Event: The Masquerade Ball.

There wasn't a chance in hell that Mateo was going to miss the ball of the year. Of the century. Mateo had picked a rather pretty simple but golden mask, that covered the top half of his face, and exposed his lips and beard- letting the magic of the mask do most of the work to cover his features from anyone who might know him. Which was perhaps the best given the fact he'd turned up to this event in nothing more than a golden equally jockstrap, the straps moving up to perfectly frame the kitsune's ass to anyone who might take a little glance towards it, his lean muscled body on view even as he scooped up one of those drinks from a passing waiter, and he took a long swing of it.

The truth was, a lot of the time Mateo didn't get to be this- this hypersexual, teasing sexy man who could stand in a room full of men and be the object of desire. At least not like his brother could. Mateo's was more often the more subdued brother, quick with his dry wit and thinking three or four ahead of whatever the current situation was. He could get into his own head about quite a bit of things.

So he relished those chances to be like this- to lose himself in the moment. To pretend for a little while that he could be like this all the time.

"You know if you keep staring like that, I'm gonna think you wanna buy it." He teased as he glanced over his shoulder at those eyes that lingered on his ass.

Sure! I'm working on a google doc for it now, but I can put a summary here.

Due to a mysterious event, players have been drawn into a shared dreamworld. While in the dreamworld all players are turned into pokemon. Only a select few pokemon remember their lives as human. All other players only have memories of being a pokemon.

All players can choose between being a guild member (low stakes) or a villager (no stakes). Villager players can choose to react to world events without participating in the plot. Guild members can be a part of the main teams or do side missions during the event.

The three main teams chase after the three "evil teams" (more on them later.) After a confrontation with the main antagonists everyone gets sent back to reality.

There are certain plot points that can change depending on whether the team wins or loses, to keep things interesting. Also if you faint or die in the dreamworld, you get kicked back into the normal pkmn irl world. So if you ever want to quit during the event, there's an option!

Lunchtime talk

Parker had been his usual, haughty, above it all self most of the day- he knew this wasn’t a life he was going to have and even with the reality of what they had dangled in front of him to get a reaction.  It didn’t even seem to make a dent in whatever preverbal armor Parker actually had. Even now he seemed utterly un-effect as he settled himself down in front of a seat with an arch of an eyebrow at the food options. Which...really, wasn’t great in the biggest understatement of the century. 

“Remind me when we get out of here to drag everyone out for some actual god damn steak.”  Parker mused as he pushed the food away from himself. He could go without, for the moment.  “Or at least the pretty boys.”  He added with a click of his tongue before his elbows rested on the table.

Yep! We have a discord server that's mainly used for giving event participants reminders and a quick and easy place to ask questions! We always strongly recommend participants join the discord when in an event unless it's not possible, therefore we work out an alternative for that participant.

Are you a student who is unable to donate to Palestine, but still want ways to show your support?

Me too! Unfortunately, searching up ways for students who can't drive, spend money, or drop school for a week to show solidarity for Palestine just comes up with "centrist" (if not blatantly pro-israel) articles for teachers telling them how to stay neutral during discussions with students. So! Here are some ways that I've thought of to bring pro palestine sentiment into your school and community! You are more than encouraged to add on any ideas of your own!

Wear shirts, pins, or anything outwardly pro palestine. If you can't find something, make it.

Email your representatives. Email Congress. Email the White House, or whatever your country's equivalent would be. Let the people in charge know you want a ceasefire

Talk to your local library about holding an educational night about the genocide, and/or about Palestinian culture.

Talk to your peers. Find people who share your views. Create a fuss together.

Talk to your teachers about it. Having an authority figure on your side could make things so much easier for you.

Make stickers, posters, pamphlets, etc to put up around your school, town/city, anywhere you can.

Educate yourself on anti-palestine talking points and how to refute them in a calm and logical manner. (Palestinian Toolkit is a great website for that)

Speak up! It's fucking scary, but if you can, don't let people's bigotry go unchecked. (You can use knowledge from the last point to make it easier to talk)

But also, know when to give up. It sucks, but not everyone is worth wasting your time debating. Some people won't change their mind no matter what.
