last song: should’ve said no, written on august 10, 2006

fearless

first song on taylor’s version: you all over me, written summer 2005

first song on the platinum edition: either superstar, written sometime in 2006, or come in with the rain, written in september 2006

first song on the standard edition: white horse, written in december 2006

last song: forever and always, written september 22 2008

Sunflower is a sweet romantic song. It references HYGTG and Clean, reminding of her how it used to be to suggest dating again.

Harry brushes his teeth before performing. He met Taylor backstage at the kids choice awards, I take wondering headshake to mean acknowledging each other when they first saw each other.

I've got your face Hung up high in the gallery I love this shade (Sunflower, sunflower)

To me the picture line is not a literal gallery, but a symbol that this person is his person. I think this song and line a response to HYGTG "Remind her how it used to be, be / Yeah, with pictures in frames of kisses on cheeks, cheeks" and You are in Love and has "he keeps a picture of you in his office downtown"

Your flowers just died Plant new seeds in the melody Let me inside, I wanna get to know you

Plant new seeds in the melody is the nicest line. It is a reference to:

Clean "The drought was the very worst / When the flowers that we'd grown together died of thirst".

Call it what you want: "All my flowers grew back as thorns / Windows boarded up after the storm" (more thorns and roses)

Chronologically then Harry says to plant new seeds and try again.

roulette debuted on may 14, 2021 with their single UNFORGIVEN. the song was well-regarded by critics and fans alike as a breakout debut. the music video garnered 20 million views in one week and was the most-streamed debut song out of the artists signed to BE:Ond. the song granted them two music show wins. GLITCH, released in july of 2021, was roulette's first taste to the public of how drastically their musical style could change between comebacks. while the song was praised for its production, done mostly by member jihye, some felt that the change was too abrupt for such a new group. they received no music show wins from this comeback, but the song gradually became one of their most underrated classics. the tide started to change for the group when WARNING was released that november. the song's unique and odd sounds made it a target for a lot of initial hate. people believed that warning was a sign that roulette was strictly "noise music". it became such a trend to make fun of the song for being noisy, that the song became extremely popular. the main adjective to describe the public's opinion on the song is that it's an earworm. you hear those introduction sirens in the shower, at work, during an exam, and especially at a red light. again the song didn't grant them a music show win, though they came extremely close to nearly beating out senior group nct. the group performed a mashup of UNFORGIVEN and WARNING at the MAMA awards which went viral for the girls' stage presence and live vocals.

BAD GIRL was when the trajectory of roulette's career would change forever. before, they were known as a group with amazing production and talented members, but with songs that had a lack of replay-ability to the general public. bad girl changed all of that. the song was released in february of 2022 and was a near instant success, attracting multitude of new fans. fancams of the stages went viral, specifically ones of yasmin and mei. the song won them three music show wins and was the top streamed kpop song on spotify for two weeks. soon after in april, the girls released RISING. the song was extremely well-received internationally and gained them a lot of fans throughout the world. they only promoted the song for two weeks before announcing that they would soon release a full length album. the pre-release to their album, INSECURE was a major win for aces who enjoyed roulette's more r&b inspired tracks. it gave fans hope that the album and comeback would also be full of the same sound.

fans were livid when OH! was initially released in june. people felt trolled by the group as all of their promotional photos showed that it would be a sexy and mature concept next. in response to the backlash, mali commented on live: "our concept is to divert expectations so i'm not sure why people are so surprised at the title track, especially when we have b-sides that fit the mature mold that people wanted from us. it's a fun song. if you get it, you get it. and if you don't then you must not know us." after mali's comments and a repeated listening of the song, the public couldn't deny the musicality, skill, and endurance that it took to preform the song. the song won them two music show awards. that august, on the group's one year anniversary, they released their first english track SHOOTING STARS. the song was a massive hit on both american and korean airwaves. the girls went on a press junket in america, preforming the song on shows like good morning america and the late show with stephen colbert. the group went on to win a daesang that year for best song for BAD GIRL and another bosang for best dance performance for OH!.

in january, BE:Ond announced that jihye would be taking a hiatus from group activities for "health reasons". aces were extremely upset at this announcement, as the label is known to put members on hiatus only for them to never return. fans were hard at work figuring out the real reason why jihye was gone, hyper-analyzing videos of her looking tired, uncomfortable, or upset. the idea that maybe BE:Ond was lying about jihye's whereabouts was silenced by the release of I'M SPICY in february which was promoted by only the four remaining members. the song was another massive hit for them, their biggest since bad girl. the music video amassed nearly 40 million views in the span of a week and a half. a lot the new fans that the song attracted were only there for ROT4 and thought that the sound of the group was better without jihye in it. ROT4 stans made it their mission to make I'M SPICY their most popular song, carrying out listening parties and tiktok challenges to gain the group the maximum amount of exposure.

ROT4 didn't last for too long though, when it was announced jihye would return for their next comeback QUEEN CARD on the group's two year anniversary in may. queen card was another domestic blockbuster, becoming their biggest hit to date. the song swept the charts and earned the group another six music wins. the girls preformed at lollapalooza that june when they teased a new song that they said wouldn't be released for months. the song in question was BAD BOY, the bad boyfriend to BAD GIRL's baddie girlfriend. the song was released in october to massive critical acclaim. aces were ecstatic that they finally got the r&b comeback of their dreams. the song earned them an additional 5 music show wins and is known as a top 3 roulette song in every aces eyes. the final release of the year was their second english track, THE DOLLS in december. the song was a success both domestically and internationally, with the girls promoting the song on both korean and american shows. the song gained a lot of traction for its styling and people recreated the signature snow suit looks with their own clothes and personal flair. the song didn't earn them any wins, which was a shock to casual and die-hard aces alike who believed the song was more popular than other songs that were being promoted at the same time. when asked if she believed THE DOLLS was a flop, cherry responded "absolutely not! i don't see wins like that as an actual mark of success. it's my favorite song we've done and a lot of those shows are kind of rigged anyways." this comment caused a lot of controversy to the group, with some people saying that roulette didn't respect their fellow artists while others agreed with cherry's statement noting that the popularity of the song worldwide was too grand to be completely ignored by music shows.

So I've been following you for a bit and I have finally crossed the threshold from "this person I follow really loves this media and I love seeing their love for it on my dash, so glad they're having fun" over to "I wanna have fun, too." okay so both patpran and inkpa are canon pairings from the thai bl bad buddy and its related special episodes! all are produced by the thai production company gmmtv.

THE MAIN SHOW: BAD BUDDY THE SERIES

directed by "aof" noppharnach chaiyahwimhon (who is gay himself), and starring "nanon" korapat kirdpan as pran, and "ohm" pawat chittsawangdee as pat. the original show is twelve episodes, which aired from october 2021 to january 2022. i watched it for the first time in february 2022 and have not known peace every since

the premise is that pat and pran, who have lived next door to each other since birth, have been rivals all their lives because their families hate each other. after pran's sent off to boarding school for three years, they are unexpectedly reunited at university - where they find that their friend groups are also enemies, so they have to keep up the pretense of hating each other. but of course they fall in love instead!

the main story is about patpran, but inkpa is a canon side pairing featuring "love" pattranite limpatiyakorn as pa, pat's younger sister, and "milk" pansa vosbein as ink, a classmate of pat and pran's. though they get less screentime, i still think they have a delightful romantic arc themselves!

SPECIAL EPISODES

zero photography: an inkpa special episode that is set after the main show. directed by "tee" bundit sintanaparadee, whom i don't know much about, and aired in august 2022

our skyy x bad buddy x a tale of thousand stars: so our skyy 2 was an anthology of special episodes released between april and june 2023 for a bunch of different gmmtv bls. each show was supposed to have two special eps for their characters, but since two shows directed by p'aof were getting special eps (the other one being a tale of thousand stars, also a delightful show), he decided to use four episodes as a crossover of the two shows. in the bad buddy timeline, these eps take place during a timeskip that happens in the original show between episodes 11 and 12, and features patpran but has a few great inkpa appearances too. you don't really need to have seen atots to understand the eps, i don't think? but they probably are more enjoyable if you have haha

EXTRAS

"just friend" music video: nanon sings two songs on the bad buddy soundtrack, and ohm sings one for our skyy 2, all of which have music videos, but i'm linking to this song of nanon's particularly because the music video its own story unrelated to the show at all! it's very cute and is basically an au where they are employees at the same hotel (and in love of course)

23.5 degrees the series: this is not technically related to bad buddy, but milk and love are going to be starring in gmmtv's first full-length gl, 23.5 degrees, which will be directed by "fon" kanittha kwunyoo (who i believe is a lesbian)! thai gls are just starting to get attention and backing by the major tv studios, and milklove's known chemistry from playing inkpa, as well as an exciting supporting cast and director, are making everyone super excited for this

Part Two: Alterhuman Community Intro…?

This post will continue to be edited as necessary.

So I just posted my writeblr intro and since I’m definitely more active in the alterhuman community than the writeblr community I thought it might be fun to have a nonhuman/plural intro? Might be fun and it also occurred to me/us that most of our followers really only know me since I’m the only occupant of the body itself, and don’t know anything about the rest of the system. I will probably delete this someday if I decide once again I don’t like having my ‘types public depending on if the brainmates want to keep their own bios up. It will also probably change a lot because we tend to do that.

Context. We are a non-dissociative system, we do not switch, we were dæmonic originally meaning that I am the body and communicate with them through faux-visual projection and mental speech (which is why I talk like we're a total found family when they never seem to even say anything -- trust me they do, they just don't have access to the keyboard). We/they consider them all to have separate external bodies. We are quoigenic, not traumagenic or endogenic or mixed origins, only refer to us as the former.

Swift

He/it (they/them only under certain circumstances), bisexual, binary male* but only humans are ever men. I use quoi- ahead of all labels (both queer and alterhuman) in addition. POSIC, possibly (probably) (but not exclusively!) objectum. I have a special interest in biology, the arts, and the change of technology/art/language/media over time and throughout history (example: history of computer graphics 1950s-1990s <3). Psychospiritual, philosophical and narrative alterhuman. Species-wise: I am a raven (Corvus corax principalis), an osprey (Pandion haliaetus carolinensis), a red-tailed hawk (Buteo jamiacensis kriderii), common spotted cuscus (Spilocuscus maculatus), sea slater (Ligia exotica), mosasaur (Megapterygius wakamayensis), and lastly, Musteloidea superfamily cladotherian. I have four heartedtypes (domestic cats, cephalopods, sea urchins, and ghost type Pokemon) and three hearthomes (the ocean, the Pleistocene, and O’Neill cylinders). I consider dragons, wolves and foxes to be paratypes. I have a profound quasi-religious connection to stars & the night sky that I consider at least marginally alterhuman in nature. V’vohu

Swift here. V’vohu would not write its own intro. It doesn’t communicate in words exactly, save for a few syllables. Mostly emotions. V’vohu is a sheyd, a type of demon spirit in Jewish mythology, that appeared to me not long after my first three headmates originated. I thought it was a normal headmate at first, but it’s not really. I believe it is literally an extradimensional visitor or guide of sorts, and while I acknowledge this may be slightly delusional, it is a very real entity to me. Consistently, it creates epiphanies, asks me to do things that end up being important, and knows things about myself that even I didn’t know. Its motivations are difficult to ascertain. This is its playlist, less of music it listens to exactly and more music that will summon it. It’s a unique music taste because V’vohu doesn’t perceive our dimension the way we do and music doesn’t sound the same way to it that it does to us. Swift here again. Anser is a tricky one. She could and probably would write her own intro, but she’s complicated much like V’vohu and I’d rather explain it in my own words, because I’m not sure hers would be… not too vague. Anser is not fae, nor a kitsune, nor a Huli Jing or any other kind of specific fox myth, rather a fae-like fox spirit who seems to embody multiple fox and faerie mythologies. He originated as a spirit. Sort of. When he first appeared, he may well have been a literal spirit visitor, like V’vohu. But he left, possibly of his own accord, possibly something to do with V’vohu. This Anser is a different entity while being the same individual psychologically, fully formed by whatever mental process formed the other headmates excluding V’vohu, but still also fully psychologically a spirit. Literally the exact same individual in every way except not a literal outside spiritual visitor. He still fully believes in magic and is the most spiritual of all of us. It's complicated. Anyways, she usually appears as a red fox with or without various fantastical attributes, and sometimes as a statue. She/her and he/him only, not they/them. I believe she identifies as bigender or genderfluid, not sure which or if gender means the same thing to her at all that it does to earthly people. Even though Rafe had been doing coke off the kitchen counter a few hours ago, he was surprisingly gentle. He kissed you in a way that you didn’t expect.

Rafe would have still introduced you to his dad and step mom, if it meant he got to see you nervous and all giggly when his dad called you gorgeous.

When you left for the bathroom before dinner, he would still turn to his parents and tell them that he thought he loved you.

Rose gave Ward a concerned look, then looked back at Rafe, before nodding. Sort of saying that she thought his love wasn’t real.

Rafe didn’t care.

He would still give you a grand tour around his childhood house and let you snoop in his bedroom.

He watched your from his bed, letting you touch all his colognes and the nick nacks on his dresser.

When you walked over to him with that certain look in your eye he knew well, his heart did a flip flop.

He would still let you crawl over to him, kiss him lightly, and messily unbutton his shirt.

He would still tell his parents you had an emergency so he could drive you back to his apartment, since you told him you refused to have sex with him in his parents house.

He’d still take those disappointed looks from his dad and step mom for you, even if you broke up in the end.

“She’s moving in with me.” He told his dad.

Ward Cameron shook his head, another disapproving look from his father, something Rafe was familiar with.

“Is that really the smartest choice right now, Rafe?” Ward asked his son.

Maybe Ward was right, maybe if you hadn’t moved in together, things would have happened differently.

I mean, you had already technically broken up once already, over something small and not meaningful, but you had still fought and you had still called it quits.

Ward knew about the break up and maybe he thought he really was doing the right thing by asking Rafe.

Rafe didn’t care, probably even less than he did the first time you and his parents met.

He didn’t care that you guys were moving fast. You really did need a place to stay since your lease was up and Rafe was so generous to offer his apartment as a place to stay.

Ward gave him a look that made Rafe feel sad, like his parents knew something he didn’t. Then, it made his angry, that his parents acted like they knew something Rafe didn’t about his own relationship.

“I don’t care, Dad. I love her.” Rafe shot his father a foul look, then picked up his keys and left his childhood house.

January 2023

“Rafe, you can’t act like this anymore!” You yelled at him.

“Stop trying to fucking control me! You don’t know shit about what’s going on. Let’s keep it that way.” He called back at you.

It was true, he had kept you in the dark completely from whole pogue vs. Rafe Cameron thing. You heard he had found millions of dollars worth of gold and now was looking for something like a cross, you lost in. Confronting him ended up not being the best option.

“You won’t tell me anything! I want to know, I want to help you.” You cried, desperately pleading for your boyfriend to trust you.

“I do not want your fucking help. You can’t help with this. I don’t want you involved.” His voice lowered, pinching his eyebrows together.

“Then we’re done.” You threw your hands up in defeat. You waited for some sort of reaction from him, all you got was a blank, absent stare.

He just stood there, letting almost two years fly right out the window.

Scoffing, you went to your shared bedroom and packed some clothes, ready to head anywhere but there.

Taylor was inspired to write “Love Story” when she was going through a difficult situation with a boy she liked, whom she wasn’t “officially” dating. She chose to portray the story of Romeo and Juliet in the song, because she felt like she could relate. The lyrics talk about disapproval against the relationship, and her desire to go somewhere far away with him, and escape the people who look down on them. “Love Story” peaked at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs, and at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100, just weeks after its release. The song’s music video was described as timeless, by Swift. The video won the CMT Music Awards for “Video of the Year,” as well as “Female Video of the Year.” In February 2021, “Love Story” became the first official re-release from Taylor’s back catalog following contractual disputes with Scooter Braun. It marked the beginning of a new chapter in her career as she sought autonomy and freedom from what she perceived as a manipulative business relationship.

“I Was Born to Love You” is a 1985 song by Freddie Mercury, and was released as a single and on the Mr. Bad Guy album. After Mercury’s death, Queen re-worked this song for their album Made in Heaven in 1995, by having the other members play their instrumental parts over the original track transforming the song from a disco song to a rock song. The Queen version from the Made in Heaven album also includes samples of Mercury’s ad-lib vocals taken from “A Kind of Magic” and from “Living On My Own”.

okay this is a little fun a little sassy silly…… i dig it i vibe….. i’m currently at my grandparents house taking my dog out so i think it’s a good time to go through my past ~14 months and together we can see where i fell off the wagon (SLASH GEN i promise i’m not being snarky! i really do want you all who have supported me to know i’m okay + what i’ve been up to)

july 2021: artfight happens, i do two attacks and then just stop drawing ANYTHING. i started sewing again briefly which was the second crafty hobby i had before drawing (first was origami!), so that eats up my time. if i remember i want to edit this when i’m home and add a picture from my old phone of me sitting on my bed with my cats, sewing a “sock creature” (PLEASE please if you have the time look up john murphy’s sock creatures, his first book was so formative to me)

august 21: i start working at spirit halloween!!

september 21: i become close friends with this guy Vincent, we had known of each other for a while and were mutual fans of each other’s art but here we start talking on a daily basis!!!

october 21: obviously The Big One for a spirit employee, it was halloween all month baby! i had three costumes (the third was Raph from tmnt but i don’t have a pic 😿)

(side note i LOVE the turtles, the reason i got that black wig in the goth cat costume was to cosplay casey jones from tmnt2012)

november 21: by the nature of spirit halloween i am now unemployed. i try hbwr seeds for the first time which to answer the original question is most likely what i smoked to make this blog inactive

december 21: I BREAK UP WITH MY EX!!!! i found his secret pr0$h!p twitter on christmas eve so i timed pretty much the exact midpoint between christmas and new years and broke it off then

january 22: i reorganize my life!! i get a new bed frame and other furniture for my room to celebrate my fresh start. i find a very rudimentary children’s sewing machine at goodwill and get fully back into making sock creatures!!!! plus i hack a 3ds, but i know we’re all doing that

february 22: this is where i really do just become burned out for a bit, i do JACK SQUAT except make a G2 Tier Maker:

march 22: i start taking job hunting seriously… ALSO me and Vinnie who i mentioned back in september keep talking and keep growing closer; i send him a playlist of songs that make me think of our ponysonas and for the first time it becomes really clear to each of us how much we like one another 💥 the playlist in question:

april 22: i turn 24! i also start working at taco bell. i also stop working at taco bell. i watch a good chunk of pac man and the ghostly adventures

may 22: probably my favorite month of the year thus far! i journal every day, go to the park, work hard around the house and in general do what feels gratifying to me!

june 22: i go to a pride event in my city and run into a girl who i bought a teddy bear purse from at spirit! she mentions applying at the McAlister’s that’s opening next month and i follow suit; it goes poifectly and my training starts at the beginning of…

july 22: DELI TIME! i’m trained to work prep which means folding up all the meat that gets used for sandwiches, plus slicing n dicing various produce. Vincent and I are like 💓official💓 at this point or whatever….. :)

august 22: i adjust to life behind the industrial-grade rotary slicer. i get back DEEP into webkinz. Vincent and i meet up for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

september 22: loooots more boyfriend time 🎉 but also i go back to school 👎

now: well damn! i’m in a little bit of a rut in full honesty; i only have so much energy in a given day and i spend most of it on work and school. i am so grateful for everyone who has shown me patience, and i want to prove that it wasn’t “wasted” on me in any way. i still have a lot of personal work to do before i can post on a reliable schedule again
