As a follow up from yesterday: making friends as an adult is truly so difficult. I wonder if I’ll ever find someone I can fall in and out of discussions with the way I can with my oldest friend. It feels like the frustration people who come out of long term relationships describe. That feeling of “do I really want to start from zero and explain the bare bones of my soul to another person? Fae Advice: If you are struggling with limiting beliefs, self-doubt and negative thinking I can offer some advice. If you feel comfortable write down the thoughts that plague your mind and knock your confidence, it is my experience those thoughts linger unless you look at them realistically writing them down helps you see that they are silly and hold no power. look at what you have written does it hold any truth, is there any facts to back it up? Probably not! Then you can add beside the negative thought the true good thought, make sure to draw a line through the negative thought afterward to let the universe know this is not your belief. An example on my end could be: My opinion doesn't matter. Who put this thought in me? Why do I choose to believe it without thinking critically about it? what I should believe is: My opinions and views do matter as I have insight and thoughts no one else may have and those opinions may be the very thing a person or the world needs to hear in that moment. Hope this helps you all!

uselessly, fae had no idea how to respond except with a shy shrug, dark eyes flickering to the floor quickly to avoid any extensive focus, attention now caught on the unlucky book clutched in her hand, the pages of written communication always being close to her person so not an unfamiliar sight. heavily inked lines becoming messily crumpled as awkwardness came to stress at the cramped book, despite how vital it would soon prove.

not that anyone had been allowed to tell her, but fae had once again been bought back from the persistent hands of death, (as if the afterlife was even a possibility for a 'hologram') the grim had this time come in the form of a common shot to the chest in standards, putting what should of been an end to the agent.

but no, there she stood, cornered by the other in a series of questions that got the useless rise and fall of shoulders that answered nothing, but seemed all the girl was willing to give without continued interrogation.
