college au is like. i couldnt tell u their specific majkrs but im sure ill have it at some point.

gabriel in regards to classes-he definitely prioritizes them. honestly if he had less abysmal habits and less of a habit of thinking too hard about his answers he could be better off. no doubt like hes a Good Stufent and he does well but he stresses himself out along w really (jnrealistic) high expectations he holds himself up to. def the gifted kid growing up. A and B student. sometimes a c writhes its way in there.

in regards to people- he loooooooves helping people. he loves hearing the Ohhhhh of a sudden understanding of a concept that he got to explain. very friendly and well liked but not wholly Cared about..hes used a lot just for his smarts, and like outside of helping tutor other folks theres not a lot going on socially. except for communication btwn him and his uncles(which i like to picture are the councillors. very religious family. like Crazy religious.)gabriel probably has some internalized homo/transphobia somewhere in there but he has an arc about that.

mirage and her classes - Makes half assed attempts to study in my mind, she puts her mind to it, pulls out a textbook reviews her notes etc … eventually grows bored, experiences the autism frustration of not having completed a task, and ends up in a nihilistic spiral while I Think listening to music. or texting a friend. she wouldnt admit it but music is a passion of hers. Dont tell anyone but i like to think she daydreams abiut starting a band.

mirage and her social life - she probably has a small circle of friends that are just a total fucking tar pit. she stands where she stands and they disagree sometimes but in the end none of this matters and we might as well hang out after class. actually do you wanna skip next period? etc. shes hard to get along with just because shes so horribly negative but i dont think shes outright rude. maybe has a passive aggressive or underlying tone but i dont think she means it. because none of it matters.

v2 and classes - very hard worker! vigilant and pays attention. snaps at you if youre distracting her. her bag is a bit of a total fucking mess but she’,ll get those papers after the test.( never gets the papers). She gets particularly pissed when people take their sweet sweet time moving around campus. she knows just what to say to get an extended deadline if shed ever need it. i think she has very organized notebooks themselves but again. bags a mess. dorm’s a mess. i think shed find a way to get a single dorm.

v2 and people - gets along relatively well, makes some MEAN small talk and fantastic at making a deal. no close friends though, primarily just acquaintances she waves at and asks how theyre doing.. thats about it. tries to have fun on her own.

v1 in classes - THIS FUCKING GUY. i cannot decide whether it would have straight A’s on accident or straight F’s while knowing the material SCARILY well. what i do know is it would never take notes it would never study its living a life and having fun. not a frat boy or anything tho i dont grt those vibes.

v1 with people - i dont think it has friends though on account kf It Doesnt Really Talk and a lot of other mchines dont bother to Bother with a guy who refuses to really talk. unintentionally rude somehow. creeps ppl out with the unbroken eye contact even as its doing an intensive task. verrrry expressive with bodylang though as if youve got the patience you can get a crazy convo going. like its unintentionally rude but i think its well meaning. unless if its v2. they happened to go to the same college and they have a sibling rivalry. if these two have no friends then theyve got eachother. to bully and tease.

1. Lucky to get him by Aly and AJ - revisited this album recently, it's really nice and chill, I like the direction they're going in now as adults. I was never really into Americana, but maybe theyve kinda changed that with this release.

2. Another life by Jadu Heart - god, this was the first song I've ever heard of them, such a throwback!!! I remember walking thru the city at night time, walking back from a party I think? Alcohol leaving my body and I just stared at the starry sky. An unbelievably beautiful track. Since then the duo became one of my favorite bands atm.... Please give them a chance, especially their last EP.

3. Liquid air by Temples - one of my favorite tracks from their new album. Talked about them more than a healthy amount of times recently; really good neopsychedelia if you're into that stuff, a 10/10 album for hot summer days.

4. DYNA by PEEL - some more neopsychedelia! It's been a while since I listened to it, but I used to have it on repeat so much.

5. HAUNTED by Isabel LaRosa - ugh, i remember when it came out and I discovered it in like one of those spotify playlists. It had like a thousand plays maybe!!! And I loved it so much, I added it to my midground playlist and had it really high up on my wrapped for that year, and then I checked back a few months ago and it became like a tiktok sound or something with like a billion plays :((((( I guess good for her but mannn my pretentious soul was hurting LOL

6. Assumptions by Sam Gellaitry - some house...ish dance track, i guess. It's fun and I like that vibe of sort of city pop it has going on, but the fucking high pitched sound at the start is the WORST. So fucking annoying. Every time it comes on, even though I actually like the song, the noise just pisses me off and I cant help but skip it!!!! Who thought it was a good idea to START with what sounds like fucking tinnitus.

7. Upside down by Sacha Rudy - ohhhh throwback... I used to love every single track this guy would put out since like 2019. And then he released that EP last year and other than "upside down" I really just couldn't get into it. Felt like a mess. And now he's disappeared since! Can't help but hope he'll come back with something as good as "be a man", because that was my most listened to track that year. So good.

8. Lamb's wool by Foster the People - HEY that's my song!!!!! Oh no wonder it's coming up on shuffle when I've listened to it so much again this past few weeks. This time it's the original and not the Poolside version. One of my all time favorites, like, ever, and if you can only listen to one of the songs I've listed, please make it this one. Who DOESN'T love tracks about how terrifying death is??? I'll hold you so you're not alone 🤓

9. Blessed by August Charles - people who listened to my dinner party/cafe playlist probably heard this one. Ugh it makes me so melancholic. Really good tho. No wonder it's his most listened to track.... I should probably check out his other works bc I really like his voice.

10. Theme of Re:Served by Re:Served - instrumental track with So Few listens that it doesn't even have the count visible on spotify! I remember being obsessed with them back in 2016, when the way I would discover new music was by downloading random japanese experimental albums from my favorite site. This is honestly just like runway music. I love runway music with good bpm. This one is good. You should listen to it and become their third monthly listener with me.

all that aside tho. if u look past the disastrous fashion sense. hisashi midoriya is HOT hot.

LIKE. ok. hes mostly lean w a bit of chub, from working as a successful barista in america, and hes also TALL AS HECK. hes like. maybe a few inches shorter than all might. bottomline is that hes REALLY ATTRACTIVE. ESPECIALLY WHEN INKO DRESSES HIM UP

and when deku introduces him to 1A and his teachers for the first time everyones looking at hisashi n blushing n they look at deku n theyre all like "....dude"

ANYWAY katsuki 💯 had a crush on dekus dad when he was younger. mitsuki makes fun of her son like ALL THE TIME for having a crush on her best friend. hisashi demonstrated his quirk once in front of the bakugous to show off a bartending trick and that was literally the first time katsuki ever complimented a quirk aside from his own

I’m bored during quarantine, so here’s another hot take no one is gonna read.

I don’t give a shit about people wearing merch for bands they don’t actually listen to. As long as they’re not claiming to be a fan or part of the scene, I don’t see the issue. Plus band shirts are usually really comfy, and in some place (like where I live) really easy to find in thrift stores.

This “name five songs” bs is also usually targeted at young girls bc “they’re obviously wearing it for attention” when boys do it too, but aren’t interrogated.

Stop whining “I thought I was gonna make a friend, but no” bc you still can. Instead of being a dick & discouraging them from ever interacting w/ the scene, maybe just be nice & suggest some songs “bc the band on your shirt is really cool, you should check them out”. Now you’ve potentially sparked someone’s interest in the scene, & made that new friend you were pissing a fit about.

too much roman angst on my dash lately so have some fluff, you heathens. (and don’t ask about or add re//mus to this post) (this is all implied platonic but u can read them romo or qpr if u want)

roman and logan watching big hero 6 together like Every weekend bc 1) i mean, it’s a great movie don’t @ me, but also 2) bonding! time!!! rambling about all the cool inventions, and superheroes, and the combination of san francisco + tokyo, and what if big hero 6 was in the marvel cinematic universe bc technically bh6 is a marvel comic, and then from there, debates about which superhero is better - in all different categories like strength and power and costume and quips, and it’s not even a One Day thing, it’s the Whole Weekend, from fri afternoon - sun night, the living room is Off Limits unless you are prepared to be pulled into the whirlwind that is logince bh6 time

roman being The Absolute Best at pastry decorating (am i projecting? did i want to be a pastry chef at some point? maybe) and he always lingers in the kitchen while - surprise - virgil goes on baking sprees. it started as a Stress Baking thing for him but now it’s genuinely just a “what strange flavors can i put together to make something delicious” and also “patton likes cookies, he works so hard, he deserves cookies, so i’ll make him cookies” and also just, virgil and baked goods!! he makes So Much Bread. but anyway - roman having to constantly be swatted off the counters aka virgil’s work space. but it’s fine he guesses because roman really does make the prettiest frosting flowers and he molds fondant perfectly and by some miracle, he doesn’t get edible glitter everywhere (even tho he wants to). and they gossip about cute boys while they dance around the kitchen around each other, never once in the other’s way, perfectly in sync

roman has the biggest and best collection of blankets of them all. there are flimsy sheets, and thick quilts, and fluffy ones, and more breathable knitted ones, and basically his room is the place to go if you need to make a blanket/pillow fort. so obviously, he and patton have sleepovers a LOT. like, you’d be hard pressed to find either of them in their rooms, bc one of them is probably sleeping over in the other’s. patton brings all of his plushies and by all i mean all, he has so many. he has every one that thomas has ever had growing up, and even random ones that they saw once in a claw machine and he wanted so he asked roman to make it for him. and they paint each other’s nails and practice makeup and fall asleep giggling, doing the whole “*whispered* are you asleep” thing until eventually they are asleep bc it has to happen eventually lol

roman is really the Best Actor, we all know this, i will Not be taking criticism at this or any time, but y'know who he will readily agree as the Second Best? it’s janus, obviously. and not to humble brag but that’s partially because roman gave him those tips that one time - they tease and joke about this all the time. but just, running lines or practicing scenes together. and basically, putting on shows for the others like… All the time, in fact, but it’s so endearing to see them so passionate and excited

when roman plans an adventure, he Plans An Adventure, and as such, the others all know what to look forward to when he announces a trip into the Fantasy Realm a whole two days early. so patton makes sure to pack his comfiest sweaters, and virgil brings extra tupperware of homemade granola bars, and logan has his favorite pens and notebooks for documenting the quest, and janus makes an agenda that they can at least try to follow to get the right amount of sleep and meals. and the Adventures are always a blast like without fail, roman manages to make it fun and new every time. and there’s always something specifically for each of them to keep them involved and happy and it’s wonderful

sometimes, thomas and roman stay up WAY too late coming up with video and story ideas. like, making content is one thing, but when the two of them just go wild on creating characters and plot twists and fantastic new worlds? it’s always a miracle when logan and janus finally get them to bed. but thomas makes sure to always remind roman how important he is, and how much he matters to him (and also the others too), and that he is and always will be his hero!!
