The Qur'an is Indeed a Miracle!
What makes the Qur'an so otherworldly? Why is the Qur'an a miracle? Exploring three big reasons out of many. Presented by Sh. Abdullah Oduro from Yaqeen Institute.
Qur'an 12:43 And [subsequently] the king said, "Indeed, I have seen [in a dream] seven fat cows being eaten by seven [that were] lean, and seven green spikes [of grain] and others [that were] dry. O eminent ones, explain to me my vision, if you should interpret visions."
Genesis 41:16-17 Joseph answered Pharaoh, “It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.” Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Behold, in my dream I was standing on the banks of the Nile.
Qur'an 20:60 So Pharaoh went away, put together his plan, and then came [to Moses].
Qur'an 15:9 Indeed, it is We who sent down the message [i.e., the Qur’ān], and indeed, We will be its guardian.
Qur'an 29:51 "And is it not sufficient for them that We revealed to you the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān] which is recited to them? Indeed in that is a mercy and reminder for people who believe."

It Shall Be Done!
“Come in agreement in prayer, says the Spirit. For many in My Church do not yet understand the full power of agreement and that heaven waits to hear two or more unified on the same request. So agree and it shall be done!”
Prophetic Scripture
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven (Matthew 18:19).
We all have powerful times of
prayer alone, but something happens when you pray with others. The prayer goes to another level. You feel the faith and power of your fellow believers as requests are being offered up to God. If you are struggling in prayer or need a boost, get someone to pray with you. While a prayer partner may not always be available, it helps to have one especially in more challengingsituations. Find someone who will take your prayer need seriously and help push you into a victorious answer. The agreement is really powerful when your prayer partner wants to see the answer just as much as you do, when they aren’t giving up until it happens. Another way to experience agreement in prayer is by attending prayer meetings with other believers who are all unified on the same mission in prayer. Things happen in that environment. When the early church was being persecuted, they got together and lifted their voice in prayer until power was released (see Acts 4:29-31).
According to Jesus, when two people get together in agreement they get answers from Heaven. Make a point to pray with someone today, even if it’s your spouse and family members. As you agree, it shall be done!
Prayer
Father, I thank You for the power of agreement. I make a commitment to pray with my fellowbelievers and help them pray for their needs. I know every time we pray together, it shall be done! In Jesus’ Name, amen.☕️Brenda Kunneman

We have heard that men should not be alone many times but one quote that really sticks to us is this: “No man is an island.” This quote is very popular and we have heard about this many times. We have revolved our principles around this especially in times of being alone. We often comfort ourselves that one day we will find someone that will be with us through ups and downs.
Now, on our verse today, it is somewhat similar to that popular verse but holds depth in its words. As Iron sharpens iron, so does man sharpens another. What does this mean? What does this proverb have to do with our life right now? Why does this matter so much? Why is this important in a Christian life? Will this make us walk better in the path that God wants us to follow? How come a metaphor of two irons can be equated as a life lesson?
Well, the answer will always be yes. Again, no man is an island and everyone needs another person in their life to encourage, to uplift, to correct and to rebuke them. So, in a Christian perspective, our verse today wants us to understand the importance of having a fellowship with other believers. It is very important for us Christians that we should always spend time with our fellow believers for it takes an iron to sharpen iron. Which means that a relationship should be two-way not only a one-way connection. As the other Christians sharpen you, you are also sharpening them.
This verse also backs up what Paul said in one of his letters that we must build a loving and growing relationship with others. With that, we can be able to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. So, will this be a great help in our Christian walk? Absolutely yes! Having fellowship with other believers, having accountability and a relationship that is rooted in Christ, will be a very big help to our spiritual growth.
Having accountability does not only mean that you check up on those people from time to time but it is caring for them and for their spiritual growth in the Lord. Therefore, if we have that kind of person in our lives, we will always be reminded about the things that God has commanded us to do and we will always be rebuked for the things that we are doing wrong. Indeed that we will always be in need of those persons so that we will be challenged more and we will grow more in God’s likeness.
Furthermore, it is true that we need all these Christians in our lives to correct us and to always guide us in the right path. However, it is also necessary for us to understand that we also need the Word of God. We will truly grow in the likeness of Christ if we immerse ourselves with the Word. To become a good example to other believers and to become a good iron who sharpens another, one must first have their personal relationship with Christ through meditating in the Word and having devotion. One must first establish their long-lasting relationship with Christ so that one can bless others also.
Therefore, as iron indeed sharpens, so one person sharpens another person. We can only be sharpened and can only grow if we grow together with one another. If we take up each other’s burden and encourage one another to continue their race in the Lord. We must always remember that our focus is heavenward and that our real prize is waiting for us. Thus, we must not give up meeting each other, encouraging one another, praying for each other, correcting and rebuking one another for it is our way to grow. Let us not stop meditating on the Word and strengthening our relationship with Christ.

Pneumonia.
25th of July, I was diagnosed with Pneumonia. I was at peace because I know that it is just a flu that is stuck in my lungs but I was wrong.
according to the internet. a not so reliable source. defined the meaning of Pneumonia as...
Pneumonia is an infection that inflames the air sacs in one or both lungs. The air sacs may fill with fluid or pus (purulent material), causing cough with phlegm or pus, fever, chills, and difficulty breathing. A variety of organisms, including bacteria, viruses and fungi, can cause pneumonia
What Are the Symptoms of Pneumonia?
The most common symptoms of pneumonia are:
Cough (with some pneumonias you may cough up greenish or yellow mucus, or even bloody mucus)
Fever, which may be mild or high
Shaking chills
Shortness of breath, which may only occur when you climb stairs
Additional symptoms include:
Sharp or stabbing chest pain that gets worse when you breathe deeply or cough
Headache
Excessive sweating and clammy skin
Loss of appetite, low energy, and fatigue
Confusion, especially in older people
I am afraid, really... to be experiencing all of those but anyway, I have a big God with me... this is a disease I have to fight, it’s not like its cancer. haha! But then anything that is mild if not treated right away could be worse.

is Hijab a restriction for Woman in Islam?
is Hijab a restriction for Woman in Islam or is it an advantage? What about the men? Dr Zakir Naik points out to the actual purpose of Hijab for both man and woman..
Bible - Deuteronomy 22:5 “A woman shall not wear a man’s garment, nor shall a man put on a woman’s cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God."  ( See for yourself; https://biblehub.com/deuteronomy/22-5.htm )
Bible - 1 Timothy 2:9 I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes,   ( See for yourself; https://biblehub.com/1_timothy/2-9.htm )
Bible - 1 Corinthians 11:5-6 But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonours her head--it is the same as having her head shaved. 6 For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head. ( See for yourself; https://biblehub.com/1_corinthians/11-6.htm )
Quran - Surah An-Nur 24:30 ˹O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do. ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/24/30 )
Quran - Surah An-Nur 24:31 And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments1 except what normally appears.2 Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments3 except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness. Let them not stamp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O  believers, so that you may be successful. ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/24/31 )

Unlike Christianity, Islam does not blame Eve for the Sin of Mankind
Unlike Christianity, Islam does not blame Eve for the Sin of Mankind. in Islam every Newborn Child is Pure. Unlike Christianity, a Newborn does not Burden the Original Sin of Adam and Eve. According to some religions, Pregnancy is a Curse and Punishment of God on the Woman but According to Islam, Pregnancy uplifts the Woman. Clarified by Dr Zakir Naik.
Quran 7:19-27 ˹Allah said,˺ “O Adam! Live with your wife in Paradise and eat from wherever you please, but do not approach this tree, or else you will be wrongdoers.” 20 Then Satan tempted them in order to expose what was hidden of their nakedness. He said, “Your Lord has forbidden this tree to you only to prevent you from becoming angels or immortals. ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/7/19 ) Quran 20:121 And they [i.e., Adam and his wife] ate of it, and their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And Adam disobeyed his Lord and erred. ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/20/121 ) Quran 4:1 O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom1 you ask one another,2 and the wombs.3 Indeed Allah is ever,4 over you, an Observer.5 ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/4/1 ) Quran 31:14 And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/31/14 ) Quran 46:15 And We have enjoined on man to be dutiful and kind to his parents. His mother bears him with hardship. And she brings him forth with hardship, and the bearing of him, and the weaning of him is thirty months, till when he attains full strength and reaches forty years, he says: "My Lord! Grant me the power and ability that I may be grateful for Your Favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and that I may do righteous good deeds, such as please You, and make my offspring good. Truly, I have turned to You in repentance, and truly, I am one of the Muslims (submitting to Your Will)." ( See for yourself; https://quran.com/46/15 )

How can Qur'an mentions about oceanography phenomena 1400 years ago!
How can Qur'an mentions about oceanography phenomena 1400 years ago! by Dr Zakir Naik..
https://quran.com/25/53 And it is He who has released [simultaneously] the two seas [i.e., bodies of water], one fresh and sweet and one salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibiting partition. Quran 25:54; And it is He who has created from water [i.e., semen] a human being and made him [a relative by] lineage and marriage. For your Lord is Most Capable. Quran 25:56; Yet they worship besides Allah what can neither benefit nor harm them. And the disbeliever always collaborates against their Lord. https://quran.com/55/19 He released the two seas,1 meeting [one another]; https://quran.com/55/20 Between them is a barrier so neither of them transgresses.
We present to you Dr William W. Hay, Professor of Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A. he was formerly Dean of the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at the University of Miami, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. We went with him on a marine expedition, to show us some of the phenomena connected to our study of the scientific miracles in the Qur'an and Sunnah. We asked him many questions about the marine surface, the divider between the upper and the lower sea, and about the ocean floor and marine geology. We also asked Professor Hay about the mixed-water partitions between the different seas and freshwater rivers. He was kind enough to answer all of our questions in great detail.
With regard to the partitions between the different seas, he explained that these bodies of water are not one homogeneous sea as it appears to us. Rather they are different seas, distinguished by varying degrees of salinity, temperature and density. In this slide, here the white lines represent partitions between two different seas. Each partition divides two seas that differ in temperature, salinity, density, marine biology and oxygen dissolubility. Scientists first had this picture in 1942 after hundreds of marine research stations were set up. In it, we can see the divider between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
We discussed this verse and several other verses at great length with Professor Hay, and then we asked him the following question: "What is your opinion of this phenomenon, namely, that you have in your possession now texts which have been revealed 1400 years ago, and which described in minute detail secrets of the universe which no man at that time could ever have known, simply because the techniques and the equipment were not available?"
Professor Hay replied: "I find it very interesting that this sort of information is in the ancient scripture of the Holy Qur'an, and I have no way of knowing where they would come from, but I think it is extremely interesting that they are there and that this work is going on to discover it, the meaning of some of the passages."
He was asked: “Then you have flatly denied it to be just from a human source. Whom do you think is the original source of such information?”
Professor Hay: "Well, I would think it must be the Divine Being!"
Truly this is divine knowledge which Allah sent in order to support the Message of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who said:
Each Prophet has been given something to make his people believe in him. But I have been given a revelation from Allah, and I hope that I will have the greatest number of followers on the Day of Judgement. [Al-Bukhari]

Muhammed was violent while Jesus was peaceful?
was really Muhammed violent while Jesus was peaceful? Waseem Razvi clarifies it the right way. Luke 19:26 ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 27 But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me.’” 28And when he had said these things, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.
