i’ve been a sanders sides fan on and off since january 2020, and now i’ve finally gotten back into the series and decided to draw a little virgil to celebrate (with some redesign touches). i had the idea to check out the first drawing i did of him...
january 2020 (left) and july 2023 (right)... so much time has passed and i’ve improved so much (and never switched to digital LMAO)
The fander forest discord server is so funny because on one hand you have a bunch of 14 year olds who have no clue what they're doing w their lives and then there's just a bunch of people in college who also don't know what they're doing with their lives
Hey everyone! Recently my friend Amyleighuh and I came together to put together our very own podcast, one where we discuss and analyze one of our favorite series', Sanders Sides 🤩
We present, Side-ology: Sanders Sides Through the Lens of Psychology 💭🔍
Join Amy and Tech, two "professional" Sanders Sides fans, as they look through the series past and present to discuss the characters, plots, and overall world of the series and how it all connects to psychology 💭🔍
Watch/Listen on YouTube & Spotify
And follow Side-ology on Twitter, Instagram, & Threads
There are currently two episodes out, and more will be coming every Saturday morning. We hope you enjoy the podcast, and if you do then feel free spread the word! 💖
Something I have realized in the past about Sander Sides and their names is that Patton, Roman, and Logan all end in “on” or “an”. Remus and Janus end in “us”. Virgil ends differently, I believe this is to represent how he can be viewed as a bad guy (dark side) but anxiety is also a good, and important, thing.
I know other people have probably already theorized this, but I’ve only ever seen people point out the “on/an” and the “us”.
