5 tips to deal with burnout

Is very common for students to feel burnt-out, specially towards the end of the year, when we should be extra motivated because we have lots of tests to sit. To deal with that burnt-out, here there are 5 tips:
First of all, realize you are in a burn-out and you need some time for you. This is not wasted time, but something that will help you to perform better afterwards.
Meditate. There are several medittions out there for burn-out, but you can also use those created to ease anxiety or stress. MEditate will help you relieve the tensions you are feeling.
Find your reasons. Remember how much you love studying. Remeber the benefits it will have. Find someting that can motivate you to keep on.
Write down how you feel. Journaling is a good way to exteriorize all your problems and it can help you to find the root of your burn-out.
Self-care. Try to find at least half an hour every week to do what you love, forgeting about studies.
This are just little tips I hope can helps you, but if you feel your burn-out is getting worse, go look for professional help. How do you deal with burn out?

Little things to do when you feel disfunctional
We all have bad days where we feel everything is going wrong and, until the end of the day, we will be unlucky. But we can always give a twist to this days and be productive and feel good with ourselves. So, here there are some small tasks to do in this awful days, to feel a bit better.
Brush your hair and do a simple hairstyle
Have a quick shower
Listen to your favourite (happy) song
Make a to-do list
Clear your working space
Clean your room (or, at least, organize it a little bit)
Meditate
Do all those little task you have been procrastinating on
Put on your favourite (but comfy) clothes
Don’t think your day is already wasted
Drink water and eat somehing
Do exercise
Strech
