This has been my home for the last 14 years. My ex partner and I purchased it while it was abandoned, the floors were gone, windows were broken, etc. It is right in the middle of Hollywood at the base of the hills. Using every dime we were making at the time we took years to restore it to its vintage glory years (1924), we used mostly antique fixtures and proper restoration methods while installing a new kitchen and putting in a pool. It has been a great home that was lived in by #RudolphValentino at one point in time and in which we had tons of shoots. #JLo, #Brittney, #JenniferAnniston #ChristinaAguilera #EvaMendez #jenniferHudson #raquelwelch #janefonda amongst many others were our guests there and companies like #h&M #zara and #BergrdorffGoodman shot their campaigns at the property. Photographers like #Mariotestino #patrickdemarchelier #ellenvonunwerth and #StevenMeisel all shot there. And the list goes on and on... Today it was sold. Yes, it’s #bittersweet but I do believe that Sometimes We Have to Let Things Go For Better Things To Come Into your life. Enjoy this little video. This was a magical place and I will miss it!
