YAY! First up Lucifer, my little white man that I could also fit in my pockets :)

To start off:

I absolutely love his design. One of my favorite things about Hazbin Hotel is the fact that most of the characters are wearing suits/nice outfits, and Lucifer's is one of my favorites

HE'S JUST A LITTLE GUY WHO COULD KILL YOU WITH NO HESITATION AND I LOVE THAT

He's petty as fuck, just a little silly guy

I would kiss him on his little head, and then chomp the fuck out of him. I'm with Alastor and the cannibals on this, his blood would taste divine ;)

That man needs to be fucked up a little though. He's the King of the Hells, he's got trauma and I want to read about it

Okay i fully admit i haven't been able to sit down and read any hazbin fics for a while—

But off the top of my head, if you enjoy Alastor, Radioapple, ot3s, and some good exploration of aroace identities, i highly recommend checking out @fanby-fckry 's enitre "Unholy Trinity" series. Im not a massively into radioapple, but i genuinely liked their works and takes on the ship, and they're fantastic writer, and i think yall would enjoy their work!♡

I will try sometime to put together an actual a03 recc list— it'll take me a bit since i haven't been able to read fic for a while and i haven't seen many fics specifically for the hazbincule?? But once i have some time off and im able to, I'd be happy to compile a favorites list of fics for this fandom!♡

Since I'm having a spectacularly sh*t day I'm going to use that as an excuse to belabor you all with the coffee shop au that's been brewing in my head (pun wildly intended).

So you're just an average 9:00 to 5:00 worker who works from home and every morning you like to take a little walk to your favorite coffee shop and grab yourself a nice steaming cup of joe. Only one day it closes and you're super bummed out about this but thankfully there is another coffee shop (prolly named Fazbucks or something) that moved in a while ago within walking distance and you've heard decent things about it so you decide to pay it a visit.

You walk in and the place looks nice and clean, it smells great, they got nice Tunes playing, and you go up to order your coffee. Imagine you're surprised when you see that the barista is an animatronic with a sunny face and a bright smile who asks to take your order. You're a little abashed at first having not expected this. However you politely give your order and you watch as the sun animatronic makes a grand show of making your coffee. He even puts a little :-) next to your name on The Coffee Cup.

So you decide to start coming to this place, regularly everyday like clockwork. It gets to the point where Sun has your order at the ready before you even order it. You chat him up if and when he has the time and he's between customers. Sometimes if you have time before work you'll hang out and enjoy your beverage in the shop watching him while he works. At one point you asked him about tipping him but he laughs and says that animatronics don't get tips. You find this to be unfair and one day while you're hanging out you start doodling on your napkin and end up drawing him and decide to give it to him before you leave and he is so unbelievably happy about it and it freaks you out a little bit but at the same time you're happy that he's happy.

You keep coming in and he starts leaving artwork on your coffee cups in multiple colored permanent marker and you start collecting the cups because the artwork is just so precious that you can't bring yourself to throw the cups away.

One morning you sleep in and you feel so bad that you go to the shop after work when night has fallen and Sun isn't there but a different animatronic is named Moon. You begin to chat him up and since it's too late to order coffee since you have to go to bed soon you ask him for a recommendation and he recommends a sleepy time tea blend. He makes it for you and it's so incredibly delicious that you decide to add this on your things that you absolutely must have every day or else you will go insane.

So your daily routine is you visit the shop in the morning to see Sun and then you visit again on the evening time to see Moon (and the only reason why you're able to do this is probably because all your friends and family know to just get you gift cards for coffee because you're a bit of an addict) but hey it's led you to this road of happiness and meeting these two new great Baristas in your life so worth it.

That's not everything but I think I hit most of the current highlights. This might turn into a one shot eventually. We'll see.

2, 3, and 7 for the fanfic ask game?

2. What's your shortest fic? What's your longest?

The shortest is Blindside, a My Hero Academia fic that's basically just Hawks and Rumi fucking around being chaotic friends (with bonus Hawks feels, as usual). It's 1.2k words long!

And the longest is the fic, the myth, the legend: The Sword of Damocles is Swinging, the 60k word Hawks-centric character study that is also the first fic I put out at the beginning of my "I'm Actually Gonna Write Things Now" stage and the word count of which I've never met since (because I'm less wordy now, lmao). It also made me mildly fandom famous among Hawks fans for a bit, and I think also set some trends for Hawks's bird traits, which is always super fucking fun to know. I still look at it very fondly. Yes, the title is a Beetlejuice lyric. And I'd fucking do it again.

7. Is there a character or ship you'd love to write for, but haven't yet?

RADIOAPPLEEEEEEEE I can't fucking. Massage it out of my brain. I'm working on it. I'M WORKING ON IT. It's just that "working on it" looks a lot like "ignoring it and hoping that the lightning of inspiration strikes while I do other things." How the fuck was the appledust so much easier than the radioapple.
