•akaashi tries to console you as best as he can. as the tears welled in your eyes from the embarrassment and heartache he runs your back and strokes your hair. cant he see this is making it worse? pitiful and broken, you finally snap and run away. he never meant to hurt you but akaashi just didn't feel the same. now how was he supposed to fix the relationship you two had?

•tanaka was already in a relationship. that was it, cut and dry. he honestly felt guilty that he hadn't told you, a part of him feels this is his fault. tanaka is perceptive and he just watched as your watery smile congratulated him. he knew you didn't want be happy for him but he still let out a meek "thank you" as you walked away, the shake in your shoulders becoming much more prominent.

•mattsun wasn't ready for commitment and you knew that. hell, for years you watched him reject people left and right. mattsun sighed as you confessed, almost as upset as you were. you were such an important person to him but he couldn't force himself into a relationship he wasn't ready for. he stared silently, giving you every answer you seemed to need. walking away muttering "this was a stupid idea"

•yachi was too scared. as dumb as it sounds she just was scared to be in a relationship. not ready to deal with that pressure and stress she just runs away. as she runs your heart shatters. it's not that yachi didn't feel the same but she just was too afraid to be with you.

you wiped your mouth in disappointment. tears welled in your eyes as you felt simply, gross. when they had kissed you it wasn't right but even when you had pulled away they didn't catch the hint. now with shakey hands you text your best friend, explaining everything, as icy tears streamed down your warm cheeks. overwhelmed and afraid you waited until...

♡ you had heard a knock at the door. as you shakily gathered yourself and opened the door you could see IWAIZUMI staring at you, and boy- he looked pissed. "is the bastard still here?" he looks at you near deadly. shaking your head he notices the glossy look in your eyes. rubbing the back of his neck sighing, "I'm sorry for being so aggressive, how are you feeling?". Iwa listens to every emotion and feeling you have. he assures you of any worry you may have and if the person who did this looks at you while at school? Iwa isn't far behind, cracking his knuckles slightly.

♡arms wrapped your body. KUROO'S familiar cologne wraps around you. "is this okay y/n?" you nod and lean back into his arms breaking down. Kuroo looks at you with sad eyes yet a reassuring smile a friend can only manage. he sits next to you without much of a word. Over the span of 30 minutes, Kuroo wipes your eyes, passes you tissues to blow your nose, teasing you lightly at the sound of snot hitting the tissue. This causes you to laugh slightly. "there is that smile!" kuroo beams, "y/n please understand this wasn't your fault, and if that asshole ever tries some shit like that again let me know." he flexes his muscles, causing you to laugh again and things seemed to feel a little better.

♡you hear shouting from down the hall. SUNA was there towering over the person who had kissed you only an hour or so before. you will never understand Suna's speed and accuracy of finding people. He leans down and whispers something to the person, who mind you was cowering into themselves. Smirking Suna walks away towards you. "Hey y/n! wanna go get some food?" you only follow him along shaking your head. Later as you eat your good Suna explains the little agreement taht him and- in his words- the "little-bitch" had made. He continues by letting you get out every emotion, every tear, without any judgment. the grandma's that were having an early dinner in the Cafe weren't pleased but oh well.

♡falling in love is sweet. bokuto is bright and lively, seemingly filled with a never ending light. a shooting star perhaps is the best way to describe him. when you see a shooting star, you look to the skies with urgency, rapidly wishing for a dream. in your mind you know a part of you is hanging on to that love and hope. so you hold on as tight as you can to the star that shoots across the sky, love not trailing too far behind.

♡the best way to describe it is like the spinning ride you stand on at an amusement park. colorful and fun, makes you dizzy in the best way, laughter spilling from your lips. tendō would spend all day making you feel exactly like that. and when you step off the ride he is right there to help you walk straight. forever wouldn't seem so bad when you have a slight buzz in your brain and the little match of love being lit in your heart.

♡tanaka is tender like a fire. it's a warm and comforting feeling, cozy air fills your lungs, steadying you after a long day. strong arms pull you in and the steady crackling of the fire soothes you to a full sense of euphoria. love wasn't always on your mind but in these moments, pure, unadulterated love spreads through your entire being. tender love soothing a rapidly beating heart to a calm steady drum.

I just wanted to give a more formal thank you for 400 followers but to be honest I suck at being sappy. Honestly, all of you supporting me has been one of the best things to happen in my life. ♡ukai will never stop giving you his sweaters. blizzards could roll in and the minute you begin to shiver slightly, a sweater, lingering with the scent of his body wash is thrown in your face. don't even attempt to give it back because he will just give you another one instead. you let him do it though because when he sees you warm, you know he feels proud of himself, and hell, the sweaters are a nice bonus.

♡fireside cuddles seem to occur more often with yamaguchi. its almost a sixth sense to start a fire as soon as you come home. dragging you to the couch, piling a multitude of blankets on you as he starts up the fireplace. yamaguchi will come back over to curl up with you. watching the fire go from a roaring orange glow to small red embers as you fall asleep in your lovers arms. happy and content.

♡coco bombs are a must have. tendō takes the process of making these as seriously as possible. that however doesn't eliminate the amount of fun that he usually presents with you. laughter fills the air as you get chocolate on satori's nose. turning to you, feigning betrayal, "how could you y/n?!". you squeal as he tickles your sides, love and warmth resting through the air as you two laugh together.

♡aran loves the snow that falls. he loves the way it turns your cheeks cold, makes your breath crisper. he awaits every year to see the way snowflakes land themselves in your eyelashes. dragging you outside with the promise of coco if you just come out for "just 10 minutes". you begrudgingly agree and in those 10 minutes, your lover swears he can fall in love with you all over again.

HAIKYUU AND ROMCOM MOMENTS

Years of running into one another. Things always seemed to be getting in the way but for Torū Oikawa, he knew this was his only chance to prove himself. Running into a New Year's Eve Party, spotting them there, he knew this was his last try.

Y/N fumed, smoke could have been billowing out of their ears at this point. What right does he have being here?

"Y/N I have been doing a lot of thinking and the thing is, I'm in love with you"

"What?"

"I love you" he repeated, sweat gathering on his hands.

"How do you expect me to respond to that?" Y/N asked stunned, He really has the nerve?

"How about you love me too," he stated matter of factly

As Torū attempted to get closer to them, Y/N gathered their things, turned to him, and said,

"How about I'm leaving?"

Shocked, he followed them towards the door, "Doesn't what I said mean anything to you?!"

"I'm sorry Torū, I know it's New Year's Eve, I know you're lonely, but you can't just show up here, tell me you love me, and expect that to make everything okay. It doesn't work this way." Y/N said turning into the crowd, tears welling in their eyes.

He ran a frantic hand through his hair, frustrated "Well, how does it work?!"

"I don't know but not this way," Y/N shouted over the cheers that reigned in the new year.

"Well, how about this way?" Torū paused, "I love that you get cold when it's 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich! I love that you get this little crinkle above your nose when you're looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend the day with you I can still smell your perfume on my clothes, and I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night."

He continued, "And it's not cause I'm lonely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

Torū's heart was practically in his feet. The blood throughout his entire body felt like it was rushing to his face and temples. Dizzy, he felt dizzy. In love, in hate, in frustration, all of it,

"You see-" Y/N began, their voice sounding watery, "That is just like you Torū! You say things like that and you make it impossible for me to hate you!"

A smirk crept its way onto Oikawa's lip as he watched them ramble on, "I hate you Torū, I really hate you" Y/N's voice began to crack.

Pulled together almost instantaneously, their lips touched. Fire and passion, hatred and love, tieing them together. Maybe for the first time in years, love could be something good. The first time the pair had met, they hated each other, then they forgot one another. The 3rd time they had met they became friends.

And the next time? They fell in love.

Pretty good ending right?

50 FIRST DATES: t.kuroo

Waking up in a start a sense of urgency coursed through their blood. Y/N expected to wake up in their own bed. It was their Father's birthday today and yet, Y/N was out at sea.

Now that was no exaggeration, they turned to look out a circular window, seeing a seemingly endless amount of crystal water and huge ice glaciers. They wanted to scream but as they turned they found a VHS tape with the title, "Good morning Y/N" on it. Who honestly uses a VHS anymore Y/N may never know. Cautiously they picked it up and put it into the VHS player in front of them. Sitting back they were confronted with their favorite song playing in the background.

Clips flashed to show a news article, detailing a wreck that had occurred a few years ago. A stray animal had jumped into the road, causing Y/N to have apparently swerved their car into a tree. This accident caused Y/N to have a loss of every memory that would happen during or after the accident.

Tears welled into their eyes as they kept watching. Y/N couldn't have ever imagined this occurring to them. The screen changed to one of their friends back home, smiling and laughing. Suddenly a Rooster headed man, a large smile on his face appeared and shared a kiss with Y/N on the video. Y/N couldn't truly wrap their head around it but it made their heart skip a beat when they looked into this man's eyes.

"Will you Kuroo Tetsuro take Y/N to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, from this day forth, for as long as you both shall live?" Looking up a startled Y/N ran a hand across their face, the glint of a ring sitting on their finger confirming what they had seen on the T.V.

"I do," Kuroo smiled lovingly, the officiant making jokes about his own marriage to this distaste of his wife who was in the seats at the ceremony. Y/N laughed slightly at that, a sense of familiarity blossoming in their chest.

Y/N and Kuroo shared a kiss making the marriage official.

As Y/N looked around she heard Kuroo's voice from the T.V. "It's very cold outside so when you're ready put on a jacket and come have breakfast with me. Love ya"

Tightly wrapping a coat around themselves, Y/N walked up the rocking steps of the boat to the upper deck.

"Hey! Good morning Mx. Kuroo. Would you like to meet your daughter?" He said softly, learning a long time ago that being too energetic would scare Y/N in the morning. Y/N smiled and nodded softly.

"Go say hello to Nopa," Kuroo encouraged as a sweet little girl came up to Y/N. She has similar features to Y/N but her hair was just like her father's.

"Hi Nopa." Y/N scooped her up in their arms, Kuroo leaned over pressing a kiss to Y/N's lips. Teary eyes all Y/N could say was "Oh my goodness" and laugh softly.

"Grandpa is here," Kuroo said, and Y/N waved to their father smiling.

Dreams really do come true.

haikyuu hobby headcannons >♡<

♡Iwaizumi was an avid choir kid. he was a tenor bass kid and was seriously good. however once his voice dropped and he started volleyball he only sings in the comfort of his home.

♡Kiyoko has a cat and his name is rabbit. dont ask why he is named rabbit, kiyoko doesn't even know why. she goes on morning runs when it's cool and the sun is just rising. while on these runs she walks rabbit on a leash and takes photos of him

♡Yachi is a theatre lesbian. point blank. probably a soprano 2 or alto 1 and despises tap numbers. If she were in her dream show, she would be Sophie in Mama Mia. Like??? how amazing would that be???

♡Tendō watches a lot of movies and tv shows. he loves to analyze parts of film and has started a journal to document his thoughts on the movies. always gives his rating in comparison to rotten tomatoes and then defends or tears media part.
