My controversial Kdrama opinions

1. Ko Moon Young was just a psychologically messed up girl. She isn't the 'girlpower' or 'badass' that the Kdrama fandom likes to dub her into.

2. In 'Hotel del Luna', they could've just chucked the entire character of Gu Chansung out of the window and gave Chang Myung a rebirth/rebirths,make him go through various trials and tribulations to repent and earn Man Wol's forgiveness. Didn't have to make it unnecessarily tragic.

3. Unnecessarily tragic reminds me, the 'realistic' ending of 2521 was a JOKE. There was NO point of developing such a power couple if they were to break up for such a mundane reason.

4. Romance genre isn't Song Kang's 'thing'. He shines better as an actor in non-romance genres.

5. Had they focused on developing Ju Kyung as an individual character who finally learns how to completely take a stand for herself instead of dangling her between Suho and Seojun, 'True Beauty' would've become a more popular and appreciated drama.

6. The love line between Hwang InYeop and Seo Hyun Jin's character in 'Why her: Oh Soo Jae' was absolutely unnecessary and awkward.

7. Jo Bo Ah and Ahn Bo Hyun and an amazing chemistry in 'Military Prosecutor: Do Bae Man'. However, they could've developed a slowburn romance between them instead of abruptly putting a kiss sequence in the last episode out of nowhere.

8. In 'Snowdrop', Eun Young Ro forgiving Soo Ho later on didn't make sense. Their kiss sequence was purely fan service,nothing else.

9. Individual acting aside,Kim Hye Yoon had more chemistry with Lee Jae Wook(2nd lead) than Rowoon(main lead) in 'Extraordinary You'.

10. Writers are overusing 'Let's kill off the main character and make the show tragically memorable' trope wayyy too much.

11. As much as it physically hurts me given the chemistry of the actors,Choi Do Il and Oh In Joo not having any proper romantic sequence till the end of 'Little Women' makes sense to the storyline(the shipper me might've wanted a hug though).

12. Also the writers should stop doing the 'lets make the second lead better than the main lead'. Its annoying to see one person actually making sincere effort for the girl but the girl ends up totally ignoring their effort and like the ML. Not in just Kdramas but in all sorts of dramas. I actually saw a Chinese drama where the second lead finally turned into a villain. I LITERALLY commented 'good for him' lmao.

13. Sunho in 'Cheer Up' is problematic. Neither his sad backstory nor his sincere feelings for Haeyi changes that fact.

14. The Heirs(2013) drama wasted an opportunity to pair Young Do(Kim Woobin) with Yoo Rachel(Kim Jiwon). No, they didn't need to be 'siblings'. I'd have chosen the two heartbroken yet sassy and tough people romance over the sappy romance of the main couple in a heartbeat. And the actors would've NAILED it.

15. Jojo not ending up with Sunho in 'Love Alarm' finally broke the 'Cinderella and Prince Charming' fairytale trope of Kdramas. That girl was too messed up in the head . She didn't need the rich,fierce and impulsive lover, but the quite,patient and thoughtful one. So don't go ahead and say the ending sucked. Maybe they could've made things more coherent, but no the ending didn't suck.

16. Moon Dong Eun should have remained single, with the last episode ending with him crossing paths with Do Yeong, with Yeonjin & gang & all the revenge agenda gone, she could hv offered him a smile and a game of Go, keeping an open ending for them. Lee Do Hyun was fabulous in playing Yeojeong and their chemistry was amazing. But they could hv just been partners in crime with their teamwork without the romantic plot between them.

17. No. Ryu Shi Oh doesn't give second lead syndrome. Byun Woo Seok is a very good actor but he plays the villain in 'Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon' and not anti-hero. Lee Yoo Mi and him should be paired opposite to e/o in some other project in the future but Shi Oh and Nam Soon ain't the 'enemies to lovers' you think it is.

Bir kez daha meşhur “Chebol ailesi” hikayesi kaleme alınmış. Nam Shin (Seo Kang-Joon) bilim insanı ebeveynlere sahip bir çocukken, babası şüpheli bir şekilde ölünce kötü adam rolüne yakışan bir isimle dedesi Nam Gun-Ho( Park Young-Gyu) tarafından tutsak edilir. Anne ise aileden aforoz edilmek sureti ile uzaklaştırılır. Çocuk varis olarak annesinden uzakta büyür. Annesini araması durumunda ise anneyi öldürmek ile tehdit ederler. Böyle gereksiz bir gidişat söz konusu. Anlam veremediğim nokta burada ölen baba başkanın öz oğlu. Oğluma ne oldu diye sormaması çok garipti.

Oh Ro-Ra (Kim Sung-Ryoung) yani annemiz aslında çok zeki ve başarılı bir bilim insanı. Bütün bunlar yaşanmadan önce insan görünümlü robotlar üzerinde çalışıyor. Hatta oğlunu modelleyerek bir prototipe ürünün sunumunu gerçekleştiriyor. Kocası öldürülüp, oğlu elinden alınca bir miktar kafayı kırıp kayıplara karışmış. 20 yıl kadar sonra ( tam net hatırlamıyorum geçen yılı ), küçük çocuk büyüyor. Tam olarak alternatifi olmayan şımarık, vurdum duymaz, kendini beğenmiş, küstah Chebol varisine dönüşüyor. Anne ise kendini yurtdışında küçük bir kasabaya kapatmış, şato gibi bir evde 20 yıl boyunca modellediği robotu oğlunun büyümesine paralel değiştirerek robot ile yaşıyor.

Erkeğimiz bu çirkin karakterinin arkasında aslında öyle değilmiş demeyi istesem de dümdüz öyle bir karakter. Ama gizli saklı bir şekilde annesini aramayı hiç bırakmamış. Bir iş ziyareti görünümlü kaçamağında, 20 yıldır onu takip eden korumaları atlatıp anasının izinden gider. Tam onu bulacakken kendisini görünce yolun ortasında mal gibi şoka girer, araba çarpar. Çünkü kadının robot oğlu, özgür ve normal insan gibi yaşamaktadır. Tam o sırada anasını bulmaya giden adamı anası bulur. Bunu böyle geri gönderemeyiz, yerine robotu gönderelim, bizde iyileşirken kazanın sorumlusunu bulalım diye dâhine bir fikir atarlar ortaya.

Ve şirket hayatı… Robot analitik bir varlık olduğu için şirkette tabi ki doğal olarak alır yürür. Gerçek sümüklü Nam Shin’in yapamadığı ne varsa şirket içinde gerçekleştirir. Bu konunun yanı sıra, bir de koruma olarak orada işe başlayan bir hanım kızımızın hikayesini izliyoruz. Kang So-Bong ( Gong Seung-Yeon) gerçek Nam Shin ile davalık olmuşken, yerine gelen robot ile en iyi arkadaş olurlar. Dizinin bir diğer mevzusu da yapay zeka ile insan aşık olabilir mi, yapay zekanın sınırı var mı gibi konular etrafında dönüyor.

Sanırım dizinin en güzel yanı Kang So-Bong karakterinin babasıydı. Bana, Kang Jae-Sik karakteri ile tanıdığımız sevdiğimiz bir yüz olan Kim Won-Hae’u görmek bile kafi geldi. Bunun dışında dizinin birazcık pembe dizi havası vardı. Oyunculuklar abartılı, senaryo yer yer saçmaydı. Işık ve ses kullanımları da bunu destekler nitelikteydi. İzlenemeyecek kadar başarısız bulmadım ama hatırda kalıcılığı çok yoktu. Farklı bir konuydu.

KIM JISOO

Kim Ji-soo, más conocida como Jisoo, es una cantante, actriz, modelo, bailarina y presentadora surcoreana, miembro del grupo Blackpink. Se unió a YG Entertainment en 2011 y se convirtió en aprendiz durante cinco años antes de debutar con Blackpink en agosto de 2016.

Jisoo nació en Seúl, Corea del Sur, vivía con sus padres, abuelos, hermano mayor y hermana mayor. Desde pequeña Jisoo siempre quiso ser una Idol de k-pop, sin embargo sus padres hacían comentarios sobre lo fea que era, llegando al punto de llamarla "mono" haciéndola dudar si debería ser o no idol de k-pop pero ella no se rindió y no dejo que esos comentarios negativos la afectarán. Durante su niñez jugaba baloncesto y asistía a clases de Taekwondo, y se quedó como con cinturón blanco porque no quería cambiar de rango dejó de asistir; también se unió al club de teatro en su Escuela y fue parte de la banda de percusión tradicional. Estaba interesada en el kpop por su gusto al grupo masculino de su SM Entertainment, TVXQ.

En 2011 audicionó para YG Entertainment a la edad de 11 años, con la canción ‘I Have A Lover’ de Lee Eun Mi, destacando por su vos tipo mezzosoprano y logró convertirse en aprendiz de la compañía en Julio 2011. En 2012 la compañía tenía planeado debutarla en un nuevo grupo, llamado Pink Punk, pero ya no se escucharon más noticias y el debut no se realizo.

Durante su época pre-debut apareció en los MVs ‘Spoiler’ y ‘Happen Ending’ de Epik High y ‘I’m Different’ de Hi Suhyun. Fue modelo de marcas de Samsonite y Nikon y promocionó el videojuego de la compañía Fincon, llamado Angel Stone, también apareció en el drama ‘The Producers’ en los capítulo 4, 5 y 12.

En 2016 YG Entertainment revela los primeros avances de su nuevo grupo a debutar, Jisoo fue presentada como la tercera integrante de BLACKPINK el 15 de Junio de 2016.

El 08 de Agosto de 2016, Jisoo debuta junto a Jennie, Rosé, Lisa en BLACKPINK con su primer álbum sencillo, titulado ‘‘SQUARE ONE’’. El álbum cuenta con las canciones: “BOOMBAYAH” y “Whistle”.

Jisoo junto a Rosé han sido el rostro de ‘New Balm Cushion’ para la marca de cosméticos ‘Moonshot’, modelos para la marca de cosméticos ‘Kiss Me’ y para la campaña ‘HeroineMake Long & Curl’. Jisso también ha modelado y/o sido la portada de revistas como ‘InStyle’, ‘Allure’, ‘CéCi’, ‘Harper’s Bazaar Korea’, ‘Elle Korea’, ‘Vogue Korea’, ‘Dazed Korea’, ‘Marie Claire’, entre otras.

En 2016 Jisso fue MC especial del programa musical coreano Inkigayo, y MC especial del programa M! Countdown junto a Jennie. Desde Febrero de 2017 hasta Febrero de 2018 Jisoo fue MC de Inkigayo, , junto a Jinyoung de GOT7 y Doyoung de NCT. En 2019 participó en la serie ‘Arthdal Chronicles’. En 2021 protagonizó la serie ‘Snowdrop’ como Eun Young Ro.

En 2019 Jisoo se convirtió en Embajadora local de Dior para la marca de cosméticos Dior’s Beauty; y en marzo de 2021 fue anunciada como Embajadora global de Dior en las áreas de ‘Fashion and Beauty’. En 2021 Jisoo fue la modelo principal para la colección de primavera de 2021 de la marca de ropa ‘MICHAA’, se convirtió en el rostro oficial de la marca de telefónos ‘CELEBe’.

Go Soo and Kim Dong-hui, in a tense confrontation with Nam Hyun-woo, the 'criminal soul' with a pistol

In the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Missing: They Were There 2', Go Soo and Kim Dong-Hwi face a tense confrontation with detective spirit Nam Hyeon-Woo, who aims a gun at them.

‘Missing: They Were There 2’ (Director Min Yeon-Hong Lee Ye-Rim/Screenwriter Ban Ki-Ri Jung So-Young/Hereafter ‘Missing 2’) In the last broadcast, the past of Yoo Yong-Yong (Kim Dong-Hwi) was revealed. While Oh Yoo-yong followed his friend Kim Pil-joong (Jung Yoon-jae) to deliver drugs to pay for his mother's hospital bills, he saw the news that his father, who was drunk with the drugs he delivered, murdered his son, and was suffering from guilt for committing the murder. Upon hearing this, Kim Wook cleared up all the misunderstandings about Oilyong, and the two became close like brothers.
