WHAT ARE STELLARS ? ˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ stellars is the name given to the fanbase of kpop idol astella , the name was given to fans on january 10th , 2022 – three months after her debut . the fanbase is known for being fairly nice to get along with , only getting rowdy when it’s time to ‘ defend heejin ‘ . they’re very loyal , quite literally known for getting astella out of ‘ nugudom ‘ , convinced her company to have her perform at coachella , although she didn’t headline , it was still an amazing achievement for her . they even have their own community on twitter (x) , called stellars!

THE OFFICIAL STELLARS COLOURS ! ... the official colours for stellar are the swan ( #FCD417 ) , the sun ( #FF709C ) &&. the cyclop ( #FE8650 ) . each color is meant to represent astella’s growth ; her time in promise being the swan , first year as a soloist being the sun , and the cyclop being her revenge (reputation) era , the one she’s currently in .

THE OFFICIAL STELLAR LIGHTSTICK ( insp. venusvity ) ! ... THE FIRST lightstick , also known as the stellabong , was the very first light stick that dropped 2 months after astella’s initial debut in 2021 and came free with the physical album copy . stellars absolutely loved the design of the lightstick , it’s chargeable and can change into three different colors when you press the button , it is still available on astella’s website to this day .

THE ORIGINAL lightstick was released a month after the stellabong , it’s the only lightstick that stellars have where there is a handle. it’s known to be the least favorite light stick out of the the generations , although it is still used when astella performs on inkigayo or music bank , this really played into the mermaid feel a little bit , her international fans aren’t very fond of it , but her korean fans like it . the current retail price is $34 USD ( ₩45,307 ) , although as of 2024 it isn’t bought as much . however , at concerts astella still uses it whenever she can!

THE LATEST stellabong was release early june 2022 , just in time for astella’s performance at lollapalooza paris , replacing the previous one after a year run to mark the start of the ‘ revenge era ’ . simply being a modified version of the first gen stellabong , fans enjoyed improved shaping and quality , they definitely think this one is the best lightstick out of all three , it looks pretty , and just like the first one can change colors! the current retail price is 65$ USD ( ₩86,617 ) , astella likes to keep the prices of the lightstick’s in range so that most of her fans are able to afford it . but , there are still resellers in the fandom who either sell the lightstick for more or a cheaper price .

WHAT IS STELLARS FAVORITE ERA? ... NOBODY KNOWS is the most popular era out of all of astella’s comebacks so far , she gained tons of fans during this era and going viral almost every day thanks to her beauty . in a fan vote , 50.5% of stellars said they liked this era the best . ever since this era started , stellars started to get the ‘ stellars are so toxic ‘ treatment , they don’t care , they obviously act the way they do because of all the things heejin has been through . she also is active a lot on bubble and instagram threads , where she talks abiht things behind the scenes .

SUGARCOAT comes second in terms of popularity , having been voted by 45.1% of fans . most of this popularity stems from the fact that she just got out of her contract with her old company , almost getting blacklisted , and her name being infamous for the amount of months she was gone , a lot of the streams from this song , which garnered over 70 million views , came from people hate watching , wanting to see what’s all the hype about , but they ended up loving the song . before nobody knows became the best era in stellars eyes , sugarcoat was their roman empire .

QUEENDOM , is in third place , with a whopping 5.05% , queendom was the era of heejin being in promise , stellars don’t even want to talk about astella being the group . a lot of them like to pretend she was never in the group and was always a soloist after finding out in the lawsuit she made against her old company of the way she was treated , stellars don’t hold anything against the girls! a lot of them are still fans of them , they just won’t hesistate to hate on the company , a lot of ‘ toxic stellars ‘ would berate the members , saying they should’ve said something about her mistreatment but seeing how they really had no power stellars understand why the girls didn’t say anything . but it is thought to be known that the members still support her and astella does the same .

Aini, previously the youngest in the family before her cousin Yongbok came into the picture (she hates her for it) is known to be a little dramatic. she's definitely a momma's girl and cries to her for anything. she enjoys picking on her older brothers Channie and Changbin and likes to steal their mothers attention from them. with that said, she is a crybaby.

although being a good actor, Aiko finds it very hard to act as Aini since aiko doesnt like doing cute stuff so sometimes she breaks character to silently cringe at herself

flexes the fact that she's trilingual (eng, kor, and jpn) and uses it against her cousin

while playing the silent game in the second skz family episode, she was hiding on the couch but when her aunt Lee Know got close she ended up on the top of the couch and fell off which made her 'cry' for her eomma

she secretly loves being able to be a 'girly girl' while playing Aini since she doesnt get to do it often being constantly surrounded by her members

in the newest episode, she had a rivalry with her cousin Yongbok since she didnt like having another little girl to steal the attention from her

☆♱🎧🫧 DREAMCHIC is an idol girl group who debuted in 2020 under FLEURY RECORDS. Known for their ethereal and vintage concept and style, the group consists of the following four members: HANA, MICKEY, HAILEY, and RUO. Upon debut, the girls were met with adoration for their lively stage presence and music quality. The members were often praised for their work ethic and professional background and resume within the industry.

However, most of the love quickly turned to criticisms as the girls got deeper into their career. The morning sun had just started to filter in through the curtains by the time Evelyn had worked up enough energy to peel her eyes open, squinting as the harsh lighting flooded her vision instantly. Her eyes adjusted to the room after several rounds of constant blinking, catching herself drifting in and out of sleep a few times.

Rolling onto her back slightly, she lifted her phone up from the nightstand to check the time before putting it back down quickly. It was just past eight in the morning, her typical wake up time. It didn’t matter if the group was on a rest period or not, she was almost always guaranteed to wake up around the same time. These days it was a little harder to stay awake simply from the fact that her body was just tired.

She turned back over onto her side, using this quiet time to herself to admire the man sleeping next to her. The way his lips stuck out in a pout like they always do. The way he looked so relaxed with his face pressed to the pillow and breathing heavily out of his nose.

Evelyn reached a hand out and placed it against the side of Mingyu’s face, rubbing her thumb gently over his cheekbones. He looked so content, so peaceful, so happy to finally have a moment of just rest after their busy schedules.

Just as her eyes started to flutter close again, his arm draped across her waist, pulling her in a little closer causing her eyes to shoot open in surprise. She wasn’t expecting him to wake up so suddenly.

“How long have you been awake? What time is it?” Mingyu’s voice was deep in the morning, mumbling against the pillow. He hadn’t opened his eyes yet but she could tell he was soon to wake up.

“Not long, maybe five minutes ago and it’s almost eight-thirty,” She hummed, retracting her hand from his face, “You should go back to sleep, you need it.”

“I can’t when I have a pretty girl staring at me,” He smirked, finally cracking his eyes open to meet hers.

Evelyn’s face flushed at his comment, a smile forming on her lips. Mingyu’s hand moved up to her lower back, using his fingertips to draw circles on her skin. She shivered at the feeling, partly due to it being a little colder than when they had fallen asleep last night and the other being the fact that she was bare and his fingers were sending goosebumps all over her skin.

“How did you sleep last night?” He asked, using his palm to rub the rest of the sleep out of his eyes.

“Great. I won’t lie though, my ass is definitely still sore,” Evelyn snorted, turning her head into her pillow out of embarrassment, “I'd be surprised if there aren’t handprints.”

Mingyu barked out a laugh, tightening his hold on her waist and pulling her body flush against his. He pressed a kiss to her forehead before setting back down onto the pillow. Evelyn slipped her arms around his torso, snuggling into his neck.

“You were being naughty,” He trailed his hand down the curve of her spine, chills rushing through her body as he lightly grabbed at a cheek, “Teasing me while I was working out. Naughty girl.” He squeezed her cheek before bringing his hand down against her ass, only not as hard as the night before. Evelyn gasped at the sharp impact, the dull sting settling back in again.

“I couldn’t help it,” She smirked into his neck, nipping gently at the skin, “You were looking too good like that; all muscled up. The more I stood back and watched, the more I couldn’t wait any longer.”

Mingyu hummed at her words, smacking his hand down again before bringing it up to rest on her side, letting her work at his skin. She kissed at the newly formed bruise, loving how quickly she was able to do it in the first place.

“I’ll get you back, don’t worry,” She rested her cheek against his chest, his heartbeat keeping a steady rhythm.

“Oh yeah? How so,” He raised an eyebrow, curious for an answer. He tugged her up onto his chest, making space in between his legs for the rest of her body to slide in.

Evelyn giggled against her new position on his chest, drawing random shapes on his peck with her nail, “I guess you’re gonna have to find out one of these days.”

“Whatever you say,” He wrapped his arms around her, hugging their bodies together, pouting his lips at her when she lifted her head up from his chest, silently asking her for a kiss.

“We have morning breath, it’ll be gross.”

He continued to pout at her until she eventually caved and moved up his body, hovering over his face. She connected their lips quickly, pecking them a few times before she pressed a kiss to his cheek.

“You are so beautiful,” He smoothed his hands up and down her back. It’s almost been a full year since the two had gotten together, yet they make each other’s heart flutter every single time.

Her cheeks blushed at the compliment, moving to bury her head in the junction of his neck and shoulder. She was beginning to feel tired again and knew it was minutes before she would fall back into the world of dreamland. She shivered against his body, trapping her arms in between their bodies to keep them warm.

“Cold baby?” His voice was quiet, taking note of the shivering body against his own. A small hum left her mouth as she slipped in and out of consciousness, struggling to keep her eyes open.

With the awkward angle that he was in, Mingyu reached down for the comforter that had somehow fallen off of them and pulled it back over the both of them. His arms tightened around her body, locking in as much heat as possible. While he was naturally a warm body, Evelyn was the complete opposite and the slightest chill could make her teeth chatter.

He kissed the top of her head before resting his cheek in the same spot, “Sleep well Evie.” The two fell back into comfortable silence as they drifted back off to sleep in each other’s arms.

Hi anon! thanks for you question. This is how it went!

Seungcheol: He is really protective of Daisy. Ever since she got together with Kai and after he cheated on her, Coups was always by her side, not letting anyone disrespect her. By standing by her side, he therefore understood there was something with Minghao, but he never turned against her or him, trusting both of them.

Jeonghan: Jeonghan and Daisy are always accomplices in many contexts, and this time was no different. It was Daisy herself who told Jeonghan about her crush for Minghao, and Jeonghan wasted no opportunity to get them closer than usual. Now that they are together officially, Jeonghan thinks he has become Cupid.

Joshua: He was quite normal about it. He knows they are both adults so it's okay for them to live their lives. He is probably already waiting for the invitation to their wedding.

Junhui: «Am I supposed to be surprised?» was what he said when Minghao told him about the now official relationship.He knew right away, maybe even before the two of them realized it. To him, it's as if his two best friends got together, he couldn't be anything but happy.

Hoshi: Unlike Jun, he didn't understand it at all. He thought it was another Hyejin, so he didn't understand why everyone was so serious about it. When it was explained to him again after 1 month, he understood. He doesn't care so much as long as they don't get too distracted in the rehearsal room!

Wonwoo: As many Carats will know, Daisy calls Wonwoo her "psychologist cat." He has always been the person she trusts the most, to whom she tells things she would not even tell her family. So all those sleepless nights when she tried to suppress her feelings for Minghao because she thought it was wrong were accompanied by Wonwoo's reassuring words. Even today, if there happens to be an argument between the two of them, Daisy knows that going to Wonwoo is the best choice.

Woozi: Give him pen and paper he immediately has a song in mind to write! all joking aside, he didn't have who knows what kind of overwhelming reaction. He's happy for them but he's afraid it might get the whole group in trouble so he lets them do it and hopes it all goes well.

Mingyu and DK: They were super excited! Minghao preferred to tell the 97s together. They wouldn't stop smiling or giggling. «I will be the best uncle» Dokyeom said first, «What are you saying? I will be the favorite uncle!» countered Mingyu, thus beginning a long series of back-and-forth. «Guys, thinking a little further, we have been together for 2 days.»

Seungkwan: «And I thought it was all because of meditation! Now I understand why you are happier lately» Seungkwan replied to Minghao like this, making everyone laugh. He loves knowing that Daisy finally got over her fear of never being truly loved, so Minghao be careful, because if anything happens to Daisy, you will have to deal with him!

Vernon: He finally understood why Minghao always went to the maknae line dorm. But he didn't care much. At first he was almost disgusted to see 2 group members kissing while watching a movie next to him in the sofa, but now he got used to it.

Dino: Daisy and Dino went for a drink together after practice, and Daisy thought it was the perfect time to tell him. «Minghao and I are together» she told him and Dino burst out laughing so hard that Daisy had to put her hand in front of his mouth «Wow I was really falling for that!» he thought it was a joke but the silence there brought him back to reality «Oh??? Really??? You and Minghao? Minghao? our Minghao??? Wow great...» the alcohol made him too happy as much as confused. The next day with a clear mind he went to wish them both well.

July 21st, a very late hour, actually it was already night. The performance at Lollapalooza wore them all out, but they were going to head back to Korea first thing in the morning anyway. Chichi would not miss such an opportunity to spend her birthday with her boyfriend in Paris... even if it will be more than half a month earlier.

Boyfriend... It's been less than six months since she and Changbin entered into a secret relationship that only the rest of Kids knew about. She still couldn't get used to it, yet she felt endless lightness and joy every day because of it. She had always thought that relationships were not for her, since high school she had felt no interest at all toward boys for fear that any of them could be her potential abuser. However, Changbin slowly healed her wounds, covered her scars by making them hide under new, tougher skin. With his help and support, she eventually began to grow and try many new things. The best starts outside your comfort zone," he used to say. Of course, that wouldn't work for everyone, but for her, nothing was scary anymore with him and the other members. Chichi was slowly finally blossoming.

"No one will recognize us in the middle of the night. Do you trust me or not?"

She asked, sitting down next to him on the bed in his hotel room where she had come. He shared it with Seungmin, while she shared hers again with Jeongin, and so it wasn't hard to get rid of them - just bribe them with dinner at a good pub near the hotel.

"I trust you. But what did you plan in the middle of the night?"

"You act as if big cities die at exactly eight o'clock."

She poked him lightly with her elbow, to which Changbin finally "gave in," although in fact he had intended from the very beginning to go with her wherever she wanted to go. So they got up, put on their face masks and went downstairs to the lobby, where the manager was waiting for them. His presence was not to their liking, but it was a necessity to keep them out of trouble. Chichi slipped the manager a phone with the location she wanted to go to so he could "accept" it, and when he did with a quick nod, they could finally get going.

It wasn't far, so they could easily go there on foot. They were all dressed similarly - dark sweatpants, loose sports sweatshirts, Chichi had a baseball cap, and the faces of all three were covered by black masks. They looked like friends walking into town, which according to Ichi should not arouse anyone's suspicions.

Their destination was a small bridge, overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Although it was far away and partially hidden behind one of the buildings, it was still clearly visible because of its lighting. Moreover, there was not a living soul here besides them, so they could enjoy the view of the tower in peace. Changbin and Chichi leaned against the bridge, while the manager politely walked a bit further away to talk on the phone, although his goal was a bit different... The rapper looked at her, slipping his mask over his chin.

"I didn't know you were such a romantic."

"I'm not romantic." She replied immediately, directing her gaze from him to the tower in the distance. "Just... don't you sometimes feel like going out, taking a breath and pretending that time has stopped? That it's just you and... all you have here."

She touched his heart carefully with her index finger, but Changbin put his hand on her palm and stopped it on his body while looking at her seriously. He swallowed, thinking deeply.

"Sometimes yes." He replied finally. "When I feel too overwhelmed I usually try to write songs, or compose. But sometimes there is so much that I feel like my hand can't keep up with my thoughts."

Ichi nodded slightly, looking away from his chest. The glowing Eiffel Tower in the distance now seemed to them a stoic refuge, a symbol of what they crave, what is within reach, but at the same time so unattainable. Why are they standing here, alone on an unknown other small bridge, instead of going under the tower and admiring it to its fullest with other tourists? Because they are famous. Because they are recognizable, someone would immediately take a picture of them, despite their great camouflage. The photo would hit the Internet and the rumor wheel would start spinning becoming unstoppable. After all, it already happened once, when the two went to a restaurant as still friends and were caught by a "kind Internet user." Hanging over them was the possibility of a repeat of that event, which effectively kept them upright. Perhaps too effectively... They were stuck in a glass cage through which everything they could not have could be seen perfectly. Changbin placed a kiss so tender on the top of Chichi's head that if they had been in greener terrain, she would have thought a leaf had fallen on her head. Without a word, she put her arms around his waist and hugged her head to his shoulder.

"I fought for a long time to have what I have now." He began to speak again to break the silence. "And I don't regret anything. Well, maybe one thing... That I really can't get a distance from it all sometimes."

Ichi answered nothing, but he knew she had listened and understood. He put one arm around her and put the palm of his other hand on her head.

Changbin was right, there was nothing to regret, and it wasn't that she did. She was grateful for everything she had received, everything she had and everything she had achieved. But what she was supposed to do, after all, she was still human after all, and sometimes, like now, she was drawn to freedom unbroken by the presence of third parties.

Fortunately, there was no more time to consider such serious topics further, as their manager returned - with a pink cake with candles lit on it. Chichi immediately moved away from Changbin and jumped up to join the manager in singing "Happy Birthday". Changbin only covered his mouth with both hands to at least muffle loud laughter. She wasn't kidding about his birthday! Ichi took the cake in her hands and approached the "birthday boy" with it, who, after a short thought, blew out the candles.

"I made it myself!" She called out immediately with pride, but Changbin raised an eyebrow. "Well, okay, I bought it, but I decorated it myself!" But Changbin didn't fall for that either... She lowered her eyebrows. "Okay, Felix helped me."

She replied resignedly and took two plastic forks from the manager, then handed one to Changbin so they could start eating. The man couldn't stop smiling the whole time.

"I haven't celebrated a birthday that early before." He said.

"I couldn't pass up such an opportunity, I told you." She laughed, then ate a piece of cake from his fork, wiping the corner of her mouth with thumb.

"Nevertheless, I raise an objection." He replied suddenly and Chichi's eyes widened in surprise. "What's a birthday party without dancing?"

"Where am I going to get you-"

But she didn't need to say anything more, as the manager was already playing romantic music from his phone. Ichi rolled her eyes with laughter, already took by Changbin more to the middle of the bridge so they would have more space. He put his hand on her waist and extended the other to the side, and she put one hand in his and the other on his shoulder. Swaying to the rhythm of the music went clumsily between them, but only for a while. They quickly found a common rhythm, gazing into each other's eyes, because after all, what was Paris compared to the mirror of a loved one's soul?

Hold my hand, promise me that everything will be fine. Hold me tight. Next to you, I dream still. Yes, yes, I intend to stay...* resounded from the phone's speaker.

Holding each other's hands, as if in fear of being separated, they were stuck dancing on the bridge. They were stuck in their safe bubble. They were stuck in the moment until the faint first rays of the rising sun greeted them.

Idol Time’s First Episode featuring Venus’ Chloe Lee (@venusvity), aired on February 17th, 2024 with the shows host, Everlast’s Cody. The video gained 10M views in the first 3 hours and 25M views overall, earning it a #1 trending spot.

The Idol Time studio lights up as the video begins and a smiling Cody walks in, sitting down on a conveniently placed chair. He holds a set of queue cards in one hand, his other hand playing around with the microphone that sits in front of his face.

The setting is somewhat simple, two plain-coloured chairs opposite to each other, with a few lights strung above the seats and a glowing sign with ‘Idol Time’ scrawled over it, in a space-themed font.

Cody waits a couple of beats before saying the opening line, with the most enthusiasm he could possibly muster, “Welcome to Idol Time, the only interview show you need to worry about and the best interview show you’ve ever seen. Obviously, hosted by the Shin Junseo. Or Cody, whatever works!”

“Here we are. Episode one of Idol Time and honestly, I can’t believe I’ve gotten far enough to have my own show.” He laughs in mock sadness, wiping away faux tears. “But anyways! I'd like to introduce the first guest of the show, my favourite member of Venus and a very familiar face, Chloe Lee!” Chloe, right on cue and clearly rehearsed, walks into frame and sits down in the velvet blue chair placed next to Cody’s. “Hiii everyone! So nice to be here!” Chloe says cooly into the mic, waving to the camera with an excited but nervous smile.

“So? What are your thoughts so far?” Cody questions, clearly overjoyed by her presence. She nods slightly in response. "I'm very excited to be here, actually! Super excited to tell everyone about the album and everything in between.” She's not really excited to do either of those things but Chloe manages to pretend she is.

“Great! I was a little nervous having someone as famous as you on here, but I’m glad we’ve started off well.” Chloe chuckles quietly at Cody’s response, covering her mouth with her hand, politely. Smoothly, Cody introduces the next question. “You’ve been working hard recently, I’m sure everyone’s seen your face around a lot. Starzie especially, has been a big hit in the past few weeks, how was your debut?” His lips twitch to form a tight smile as he grips onto the queue cards, the mention of Starzie bringing back a few somber memories.

“Oh Starzie is...So much fun! Um, it's a lot to be promoting at the same time as Venus but it's fun. It was totally worth all that stress,” Chloe answers with a laugh, running her hand through her hair with a nod.

“I like working with everyone but Finn. He's a bit unpredictable," Chloe jokes with a playful smile before shrugging, “I was super excited to work with Doah and Poppy. Those two are so cool, especially Poppy. I really look up to her since she's the most experienced out of all of us. It's been super cool working with everyone and collaborating like that.”

Cody hums, nodding along to her words. “And I thought Finn was the most responsible member.” He responds to her joke, nudging Chloe’s shoulder. He tilts his head, preparing for the next question. “So I listened to the album and then again last week to refresh my memory and I absolutely loved it. Back 2 U and Beautiful Liar were my favourites but, we’re here to talk about you. Did you initially like the album and can we expect a comeback anytime soon?”

Chloe opens her mouth when asked about liking Starzie's debut before she inhales sharply, making an unsure face with a tilt of her head. Chloe laughs with a shrug, leaning back in her chair. “I mean! It's not what I'm used to! It's very loud! But I think we killed it. I liked working with the Starz especially on the B-sides. I think the B-sides are really where the album shines.” Cody silently agrees. He shifts in his chair before replying, “I like that about the album, though, It shows that a title track doesn’t need to carry the whole album to be a good listen, you know?” Chloe’s smile brightens with each word. “Exactly! You get it.”

Chloe continues, “I hope there’ll be a comeback soon! I hope we get a full album next time. Because, you know, promoting with those guys is super fun, I really enjoy it especially the girls--Oh, I love the girls. We're the show, really,” Chloe rambles, talking with her hands flippintly as she does so. “When we're backstage together, I always forget I'm not with Venus--It's such a weird feeling. Like, I'll look to my left to tell Bliss good luck and she's literally not there. It's Oliver. It's crazy. I love it! Just crazy, you know?”

“I know, we all get so used to a routine so when it changes it’s so weird.” He pauses, “You’re lucky, I bet it’s a nice change. I get so tired of promoting with my group every comeback. Love those guys though, don’t get me wrong.” He says, lightheartedly.

“Next question! We were on the same survival show, I killed it, You killed it, but I think we should be truthful about our experiences.” Cody starts, “Personally, I had a lot of fun, it was great and all, but there were some tough times. So I wanna know how you viewed it? Were things the same on and off camera?”

Chloe clicks her tongue as she looks up in thought, humming with an unsure expression.

"I wouldn't do it again. 'Wasn't my favorite experience," Chloe admits with a subtle shrug,

"You were there! You saw how stressful it was! Sorry 'bout that," Chloe laughs anxiously, giving a sheepish smile. "Yeah, I don't really...Like survival shows really put me in a bad headspace and I think that was really clear on the show. Like...l just wasn't doing well on that show. I wish I behaved differently...Sorry you had to experience that, Cody." She teases, reaching out and playfully putting her hand on his with a laugh.

Cody laughs along with her, shaking his head slowly. “It’s fine, Chloe. If I had to apologise for all the times I’d cussed out people in my life, I would be old and withering by the time I was done.” He stares at the camera awkwardly and the clip cuts to the next.

Cody clears his throat before continuing, eyes glued to his lap. “Do you—think anyone could’ve been rigged into Starzie?” Chloe pauses, looking down with a quirk of her lips.

“Um...l don't think so. No offense,” Chloe teases Cody again with a chuckle, trying not to look bored of the Starzie questions. He rolls his eyes in response, smiling sweetly straight after. “I thought there would be more boys, honestly. There's only two in the group and that was just barely...Maybe one of them was rigged in,” She speculates with a chuckle, “Finn was probably rigged in. I'm shocked SM didn't rig that Aespa girl in. I heard they tried but it didn't work out.” Chloe shrugs.

“I don't feel like being in a group called Starzie is that serious for rigging, you know?”

“Well, you heard it here first, everyone! Starzie is not a repeat of any of the Produce shows.” He voices, sending a jab their way. “Now, onto more pressing matters than a tortuous survival show, Venus! I also happened to love Venus Victrix, how were promotions?”

Chloe perks up at the mention of Venus, glad Cody’s moved on to a different topic. She sits up straighter and crosses her legs.

“They've been great! I love Venus!" Chloe laughs, smiling brightly. "It's been, you know, stressful with all the overlapping promotions but I'm coping! I'm growing...Everyday is a new adventure and I love that.”

“Any songs you disliked?” Cody entreats, his voice increasing in pitch as he asks. “Disliked? Um...l mean...7Seconds is kind of boring. It's not my favorite. Sorry to Noah. I know he liked that song but it just bores me. The rest of the album is flawless though. I'm really pleased with it.”

Cody blinks at the camera a couple of times before relaxing his face, a serious expression covering his usually bright smile. He quickly looks down and returns to the script “You’ve been talking about how stressed and overworked you are, I know it’s a sensitive topic. Is there anything you’d like to share with viewers?”

Chloe deflates slightly with sigh, nodding in defeat. She looks up, inhaling sharply though her teeth as she starts to pull out her acting skills.

“I've always had, um, struggles with my mental health. When you've been an idol for as long as I have—l've literally been doing this for eight years,” Chloe emphasizes how long she's been working, looking back at Cody with a forced smile. “You go through lows and I...l'm in a low. It's just...It's been really hard juggling everything—“ Chloe makes herself get chokes up, voice breaking pathetically making her look away and dab the inner corners of her teary eyes, sniffling.

“And it's so strange because I should be really happy! Venus is doing amazing, Starzie is doing well, everything I do is great, but I just wake up and feel like I'm stuck and I hate it.”

It's so—“ Chloe struggles to think of a word, taking a deep breath through her nose before deflating with a defeated shrug. “I don't know.” She sighs, silently looking away.

“I was diagnosed with, um, PTSD recently so l think, maybe, that has something to do with it? But, yeah, it hasn't been easy lately.”

Cody looks at Chloe, giving her a sort of sad-sympathetic smile. Chloe doesn’t pay this any mind and simply signals for him to continue, which he does. “Thank you, Chloe. I hope things get easier for you, don’t feel like you have to be happy because everyone and everything around you is.” He replies, earnestly. “Now, fans have been asking and would love to know, What’s your Ideal type?”

Chloe blinks at the question, no matter how hard she tries she looks agitated at the question. She pushes out air through her nose in lieu of a laugh.

“My ideal type is someone who works hard, is tall, strong, and will protect me,” Chloe lists, bouncing her leg anxiously as she thinks over the fan question. She can't stop herself from smiling because she knows where this is going. Cody hums again in response and decides then to attempt to cut to the point of all these previous questions. “So, would you date a fan?”

Chloe shrugs and replies simply. “I mean, fans are just people. Why not?” Cody’s not sure he can agree with that one, but he pretends like he can anyways. He takes a slow breath before proceeding to read off of his script once more, “There’s been some rumours floating around, and I wanted to be the first to ask you about them. Anything about you and a popular fansite you’d like to tell us about?”

Chloe chuckles when he says "popular" quickly going back to a neutral face. She looks at the camera then back at Cody, shaking her head.

“It's been a really hard few months. So, I wasn't making the most wise of decisions but I mean,” Chloe throws her hands out before dropping them on her thighs, “He's a grown man. I'm a grown woman. I don't see the drama in this? Everyone just overreacts at the smallest of things. We went on a date,” Chloe confesses to the camera despite the distressed look on her manager's face from behind the camera. “Like a singular date. Sue me. I think a man my age is cute and want to have a drink with him.” Chloe dismisses with a sigh, leaning back in her chair. “Every idol is dating someone. Get over it.”

Cody snorts. “Little overprotective to be just one date.” Chloe sends him a quick and discreet glare that makes Cody immediately quiet down. “No, you’re right.” The clip comically cuts there and begins to play the final segment.

“To wrap everything up, Is there anything else you’d like to say to the viewers?” He asks, “Or maybe some future plans you want fans to know about?”

“Yeah!” Chloe forms a heart with her hands, beaming at the camera. "Dulce, I love you!” She laughs, blowing a kiss towards the screen.

“Oh! After Venus Victrix wraps up...l'm going to be releasing my first solo album!" Chloe announces with an excited smile, giving a thumbs up to the camera. “There will be a lot of Venus solos so keep an eye out! We're all very excited to share them with you guys!”

Cody cheers eagerly at the news and pumps his fist in the air for exaggeration. “A win for me.”

Chloe laughs at Cody’s gesture and now gives finger hearts, smiling sweetly to the camera with a tilt of her head to look cute.

“Thank you so much for having me! I love talking so thank you for listening! I'll see you all soon!” She blows a kiss to the camera one last time before waving.

“Thank you for watching and supporting Idol Time, See you next time!” Cody finishes, giving the final words of the Episode to Chloe.

Before becoming a soloist she was the main vocalist of the girl group Promise, who later changed their name to Paradise. The group debuted as a six-member group originally in 2017, but when Heejin left in 2021 they continued activities as a five member group. It was unknown as to why she left, her old company said it was due to creative differences, but Heejin’s side of the story said something completely different. She officially sued her ex-manager for emotional distress in January of 2022, a few months after her departure from the group. She claimed that her manager mistreated not only her but two other members! She ended up winning and her ex manager was fired but it was too late, the damage was already done.

★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ Astella would make her SOLO DEBUT in late 2021/early 2022 with a highly anticipated pre-release single called Sugarcoat. She debuted in an entirely different company, Starship Entertainment. Home to groups like Ive, Wjsn, and Sistar!

★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ At first she was very hesitant in coming back into the idol scene, she was content with not being in the spotlight for a while, but this was her dream! Born on april 20th, 2001 in busan, south korea, Heejin Kwan is the child of the married couple Sooyoung and Minjun Kwan. heejin’s parents are working working class parents, her mother is a retired teacher and her father is an surgeon. she has one older brother by the name of Haneul, growing up they had an amazing relationship, they still do to this day!

Heejin has always loved music, she was a big fan of Girls Generation and BTS, the first ever album she got was a gift for her birthday was “I got a Boy” which she still has! She’s shown it her fans once on live and talked about how she got it. In 2016, she was scouted by a fairly new talent agency called “Bubble Entertainment” of course she was skeptical, but music was her thing, thats was she loved so she agreed to being a trainee, for her to only be a trainee for half a year, she improved all the time and debuted in Promise as the main vocalist.

She remained active with the group for 4 years, leaving unexpectedly in 2021, it shocked kpop stans all across the world because it was just out of nowhere. But, she did end up coming back in 2021, but as a soloist this time.

👾 ───── *ೃ ‍୨ EVERYTHING CANON IN THE HASHTAG MINIVERSE: A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF ALL THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Plotlines, plotlines and even more plotlines! At first I thought a combined piece of all the writing pieces that focused or circled around these plots would be a good idea, but then I realized, It’d be better to have them layed out like this so it’s easier to understand!

CLEM X YUAN: THE PROBLEMS THAT COME WITH DATING YOUR BEST FRIEND’S BROTHER.

A little backstory is needed on this one. So, I used to have a piece up about Yuan (@stariified) and Liling’s complicated relationship but I removed it because I didn’t think it was that necessary. It briefly detailed a situation that confirmed Liling’s hatred for Yuan completely.

Liling used to be bullied relentlessly whilst in school, when on the other hand, Yuan was absolutely loved by everyone. He was never really a very brotherly figure to her and often ignored or pretended like she didn’t exist when they were near each other. To wrap up the piece quickly, Liling ended up in the hospital due to some…reasons, and a bigger grudge on Yuan than she did before.

Fast forward a couple of years, they’re past debut and Clem has replaced Yoora as Liling’s so called ‘best-friend’ (I’ll get into that later) and now they’re closer than ever before. But instead of following the ‘siblings are COMPLETELY off limits’ rule (I mean, you would think so after seeing how that trope ends) Clem took it upon herself to get drunk (She was actually pretty sober) and hook up with Yuan after a party at the Comet House (Will be explained at a later date, just know Melody Media owns the place)

Liling ended up finding out through Yoora (Jealous + snitch alert if you ask me) and she confronted Clem which basically was just Liling being super pissed and Clem being super unbothered. Liling eventually got over it but she still absolutely despises Yuan and Clem absolutely loves Yuan! We don’t know if Yuan really likes her like that yet. Great Dynamic!

LILING X KIJUNG X ELIAS X DAWN + JISEOK: OKAY WAIT, WHAT’S GOING ON HERE AND WHY ARE THERE SO MANY NAMES?

Once again, a backstory is most definitely needed and is very important to understanding this plot, it gets really complicated. First, let’s address the people involved. Liling is obviously a member of hashtag, we know her (hopefully?). Kijung and Jiseok (an honorable mention in the story) are apart of a group called Everlast under Melody Media. Cody’s in the same group as them if anyone remembers him, so that might ring some bells.

Anyways, I was planning to make a blog for them so that’s coming soon! Back to the point, Kijung and Jiseok are members of the same group they know eachother blah blah blah. Liling & Jiseok are like two peas in a pod, great friends, whatever you wanna call it but Kijung and Liling have a lot of history. They used to date, let’s say from 2022 - the middle of 2023, after that the relationship ended they’re still friends but there’s some tension. Moving on! We have Elias…he’s meant to be Liling’s manager for when she has solo projects and schedules but then they ended up ‘falling in love’ and started ‘dating’ in October of 2023.

I say ‘dating’ because they weren’t really, that’s just what Liling liked to call it. Two months later they end up breaking up (???) because he cheated on her with one of Melody Media’s creative directors, Dawn Wolfe. I love Dawn so much but she was not cool for that. Obviously, Liling still loves Elias very much, peer pressure (Clem) just told her that she should break up with him otherwise she would look stupid (she would). In the piece i wrote for this, both Kijung and Elias were about to throw themselves onto a road for her (not literally) and Elias ends up meeting up with Liling whilst he’s drunk and Liling finally decides to think for herself. She just tells him to stay away from her and their story ends there.

I think this is the most important plot because it’s basically the reason why Liling is on a hiatus, i’m sure you’ve seen the articles (hopefully??) and she isn’t really acting like she’s on a hiatus but she formally is. Hashtag will probably have a full album before she’s back so let’s say the hiatus will probably last a couple more months.

MINSEO AND HER TWITCH SCANDAL: IVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO EXPLAIN THIS, SO HERE WE GO!

I’ve had so many variations of this plot that I don’t even know what to say (Lies, I do). Firstly, it was going to be Minseo’s plot, then it was Yewon’s (she’s not important anymore) and now it’s back to being Minseo’s. It’ll stay that way, her being a twitch streamer has always belonged to her (runs through her veins!) Anyways, Minseo used to run an account called SEOTALK (there’s also been many variations of the account name, but this one makes the most sense) and it actually ended up doing really well, better than what Minseo was expecting. She’d always wanted to be ‘famous’ she just didn’t want her face to be the main focus point.

So, she used a mask and wore these thick glasses every time she streamed to somewhat hide her identity (she did not do a very good job. at all) and nobody questioned a thing. Sometimes, Minseo would just talk to her screen for a few hours but her most popular streams where the ones where she would play horror games. People just seemed to love her reactions and commentary so much that I think it got to her head. Minseo took this opportunity to incorporate other things into her stream, and that is where the downfall of SEOTALK began. Soon enough, she began to talk about idol groups and answer controversial questions about them, and oh was it bad.

She had no filter (okay blunt queen) and would just run her mouth for hours and hours until she felt like she couldn’t open her mouth anymore. At the time, there were mixed opinions. Some people thought that her comments weren’t necessary and others found it extremely funny or extremely insensitive, inappropriate and offensive. Minseo ended up abandoning the account for a little while and then she debuted, so the account and its streams had to be deleted but obviously, people had recorded them and some were still uploaded to youtube by other accounts. A few months after Hashtag’s debut an article about who SEOTALK was came out and it revealed to the public that it was of course, Hashtag’s Minseo.

This was Hashtags biggest scandal at the time and almost sent them into ruins (ALMOST). I was going to make this plot part of a youtube series that detailed all the scandals Melody Media had kept hidden, but that wouldn’t make much sense, you know? Minseo had to issue a formal apology and everyone eventually got over it after the initial shock. It’s an inside joke in the fandom now, but Minseo now refuses to acknowledge it.

CLEM AND YOORA HATE EACHOTHER, WELL JUST YOORA ACTUALLY, HERES WHY.

There actually is no reason, no major event that caused them to argue, Yoora just genuinely does not like Clem. She hasn’t liked her since 2018 but she was able to put it aside and work with her without any passive aggressiveness shining through her cute little facade. That was until Clem slowly started to seep her way into Liling’s life like an annoying little fly (Yoora’s words, not mine) to the point where Clem ended up replacing Yoora’s best friend spot which quite literally, ticked her off.

Now, Yoora makes it her life’s goal to piss Clem off at any possible time she can. Shoving her, tripping her up, making sure her food is burnt, like kid stuff. Because she’s a child. Anyways, Clem doesn’t feel the same way, she just does not care about a lot of things in life so why should she care about Yoora, of all people? Clem just simply finds it funny so their beef is practically one-sided. Liling has no comment she’s just really enjoying being the center of attention!

YOORA X HANJAE. OH AND WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON WITH YOORA?

There are already a lot of posts that explain the YooJae (Yoora and Hanjae + find him @/intoloopin) dynamic/situation, there’s not really much needed here, so i’ll link them here, here and here if you haven’t already seen them. I’m re-explaining in more simpler terms if you don’t understand. All you need to know is that their relationship started off as a fake one, a beneficial stunt for two best friends if you will, and it was quite successful for the pair. Then the rumors started to circulate and a twitter account exposed their fake relationship with a thread. Responses were interesting, to say the least but that wasn’t their main goal, so not much attention was directed towards pleasing the public. One thing lead to another, a lot of silence and tears (On Yoora’s behalf), and they began to actually date (FOR REAL. LIKE FOR REAL).

Now that their dating is basically publicized, like it was lowkey obvious they did not do a good job of hiding it, Yoora is literally not allowed to hang out with anyone anymore else. The media already thinks she ‘needs help’ so people are like “okay why do you have friends if you have a boyfriend” (THEIR WORDS not mine.) so she’s been in hiding for a very long time. Now for the more recent Yoora news, she posted some stuff on her private instagram (post is here) that was very…ominous. It has a lot to do with something i’ll explain later (in the ‘yoora’s kicked out of the group??’ section) but just know she’s like super close to taking a break (hashtag disbandment when?? joking!) and will most likely end up with no lines in their next comeback (HER CHOICE!)

ANNIE AND HER SIBLING DYNAMIC + HER CRAZY FAMILY DRAMA

So, Annie has 3 other siblings: Melanie, Milo and Melodie (I am not creative with names) and Milo is her twin brother, surprise! Now, all their names start with m’s on purpose, no, it’s not because I was lazy. It shows how the other 3 siblings are much more connected and how Annie is always left out, even when mentioning names. Also points to the fact that her parents did not care for her as much as they did for her other siblings and couldn’t be bothered to come up with a name even a little related. (okay maybe her name is a little related since her sister’s names end in ‘ie’ as well. ignore that.) But Milo hates Annie.

He hates his whole family but finds a special place in his heart to care for Melanie and Melodie but when it comes to Annie it’s just pure hatred (I have a very common pattern of siblings hating each other. no family can exist happily here) and he couldn’t stand the sight of her. There have been some times where Milo has taken upon himself to care for Annie, but other than that, it is not all sunshine’s and rainbows out here. When I was writing, I thought that I could have this moment where they finally understood each other and that did happen but it was a little slow and not how i imagined it. So, I think it’s better for them to understand each other but not be super close, they’ll get to that point later. Favoritism is definitely apparent in Annie’s family and she is not a favorite.

YUNHEE AND REIKO ARE THE ONLY SANE ONES HERE, THEY KEEP TO THEMSELVES. MOSTLY.

I think not! I just haven’t developed them as much as I have developed everyone else, and that’s totally fine! Not everyone in the group needs to have something going on, but I’ll probably find some way to sneak them in and allow them to have bigger roles in the cupidverse. (yes, that’s what i’m calling it. stay tuned something BIG is coming. not really, i’m just making a company blog…) Yunhee is already involved in the ‘Myungjae & Minseo’ plot as a protagonist. She needs to stop them from getting what they deserve! (love) Reiko is just an angel, truly, I love her but there’s not much she can do for me as of now. When I figure something out for these two, just know it’ll be absolutely diabolical.

KANG MINAH. UHM WHOS THAT? NEVER HEARD OF HER? WELL YOU’RE ABOUT TO!

Originally, Minah was going to be a Yunjin fc (kep1er) but I thought she would be a better fit for Annie so I need a faceclaim for her later, not important right now! She was basically a pre-debut member that trained with Hashtag, expecting to debut with them. Clearly, she didn’t, but she might pop up somewhere else in the cupidverse (maybe…) Minah was actually a very known trainee under Melody Media, but not for good reasons. She was (affectionately) nicknamed ‘Baby faced Bitch’ because she had a baby face and was not very nice to anyone, to put it lightly. Liling looked up to her a lot and Minah was usually her sweetest when with Liling.

There would be the occasional break down where she would snap at Liling but other than that, she was pretty good to her. The rest of Hashtag hated her, especially Reiko. Reiko is the peacemaker of the group, that’s what she likes to call herself, and she’s generally level-headed. So when a generally not level-headed person comes along, it’s obvious they’ll struggle to be friends. And they did struggle. The only person defending Minah was Liling and it tore the group apart, before they could even debut. Melody Media took it upon themselves to remove her from the pre-debut group (they’ve never done such a thing, surprising) and the group went on without her. Minah’s a favorite so she’s definitely coming back, just not with Hashtag.

OK WAIT, THERES MORE. YOORA WAS ABOUT TO BE KICKED OUT OF THE GROUP?

I didn’t develop this plot too much but it is still very much canon. The piece on this plot explains a lot but the basics are that Insu (Melody Media Executive) and Liling are eating lunch together (he decided to break the news over some burgers??) because Insu and Yoora have been entangled in some sort of scandal (I didn’t really elaborate as to what kind) which has lead Misook (Melody Media Ceo) to consider removing Yoora from the group to minimize the backlash. Liling tries to argue for her and she thinks it’s unfair since their manager, Nari has been sleeping with practically the whole company (like literally, and it’s not good. i don’t get the appeal) but she hasn’t lost her job.

Obviously, Insu is stunned by this and says nothing (he’s not very bright) so Liling talks some more and they agree on a statement being released which clears Yoora of all rumors and she gets to stay, yay! This affects Yoora’s mental health though, which caused her to spiral, like I mentioned earlier. She has a tough time dealing with a lot of her emotions and just blurts everything out into an instagram post leaving all her close friends confused. As of now, Yoora’s much happier than she was last year but she’s still unsure about her place in Hashtag.

MINSEO X MYUNGJAE: SHY BOY X REALLY ANNOYING AND WEIRD LOUD GIRL!

Everlast mention! (AGAIN! i love those guys) Myungjae (Reese) and Minseo are a whole thing, I don’t know what type of thing but they are definitely a thing. I was going to pair Yunhee and Myungjae together but they’re just mc partners for Inkigayo (I was gonna make this whole post for them but I was like no, not important enough). Minseo is very jealous of Yunhee, and the fact that Yunhee is better than her in all aspects doesn’t help. She thinks Myungjae might end up with Yunhee and I think so too (joking!).

There’s a piece that explains their relationship pretty well (here) and it’s the only piece I have up (more coming soon, i swear) because it’s the only piece i’ve written that is completely accurate to the plot and isn’t all jumbled up everywhere. He’s whipped for her, she’s whipped for him boring stuff (joke, again!) but there’s not much going on with them right now, they will be expanded on in the future and i have some…great and definitely not life altering things planned for them!

Evelyn unstrapped her sandals from her feet and placed them beside the blanket, leaning back on her hands and tilting her head up towards the sky. The rays from the midday sun were just peaking through the cherry blossoms and warmed up her skin fairly quickly as the day was right at its peak. The grass was cool beneath her fingers, just slightly damp from the morning dew.

She was lucky she had even found an open spot underneath one of the many trees with how crowded it looked when they walked through, cheering on the inside when she finally found one that was secluded away from most of the park. Her bucket hat, one that may or may not have been stolen from Wonwoo, and sunglasses surprisingly covered her enough to go unnoticed by the civilians, not that they were even paying a bit of attention.

The low ambient noise created from the couples passing by and how soft the overall environment was close to lulling her to sleep.

“Jagi-,” A familiar voice called out, causing her to crack her eyes open and squint underneath her sunglasses from the sudden shift of dark to light. Her face instantly broke out into a grin, watching the figure make his way up the little incline.

Mingyu walked closer to the spread out blanket, Evelyn’s tote bag perched high up on his shoulder as his fingers delicately held onto a steaming hot ramen bowl, “I’ve arrived with the gift of food.”

“I was getting worried you got cold feet and left me here,” She teased as she leaned up on her knees and took the bag from him, giving him time to slip off his shoes and settle down onto the blanket, securing the ramen off on the side to cool a little.

“Apparently everyone had the same idea as us and stormed the convenience store just as I was heading out.”

She snorted at him breathing heavy like he just finished running a marathon. She opened the bag and pulled out a container of gimbap, a few vacuum packaged sausages, a wrapped up sweet potato, some triangular shaped sandwiches, and a coke for them to share. The variety of the different foods made for a weird combination, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. “You really weren’t kidding when you said you got a little of everything.”

“You said to get us a mix of things we both liked and-,”

Mingyu paused his sentence when he caught sight of what Evelyn was pulling out of the bag. A little box containing a single slice of cake was met with the unfortunate tragedy of being shaken and icing being smeared up the inside of the box. His eyebrows furrowed and his lips instantly turned into a pout as he reached out for the box.

“I put this in there in a way so this wouldn’t happen,” He examined the cake through the box, the frown on his face deepening, “It was such a pretty cake too, perfect for us.”

Evelyn bit back the giggle that wanted to come out and rubbed at his arm in sympathy, taking the cake back from him and placing it down with the rest of the food, “I’m sure it looked pretty when you bought it and it’ll taste even better when we eat it. Don’t stress over it gorgeous, I still love it.”

She unwrapped the foil from the sweet potato, peeling back some of the skin before holding it close to his mouth, “Here, take a bite.” Her tone was soft, yet firm, wanting to take his mind off of the cake.

Mingyu leaned forward, taking a bite from the potato, “That’s the good stuff.” His eyes grew wide at the sweet taste, humming in satisfaction the more he chewed. Evelyn watched in amusement as she peeled back the foil some more and took a bite as well, teasing him by recreating his actions but making them more dramatic.

“You’re such a brat,” Mingyu took a swig from the coke, raising his eyebrows briefly, face breaking out into a smile when Evelyn gazed at him, “but I love you so much for it.”

“And I love being your brat.” She responded with a wink, tearing open the package of gimbap and popping one into her mouth.

While Mingyu took the time to gather all of their garbage, leaving to dispose of it in a nearby trash can, Evelyn reached inside her bag and pulled out a small canvas board, a few paint pots and a few brushes. She quickly set everything up in front of her, grinning up at him when he returned to the blanket.

“What’s all this?” He looked around at the sight curiously as he took off his shoes and sat opposite Evelyn and her art supplies.

She had seen a similar trend online of couples doing this as a date memory and loved the idea of it and wanted to make one of their own. “It’s something to remember this day! Here, give me your hand.”

She sat up on her knees and grabbed a hold of his outstretched hand, turning it over so his palm was face up. She brought forward the paint pots in her other hand showing him the variety of different colors, “Which color do you want?”

“Hmm,” He looked over all of the options carefully before selecting a light blue color, “This one.”

“Oh, pick one for me too!”

Mingyu smiled fondly at her eagerness, looking over the paint colors again before deciding on a light pink color for her. He held onto each paint pot as Evelyn unscrewed the lids and placed them off on the side for later.

“How very Seventeen of you.” She commented as she dipped the brush into the blue and started to paint his hand. He instantly turned into a mess of giggles as she dragged the brush across his hand, simply being tickled by it.

“I couldn’t help it, It’s in my blood.”

After inspecting his palm to make sure the surface was fully covered in paint, she moved the canvas closer to them and pressed his hand down onto the board, adding pressure all over to make a good print. She lifted up his hand slowly, sighing in relief when his handprint was left behind with minimal patchiness to it.

“I was worried this wouldn’t work,” Evelyn was fanning his print with her hands to help speed up the drying process.

“I think it turned out perfect,” Mingyu’s voice was laced with such softness that she could’ve melted. He wiped his hand off his hand the best he could with a tissue, some of which was already dried to his skin. He motioned for Evelyn to give him her hand so he could do the same to her, already grabbing one of the brushes and the pink paint, “You next.”

Evelyn was giggling before he even touched her hand with the brush, biting her bottom lip to control herself as he painted across her hand in short strokes. His movements were soft and gentle on her skin almost like a feather being pulled over her hand.

“Where does your hand go?” He finished painting up through the fingers, laying the brush on the cap to minimize the paint on the blanket.

Evelyn tapped on Mingyu’s print with her other hand, checking on how dry it was, “Press my hand just a little off center of yours.”

Mingyu gripped onto her wrist gently, pressing her hand down like she had instructed and added a bit of weight behind it, making sure not to press too hard. Evelyn lifted her hand off of the board when Mingyu removed his hands, admiring the two handprints joined together on the board. Her smaller print sitting on top of his much larger print.

“I love it.” Her cheeks rose as she smiled widely, grabbing the tissue Mingyu was holding out for her and wiped the paint off of her hand. It was such a small and simple piece of art but she knows that they’ll cherish this moment of time forever.

“One last thing,” She grabbed a marker from her bag and wrote their initials and a heart across the bottom of the board, adding their anniversary date underneath it.

“You’re so cute,” The love was practically pouring out of his mouth. A faint blush dusted over her cheeks as she thumbed over the writing, moving to close the paint pots.

Mingyu reached over to grab her Polaroid camera from her bag while she was distracted. He made sure the settings were all good before snapping a picture of her settling back down onto the blanket, her eyes practically bulging out of her head at the shutter.

“Wait I wasn’t ready,” Evelyn whined as she shuffled over to try and take the picture out of the slot but was stopped when he grabbed it and held it out of reach.

“What are you talking about? You were so pretty in this picture.” He set the picture off to the side for it to develop. Knowing she couldn’t argue with him over it, she resorted to puckering her lips and sending him an air kiss.

Putting the canvas out into the sun to dry, she scooted down the length of the blanket before leaning backwards and laying down on the material to gaze up at the sky.

“Come lay with me,” She held out her hand towards Mingyu with a smile painted across her lips. She knew it wouldn’t be long before they were called back for practice and wanted to soak in as much alone time as they possibly could. Mingyu settled down beside her, folding his arms behind his head.

“I can’t believe it’s already been a year,” Evelyn hummed, watching as the clouds began to float across the sky forming random shapes and then disappearing, “It’s gone by so fast.”

“I wouldn’t have wanted to spend it with anyone else in the world. I love you,” Her heart fluttered and she couldn’t help the blush spreading across her face. His words always got her like this, all flustered and full of love.

“I love you so much more.” She let out the breath she was holding, “More than you’ll ever know.”

The pair laid in a comfortable silence, pointing out different shapes of clouds whenever one would drift by slowly fading into another one. The atmosphere of the park toned down since when they first arrived, it wasn’t nearly as busy as it was.

“Look at that!” Evelyn sat up quickly startling Mingyu in the process, pointing up towards the sky.

She had been staring at a cluster of clouds overtop of them for a while and although it was hard to tell at first, the longer she stared, the more noticeable it became. Nestled in the midst of the clouds was a much smaller one in the vague shape of a heart, and if you weren’t paying attention, it could’ve easily been missed.

Mingyu’s eyes grew wide in fascination but then softened when he glanced over at Evelyn and saw how fascinated she was over what some people would call simple. A fond smile spread across his face as he threw his arm back behind his head watching the heart cloud move with the breeze, eventually fading into the next oncoming cloud.

“I guess the world knows how special of a day it is today.” Evelyn smiled up at the sky, glancing down at her phone as it buzzed with incoming texts beside her. Seungkwan’s name flashed across the screen as he sent text after text.

“Well gorgeous, our alarm clock is alerting us,” She wiggled her phone in her hand when he looked over at her. He shook his head with a chuckle, throwing an arm over his face and let out a playful groan.
