Since Melira cleansing Ajani and Nissa of phyresis turned any remaining phyrexian copper and porcelain into purer metals, could we please get the Alchemist creature type back because that's basically what happened. Besides, maybe it's time to re-categorize all the Wizards anyway since they do so many more different things than other creature types. Jus' Sayin'.

I still don’t understand the difference between Archetype and Subtype XD

For the ‘prestige’ classes, the ones listed are not necessarily the only way to reach that prestige, just how the skele in question did so.

I do think a case could be made for one of the Divine classes (Cleric, Paladin, Inquisitor, etc) for any of the Judges.

the 150% of the courseload thing for multiclassing sucks, by the way. especially since aguefort is a school where you’re set up to be in an adventuring party. you should not be punished with an insane workload to help round out your party. it should be harder, sure, but not impossible. balance that shit based on level distribution
