According to the zodiac page I just looked up, sagittarius men are generally idealistic, optimistic, God-fearing, generous, honest and truthful. “Det er Elias, ikke sant?”

OK so I did say I was gonna write some Elias/Eskild, and look at that - I actually did it! The sad thing is that my English writing sucks, so atm the Norwegian version is all I have. Feel free to translate, my fellow Norwegians 👀   

It’s nothing fancy, just my take on what could have happened when Elias woke up in Noora’s place after his drunken state. So here goes nothing: 

Del 1

Verden er et veldig mørkt sted når Elias våkner.

Det første han registrerer er en dundrende hodepine, den sadistiske typen som setter seg rett i frontallappen. Som en hakkespett. Om og om igjen, en konstant puls av smerte. Elias trodde det skulle være det verste, men så er han dum nok til å åpne øynene. En heftig dose med dagslys treffer ham så skarpt at han bare klarer å myse, og første instinkt er å snu seg vekk. Han stønner i smerte, syns veldig synd på seg selv, også prøver han igjen.

Sola, tenker Elias, er offisielt hans verste fiende. Han gjør et halvhjertet forsøk på å sette seg opp i senga, og må bruke noen sekunder på å få verden til å slutte å spinne. Han er kvalm, svimmel og miserabel, og det tar ham imponerende mange sekunder å innse at han ikke engang befinner seg i sin egen seng.

Han er ikke engang på sitt eget rom.

“Hæ,” er det første han sier, for Elias sitt vokabular har visst bestemt seg for å gå på permanent streik. Han ligger på en ukjent sofa i en ukjent stue, tildekket med et oransje teppe. Mer enn det har ikke Elias nok hjernekapasitet til å registrere, for kvalmen har grepet tak i strupen hans. Han kan kjenne hvordan den svir bak i halsen, hvordan hodet fortsatt dundrer mer enn bassen på sist fest, og hvor er det han er igjen? 

“Det er Elias, ikke sant?”

Elias skvetter, for han trodde fram til nå at han var alene. Han snur seg brått til venstre, hvor en fyr står og lener seg mot ryggen til sofaen. Han tar på Elias, stryker ham lett på skulderen. Elias har ikke peiling på hvem denne fyren er, eller så er han bare mer borte enn han trodde. Han har kort, blondt hår og står der og smiler til ham, som om det er helt normalt for ham å ha fremmede folk på sofaen til enhver tid. Elias stirrer vantro på ham i noen sekunder, åpner munnen for å si noe ... deretter spyr han. 

Han klamrer seg til enden av sofaen mens han spyr utover hele teppet, som offisielt ikke er veldig oransje lenger. Hodet er blankt mens han brekker seg, alt som betyr noe er å hate sin egen eksistens. Han hoster, brekker seg igjen, deretter spyr han litt til. Som en lite attraktiv hageslange. Den fremmede fyren står bare der og betrakter ham, som om dette bare mildt interesserer ham. 

Elias krøller teppet halvhjertet sammen etterpå, mest for at det ikke skal blø gjennom og havne på klærne hans. Han føler seg litt bedre - sett bort ifra at han ble drita og havna her i utgangspunktet - og prøver vaklende å reise seg på beina. Stumt finner han fram til en kjøkkenkrok og heller i seg et glass med vann, deretter fisker han i lomma etter mobilen. 

Fyren står fortsatt i stua og ser på ham. Elias føler seg allerede helt på trynet, så han har ikke kapasitet til å føle skyld for teppet. Han nikker stumt til den fremmede og forsvinner rett ut av leiligheten (kollektivet?), og får et lite vink og et smil i retur.  “Ha det, da,” sier han. 

Elias svarer ikke. 

I’m sorry if this wasn’t very exciting, but it’s just a start. I’m probably gonna write this in very small parts and get a better feel of the characters as I go along. I do have a loose plan of how I want this to play out. Thank you for reading!
