imagine your f/o(s) being interested with whatever your special interest is. it makes them smile to see you so happy and passionate about the thing you love the most. they would sit down with you and listen to you as you ramble on and on for hours on end, with the occasional question or quick cuddle break- you could continue talking in their arms and they wouldn't care i would think.

Not all days start or even go as intended – Getting too late out of bed, missing public transportation, forgetting to pack something for lunch, arriving late to school or work, something important slipping your mind… All minor inconveniences yet they keep happening to you more and more during the day. And needless to say, it’s exhausting.

So you return home, just wanting this day to be over. You plop down and want nothing but to forget that today ever happened. Until your f/o approaches.

You panic for a second. Did you forget something important!? Are they here to scold you, chew you out!? The thoughts race through your mind. As if your day couldn’t get worse enough!

However, before knowing it they pat your head gently or even embrace you softly. They had taken note of your exhaustion maybe? You aren’t exactly hiding it…

Before you can ask them you hear their voice whisper into your ear however. “Good job. You’ve pulled through today.” They say and from the corner of your eyes you can spot a light smile on their face.

It may not fix the hell that day was but it reassured you a little. Maybe this was something you needed to hear after today’s mess…
