idk what it is about not eating carbs I'm literally never full
I've upped my protein and fibre intake and fats are pretty much the same, and it's not even like I don't eat carbs AT ALL, just in significantly lower amounts
and I'm "hungry" 10 minutes after a meal, except no amount of anything else feels satisfying, but half a slice of bread and I'm immediately "full"
