Can we talk about how the fact that MASH in its 7th season story ‘Inga’  (actually aired shortly after I was born) had the goddamn balls to not only straight up expose Hawkeye’s raging unspoken and  internalised misogyny, but also deal with it in a way that wasn’t preachy, or hypermasculinised, or did anything but point out the problem, and then have him learning how to stop it.  Because god damn this ep gives me FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS
