Tuesday 27th of august 2019
This morning I lost 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) which means that I weight 62.6 kg (136.6 lbs)! Nice!
I started the day with a tall glass of water and my vitamins. For breakfast I had a toast with almond butter and raspberries.
Then I went to the gym to work on my abs!
For lunch I had lettuce, vegan steak, avocado and an homemade balsamic dressing.
I spent the entire afternoon deep cleaning the apartment and it feels really good! I also went grocery shopping again to buy some veggies to make soups the next few days since I am going to extract 2 teeth tomorrow. (Liquid diet here I come haha)!
I also had half a bar of chocolate protein this afternoon.
For dinner I had 2 protein toasts, cherry tomatoes, avocado and smokey tofu!
I also had a nice shower and watched a few episodes of one of my show and now I am off to do my night routine and get some beauty sleep. 😘

Weekly vegan meal prep
Today is Tuesday. I usually meal prep on Sundays or Mondays but today (where I live) was a Bank Holiday so I had plenty of time to do so 😊
Porridge with chocolate milk, dark chocolate and a banana
Vegan schnitzel or vegan balls depending on the day with green peas and roasted carrots
Avocado toasts with tomato and basil (Monday and Tuesday) and homemade chili with homemade guacamole for the rest of the week

Had to go shopping for some pants since my old ones literally won’t stay up. Bottom pair is the pair I just took out of the wash- size 26. Top pair I tried on and bougght- size 18!!!!!!!! I have t worn an 18 since high school which is fitting since my 10 year reunion is tonight 🖤
