Just, to talk about the way I see him in my head and make some physical design notes: Jaskier is six foot tall and kinda built actually.
Not really at the beginning of his journeys with Geralt, oh no. He's freshly eighteen and just finishing his last year of university, he's thin and a bit waifish - and bot even by choice. Being a nobleman will do it, he argues, knowing he ran off years ago, hasn't lived as a nobleman for so long - being poor does it to you. Not getting enough to eat does.
(He thinks the look works to his advantage, at least in terms of his love life. Women are less intimidated by him, men see the appeal in something they can toss around so easily. It breaks his poor little heart that the handsome, brooding man in the corner of the tavern in Posada doesnt seem interested.)
But by even the fifth year traveling with his Witcher he's gotten strong. His calves are sculpted from all the walking, his arms strong enough to haul Geralt off when he needs it after rough hunts or an exceptionally reckless amount of potions - "you know better, Geralt of Rivia, by the fucking Gods you cant do this to yourself - where is that blasted Kiss?" - his chest is broad and now covered in hair. The latter is a feature he shows off as often as he can, though his body hair isn't confined to his chest- he's a hairy man, even got a bit of scruff to his face, though it's all kept as neat and clean as possible.
(It is not because Geralt once remarked a man looks better with a bit of hair. Definitely not.)
I dont have an end to this post, just want to talk About Him, and a good 3am ramble for fun while a cat tries to suffocate you never hurt anybody (except me. Spinky is hurty me utudugi)
He's got strong thighs and a thin waist - he's slender. Lean. It's a plus for his career in entertainment that he's also quite agile and flexible. He jokes that these traits also boost his love life.
His hair is very soft. It's got the slightest wave when he lets it grow out, and is nothing like the curls his sister Saffron (who I intend to redesign a bit so if you've seen my single drawing of her no you haven't) has. He likes it just long enough he can tuck the front behind his ear a bit.
He's got freckles, but they're very light, littering his skin gently and being of course brought out a bit by the summer sun.
There are scars tossed haphazardly about his body as well, from hunts he's assisted (read: followed Geralt into to help whether he was asked to or not) and from monsters who have a taste for men clad in silks, from angry lovers or their even angrier husbands - and of course from fights he gets himself into to defend Geralt's name or his honor or just because someone said something dickish in the tavern about his lovely Witcher after he'd had one drink too many.
