Pure cardio for workout number two today.
Phew. Making 25 minutes feel like a lifetime 😂.
Fuelled by fasted energy or not, I'm never going to be a huge fan of cardio workouts, lol.
But it feels great to have the motivation, drive and energy to just get the job done.
And now I'm going to chill.
I've done two workouts so far this morning, cleaned the bathroom, prepped the boss's lunch and supper and been in the shower.
Feel really positive.
And now I'm having a cup of tea with a tiny splash of unsweetened coconut milk while I curl up and read my book 😁👍

Plenty of exercise today. And a good percentage of it during my fasting window.
My tracker has split my bike ride into two because I accidentally turned it off when I got to Costa, lol.
I'm glad I managed to get out to the punchbag. It's been a while.
Plus my two morning workouts.
Excellent day all round, with lots of physical activity, a 48hr fast and my macros are literally perfect. That's a rare thing, where the numbers fit exactly.
I did end the fast at the 48hr mark with cappuccino at 11.30 this morning and I've had a protein filter decaff after my last workout, but I still haven't actually eaten yet.
That will be resolved very soon at 2pm, as I'm going to go make bacon, egg and mushroom wrap with coleslaw and soft cheese. Been looking forward to that! But I haven't been hungry at all today.

Benefits of Fasted Cardio
The concept of fasted cardio is widely debated in the fitness community. The idea is that performing cardio on an empty stomach provides much more efficient fat loss than normal cardio. 
Bill Phillips authored the book Body for Life in the late 1990′s. He is credited with creating the idea of fasted exercise. Later in 2012, studies were done comparing athletes who ate before their cardio, and athletes who performed their cardio fasted. The study showed that the athletes who performed their cardio in a fasted state saw much quicker fat loss than the other group. There is a link to this study at the bottom. 
Fasted cardio and fasted lifting are both great options for increasing the speed of fat loss. This will also motivate you to wake up and get to the gym so you can eat sooner.
