It has come to my attention that quite a lot of people don’t know the difference between sex and gender, which is why I am making this post. A person typically has their sex assigned at birth based on physiological characteristics, including their genitalia and chromosome composition. Gender: the socially constructed roles, behaviours, expressions and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse people. It is a broad spectrum. A person may identify at any point within this spectrum or outside of it entirely. People may identify with genders that are different from their natal sex or with none at all. These identities may include transgender, nonbinary, or gender-neutral. There are many other ways in which a person may define their own gender. Feminism is the new fascism. Convince me I'm wrong?!

There is absolutely no question that it is never ok for anyone to subject anyone to harassment sexual or otherwise. However, today, a bus driver wolf whistled at a passer by and now finds himself subject to police charges and termination from work. Shouldn't we be focusing our attention as women on actual perpetrators of crimes instead of claiming sexual harassment because a man whistles at us? I am afraid of a society where men have to question every single step they take regardless how innocent. As a mother of 2 sons and 2 daughters I am sad that they will grow up in a world where this happens!!

Please, guys. I'm begging y'll to share this and go on twitter. It happend something terrible where I live. A girl called Mariane Ferrer was raped. The man drugged her and raped her. She was virgin. Mariane had proof, DNA, everything and the justice still considered that it wasn't enough!

Go on twitter, share the #justiçapormariferrer. This is ultragic. The judge said, that the man had no intention to rape. They humiliated her. They treated her like trash. They said she was no saint person and mentioned the clothes she wears as proof that she wanted. The raper was absolved.

I have some comments thoughts and concerns. 💖

I'm sure some of you'll know about #tradwife #tradfem #housewife and all those things and I'm sure you also know how 'feminist' are currently flooding the tags because they veiw it as oppressive and they want those gender roles to remain a thing of the past.

Many of those blogs a ran by WOMEN who have made the choice to be a housewife to follow these 'traditional gender roles'. So true feminism would be supporting these women because feminism is about the choice of weather you want to be a housewife or not, about having the choice to wear modest clothing or not.

True feminism isn't shaming women for wanting to continue practicing these things. It's allowing women the choice to do as they please. And by forcing a woman to forever be a #girlboss or to be a working woman is being just as bad as the people who force women to be housewives!

Some women just don't want to work or working just isn't cut out for them. Some women are naturally just born mother. The same way some men are naturally fatherly and nurturing. And people need to start respecting women's choices and stop dictating what's ok for them to do.

I am not ignoring all those women who have been forced to be housewives, who have been abused and stripped of all power. I am aware fully of what the role looks like. I am simply saying that if a woman is in a healthy CONSENTUAL relationship with a partner she loves and trust and decides to be a housewife for what ever reason that is her choice! And people cannot be mad at her for it! And so what if a man says he wants a housewife? Is he going out and forcing that role on a woman?

A man can want a woman to stay home all he wants but it's still a woman's choice! If when they marry or are common law they decide on that arrangement it's nobodies business unless the man is forcing a woman to things she does not want to do and he is being abusive.

If a man says that he can most likely find a woman who is willing the same way a woman can say she wants a working man with 6 figures so she doesn't have to work.

Just leave women to do as they please. A woman being a housewife isn't setting feminism back 300 years.

The world needs feminism. Just don't lose sight of what feminism is 💖

I feel the need to say this. If you are antiblm and u as a person the follows trad fem, shame women that chose to not be trad fem. Shame

Also I am ONLY speaking about those that want to just bake and cook and do house wife things. I do not support anyone that support harmful rhetoric on either side.
