Here’s a look at the planner that I tried to use for the whole school year, but truly ever did start using consistently at the end with the flooding of AP tests, finals, and projects! On another note, my mother is leaving today for the cooking class and I’m considering just staying in my room for the whole duration and watching Game of Thrones or the third season of Stranger Things bcs I despise being forced to associate with other people (especially if I’ve never even talked to them before) + I find children annoying most of the time. I’m also coming down with an eye infection and it’s so painful everytime I blink or keep my eyes open for a long time. I hope y’all are having a better Monday and are being kind to yourselves! ✨

Today, I learned 그리고/그래서, -ㄴ/은, -를/을, 있다, & 이다 !

오늘은 그리고/그래서, -ㄴ/은, -를/을, 있다, 그리고 이다 배웠어요.

For the first time, I used my tab’s focus mode where I can choose which apps are accessible for me and which are unusable during the focus session. It definitely helped me not use Tumblr, Instagram, and Facebook. 

I also got my schedule for my first semester of Nursing. Unfortunately, we’re going to conduct it online (online classes). It kind of makes me sad to not physically see and talk with my new classmates. But I'm really excited !

HOW TO KICKSTART THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR

Most of you have either already started the new session or would be starting after the summer break and if you're anything like me you'd probably be very lazy the initial few months *smh*

So if you would rather stay up till 2 and watch Brooklyn99 and procrastinate assignments this posts for you ( Gina is my spirit animal oof)

HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND GET THE MOST OUT OF THE INITIAL MONTHS

1. Stay on top of your assignments

From day one, do whatever work is given on that day itself. It's better to do 10 questions everyday rather than 70 on the weekend.

2. Have a fixed sleep schedule

Coming back to regular class timings and waking up early can be very difficult after the break so it's better to start acclamating atleast a week before school starts. You don't want to be nodding off in classes believe me.

3. Study topic wise rather than chapter wise

This is something that you can do in the starting of the year only because once the classes gain momentum you would often see yourself waiting for the chapter to get over to actually get to revision. You don't wanna be revising without the vising haha.

So how would you actually do this?

Here's an example: if you have 3 books for a subject of level of difficulty 1,2 and 3 you should start by completing the theory of the topic from a textbook and then solving questions from book of level 1 then 2 and then moving onto 3. Proceeding like this would help you to apply the theories in questions of varying difficulties and you're more likely to remember the concepts. Thus would also save time as you wouldn't have to go back and forth again to revisit the initial concepts taught.

4. Participate in extra curriculars

The work load from classes is less, missing a few won't affect you much, I guess you get the point.

5. Make sure you don't burnout

If you study 3 important subjects try to focus on 2 initially and take things a little slow for the third one. This would reduce pressure that you're feeling right now and before the exam, you can focus more on the third subject as you would already be thorough with the other two. You can tweak this according to the number of subjects you've opted for.

I guess that's all. Also, remember to have a few binge watching nights because a little Brooklyn99 never hurt nobody hehe.

long story short i had to make a new blog because of some issues with my email. so this is a fresh new start with a proper introduction ❀ 



— tat, 22, infj — a gentle potato who just wants to meet nice people and have a good time — as a bilingual i speak polish + russian, am fluent in english + more or less so in spanish. currently i’m learning french + german — i’m doing two majors: french + philosophy. if you’re curious about my classes i have them listed on my tumblr ♡ — i’ve been on tumblr on and off for many years creating pretty successful original content for a couple of large fandoms, but that environment got a tad toxic, which is why i would leave every time as i’m all about that wholesomeness baby. but yay, photoshop experience! 



— philosophy, linguistics, sociology, poetry, modernist literature, film, baking, buying tons of stationery because ””it helps”” — my aesthetic: pastels, the sea, plants, warm baked goods 



— holding myself accountable and getting more motivation — creating aesthetically pleasing original content™ that i’m happy with — keeping my anxiety in check by focusing on what matters and connecting with people with similar experiences — my most important goal here is to make friends, as it will help me with all the aforementioned ones, so never hesitate to send me a message! ♡ i love meeting new people so so much
