Okay, sure. Random headcanon time, except that most of this is actually canon one way or the other for Etra, because the series is just like that.

Etra:

Gives nose/forehead kisses: Canonically, this is mostly a Richard, but Seigi kissed his hand once.

Gets jealous the most: Seigi? Seigi's more insecure, but Richard has his moments.

Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive: Sensei has said Richard doesn't drink very often, so I guess it would be him.

Takes care of the other on sick days: Both of them

Drags the other person out into the water on beach day: Neither.

Gives unprompted massages: Seigi and his foot massages I swear to God

Drives/rides shotgun: Both of them can drive, but Seigi rides shotgun when Richard is driving, like, canonically, all of the time, so.

Brings the other lunch at work: Seigi. Richard can't cook.

Has the better parental relationship: *hideous laughter* Neither of them get along with their bio dads, both of them have weird and somewhat strained relationships with their mother, Seigi gets along well with his step dad but feels weird about it, so they pretty much mirror each other.

Tries to start role-playing in bed: Er. I don't know, but I suspect neither.

Embarrassingly drunk dancer: Seigi

Still cries watching Titanic: Seigi canonically cries with his stepdad over movies.

Firmly believes in couples costumes: Both of them.

Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas: lmao they don't have one, Richard bought Seigi a membership at the Met Opera and seats for two and plane tickets whenever he wants to go see an opera for his birthday, and Seigi has canonically give him a platinum angel statuette with gemstones

Makes the other eat breakfast: Richard can't cook, and Seigi canonically sings to get his ass out of bed for breakfast and it's adorable.

Remembers anniversaries: Both! They're clingy like that

Brings up having kids: These two men do not have the emotional strength to raise a child, I say, as they've practically adopted Seigi's younger brother in canon. Seigi, I think, honestly.

Sherliam:

Gives nose/forehead kisses: William, I think...?

Gets jealous the most: Neither and also both.

Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive: William

Takes care of the other on sick days: Both, but Sherlock's the one stuck doing it in canon.

Drags the other person out into the water on beach day: Sherlock, I think?

Gives unprompted massages: Ooooh, I don't think either, actually, because both of them seem a little weird around touch and would be focused on asking permission first.

Drives/rides shotgun: They probably trade, but I feel like Sherlock would do more driving in a modern au.

Brings the other lunch at work: I feel like William would distract Sherlock into forgetting it on purpose so he has an excuse to stop by and be an annoying little git, and Sherlock would do it because William overslept and barely managed to get dressed in time

Has the better parental relationship: Errrrrrr, Sherlock, on account of how can it get worse than "non existent" and "Also I killed them"

Tries to start role-playing in bed: William you dramatic asshole.

Embarrassingly drunk dancer: Sherlock.

Still cries watching Titanic: Neither

Firmly believes in couples costumes: William

Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas: William, because the only thing he could think of to buy was way too much money and fuck it.

Makes the other eat breakfast: Both, depending on the situation, but probably more Sherlock.

Remembers anniversaries: Both, but I think William would be more emotionally invested.

Brings up having kids: These two men are not gonna have a child, but if they did it would be William mentioning it.

5. Who is most likely to carry the other?

Hm... I think both of them would carry each other if they're in certain situations e.g. one of them is sick (or something like that) They probably think it's troubling the other ("You don't have to") but they're also stubborn ("No. I will") I don't think any of them would do this to show affection because Richard probably doesn't like it and though Seigi might like that he respects Richard's likes and dislikes.

This is purely based on their characters in the Anime. It might be different from that in the novel.
