one hundred fifty soldiers who remained in the Georgian army barely succeeded in saving the life of King Erekle, who had willed to perish on the battlefield with his soldiers.
All of Tbilisi was engulfed in flames. The plunderers murdered the people, set fire to the libraries, and vandalized the churches and the king’s palace. They slaughtered the clergy in an especially cruel manner. The Iranian army marched back laden with spoil and carrying off some 15,000 captives.
Unfortunately, history has not preserved the names of all those martyrs who perished in this tragedy, but we do know that a certain Metropolitan Bishop Dositheus of Tbilisi was killed because he would not abandon his flock. While the invaders simply killed most of the clergymen, from Saint Dositheus they demanded a renunciation of the Christian Faith. In the aftermath of the battle, a group of Qajar soldiers found the elderly Dositheus at the Sioni Cathedral kneeling before the icon of Virgin Mary. They commanded him to defile the True and Life-giving Cross of our Lord. But the holy hieromartyr Dositheus endured the greatest torments without yielding to the enemy, and he joyfully accepted death for Christ’s sake. The invaders slaughtered Christ’s devoted servant with their swords and threw his body into the Kira River.
Saint Dositheus was martyred on September 12 in the year AD 1795.
Almighty God, by whose grace and power your holy martyr Dositheus triumphed over suffering and was faithful even to death: Grant us, who now remember him in thanksgiving, to be so faithful in our witness to you in this world, that we may receive with him the crown of life; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Familiar, but different. When the truth all came to light, it turned out that once more, things were complicated. When Alex Pryse had decided to attempt to take out Ezra Welch, his own surprise was turned back at him. The BBQ Chef fell to his co-host's self-defense, losing his own life in the process. But fate was a wicked thing. While Ezra may had believed they were safe, their act of killing Alex had managed to pass on the very zombification curse that had kept them here in the first place, as a newly dead chef rose back to the world of the living, ready to strike back with what they had attempted to do in the first place. When Ezra was finally cornered once more atop the clock tower...a missed swing of a chainsaw from Alex was enough to cause their co-host to dodge, and fall down, down, down, to their final fate.
With a checked past connecting the pair already, unbeknownst to Alex, learning about the secrets involved from an alternate version of himself, was enough to push him into action. Ezra's killer perhaps would have been successfully remained anonymous, if the chef's pulse wasn't successfully checked by his shipmates. From an especially bloody crime scene, and peculiar combination of barbeque sauce and alcohol, it was clear that the culprit couldn't have survived the initial encounter...which Alex didn't. The spotlight on a zombie once more, he gave his goodbyes to the rest of the group, facing an unknown punishment before him with optimism.
An execution. Something seen coming by no one, and enjoyed by just as few. Despite the familiar faces, alternate versions of the dead which would now wander the ship, the two lost in this murder would truly be lost forever. The ship knew, now, the true stakes of their situation. And all they could do, for now...was wait until next time.

A little bit about your muse: Herakles is an introvert, hardly ever speaking unless someone else has initiated conversation with him. He's often found dozing off or napping somewhere, as his quirk wears him down quickly, which does not help with his narcolepsy. Despite being asleep at his desk or doodling cats on his paper 57% of the time, he's actually a really good student and is more than ready for graduation.

Công dụng của thuốc Fordamet trong việc điều trị bệnh
Thuốc Fordamet dùng trong điều trị trường hợp nhiễm khuẩn do những vi khuẩn nhạy cảm với thuốc sau:
Nhiễm khuẩn đường hô hấp.
Viêm phúc mạc và các nhiễm khuẩn khác trong ổ bụng.
Nhiễm khuẩn đường mật.
Nhiễm khuẩn xương khớp.
Nhiễm khuẩn huyết.
Nhiễm khuẩn da và mô mềm.
Viêm vùng chậu, viêm nội mạc tử cung và những nhiễm khuẩn khác ở đường sinh dục nữ.
Nhiễm khuẩn đường tiểu.
Hướng dẫn sử dụng thuốc Fordamet
Cách sử dụng
Thuốc Fordamet được sử dụng qua đường tiêm.
Đối tượng sử dụng
Bệnh nhân sử dụng thuốc theo chỉ định của bác sĩ.
Liều dùng
Người lớn: Phần lớn các loại nhiễm trùng đáp ứng với liều 2 – 4 g/ ngày chia liều mỗi 12 giờ, trong 7 ngày. Trường hợp nhiễm trùng nặng, có thể dùng đến 12 g/ ngày, tiêm tĩnh mạch, chia liều thành 2 đến 4 lần, dùng trong 7 – 14 ngày.
Trẻ em: Mặc dù tính an toàn của Cefoperazon ở trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi chưa được xác định dứt khoát, thuốc đã được dùng tiêm tĩnh mạch cho trẻ sơ sinh và trẻ em với liều 25 – 100 mg/ kg, cứ 12 giờ một lần. Do tính chất độc của benzyl alcol đối với trẻ sơ sinh, không được tiêm bắp cho trẻ sơ sinh thuốc pha với dung dịch chứa Benzyl Alcol (chất sát khuẩn).
Suy giảm chức năng gan hoặc tắc mật: Không được quá 4 g/ 24 giờ. Đối với bệnh nhân suy gan kèm suy thận thì việc giảm liều là rất cần thiết. Liều không được vượt quá 2 g/ ngày, trừ khi nồng độ thuốc trong huyết tương được theo dõi chặt chẽ.
Lưu ý đối với người sử dụng thuốc Fordamet
Chống chỉ định
Thuốc Fordamet chống chỉ định đối với bệnh nhân quá mẫn cảm với các kháng sinh Cephalosporin.
Tác dụng phụ
Thường gặp (ADR> 1/100):
Máu: Tăng bạch cầu ưa eosin tạm thời, thử nghiệm Coombs dương tính.
Tiêu hóa: Tiêu chảy.
Da: Ban da dạng sần.
Ít gặp (1/1000 < ADR <1/100):
Toàn thân: Sốt.
Máu: Giảm bạch cầu trung tính có hồi phục, thiếu máu tan huyết, giảm tiểu cầu.
Da: Mày đay, ngứa.
Tại chỗ: Đau tạm thời chỗ tiêm bắp, viêm tĩnh mạch tại nơi tiêm truyền.
Hiếm gặp (ADR<1/1000):
Thần kinh trung ương: Co giật.
Máu: Giảm Prothrombin huyết.
Tiêu hóa: Buồn nôn, nôn, viêm đại tràng màng giả.
Da: Ban đỏ đa dạng, hội chứng Stevens-Johnson.
Gan: Vàng da ứ mật, tăng nhẹ AST, ALT.
Thận: Nhiễm độc thận có tăng tạm thời urê huyết/ Creatinin, viêm thận kẽ.
Thần kinh cơ và xương: Đau khớp.
Khác: Bệnh huyết thanh, bệnh nấm Candida.
Xử lý khi quá liều
Triệu chứng: Các triệu chứng quá liều bao gồm tăng kích thích thần kinh cơ, co giật đặt biệt ở người bệnh suy thận.
Xử trí: Cần cân nhắc đến khả năng quá liều của nhiều loại thuốc, sự tương tác thuốc và dược động học bắt thường của người bệnh. Bảo vệ đường hô hấp của người bệnh, hỗ trợ thông khí và truyền dịch. Nếu người bệnh phát triển các cơn co giật, ngừng ngay sử dụng thuốc; có thể sử dụng liệu pháp chống co giật nếu có chỉ định về lâm sàng. Thẩm phân máu có thể có tác dụng giúp thải loại thuốc khỏi máu, ngoài ra phần lớn các biện pháp là điều trị hỗ trợ hoặc chữa triệu chứng.

Dược lực học
Cefoperazon dạng muối Natri là một kháng sinh Cephalosporin thế hệ thứ ba có hoạt tính kháng khuẩn rộng bằng cách ức chế tổng hợp thành tế bào vi khuẩn.
Cefoperazon rất vững bển trước các Beta – Lactamse được tạo thành hầu hết ở các ví khuẩn Gram âm. Do đó, Cefoperazon có hoạt tính mạnh trên phổ rộng của vi khuẩn Gram âm như Haemophilus Influenzae, Neisseria Meningitides, Neisseria Gonorhoea, Enterobacteriaceae.
Dược động học
Cefoperazon không hấp thu qua đường tiêu hóa nên phải dùng đường tiêm. Sau khi tiêm bắp 1 g hoặc 2 g Cefoperazon, nồng độ đỉnh trong huyết tương đạt được sau 1 – 2 giờ tương ứng là 65 μg/ml và 97 μg/ml. Nồng độ đỉnh trong huyết tương của Cefoperazon đạt được sau khi tiêm tĩnh mạch 15 – 20 phút gấp 2 đến 3 lần nồng độ đỉnh huyết tương của tiêm bắp. Nửa đời của Cefoperazon trong huyết tương là khoảng 2 giờ, thời gian này kéo dài hơn ở trẻ sơ sinh và người bệnh bị bệnh gan hoặc đường mật.
