Usually I try to feed the family pretty healthy. But some days you just can't do it! Be it because you forgot you had to go grocery shopping, or your simply too tired. During the week I solo parent because of the shift my partner works. . . My favorite quick meal is usually noodles, tuna and mushroom soup dumped together and stirred. But when your out of mushroom soup and have a craving what do you do?? ...you get inventive. I figured it would be just like a tuna casserole! Minus the baking 😅 . .
