These were a mated pair in life, unfortunately they passed within a few months of each other after eating a poisonous plant that had grown into their outdoor aviary planted by a neighbouring house. They have been reunited in death and will remain together eternally ❤️

At last week's service at church, the Pastor explained how some believers are wearing a mask hiding their true flawed character. I was convicted so tough I wanted to go up their and punch him in the face. That Sin came up and the conviction was serious. I got nervous and felt uncomfortable i wanted to leave! This year and last there have been many instances where the sermon hit the nail right on the head, and I would feel some kind of way because it's true.

I am progressing slowly, making moves to do what a true believer is supposed to do. If you truly love the Lord, you would get involved with the Body of Christ. It's what He asks of us and it really shouldn't be a problem you should want too help out the church because the church needs a true revival of how it operates.

It's been a battle but God is awesome and he has been clearing the path for me to see the beautiful picture.

So many people Pearl clutch about folks owning birds that have been companion animals for millennia (parrots, peafowl, pigeons) meanwhile my advisor casually drops “oh yeah I knew someone who had a penguin/seriema/quetzal” in conversation at the drop of a hat

The world of actually exotic bird ownership is fascinating and I am so infinitely curious how someone managed to take care of a penguin. Did they have more than one? Did their house always smell like fish? Was their pool just the penguin pool?
