well this morning as I woke up from a 4 or so hour night of sleep i had the brilliant idea of trying to fight Gabriel in 3-2 on Violent while listening to a youtube video, with no in-game music, relatively low in-game master sound and without having actually beaten him (on Violent) after having spent over three hours and a half exclusively trying to kick his ass a few days ago.

so. uhm. yeah. drew how it felt (while also remaining as vague as i could as to not upset anyone lol)

this was both surprisingly hard but also relatively quick? in a weird sort of way? idk girl

so uh. yea. laughed really loudly when i did beat him and when he called me an insignificant fuck again. 11/10 will do again.

#my favorite thing to do in ultrakill (aside from bullying V2 into oblivion) is dying to my own projectile boosts <33 #really though i'm sorry this is yet another stupid post and not actual art i just thought this was kinda funny; art is being made i promise #shredding through his health in his first phase is actually really easy i think; it just gets real hard once he goes angy #like just send four coins in the air and hit them with the railcanon (except i was too dumb to do a proper railcoin because ah eto bleh)#but his swords dance attack when he enters his second phase as well as his increased speed are really hard to figure out #also his timings are so different from standard!!! somehow i could parry some of his slashes but almost none of his light hatchets!!#what the fuck!!!! aaaaaa #really though beating Gabriel again was actually fun as hell fr #oh yeah the video i was listening to was a woman commenting on a “healthy christian sex course” while also giving advice and stuff #chose it cause it was almost four hours long and i didn't know how much it might take me to beat Gabe (also cause irony)#(my sense of humour is busted as fuck and really bad and im sorry)#ultrakill #gabriel ultrakill #hb talks #dumb shit #shitpost #←i think. maybe #again if you read through all of this shit i love you <3

Say what you will about the Cyrano movie (and one day I'll be able to in a halfway articulate manner), but I am still mildly obsessed with "Every Letter", and I think about this ending couplet all the time...

#woolly rambles #y'all remember a couple weeks ago on insta when everyone was posting pictures of themselves at 21?#i didn't participate but i did go back and look through photos of myself from that time #i sort of always forget that because i was working at a yarn store in my early twenties that i dressed like a middle aged norcal lady #like okay not exactly because i was also a broke college kid #but i tried alright #and oh my god the CLOGS #i had a pair of danskos that i purchased #they were the first shoes i ever bought as an adult that weren't from a thrift store and were actually well-made #genuinely wish i still had them but w/e #along with my danskos a couple of the ladies at work gifted me old pairs of their clogs that they no longer wore #at one point i had four different pairs of clogs that i wore literally all the time #and you know what? it fucking whipped #my feet were comfy as hell and i genuinely liked how they looked #plus #while everyone else's 2013-ass ballet flats were falling apart the second a foot got near them #my clogs were solid like a damn brick house #loved those things #anyways i'm returning to the wisdom of my youth #i'm getting a pair of clogs

Keep seeing videos of all the big cons over East and like... man. Why did I have to live in the state that has fucking nothing

Don't get me wrong I *love* the small local cons we have here they're so well run, they're really in touch with the local community (*especially* the creative- they're all focused mainly on the artists and local performers and idols and game devs (which could be me soon - id kill to show a game at a local con) and shit which is great) and they arent overcrowded but. God the vibes of PaxAus or Oz Comic Con (the over east versions, not WAs (aka one of the worst cons we get here)) or the fur cons over there is just,,, it's something I *need* to see. There's so many people! It's so fucking huge and the vibes are *incredible* and god I need to move over east or ill die. Actually.
