I keep forgetting about Tumblr and it's been going for long enough so I'm just gonna dump all the "reimagined paradoxes" in here, not gonna make a separate post for each of them 💀 But in general, I based the past ones off of real life fossil organisms or things that might have been present in our past, and the future ones were mostly based off of spec evo or some other form of natural progression I think that pokemon species might have but not like a regular evolution or mega, if that makes sense??? Drew like a dark, fucked up version of the Unfezant the final evolution form of Pidove haha. Just a glimpse into my dark reality. A full stare into my twisted perspective would make most simply go insane Imao.

Srs/ I made a dark type variant of the pidove evolution line so I can add them in my oc’s team ( who mainly use dark type pokemons) also, for lore reasons. These unfezants aren’t a natural occurance, but were genetically modified to serve some unknown purposes.

made a rough concept doodle for a dual type eeveelution, ‘Marsheon’. don’t think too hard about how this fits in competitively or obsoletes other eeveelutions.

‘Marsheon’ - the Soggy Pelt Pokémon.

- Marsheon’s slick fur allows it to swim with surprising agility. However, on land, its large tail drags behind it - making for a very slow grounded opponent.

- The wide surface area of Marsheon’s tail allows it to stay afloat in thick pond water.

- Marsheon has been known to befriend pokémon that inhabit swamps and ponds. It straightens its body and settles into a gentle paddle as to give neighbouring Pokémon a smooth ride across the water.

- Marsheon can be found dozing off in shallow water. Its naps can only be interrupted by the pitter-pattering steps of its prey, Tympole. Possible Abilities: - Swift Swim - Rain Dish (Hidden)

In honor of the solar eclipse, thought of bringing up my childhood fakemons, the funny thing is that I named my fan titles topaz sun and crystal moon (onyx would have fit better in retrospect lol) prior to the original sun and moon release--

Totally original/creative names: Sunavel and Lunamoon -> Solboros and Lunarsus

Don't mind the rough sketchy quality lol

Normal/Dark

A regional form of Meloetta based on poets, song writers and musicians.

I imagine this happens to Meloetta if they lose their voice, they rely on writing songs and playing music to express themselves. Also they become a little antisocial.

If the legendary birds can get regional forms then so can Meloetta >:(
