Quando i veneziani camminano sull'acqua.
Questo fine settimana a Venezia c'è la festa più bella di tutto l'anno. La festa del Redentore. Fu creata dopo la grande peste del 1575 e in ringraziamento a nostro Signore di averla superata fu costruita la chiesa del Redentore. Dalla mia adorata Giudecca viene costruito ogni anno il ponte votivo fino alle Zattere, l'isola di fronte. Tutti i veneziani lo attraversano in segno di ringraziamento. E la sera lungo le fondamenta del canal vengono allestiti tavoli dove si cena o per chi possiede una barca ci si riunisce lì in attesa dei fuochi d'artificio. Ovviamente ognuno prepara le specialità tipo sarde in saor e altre prelibatezze, buon vino e allegria. E quando posto qualsiasi foto del Redentore non è per la chiesa, che è molto bella, ma perché c'è sempre ritratta la mia casa. Ricordi e tanto amore. Giudecca mon amour. ❤️

Rio de Janeiro: Il Carnevale e la Magia della Città Maravilhosa
Rio de Janeiro, la "Città Meravigliosa" del Brasile, è una città che incanta con le sue spiagge incantevoli, le montagne maestose e l'atmosfera festosa che pervade le sue strade. Il mio viaggio attraverso Rio durante il Carnevale è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile, un'immersione nella gioia, nel colore e nella passione di una delle feste più grandi al mondo.
Il Carnevale di Rio è una celebrazione epica, un trionfo di musica, danza e cultura che coinvolge milioni di persone da tutto il mondo. Le strade della città si trasformano in un palcoscenico vivente, con sfilate di samba travolgenti e spettacoli di colore e creatività. I costumi elaborati, le carrozze sontuose e le danze accattivanti creano un'atmosfera di pura euforia.
Il Sambodromo, l'iconico stadio progettato da Oscar Niemeyer, è il cuore pulsante del Carnevale. Qui, le scuole di samba competono tra loro con spettacolari parate che mescolano tradizione e innovazione. Le percussioni scatenate e le voci potenti dei cantanti riempiono l'aria, creando un'energia contagiosa che coinvolge tutti i presenti.
Ma il Carnevale non si limita al Sambodromo; le feste e le celebrazioni si diffondono per le strade di Rio. I blocos, feste di quartiere organizzate da gruppi di amici e comunità, animano i vicoli con musica dal vivo, balli sfrenati e bevande festose. È un'opportunità per i locali e i visitatori di unirsi in una celebrazione collettiva di gioia e allegria.
Anche al di fuori del Carnevale, Rio de Janeiro è una città che offre un'esperienza straordinaria. Le sue spiagge iconiche, come Copacabana e Ipanema, sono luoghi di incontro per persone di ogni età e provenienza. Qui, ho trascorso giorni rilassanti sotto il sole tropicale, godendo delle acque cristalline e dell'atmosfera vivace.
La statua del Cristo Redentore, che si erge maestosa sul monte Corcovado, offre una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Salire fino alla sommità e contemplare Rio dall'alto è stato un momento di pura meraviglia e gratitudine per la bellezza del mondo.
La cucina di Rio è un tripudio di sapori e influenze culturali. Ho assaporato le specialità locali come la feijoada, un gustoso stufato di fagioli neri e carne, e il churrasco, carne alla griglia servita con salse succulente. I succhi di frutta fresca e i cocktail tropicali hanno completato le mie esperienze culinarie con una nota di dolcezza e freschezza.
In conclusione, Rio de Janeiro durante il Carnevale è una festa senza pari, un'esperienza che coinvolge i sensi e l'anima in un vortice di emozioni e divertimento. La città stessa è un'opera d'arte vivente, un luogo di bellezza naturale e culturale che lascia un'impronta indelebile nel cuore di chiunque abbia la fortuna di visitarla.

Mantova, concerto di Natale della Banda al Teatro Ariston
E’ stato apprezzato da un pubblico folto il concerto di Natale tenuto dalla Banda città di Mantova venerdì 15 dicembre al Teatro Ariston di Mantova. L’evento è stato organizzato dall’Associazione Banda Città di Mantova “Alessio Artoni” e patrocinato dal Comune di Mantova.
In apertura ha preso la parola il presidente della associazione bandistica Diego Ghirlinghelli che ha introdotto la serata ed ha passato il microfono all'assessore al Welfare Andrea Caprini che ha espresso la vicinanza della città alla banda ed ha fatto gli auguri ai mantovani ringraziando gli artisti e il pubblico.
La serata, che si è intitolata "Starlight Memories”, ha avuto come protagonisti undici solisti che hanno animato la sala con un repertorio che ha ripercorso la storia recente della formazione dal Duemila fino all’anno della sua scomparsa nel 2022. Tutto ciò anche in memoria del compianto direttore, il maestro Alessio Artoni, che ha lasciato il suo nome in eredità all’associazione.
Sul palco, la direzione è stata affidata al maestro Andrea Presciuttini, mentre a curare la conduzione è stata Paola Prestini.
Così, in una piacevole atmosfera di festa, l’ensemble ha preso il via con il brano “Sì, la vita è tutta un quiz” di Renzo Arbore con la voce registrata di Artoni al megafono, quindi il pubblico ha ascoltato i 13 brani eseguiti dai cantanti e dagli strumentisti che negli anni hanno accompagnato e collaborato con la banda.Tra questi, da segnalare la presenza di Mauro Negri al clarinetto.
E' stato ricordato che il concerto si è tenuto nel 40esimo anniversario di attività della Banda città di Mantova. Proprio per questo la serata è stata registrata e confezionata in un doppio compact disc.
L’evento è stato supportato dal contributo della Fondazione Comunità Mantovana onlus e sponsorizzata dal Gruppo Sicla Immobiliare.
Nella mattinata, sempre all’Ariston, e sempre in collaborazione con il Comune di Mantova, si è tenuto il concerto per le scuole, eseguito dagli allievi della “Green Band”, appartenenti alla scuola di musica ad orientamento bandistico Alberto Serati, guidati dalla direttrice maestra Alessandra Zanon.
Dopo una breve presentazione degli strumenti musicali bandistici (trombe, tromboni, sax, clarinetto e percussioni e una filastrocca di Gianni Rodari) sono stati presentati brani della tradizione natalizia come Adeste Fideles, Jingle Bells e brani legati al mondo Disney con l'intento di coinvolgere e interagire con il giovane pubblico in sala. Hanno partecipato all’esibizione 490 spettatori delle scuole primarie e secondarie di 1° grado cittadine. Nella fattispecie erano presenti classi delle primarie Ardigò, Nievo, Don Leoni, Don Mazzolari, Don Minzoni, Redentore, della secondaria Sacchi, oltre che utenti della Casa del Sole. Festa della Madonna della Salute 21 novembre.
Oggi per i veneziani è una festa importante. La Chiesa della salute è stata costruita in ringraziamento che la peste era finita. E da 400 anni che si costruisce un ponte di barche sul Canal Grande, come per la festa del Redentore e si va a pregare o ringraziare per la salute. Tradizione vuole che si mangia il primo torrone.
E io prego per i miei cari, gli amici e per chi ne ha bisogno.
