Since @selfinsertheaven tagged me in her Disney Villian Recruiters si post I decided to make one of my own.

Meet Hebi they're based off of Kaa from Jungle Book.

They can entrance people with their eyes and often try to get the other recruiters to do what they want but most of them know how to easily get out of their control

Their signature has several unnecessary swoops and swirls that look like snakes

They enjoy flirting and being flirted with but the idea of a committed relationship scares them as they've been hurt before and don't want a repeat

They use the shawl around their shoulders to wrap up potential recruits and recruiters so they can have a personal conversation with them

They don't use their hypnotic eyes to control potential recruits instead relying on their silver tongue

They tolerate the other recruiters but their favorites to pick on are Jack, Malefi, and Farja

Their signature pose is standing with a hip cocked and both hands in a peace sign over their eyes
