We've had so much rain and storming that I didn't put the photo cams out in the last couple of days, but the Birdsy cams are all rolling. This was earlier today, Orioles are on the move but I am getting a nice and steady stream. They don't like to share!

It's Oct. 11th, and I spotted a dark-eyed junco today! Typically, these tiny birds arrive much later, and are harbingers of winter temperatures, but every year is a little different. So, this year I guess I'll enjoy their arrival while I'm still feeding ruby-throated hummingbirds, and harvesting tomatoes! Time to update the dark-eyed junco blog that I wrote last year, too.
