There is one thing I'm kind of wondering about.

Do addicts, ones that are so deep in like Ray is (I've been observing him more this ep and he really is constantly buzzed, his cheeks flushed. The most sober he looked was in the club, when he talked to Sand.), could really see that they should not introduce drugs etc. to sb else?

Especially in Ray's case when he would do anything to please Mew. Mew wants? Mew gets it. It's not like Ray is sober enough to actually think rationally (he does briefly question Mew about smoking, but hey fun is fun right?). He doesn't even want to admit he is an alcoholic, never mind a drug addict.

Mew knew FOR YEARS that drugs, and too much alcohol, and smoking (I guess) are bad. But he is having his moment, and doing bad decisions. That's on him.

Yet everyone is blaming Ray for this? That he is dragging him down? (Top and Cheum did mention how Mew is changing himself, but it still circled back to "the bad friend" Ray when even Mew was like "I do what I want".) Sure, Ray is not a saint, not blameless. But Mew walked into his lifestyle with open arms. Looking at what he said to Top that "he is only caring about himself now, a free man", I would gather a guess that he doesn't see Ray as a person anymore. Just sth that he can use to: change himself, spite Top (the kiss), have the fun that everybody seems to be so into. Also the faithfull one (welp, that didn't go well).

Ray is drowning. Had been for years. Mew knows that but it kind of looks like he either forgot or never really got it. That this "fun lifestyle" Ray has is his way of destroying himself, of escaping from reality, and not sb he really wants to be (or still would be if he didn't have his issues). Yet he chose to be like him for his "Mew upgrade". Sb others see as a burden. Sb people keep getting mad at, even Cheum went from "Ray you are perfect" to thinking the worst of him - so not sb you want to be to become one of the cool people. (Weird choice in my opinion. You want to be unbothered and just there to have fun - be like Boston. But he needs Ray for revenge since that is sb Top was jealous of so there is that.)

The others don't see that Ray is so deep in addiction and so mentally unwell that he won't stop Mew from joining him in his idea of fun.

(Top was using drugs but smh dropped them cold turkey as if it's not a big deal. He wasn't in the state Ray is but it's still interesting that he could just stop with no problems.)

hey guys! i’m beyond delighted to welcome you to my blog, i’m looking forward to showing you all the future content i have in store.

the blog

the title explains a lot for me here!

if google has the answer to everything, why am i always struggling to find exactly what i want? maybe i’m looking for a very specific book recommendation, a time stamp in a real housewives of beverly hills episodes, and often times, i’m trying to find factual and fun news, not competitive, untrue and boring news.

this blog is my way of sharing my expertise knowledge on all the random topics that have piqued my interest over the last few years, my experience through teenage years leading into early adulthood, books, shows and movies that you all need to experience one time in your life to consider it a life well lived.

i look forward to giving advice, sharing my own experiences to help you lot learn from my mistakes and straight up embarrassing moments.

the title of the blog highlights the basis of the blog, glamour being all things pretty, pink and reality tv in life. ( get ready for a lot of real housewives drama ) i plan to tell all my self learnt tips when it comes to travelling, boyfriends, girlfriends, school work, parents ( ugh ) and everything in between. think of me as a fairy godmother sent with the sole purpose of helping you all through your problems and even non problems

the gore, i do have to admit i chose the word gore simply because it created a catchy title, but that doesn’t mean i won’t include it. the gore i speak of in the title is what i played on in my intro, here i plan to keep all of my lovely readers updated with the current factual news, typically crime and court news ( you’ll see why in my about me section further down ) i aim to keep everyone updated on the current and important news, making sure that everything on this blog is 100% factual and as helpful as it can be

the much more, as i mentioned earlier, my life experiences and interests through the years have left me with valuable experience in many ways, socially, intellectually and especially emotionally, if i do say so myself, i would have to toot my own horn and say that i am a master of emotions, i aim to teach you all the ways i have learnt to process emotion and how to use it in the right way to benefit you. here i also intent to give advice, tell my stories, answer questions and most importantly, recommend.

about the author

so, about me, i’m a 20 year old woman studying at university, my course links closely with court and crime ( i’m sure you can take a guess of what it is ) so that explains my gore section of this blog.

although i am 20, i have lived a life full of experiences and lessons, this is part of the reason i started this blog in fact. you will learn a lot more about me through the blog, through my stories and advice.

music, animals, nature, friends and family ( more importantly, friends who are family ) are the key factors in my life, they’re all i need to maintain my positive and healthy outlook on life. i wasn’t always this way, i have grown and taught myself how to see the world in a better light, and how to look for the positive parts in my day, i’m beyond excited to share this with you guys and hopefully help some of you out too. i’ll leave my about me at that so you guys can learn as you read,

#A little update:#I'm doing better now!#that was a really weird sudden breakdown #& I had a TON of turbulent negative emotions for uhhh three days now? two and a half? yeah #but I talked to some lovely people #and have plans to talk to some more #and have done a whole lot of emotional processing #and I'm feeling lots better.#I still have to make it through a three day visit to a friend #(why did I sign up for this?? what was I thinking??)#but I'll survive!!#and next week I have a friend visiting ME!#and within two weeks... off to college!#I am dearly craving that lifestyle even though it's sad to leave my family again #anyway I really am doing so much better. can see the daylight again 🌸#thank you everyone for your prayer!

13: Favorite Food

Hello!!! I LOVE food, and absolutely can't choose just one, so here's a top five. Longer post where I just talk about food.

Seafood. I just have to have the entire category here. I was pescetarian for a long time and would still be if I was just eating for myself. Flaky white fish battered and fried, sushi, oysters, salmon with herbs on top, crab and lobster, shrimp, the lil dudes in the shells, all of it. I have not met a fish I don't like. Seafood, especially sushi and shelled things, are a rare treat for me, but when I do eat it I'm in HEAVEN. But one of the best ones is fried tilapia with cajun seasoning or a southern seafood boil. My seafood tip: find a place near you that does seasonal seafood/rotational menus. Way more likely to be fresh.

Biscuits and gravy. Southern comfort food number one, in my opinion. Flaky biscuits coated in WHITE gravy, not like. turkey gravy. My mama always used chipped beef instead of sausage, but it's good just about however you make it.

Apple dumplings/apple pie. Same category because they're sort of the same dish but repackaged. Look, you've got a crust, apple, spices, and sugar. That's gonna be good no matter what you do with it.

Anita's breakfast burritos. A rare indulgence for my family but it's SO GOOD.

Finally, outback steak. It's more of an association thing because one night it was just me and my grandma, and we were hungry and she was like "let's be real fancy and get outback" because that's fancy shit to me. Last legit fancy resturaunt I went to was my Uma's 100th birthday dinner like eight years ago. ANYWAYS granny and I just stayed in and watched netflix and had a great time on the couch in the basement eating steak watching queer eye.

#long tags and talk about history and culture. food inspires conversation and connection #tw food #food #I feel like i'm somewhat exposing my redneck culture here #we got DUMPLINS AND BISCUITS N GRAVY AND FRIED FISH AND SEAFOOD BOILS #not my fault southern cuisine is top tier #I once had a friend say like. you're not that southern you're in (state)#like ok i have a whole rant but basically it comes down to the fact that culture is generally much more tied to #things like upbringing and practices and tradition and lifestyle than actual physical location #it's SO INTERESTING I had a class about it #but basically the area I'm in used ot be all farmland and mountains #now it's basically a central hub for data centers and airports and stuff #and people move in and out all the time #but my family. both sides. have been here for a super long time #so our practices and culture are deeply rooted in the area and it's survived #even though most others like that have left the area #so when I call myself southern it's not about the actual location or those around me #it's about learning to can tomatoes and talking like my great grandparents did and cooking food they made and hearing stories about the #farm they had with the animals they raised and the coal miners and stuff like that #I really urge you guys to look into your family history and learn about it #ask family members if you can #like i learned that a lot of my family was actually involved in one of many 1900s labor/worker's rights disputes #the names shouldn't be there and shouldn't connect me to any of it in a doxxing way #so if you want some history look up the harlan coal wars / bloody harlan #kentucky coal miners were tired of being sent to die for work basically #ALSO food is history #hence how it spurred on my usual long tags

just watched speak no evil and it was literally so promising until the last 30 minutes when it just went to pure shit. it’s like the (very single and lonely) creators got bored of their own premise and decided to throw it away at the last second.

#i don’t mind spoiling tf out of it bc I’m harshly judging anyone who watches this willingly (myself included)#basically it’s about a Dutch family and a danish family meeting on holiday in italy and becoming friends. after they leave the danish send #a postcard to the Dutch asking them to come spend a weekend w them bc their kid son misses their kid daughter and they all had such a good #time together. they go but these ppl are freaky as hell. but they’re kinda put forward as cultural differences.#like disagreements about lifestyle (meat eaters vs pescatarians) or raising children or restaurants. class difference etc #but then the dutch dad sees the danish dad spying on them as they have sex and the dutch mom catches the danish couple sleeping w her #daughter in the bed while they’re buttfuck naked #they go back for reasons unimportant bc the danish promise them a great last day but fuckin hey Ho that doesn’t happen #the son won’t stop crying in the night so his dad drowns him and the other dad goes to investigate and finds his body. he also finds #photos and luggage from previous families and in a compilation of photos u find out that #the danish couple basically kidnap families #steal their children #and kill the parents #and then pretend the kid is theirs. and they cut out the kid’s tongue so they can’t tell anybody #obviously that’s what happens here too but it’s fucking wild bc they get away ans then it gets so sloppy and stupid #the dad could’ve pushed the car that got ‘stuck’ but instead decided to swim a fucking river to get to a house in the distance ?????#wife somehow got signal and called the killer couple to help them?????#killer couple take them to the middle of nowhere and someone comes and holds the mom…… who just yells and girls at his arms a little…..#while the other woman cuts her daughters tongue out………#then the rando guy just takes the kid. who just kicks her legs a bit in protest and yells. and then the mom just beats on the window and #screams. no attacking the psycho lady or anything #the dad says nothing he’s just vibing like 🧍🏻in the passenger seat #then they take them to the middle of nowhere. make them get naked. and then make them stand a metre away #AND THROW ROCKS AT THEM #LITERALLY #JUST THROW ROCMS AT THEM #TIL THEY DIE…….#no escape plan both just completely submit to their fate im like #this entire movie u have fought tooth and nail for ur daughter and now ur like #well <3 she has no tongue now so <3

#meg talks #god i am so fucking tired lately sksbdjjccj #came home from work today and made myself a quick dinner and after eating i immediately passed out for like an hour 💀#there’s so much i gotta do in terms of cooking/chores but my body is just so worn out #which is why im late answering messages and stuff lately btw sjsbdjdb im not trying to ignore ppl #just. spoons in the negative. i can drop by and post my gay little thoughts every now and then but conversations i have to take slow #but yeah i am in dire need of a vacation skshdjdj ill have to put in a time off request soon…#just gotta decide how much time i wanna take off and when…#im just like god i hope i don’t have another medical emergency of some kind and regret not saving my pto 💀#but i need REAL time off u know… time to relax instead of recovering/nursing ppl #at my first job i didn’t take a proper vacation for like two years and whew. there were Mental Consequences #now it’s been a year and a half at this job and the Consequences are hot on my tail #it’s just sad bc of covid u know. i can’t go anywhere nor host any friends for a visit #so ill just spend the whole time at home wishing i could be w my friends and family… 😔#well. anyway. ill figure smth out #for now i just gotta get into a routine w the chores so im not dying sjbsdjhd #and also go talk to my fibro specialist abt adjusting my treatment to accommodate for lifestyle changes…#third floor apartment and walking to work and etc etc #sigh. im just tired man
