You and Fez met back when he was still in school, just before he had dropped out. He sat next to you in History and the two of you would only talk briefly, often just about things like what the date was or when the next period would be. He would occasionally crack a joke or make a lighthearted comment that would always catch you off guard.
He was a normally stoic and calm person; he didn't talk much and kept to himself most of the time. This made you appreciate the rare jokes and little bursts of personality even more. You quickly found yourself talking more and more with him, and he'd start greeting you when you passed each other in the hallways. You had considered him somewhat of a friend after a while. Maybe not the closest, but you valued the little time you two would spend together.
Then he started showing up to class less and less, and rumors had begun spreading around. A few weeks before he dropped out, he had asked you if he could copy your notes that he had missed while absent, and you agreed. He told you to drop them off at the convenience store his grandmother owned, because that's where he spent most of his afternoons.
You did this every time he didn't show up to class; you'd write him all the notes neatly and bring them to him at the store, and in return he'd let you take whatever you want from the shelves free of charge. You always took the same thing (a can of Sprite, a packet of Sun Chips and a pack of cherry flavored twizzlers), and after a while he had started keeping the three items at the counter, ready for you to grab when you came around. One day he asked you if you'd like to stay a while before heading home, and you spent your afternoons sitting on the roof of the convenience store eating your treats and talking about whatever came to mind.
You never asked him why he wasn't at school, or even asked yourself why you'd go through all this trouble for him. Maybe it was because you've always been way too nice for your own good, or maybe because you had a little crush on him. One day when you were on your way to give him the day's notes, he'd told you he was dropping out. When you asked why, he only replied with, "Have to take care of my grandma."
You didn't stop visiting him after he left school, and would go to the store every other afternoon, quietly doing your homework by the counter while he restocked the shelves. He never explicitly told you, but he enjoyed having you around. You never asked too many questions and you were always nice to him. He would say maybe too nice to count as just being friendly.
As time passed the two of you grew closer and closer. You had met his brother Ash and occasionally helped him with his grandmother, who you had only met briefly before she became ill, when you were making your rounds to drop of his notes.
A few months later he had asked you out, and you said yes. You haven't looked back since.
That was years ago, and this was now. Now, you were sitting on the lid of the toilet in the dead of night with a pregnancy test clasped tightly in your right hand, while the other covered your mouth in shock. The two red lines stared back at you tauntingly as you felt your head spin with anxiety.
You were pregnant. You were pregnant with Fez's baby and you had no idea how you were going to tell him. You finished up, washing your hands and face and made your way to the bedroom you and your boyfriend shared. You hid the test in the drawer you kept your underwear in and sat on the edge of the bed, waiting for your boyfriend to return home.
He arrived eventually, but you couldn't find the strength in you to tell him. You knew you had to eventually, you couldn't possibly keep this a secret for too long, but you were terrified. You had no idea what his reaction would be, and you feared the worst.
The night you finally did get the courage to tell him, was the same night he decided to almost kill Nate at a New Year's Eve Party. Your plan had been derailed once again and that night you found yourself sitting in the bathroom while you silently cleaned the cuts on his hands. You knew you couldn't tell him then, he was still on edge and filled with adrenaline from everything that had transpired. He was definitely not in the correct headspace for a revelation like that.
Everything after that night was an absolutely downward spiral.
With Faye moving in, Mouse getting killed in your house and ultimately Fez getting arrested after Custer had ratted him out, you found yourself at your wits end. He had been arrested and taken away right before your eyes, and you felt completely helpless as you watched him get dragged out of the now ruined house, with a distraught Ash clinging to you like a lifeline.
☆˚。⋆
Fez was only given three years for drug possession with the intent to sell, considering he was a first-time offender. Three years may not have been much considering it could have been a much heavier sentence, but your stomach still churned at the thought that he would be away for that long. What about Ash and Marie? What about the store?
What about the baby?
You couldn't do this. It felt like the world was suddenly dropped on your shoulders as you watched the officers drag Fez out the court, and away from you.
You shot up from the uncomfy wooden bench and made your way to the closest bathroom, where you threw up the little food you managed to keep down this morning. When you finished you flushed the toilet and made your way to the sink to clean up. As you stared at your reflection in the dirty mirror, everything struck you at once like cold water being thrown in your face.
You were going to be alone. Alone and pregnant, having to look after Ash (who God willing, they don't take away from you) and his grandmother. You hadn't even realized you were crying until your reflection became blurry and your breathing erratic.
You went back home that evening, with a dreadful feeling deep in the pit of your stomach for what the future holds.
☆˚。⋆
Fez had finally been approved for calls, and after not hearing anything from him in weeks you were ecstatic to finally hear his voice.
You had received a call from the jail where he was, following all the necessary steps and pressing all the necessary buttons before you got to talk with him. When you heard his voice say your name you had to stop yourself from breaking down right beside the telephone. It hadn't even been a month and you already missed him more than words could describe.
He said your name again in a questioning tone and you realized that you hadn't said anything in return.
"Fez?" was all you could force from wobbly lips as your grip on the phone tightened. "Yeah baby, it's me," he said quietly. "I miss you," you said trying your hardest not to sob. Gosh, you couldn't even think about asking him how he was doing, you just wanted him to know how much you needed him right now.
"I miss you too baby, so fucking much," he replied, "how are things going that side?" You inhaled sharply before answering. "I don't know," you answered truthfully, "I'm still trying to figure everything out right now. But okay I guess."
He hummed. "What about Ashtray, he around? Can I talk to him?" he asked. "Of course," you said before calling out to Ash, who was over the moon when he finally got to speak to his brother after so long. You saw him smile for the first time in months, and you were overjoyed at the sight.
When they were finished catching up he handed you the phone. "You still there?" you asked. "Yeah baby, but I only got like a minute left. Listen I'll call you back as soon as I can again okay?" he said. "Okay, goodnight. I love you so muh, Fez," you rushed out. "I love you too baby, so mu—"
He was cut off by the ending call and you placed the receiver of the telephone back on the wall.
☆˚。⋆
You didn't know how to tell Fez you were pregnant over the phone, so you settled with writing him a letter. You told him how you were pregnant, and that you were planning on keeping the baby. A part of you already knew you were keeping the baby the moment you stared at the test in your hand. The thought of being pregnant now absolutely terrified you, but recently you had found yourself fantasizing about what the little one would look like.
Would it be a little girl or a boy? Would she have your nose, or your eyes? What would her soft hair feel like under your fingertips? What would her first word be?
You hadn't even realized you were already referring to the baby as "she". That was what made you realize you were already deadset on keeping the baby, whether Fez wanted to be apart of that or not, even though it pained you to think that way.
You nervously sealed the letter and sent it off, hoping for the best. Fez had called you the same day he received the letter.
"Hi Fez," you answered nervously.
"You bein' serious Y/N?" You knew exactly what he was referring to, so you took a deep breath before answering him. "Yes, I'm being serious," you said quietly. You could hear him sigh and curse under his breath before he spoke up louder. "How long you known?"
"From before the raid. But, before you say anything, I did want to tell you on New Years, but that shit with Nate happened and everything after that was a total shitshow," you breathed, "I'm sorry for not telling you earlier."
"Shit, it's alright ma I ain't mad, jus' a bit shocked," was all he said. There was a short silence between the two of you before he spoke up again. "I'm gonna be a dad?" he asked softly. "Yeah..." you said, waiting for anything to indicate how he felt about this. "I'm so sorry I can't be there wit' you for this," he said. That broke your heart. He wanted to there, wanted to be a father and the thought made your heart fill with joy.
"It's okay, we can't help the circumstances," you said. "Listen, I promise you imma be here wit you every step of the way, okay? Maybe not physically, but I want you to keep me updated on everthing alright?" he said. "Okay, I promise I will," you breathed, a smile stretching across your face. "Imma do right by you, baby, I promise. You ain't doin' this on your own."
You were sure your heart was going to explode. You were going to have a baby with Fez. The circumstances were the farthest from ideal, but you were hopeful that you were going to be able to do this. You were going to do this. For yourself, for Fez and Ash and for your baby.
☆˚。⋆
The pregnancy was anything but easy, and it was even harder without Fez by your side. It helped that he showed his support in any way he could, like always calling and sending letters, checking up on you to stay updated with the condition of your baby. You were roughly at 3 or 4 months and by now the little bump was already visible.
Telling Ash was one of the things you were the most nervous about. You didn't know how he'd feel about a baby being bought into your living situation. You had sat him down and got straight to the point. When the words first left your mouth, his face twisted into an unreadable expression. He seemed to be mulling it over silently, before a small smile stretched across your face and he replied shyly with, "So I'm gonna like, be an uncle?"
☆˚。⋆
The letters you frequently wrote Fez were on of the only things he looked forward to. He loved reading them, reading about how you were doing and everything that was happening with your body and with the baby growing inside you. It sometimes fet like he got to experience the pregnancy right there beside you, with the way he could clearly indicate your mood swings even in your writing.
The letter would quickly go from I saw an old couple sitting by the old park benches today and I broke down in tears to The guy at the drive-thru told me I couldn't order 'just pickels'. Imagine saying no to a starving pregnant lady!
When he received the letter with a small black and white attached to it, he nearly cried. The little ultrasound picture didn't look like much, you could barely make out the big white blob in the middle as a baby, an actual human being. He turned the picture around and saw that you had written our baby! in your messy handwriting, with a little heart at the end. That was all he needed to actually start crying.
That night he couldn't fall asleep at all. His mind was filled with a million thoughts that were consuming him. What if something happens to her or the baby while I'm in here? Will she be able to cope on her own? What's she gonna do once the baby is born?
What if I'm not a good father?
That's what was eating at him more than anything else. He didn't want to be like his own father, and his worst fear was eventually ending up like him, no matter how hard he tried not to. He didn't want his kid to hate him, he wanted to be the best dad he could be, because he already knew that you were going to be the absolutely best mother any child could ask for. He knew because he saw the way you cared for Ash, like he was your own little brother. He also knew that you had a big heart. When you loved, you loved with everything in you, so he didn't have an inkling of doubt about you being a good mother.
That was the night he had promised himself that he would be the best father that he could be for your child and that he'd give them the love and support he never received from his dad.
☆˚。⋆
By now you had finally been approved for your first visit, and you were over the moon. The first time you visited you went alone, and when Fez saw you walking into the cold room, a slight waddle to your step and a cute little bump sticking out from your pretty pink sundress and cardigan, he swears he had fell in love with you all over again. You looked so beautiful, he thought, maybe more beautiful than you've ever been.
Maybe it was the pregnancy glow people would always refer to, or maybe it was the fact that he hadn't seen you in months, but he couldn't get the dopey smile off his face as you made your way to the table where he sat.
You were permitted to a brief embrace and kiss at the beginning and end of each visit, and when he wrapped his arms around you for the first time in months, and got to inhale the smell of your almost unfamiliar perfume, he didn't ever want to let you go ever again. His grip on you tightened a little bit and you had to will away the tears threatening to spill over your cheeks when you felt his warmth consume your body. It felt like home being back in his strong arms.
"You're gonna squish the baby," you said playfully, placing a kiss on his shirt over his heart. You honestly didn't mind at all; you'd let him hold you like this forever if you could. You eventually broke away when you saw the guard giving you a unhappy look from the corner of your eye. You sat down on the cold metal bench and he found his seat accross from you.
You so badly wanted to hold his hand while you talked to him. You wanted to sit next to him and feel the warmth of his body radiating off him and bury your face into his neck and hold onto him for dear life, but you couldn't.
"Y'know if it's a boy or a girl yet?" he asked. You absent-mindedly tapped your manicured nails against the metal table that separated you two, until the guard had given you a stern look from behind Fez, by now irritated by the repetitive sound. You retracted your hands, placing them in your lap and shaking your head. "No, I'm finding out at the next appointment," you smiled, "do you still have the photos I sent you?"
You were referring to the ultrasound photos as you had sent him in letters from all your appointments. "Of course I do," he smiled, "keep 'em in my cell, under my pillow." You smiled, looking down at your belly and softly running your hand over it.
"I think it's gonna be a girl," you said softly, as if it was some secret only the two of you had the right to know. "Nah, it's a boy," he replied and you rolled your eyes playfully, which made him laugh. "Of course you think it's a boy," you joked. He shrugged "I'm still gonna love 'em whether they a boy or a girl," he said, before adding, "but it's gonna be a boy."
You rolled your eyes at him once again, this time more dramatically, and rubbed at your belly. "I just know it's going to be a little girl," you said, and when you looked up from your belly your eyes met Fez's. They were filled with an immeasurable amount of admiration and love, and you couldn't help but shy away from the attention.
"If it's a girl, I hope she look like you."
☆˚。⋆
The last few weeks of your pregnancy you had asked your mother to stay with you until it was time to go and give birth. By now your belly was fully formed and perfectly rounded, and you were waddling around the house like a lost penguin. Everything was hurting, from your feet to your back and pregnancy brain was truly kicking your ass. As much as you loved the beauty of pregnancy, you couldn't wait to finally get this over with.
You were on the phone with Fez when you had first felt it, the liquid running down your legs followed by a slight cramp in your abdomen. At first you were scared that you had peed yourself (your bladder had been your number one enemy recently) but it didn't take long to realize what was happening.
Without even sparing Fez another word you hung up and called for your mother. This was it, you were finally going meet your baby.
Ash was shitting bricks as he paced around the house while you and your mother gathered everything to head to the hospital. Soon enough you found yourself in the hospital, with your arms leaning on the bed trying to control your breathing. The pain felt like nothing you've ever felt before, and at some point you thought you were going to pass out.
A little while later and you had started to dilate. After what felt like a lifetime of mindless pushing and incoherent shouts, the screaming of your baby girl filled your ears. You looked next to you, to your mother who was still holding onto your hand tightly while her other hand pushed the hair out of your sweaty face. You were beyond grateful to have her with you, but your heart yearned to have Fez with you for this moment. When you got to hold your baby in your arms you cried like a crazy person. She was so beautiful, and your heart was already filled with abundant love for her.
☆˚。⋆
You've had baby Eden at home for almost two weeks, when you finally got a call from Fez.
"How'd it go baby? Is she healthy? Are you okay?" he had asked as soon as he heard your voice greeting him. You pressed the phone tighter between your ear and your shoulder. "She's as healthy as can be, and she's beautiful, Fez," you said happily, as you rocked the baby in your arms to sleep. "You gonna send me a picture of her?" he asked.
"I already have a few taken, I just have to get them printed then I'll send them to you," you smiled, "she's so beautiful, Fez." You knew it was a little biased, but she truly was the most beautiful baby you'd ever seen. Her pretty long eyelashes that rested on her chubby cheeks and the pretty pink lips that would sometimes streatch into a toothless smile, or her cute button nose that would scrunch up when she yawned or sneezed. Everything about her was so absolutely perfect.
"I can't wait to see yall ma," he whispered. You could hear the slight sadness in his voice. "Me neither," you replied with a sad smile.
☆˚。⋆
He had no doubt when you told him that Eden was a beautiful baby, but when Fez got to see a picture of her for the first time, all the air was knocked out his lungs.
That was his baby. His baby girl, wrapped tightly in a fluffy pink blanket and a little cap to match. He couldn't stop looking at the picture, his thoughts going at a hundred miles per hour. Fez hadn't seen a lot of babies in his life, but he was one thousand percent certain that Eden was the most beautiful baby he'd ever layed his cynical eyes on.
He couldn't remember the last time he prayed, but that night Fez found himself closing his eyes and praying. He prayed that you and your baby were kept safe, he prayed that his baby girl would stay healthy and happy, and he prayed for the patience to diligently serve his sentence, counting down the days till he got to hold you both.
☆˚。⋆
You sat in shock as you read the contents of the letter over and over and over.
Fez was going to be released from jail earlier for good behavior. He was coming home, to you, to Ash and his friends and to his baby. He was going to meet his daughter.
Ever since giving birth you hadn't brought Eden along with you when visiting Fez. She was still very young, and you didn't want her driving the long distances back and forth. This unfortunately meant that Fez hadn't got to meet his daughter yet. That was changing soon though.
☆˚。⋆
You were pacing back and forth in the house, waiting for Fez to come knocking at your door. Today was the day Fez was coming home, back to his family, back to you.
He had to go through several release preparations, then pre-release custody and then supervision. After he complete those steps he had a full release from the BOP system, and they arranged transportation for him to come back home.
He had asked you to not tell anyone about him coming home, he didn't want people bothering him and wanted to spend his first night in just the company of the people he loved the most. You had kept to your word and not told a soul, not even Ash, who you knew would soon be jumping out of his skin when he gets to see his brother.
You had Eden in your arms, gently rocking her back and forth to soothe her. She was a little cranky because she didn't get her afternoon nap in, and when she finally dozed off, you went to go place her in the small crib next to your bed.
You shifted your weight from one foot to the other nervously, before checking that everything was good. The food was cooked, the house cleaned and the bed covered in clean sheets.
The hard knock on the door almost made you drop the pie you had taken out of the oven. It was custard pie, his favorite. You removed your oven mits and sprinted to the door.
When you opened it, there stood Fez with a small smile on his face. You immediately wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him as close to you as possible. He was here. He was back home with you finally and you got to hold him for as long as your heart desired.
By now you were sobbing into his neck, beyond relieved and happy to finally have him home. When you broke away he looked down at you, tears in his own eyes.
"Hi," he breathed. "Hi," you replied through a half sob half laugh. "You're home." "I'm home."
Ash had cried when he saw his brother standing in the living room awkwardly, and wrapped his arms around him tightly, almost as if he was scared of losing him once again. Once everyone had settled down somewhat, you decided to ask Fez the big question.
"Do you wanna see her?"
☆˚。⋆
The room was dead silent as you pushed open the door and made your way inside, Fez following soon after. You could see the anxiety written on his face, evident in the slight tremble of his hands. This was a very big deal to him. He was going to meet his daughter for the very first time.
You made your way over to the crib, standing next to it and urging him to do the same. He warily moved closer to the crib, looked over the edge and down to where the little girl layed peacefully assleep. He could see the small rise and fall of her chest as she breath rhythmically, and the way her two small fists layed clenched tightly next to her body. If he listened closely enough he could hear her breathing, and the soft cooing sounds in between.
"She's beautiful isn't she?" you asked quietly, and he only nodded, not once lifting his gaze. "Would you like to hold her?" This made him look up at you. A part of him wanted to say no. He didn't want to hold something as precious as her in his hands. Hands that have done shameful and awful things, much too tainted to handle something as fragile and irreplaceable as her.
"It's okay, Fez," you said, sensing his hesitation, before reaching into the crib to pick her up gently. When she was secured in your grasp, you turned your body to him and he hesitantly reached out to take her from you.
Once she was in his arms the small tears began to fall from his eyes. You rubbed his back comfortingly as you watched him closely.
Nothing that Fez had ever achieved in his life measured even closely to this moment. No amount of money or fortune would make him trade this. This was it. This was him, being home and being able to be with you, with his family.
His grandmother had taught him the importance of family and looking out for each other. She taught him that the family he'd have would be the people he was willing to die for, and as he stood in the quiet room, his daughter in his arms and you by his side, he knew that he had found his family.
He looked over to you, and when his eyes met yours he saw the contented look on your face, behind all the happy tears.
"She looks like you," he smiled.

Pairing: Fezco x Female!Reader
A/N: The moment I first saw this scene, I knew I wanted to write something with it, but I never got around to it until now. Gif isn't mine - all credit to the creator. Enjoy xo
Warnings: drug mentions, addiction
- - -
The sound of a fist banging on the door to Fezco’s house shook you out of your nap. “Mm, what is it, Fez?” You asked, still sleepy, stretching and turning over to face him.
“I don’t know.” Fez sighed, pulling you into him for a quick kiss. “Maybe they’ll go away if we wait long enough.”
The incessant banging continued and after a few more seconds, your boyfriend let out an annoyed grunt and shifted to get out of bed. You watched, a lazy smile on your face as he grabbed his shirt from the floor and threw it on. “Be right back.”
You didn’t necessarily try to hear, but the walls in the house could be thin so it wasn’t hard to eavesdrop on conversations.
“Who is it?” You heard Fezco ask as he walked into the living room. The door squeaked as he opened it, and you could only imagine who was on the other side. One of his clients, no doubt. “Not today, Rue. Sorry.”
Rue. Your chest constricted at hearing the younger girl’s name. You’d seen her around school before you’d graduated, and had met her a couple times since whenever she showed up asking for drugs. From the rumors, her drug habit was one of the worst out of all of Fezco’s clients, and that was seriously saying something.
“C’mon man, don’t be a dick.” The window was open, a fact you hadn’t realized until now, and you could hear the hurt in her strung-out voice.
“Nah, I’m serious. You can’t come in.”
You and Fezco had just been talking about how he wanted to set firmer boundaries with his clients and you knew this was going to be one of the hardest. He saw Rue like a little sister, and always took special care when it came to her - any other girl would be jealous of the relationship, but you saw it for what it was: guilt mixed with some fucked up version of platonic love. When the news broke that Rue had been carted off to rehab after a very nasty OD where she almost died, Fezco had been inconsolable for almost a week. Ashtray had done a majority of the deals that week and you still weren’t sure what he’d told the buyers.
“Look, man, all I- all I need is just a few OCs-”
“Sorry, I can’t help you.”
“Fez? Fez? I’ve had a really fucked up day, alright? It’s been a really really fucked up day, so I need you to open the door for me, okay? Can you open the door, please?” The desperation in her voice had tears pricking the back of your eyes. You knew that tone of voice well, memory taking you back to your dead, alcoholic mother when she’d beg you to go buy booze with the fake she’d had made for you specifically for that purpose. Addiction was a hell of a drug.
“I ain’t gon’ help you kill yourself, Rue.” His silence was deafening. “I’m sorry but you can’t be comin’ over here no more. Just go home.”
“Don’t! Fez, don’t close the-” you heard the click of the door. “Fuck! Fez-” Rue banged her fist against the storm door, “open the fucking door, please? I’m begging you, just open the door.” In a flash, you were off your feet and heading down to the front door. When you got there, all you could see was his back, his forehead resting on the now-closed door. You wasted no time, coming up behind him and wrapping your arms around his waist, pressing your cheek in-between his shoulder blades as you held him tight. He took a shuddering inhale, bracing himself for Rue’s next words.
“Fez! You’re full of shit, man. You know you make your living off of selling drugs to teenagers, and now all of a sudden you wanna have a fucking moral high ground?! You’re a fucking dropout drug dealer. You know that? You’re a fucking dropout drug dealer with seven functioning fucking brain cells. OPEN THE DOOR! Fuck you! Fuck you Fez okay? Are you doing this because you care about me ? If you gave a shit about me you wouldn’t have sold me the fucking drugs in the first place but you did! You fucking did so open the goddamn door! Open the door!”
During Rue’s rant, Fez had turned around, his eyes meeting yours in one of the most tortured expressions you’d ever seen on his face. You hugged him again, your arms winding around his neck as you let him bury his face in the crook of your neck.
“I can’t do it-” He whispered against your skin, and you couldn’t fathom how Rue had heard him, but she responded like she had.
“Open the door, open the door, open the door!” The silence was heartbreaking, but you were currently torn between comforting Fez and fighting Rue for what she’d said to him even though you knew it was no use when an addict was like this. “Open the door. You did this to me! You fucking- you did this to me, Fez. You fucking ruined my life. The least you could do is open the goddamn door! I’m so serious I’m so fucking serious. If you don’t open this door right now I swear to god, I will hate you til the day I fucking die.”
“I’m sorry.”
She let out a heart-wrenching wail and smacked her fists against the storm door. “You fucking did this to me! Open the door! Open the door, Fez! C’mon man…”
Wordlessly, you took Fez’s hand and led him back to the bedroom, the sound of Rue banging on the door for far too long until she tired herself out and left.
The two of you had laid in silence and you waited without expectation until he began to speak. “I just…don’t know how to help her, ya know?” Fez murmured, staring up at the ceiling.
“She’s an addict, Fez. And you’re a dealer. You can’t control what she does and you have to let her fail on her own. It sucks but there’s only so much you can do.”
“I know.” He sighed, turning his head to press a kiss to your temple. “Thank you for being here.” After a while, Fez finally fell asleep in your arms, his breathing finally evening out after an exhausting encounter. You tucked him into bed, curling up into his side as you tried to get some sleep of your own.

“You’re fucking ridiculous.” You scoffed as you dropped your phone on the table. “I’m always fuckin’ ridiculous. It’s always me.”
“Because it is you!” You shouted at Fez, walking behind him as he walked into the kitchen of the apartment you, his brother and he shared. “You’re doing a fucking deal at a damn high school party!” You pinched your nose, leaning against the door frame. “Fezco, we'll go to big people's jail!”
“I can fuckin’ handle myself! I don’t need your loud ass shoutin’ at me for shit for no damn reason.” Fez returned your previous scoff, opening the fridge to grab a Budweiser. “No damn reason? No damn reason?” You asked him, voice raising the second time you asked. Fezco took a deep breath and closed the fridge, taking a swig of the beer as he leaned against the fridge.
“I’m tryna keep your ass out of jail! And you’re too damn stupid to get your head out of your ass.” You pointed at him. “Don’t call me stupid.” He said shortly, a warning. Maybe stupid wasn’t the right word, you knew Fezco was aware of his risks and what he was doing. But you also were aware of the fact that if he goes to jail, everything is fucked.
“Don’t fucking act stupid.” You shot back, arms falling to your sides.
His jaw tightened as he nodded. His head leaned back as he continued to down his drink in four sips. He placed his now empty glass on the counter as he walked over to you.
His hand grabbed your jaw. Index, middle and ring on your cheek, palm covering your mouth as his pinky rested under your chin and your thumb on your other cheek. His grip was firm, but didn’t necessarily hurt.
“Watch your mouth babygirl.“ He said, beer on his breath. “I ain’t got any problems usin’ your mouth for what it’s best.” Your eyebrows raised as your eyes widened.
Your breath was caught in your throat. He wasn’t covering your nose, you could breathe just fine. But this sudden dominance from Fez was unexpected.
He has been dominant in bed before, but as the longer you two date, the more vanilla he’d become. Sex was good, but ever since you two began living together rather than ‘getting it when you can’, the sexual fire seemed to just dull.
You pulled your head back from his grip, which wasn’t hard at all. “Make me.”
Fez closed his eyes and leaned his head back, a short laugh escaped his lips. “Such a damn brat.” He shook his head, looking down at you.
His fingers moved to the back of your head, fingers gripping your hair as you lowered to your knees by his force.
You looked up at him as he used his free hand to undo his jeans, slipping them down to the middle of his thighs, he freed his member from his black jeans. You looked at it as he gripped it in his hand, a little over seven and a half inches with a girth that still had the ability to hurt if you two go without for a while. Precum leaked from the head of Fez’s dick.
“Open that pretty little mouth babygirl.” He ordered, his fingers moving from your hair to your chin. Your mouth opened as you stuck your tongue out.
“That’s a good girl.” He whispered, tapping his cock on your tongue. “Such a good girl.” He moved his hand once more, to the top of the back of your head.
Your hand grabbed the base of his cock as your lips wrapped around his head. Your eyes closed as you bobbed your head, moving your hand to cover what your mouth can’t.
“Just like that, pretty girl.” His praises slipped from his lips as you continued to bob your head, his fingers gripping your hair, using his hand to make a makeshift hair tie. “Fuck.” He sighed.
You focused the attention on the tip of his cock, tightening your hand grip a little and pumping your hand a little more.
You sucked, your eyes looking up at him managing to catch his head back. He swallowed hard as he pulled your hair, your lips making a popping noise you let go of his cock.
“Wha-“
“Don’t fuckin’ speak.” He said, letting go of your hair as he pulled you up by your arm pits. He moved you to the counter of the kitchen.
His hands grabbed your shoulders as he turned you around, bending you over as your tummy rested on the counter.
You moved your arms to prop your self up on the counter, crossing over each other as he left go of your shoulders. You looked over your shoulders.
His hands traced your sides as he made his way down the the hem of your skirt, a tight black skirt that normally drives him crazy, and tonight wasn’t an exception.
His fingers hooked under it as he pulled it up. “You’re so damn soaked.” He noted, you knew he was talking ab the fact that your wetness seeped through your pink thong and it definitely made a print.
His index finger hooked the thong at your pussy and pulled it to the side.
“Your pussy is just crying for this dick, ain’t it baby?” He asked you, his hand gripped his cock as he rubbed it through your folds, coating the tip with your dripping juices.
“You can speak.”
“Yes.”
“Yes what?” He asked, pushing the head into you slightly.
“Yes sir.”
“Such a good girl.” He whispered to you, lips on your ear as his hands grip your waist as his cock sinks deeper into your right cunt.
Your breath catches in your throat as you dropped your head to rest on your arms. “Shit…” you muttered, feeling yourself clench down on his cock. “You’re gonna break it, ma. Relax.” He says into your ear, his hips pressed against yours as he fills you. “You’re taking your dick so good.” He kissed your neck.
You breathed out the moan you were holding. He pulled away from your neck as he stood right, his hips pulling away from yours slowly as he pulled nearly all the way out.
He pushed back into you, then pulled away slowly once more. His hand moved to the middle of your back as he pushed down a little, forcing a little bit of an arch as his pace began to quicken, moans coming from the both of you.
“Fuck baby…” you whimpered out, picking your head up from your arms, eyes clenched closed as he began to fuck you mercilessly.
You gripped your arms as you felt him torture your g-spot. Your body jerking a little every time he pushes it.
“Right there?” He asked you. You nodded, moans becoming the only thing you can do.
“Ma, I’m not gon’ last to much longer…” He said, hips snapping against yours, the sound of your squelching pussy, his balls smacking your clit, and the moans from the both of you being the only noises to be heard.
“Fuck baby… I’m about to cum…” you moaned out. “Cum all over your cock, ma.” He ordered, and as if a band snapped, you came hard on his cock.
A loud, strangled moan-type sob escaped you as his hips slapped against yours. “That’s right, such a good girl.” He groaned, his cum painting your insides. “Fuck..” he whispered to himself as he rode out the two of your own highs.
Your breathing shook as you laid your head back down and his head rested between your shoulder blades.
He pulled out of you and fixed your thong. “Ready to shower?” He asked, picking you up over his shoulder.
You laughed a little and went limp in his arms. “Yes. Definitely.”

Doll Face | Fezco Euphoria
Tumblr media Tumblr media
part 1 part 2
Pairing: Fezco x Latina!Mouse sister! reader
Summary: Mouse's sister was an excellent girl, a good student even, until life happened and she had to leave every dream behind. A particular friend was left behind too in the process. Years later, they meet again, but they aren't the kids they once used to be.
Warnings: 1.8+ words, mouse sister, drug life, language, non-desired-sexual situations, forced sexual labor, exploitation of teenage girl, abuse, abusive household
a/n: Ok, Spanish is my first language and English second, so I apologize for any grammar mistakes. Second, I tried to research if Mouse was of any latin american origin, but I couldn't find any information. The actor is referred to as Lating King, so I'll use that as a reference. Thank you for reading! Hope you like it. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated <3
Tumblr media
It had always seemed funny to you. The reaction on people’s faces when they came to know whose sister you were. At first, you were proud, sort of. You knew your family didn’t dedicate themselves to an average 9-5 job pretty early. But that never stopped you from feeling happy by having them around you most of the time.
It was like a dream at first. You would come from school, and your mama would always be beside your papá, talking about something you were too young to understand thereupon. Your big brother was known to be in his room with his friends, and you weren't allowed inside.
That didn’t bother you. It never did because at the end of the day, you would all sit down to dinner together and it felt amazing having to see people gather random things to use as chairs because there were just too many people.
It all just seemed like a big diverse family. You loved it.
You were a straight-A little girl type, and papá always made sure to share with you that you would be the first of the family to ever go to college. You were going to become the pride of your family.
Teachers loved you and never had any problem when you asked for extra help. Even your classmates were always helpful and nice towards you, especially one guy that you had math class with.
Fezco
He was one of the nice weird kids. He didn’t talk with anyone much, but you like to believe you were his exception.
It all started due to you not noticing the exercises at the back of the page at that time, you were sitting in front of him, and he noticed this.
“Uhm, hey, sorry, but I think your page is kinda…blank” he drew your attention by tapping your shoulder softly.
“What do you mean?” you stared at him, confused.
“Well, yeah. The back side is blank.” he furrowed his eyebrows, trying to make you understand
“There was a backside!”
“There’s always a back part in math, little girl.”
“Shit- Sorry!” you covered your mouth, embarrassed.
“What are you sorry for?” he looked at you confused.
“I- well… I cursed. Ladies aren’t supposed to curse.”
“Why?”
“It’s unethical.”
“Huh,” he inhaled, “Well, the teacher is about to collect the homework, so if you want to copy from mine, go ahead.”
“You sure?”
“Yes, ma’am.”
“Ok, thank you so much, Fezco.”
“Call me Fez.”
“Fezco.”
“Alright.”
After that, it seemed like he had chosen you to be his partner in any class you had together. From that moment on, he would always whisper the answers in your ear, making sure you always had the same as his.
He would even grab your homework and correct your mistakes. It seemed so easy for him that you started to believe he was a genius.
“You are one smart mathematician,” you murmured once as you lay beside him on one of the school’s rooftops.
“A what?” he moved his head to the side, trying to get a glimpse of you.
“Mathematician, you will be a great one day.’
“Oh, what’s that?”
“Oh, you know…a person who likes and is good at math.”
“Hell yeah. I'll be one, doll face.”
“Fezco! No cursing.” you giggled.
“Oh, yeah. Sorry.”
You smiled, looking at each other barely, holding in your giggles.
And then everything went to shit.
“Mami! Papi! I’m home!” you entered your home with your cheeks painted and a big smile, hoping to see your parents in the living room, but only your brother was to be found with a bottle in hand.
“Hey, have you seen-”
“They ain't coming back home, little one.” he took one sip.
“What do you mean? They went on a field trip and didn’t take me?”
“Yeah. But more like they went to heaven.”
“Heaven? But that's a few hours away,” you tried, you really tried to be oblivious. Act stupid, “I read it on a map!”
“You can’t be that dumb,” he chuckled sourly, “Mom and pops are dead, and you know that.”
You stayed quiet. Looking at him and trying to keep your tears inside, hoping to be a cruel joke from your big brother.
“Now, I need you to understand something else,” he stood up, walking towards you, completely towering over you, “No more school for you.”
“What?” you whispered.
“I don’t need some governmental shit to be put inside your brain when you could be doing something more beneficial for me, us.”
“But I don’t wanna leave school,” you whined sweetly, “Papi said I would go to college!”
“Pops said it, not me,” he grabbed you from your low ponytail without pulling, twisting it around his fingers. “You’r ‘bout to learn about the family business, little sissy.”
And just like that, your life went spiraling into a deep pile of shit and more shit.
It started simple, nothing too hardcore. You prepared his pre-rolled, and he said your petite fingers were perfect for the job. Then, you started addressing him as “Mouse” since he has some respect to show or something along the lines.
And you did that for quite a long time, being grateful to keep some sort of young teen childhood innocence. Until one of his friends mentioned something about your changing body.
“Yo! Mouse! Your sister si que tiene unas lindas tetas eh! ¿A cuanto por una sobada?” they all laughed, but you knew your brother had a realization. (Your sister has a nice pair of tits, how much for a touch?)
His little sissy wasn't so little anymore. And lucky you, the neighborhood home strip club was taking applications, and they loved young girls.
“Pero mira que lindo lugar te conseguí hermanita, ¿a que no?" he laughed, licking his lips at the sight of the bare chest and intimate parts by the women dancing or waitress. (Look what a nice place I got you lil’ sissy, pretty isn't it?)
“I don’t want to be here, Mouse,” you said with a scared tone, “I don’t feel comfortable.”
“What you mean!?”
“I want to leave now, Mouse,” you said, trying to sound stern and covering your eyes to bring the different color neon lights.
If you had not, you would have seen him before he pulled you by your hair.
“Mouse!”
“Shut your fucking mouth and listen!” he spoke in your ear, spitting saliva, “You ain't eating nor coming home hasta que me traigas minimo mil, got it?” you nodded. (until you bring me at least a thousand)
“But how am I going to get you that?”
“Well, why else would I bring you here!? You got the place and a job start dancing!”
You looked at all sides, looking for some type of explanation or help, but all you could notice were a few pity looks from the women already working there.
“But…I am just fifteen, and I do not have any clothes like those,” you tried hard to convince him to take you away from there.
“C’mon I was thirteen when I banged my first chick, besides you got underwear underneath that, right?”
You nodded, unsure.
“Then don’t come back until you have that money in hand we clear.”
“Como el agua,” you murmured (like the water)
It took you some time to gather the money. It took you long enough to gather the courage to walk out of the dressing room in your underwear. Thankfully, some women there pitied you and gave you some money so you didn't have to socialize too much with the customers.
That day you became aware of how disgusting looks from men and women could be. But you became happy when at the end of the third day, the money had been collected. Until you were about to leave, the place and the owner took half of your money.
That’s when you knew that they take half of the tips, more if you get opinionated about it.
You had to work for it, they said. To start showing some more for some extra bills. To hide it somewhere, they won't see it.
Took you some time, but you felt elated when you knocked on that worn-down door you loved.
“Here’s the money,” you placed it in his hand with a smile, and he threw 100 back at you.
“Go get some work clothes and your food for a month.”
“What?”
“How old are you?”
“Fifteen”
“At seventeen, you start paying rent.”
Then, you were his investment. His friends and co-workers wanted to see you dance. They wanted to see you shake your chest and back for them. They wanted to touch you. And if you objected? A dislocated shoulder, 3 broken ribs, and black-eyed followed you for a month, and you objected…a lot.
But you learned how to handle it. You had to and became a pro. The favorite one in the club, and the best one of Mouse’s girls, even if you had to do some things you despised.
At least you were treated better.
And then, you saw him.
You were at home, doing some dances for Mouse’s people along with two other girls.
You had numbed yourself and your emotions. You had created an alter ego and a safe place in your mind where you could wander off whenever you were working. Funny enough, you had come to like dancing with a pole. You found it artistic, just not the other things it came with.
You were concentrated on grinding on top of the man beneath you, concentrated in your safe place. Ignoring his wandering hands beneath your work clothes, his groping. But some voices distracted you. You switched positions so you could stare at the men coming in.
It was a redhead, and he seemed…cute.
You could hear them going and on about quantities and deadlines, and you better pay me up before blah, blah, and more blah.
“You know what, I liked you, carrot boy,” Mouse smiled, rubbing his palms against each other, “Let me gift you with one of my best girls. Sweetcheecks, com’ere!”
“She’s busy, my man,” said the man underneath, simulating pounding into you while you kept grinding him with him groping your chest.
“Not‘nymore, fuck off,” he grabbed him by the arm and pulled the redhead to your seat, “Treat him good, will ya?”
You nodded and started doing your job. It was actually easy to please a man. Just some elaborate touching and grinding, especially grinding, and to let them touch whenever and wherever.
You could feel him looking at you, his eyes locked. Almost making you feel embarrassed by what you were doing. He seemed like the gentle type. He even kept his hands to himself. You could be wrong, and when you felt his hand grabbing you by your neck and taking you near his lips. You knew you were wrong. He needed some time before he felt full of himself and started groping you like the others.
“Doll face, is that you?”
part 2? Let me know...

Pairing: Fezco (Euphoria) x Reader
Warnings: A little suggestive but overall PG-13!!
A/N: Request by @honee-chai-tea and her beautiful nails requested 'Can I get a reader who insists she doesn’t need a lot for valentines x Imma spoil the shit outta you just you wait Fezco?!' I love this, it's very him!
Tumblr media
"You did not need to do this." A pout slips across my lips as I look down at the basket on the couch, head tilting so I can look back at Fez with soft eyes and he grins bashfully and he shrugs at me.
"I damn sure needed to." He reaches out to wrap an arm around my waist, tugging me into him so he can press a kiss to the side of my head.
"Fez, too much. I told you not to go all out." I spin around in his grasp, suddenly feeling horrible for the cheesy card that I got him, especially because we agreed to be smart financially this year and go out to dinner. Keep it simple, we said...
"I wanted to spoil you." He smiles, large hands soothing up and down my back, eyes flickering across my expression with an adoring look in his eyes as he gazes softly down at me.
"I am spoiled- I'm the most spoiled."
"Yes you are." Ash adds from the other room, watching us from the doorframe and I huff, looking at him with slits with eyes.
"Ash shut up and go get a girlfriend." Fez flips his brother off with a sarcastic smile and Ash returns it, folding his arms over his chest and he looks to me with a shrug.
"Takes too much work." Sure, that's why you can't get a girlfriend, not because you're a literal drug dealer at fourteen and everyone your age is afraid of you.
"You're saying a girlfriend takes too much work?" Fez asks with a scoff, leaning down to grab the basket that he got me, my eyes lighting up once more as my greedy hands itch to reach out to it. "I got her fucking candles, flowers and chocolates. I think it's pretty simple." He turns to me with a simple smile, my eyes locked on his handsome face and I'm filled with adoration and appreciation. "Right?"
"Right baby." I curl into his side with a happy smile, wrapping my arms around him tightly, hearing a grossed out noise spew from Ash who leaves the room. My chin tilts, looking up at Fez through my lashes, naughty thoughts in my mind. "Wanna see my gift for you?"
"I like the sound of that."

Decided that Fezco deserved some love because I couldn't think of anyone else to write about and his character is just *chefs kiss*
Imagine: Fez and you are in his car high out of your minds talking about the future. The night sky is beautiful and you enjoy the fresh air... And things start to get a little bit heated -Wink-Wonk-
Warnings: Drug Abuse, Strong Language, Sexual themes, Angst kind of but not really, Vaping and Fez being an amazing boyfriend.
Word count: 816
The car was hot, a big contrast to the cold air of the night. The familiar smell of weed filling your noses. You must admit that the feeling of being high was nice, stripping you of any of your worries. It was quite late and Ash had finally agreed to go to sleep. Sometimes he is like a grown man trapped in a kids body, other times he actually acts his age. Like tonight when he put up a fight about going to bed early.
In all honestly the pair of you would usually let him stay up but the day had been stressful and you wanted time to yourselves. The edge being taken off by the drug really helping with the headache you had accumulated during the day. Your boyfriend lay next to you, eyes closed basking in his calm state.
Leaning over, you press a kiss to his cheek causing him to open his eyes. Both of your eyes catching each others for a moment. Still bliss in this state of Euphoria. Taking another swig from the large bottle of alcohol and collapsing next to the gorgeous man. You turn on your side a sudden urge to be close to him washing over you.
Breaking the silence Fezco lets out a sigh "What do you think will happen in the future." You were slightly taken aback by the question. And although he didn't seem like it, he constantly wondered about what the future would hold. For a while you pondered about the question unsure of how to respond. Many thoughts went through your head.
Did you want to have kids? Would you still be living in this hell hole of a town? What would happen to Ash?
"I don't know," you responded honestly. He nodded somewhat agreeing with you. But there was something behind his glazed out eyes. "What do you want to happen?" Just that question set something off in him. You could tell he had an idea and you were sure it was going to be good. He let out a quick cough and began,
"I wanna get out of this town and start a family," a lazy smile was on his lips as he said this. He was thinking about what it would be like, it was obvious. "Me, you and Ash without all of the drugs and looking after my grandmother." The confession didn't shock you but just intrigued you more into his thinking. "I wanna get to a point where I can have a kid and not be worried for its life," He says with emotion clear in his voice at the end.
You just listen to him expectantly casually replying with a "Mhm," or "Yeah." He was quite optimistic but knew not to get his hopes up because anything could happen. Although you shouldn't, you couldn't help but think about how hot he looked in that moment. Eyes droopy while he talked about his future with you.
A sudden burst of energy ran over you as you leaned over and kissed him. Instinctively, he pulled you onto his lap - straddling him. This quick kiss turned into a heated make-out sesh between the two of you. The drugs coursing through your system making you feel like you're floating. Things went from zero to a hundred extremely fast. Both of you trying to get closer to each other. Like you had been starved of each others touch for far too long.
Discarding your jacket, you started to grind down onto him a muffled moan escaping your lips. You felt your body heat up more if that was even possible. Knowing that things were starting to get exciting, he flipped you onto your back on the back seat.
A surprised squeal left your lips as he began grinding down on to you adding back to the friction. "Don't start something you cant finish, mamas," he whispers in your ear. The windows steaming up from the heat in the metal box.
Tonight was definitely going to be one you remembered...
A/n: I'm going to admit, writing this made a little hot ya know. Anywho I wanna know who you want One Shots or headcanons of so my asks are always open!!!.

MatchMaker
Tumblr media
Parings: Fezco x Fem!Reader
Warnings: Jealousy, Cute fluff, rue being a hard y/n x fez shipper.
Words: 0.7k
Type: Fluff
Y/N and Rue have been best friends since their middle school days. The two girls were inseparable, always giggling and having heart-to-heart conversations about life.
As they entered high school, they made a new friend in Fez, who they met through Rue. Fez was a charming and charismatic guy who quickly won their hearts over.
"This is Fez," Rue announced, as we stood inside Fezco's store.
"Yo," he said, nodding his head as he rolled up a joint.
"Hello," I said, nervously smiling at him. "I'm Y/N." I couldn't help but notice how handsome his face was.
Over time, Y/N started to develop feelings for Fez, but she was too shy to admit them to him or even Rue. Rue, on the other hand, was the biggest Fez and Y/N shipper alive. She was always dropping hints to Fez about Y/N, hoping that he would pick up on them and make a move. But Fez was always oblivious to her subtle suggestions.
Time felt like it had come to a standstill for Y/N when Fezco arrived at school with a beautiful blonde by his side.
"Yo, Rue, Y/N," he said, nodding towards us. But Y/N couldn't help but notice the uncomfortable look the girl was giving them. It was a mixture of "stay away from him" and "I know not to fuck with you."
The girl introduced herself as Charlotte, and for a brief moment, it seemed like Fezco had found himself a great girlfriend.
However, their relationship was short-lived, as Fezco walked in on Charlotte on top of Nate Jacobs, who ended up getting his face smashed in.
One day, the group decided to go on a fun adventure to the beach. They packed their bags, loaded up the car, and drove off into the sunset.
As they arrived, the three of them raced to the water, splashing in the waves like little kids.
"I challenge you to a race!" Rue exclaimed excitedly, taking off her shorts and running towards the ocean.
"Hey, that's not fair!" Fezco laughed in response to Rue's challenge.
I also laughed and quickly followed Rue, ready for the race. But as I took my shorts off, I noticed Fezco looking at me strangely. I shrugged it off, assuming it was just my own paranoia.
They took silly pictures, built sandcastles and enjoyed some yummy snacks together.
While sitting on the beach and enjoying the sunset, Rue turned to Y/N and nudged her playfully. "So, Y/N, when are you going to make a move on Fez?" she teased, causing Y/N to blush furiously.
"Come on, he's so into you!" Rue added.
Fez, who had been listening intently, turned to Y/N and smiled. "She's right, you know. I've actually had feelings for you for a long time," he said, taking her hand in his.
From that day on, Y/N and Fez became inseparable. They went on cute dates and shared many special moments together. Their little trio became an unstoppable force, with Rue always happy to see her two best friends together. Everyone around them could see how much they loved each other, even before they admitted it.
As Y/N and Fez got closer, they learned that their friendship had evolved into something much deeper. They fell deeply in love with each other, and it was the happiest they'd ever been. Rue, who was always there for them, had no problem taking a back seat to let her friends enjoy their romance.
Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, and Y/N and Fez only grew more inseparable. Their love story had been long in the making, and it was clear that they were meant to be. From that day on, they knew that their bond was something truly special, something that would stand the test of time. And Rue, who had played such a crucial role in their love story, was happy to have witnessed it all.

East Highland's Notorious
AO3
Fezco x reader
Warnings: It's a euphoria fic, so just like the TV show warning.
18+, drug use, foul language, no smut yet mostly fluff for now.
Can be read here or on ao3. More chapters on ao3
Summary: You never proclaimed yourself to be a nice person or good girl because no one expected you to be one. If someone perceived you as one that was their fault. Life wasn't easy but Fez made it bearable.
Tumblr media
Chapter 1
*Rue narration is in italics*
If there’s one thing no one understood about (Y/N) Stone, it was why she was friends with Nate Jacobs. Why would such a chill and down-to-earth girl be friends with a guy like him? Simple, they didn’t know the real her. The ones who were unfortunate enough to piss her off and face her wrath gave her the infamous nickname stone cold bitch. She had to be because it made her life easier. And you didn’t hear it from me but when she and Nate were together people called them the East Highland Notorious cause nothing good ever happens when those two were around.
(Y/N)’s parents were addicts. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her parents sober. Its why she tolerates all my bullshit and why she and Nate were so close. She loved wreaking havoc and creating chaos probably cause she couldn’t control the chaos that was her life. But with Nate, she knew just how to pull his strings and make him do most of the work for her while she just sit back and watch.
They also both understand each other’s hatred for their parents but (Y/N) had one nice thing to come out of her parent's addiction. Fezco. Cause of them she got to meet Fez and his grandmother. Her parents sometimes made her go get drugs for them and she would buy them from Fez himself or his grandmother.
They became so close that when his grandmother got sick and he had to drop out she was there for him and helped him out at the gas station. It gave her a break from her life. Not having to listen to Maddy complain about Nate, watching Nate be a dick, and from the waitress job that she hated. At some point when I was in rehab Fez and (Y/N) had grown even closer that she was staying at his place from time to time and her parents wouldn’t even notice. It was like this unspoken rule that she was his and no girl would be stupid enough to get too friendly with Fez knowing what (Y/N) was capable of. However, (Y/N) would never label it, believe it or not as ruthless as she was, she was shy around guys she truly liked and the fear of rejection was keeping her from defining the relationship.
I sat outside the gas station with Fez as he smoked a blunt with my legs laying across his lap. He exhales smoke in my direction with a smirk and I playfully hit his arm. “Stop.” I whine fanning the smoke out of my face. He takes my hand into his planting a kiss on it and I smile shyly. We hear footsteps coming toward us and I slip my hand from his hold and look up to see Rue standing in front of us.
“Thanks a lot, you gave me a secondhand high, and now I’m seeing ghost.” I said as I moved my legs from Fez’s lap.
“I’m not a ghost, dick.” Rue said with a laugh and I shrug. I go on my phone to find out where Nate is while Fez tells Rue about this new girl we’ve been seeing around and how Rue would get along with her.
“So like how are you feelin?” He asked.
“I mean, ever since I gave my life over to my lord and Savior Jesus Christ, things have been, like, really good.” Rue said and I laugh.
“Word? That's what's up.”
“I'm fucking with you. It was a joke.” Rue said with a laugh. “But low-key, is Ashtray in the back?”
“Are you serious?” Fez asked in disbelief.
“What, you think cause I went to Rehab I stayed clean.” She said and I shake my head.
“Well that is the point of rehab.” I said not surprised. I went inside the store and headed to the back. Rue couldn’t function without drugs in her system she was just like my parents. I fucking hate my parents.
“I thought your ass was dead.” Ash said as Rue walked in and she looked at me. “I didn’t start that rumor.” I shrugged.
“Don’t matter y’all come and go I’m just tryna stack my cash and pay my mortgage. So what the fuck you want?” Ash said listing off what he had.
“I’m sorry I have zero fucking idea what you just said.” Rue said. “Yeah, no one does. Just give her the one that’s similar to LSD.” I told Ash.
“Ok.” Rue agrees and Ash tells her it's 120. “Oh, Fez said he'd spot me.” She said and we call bullshit as she leaves.
“Fezco don't spot nobody.” Ash said.
“Yeah, well, it's a post-rehab discount, so you should ask him.” Rue said and I follow her. “I will go ask him, 'cause I know you're full of shit.” Ash said as we leave the back.
“What are you doing after this?” Rue asked me and I shrug. “Waiting on Nate to give me a ride to Maddy’s to get ready for this summer bash that Mckay’s throwing, everyone is supposed to be there.”
“Cool.” She said as we went back outside and see Fez selling to Nate.
“About time, thought you died in a five-car pile-up.” I said to him. “You wish get in the fucking truck.” He said walking back to his truck. “I didn’t hear a please.”
“Yeah right.” He said as I followed him. “I’ll see you guys later.” I said to Rue and Fez before getting in the backseat. “Yo, I’d do it for Rue.” Nate yells to Rue as he pulls off and Mckay shakes his head.
I listen to him and Nate go back and forth about the party and his mom being particular and blah blah. I become interested when Mckay brings up Maddy and if she and Nate were together.
“Cause she’s crazy, I don’t want her to come and burn my house down.” Mckay warns.
“I hope she does burn your house down, then your party will be remembered forever…as the guy who got his house burned down.” I said laughing and Nate joined. “This is exactly what I’m talking about.” Nate said focusing on a blonde girl that Fez and I had been seeing around town riding her bike. Nate slows the truck to her speed and rolls down Mckay’s window “Right here.” He calls.
“How ‘bout you come and ride on this dick.” He says and she flips him off in return. She loses her balance and falls off her bike as Nate speeds away laughing and I just roll my eyes at his antics used to his behavior.
People question how I’m even friends with Nate with all the shit he pulls but I don’t have the answer he’s just always there. Plus some of the shit he does is entertaining and yeah he was an asshole to me too but he was always a person I could call when my parents lock me out of the house or forget to stock the fridge. His family, no matter how fucking picture-perfectly annoying they are helped me out. Hell, the only thing I regret is setting Maddy up with him. I knew what Nate liked in a girl and Maddy knew I could get Nate on her radar, so I did her favor. Believe me, I tried to warn her about Nate’s temper but she swore she could handle him. Although, sometimes I believe she doesn’t know what she got herself into.
Nate drops me off a block away from Maddy’s house not wanting to come into contact with her at all and I greet her parents when they let me in. I go to her room seeing Kat and BB as well saying hi to everyone until Maddy faces me showing me her breast.
“Do my areoles look weird?”
At first I just look at her thinking she’s joking but realizing she’s not I glance down at her boobs. “They look like areoles.” I comment and she rolls my eyes not liking my answer putting her shirt back on.
“I literally look disgusting. Nate’s totally ruined my confidence.” She says.
“Nate’s a loser who cares?” Kat says.
“He’s not a loser he’s a dick.” Maddy corrects.
“Bottom line, y’all need to walk into this party like your pussy costs a million dollars.” BB said as she goes through Maddy’s closet.
“I’d settle for like four Corona Lights and some non-rapey affection.” Kat answers. “That’s kind of depressing.” BB says waving me over to sit down at the vanity to do my makeup.
“You know when somebody just constantly criticizes like everything about you?” Maddy says going off about Nate.
“Like every guy?” I answer.
“You just need to catch a dick and forget about your troubles.” Kat advises and we all look at her. “Shouldn’t you catch a dick first before telling other people to do it?” I said.
“Seriously, the best thing after a breakup is to fuck someone new and then move on.” Kat continues.
“Remind me again how many guys have you fucked? And cat-fishing don’t count.” BB says and I laugh. “Speaking of someone new, (Y/N)?” BB says and I raise an eyebrow at her as she does my eye shadow.
“What?”
“Bitch, come on we know you’ve been all boo’d up this summer with Fez.” Maddy says.
“We’re just friends.”
“Save the bullshit.” BB said finishing up my makeup. “Ok, so I'm testing the waters. Besides he hasn’t defined what we are and we all know I’m not gonna do it.” I said looking at my makeup in the mirror.
“You’ve been testing the waters for months. Quit being scared and claim your man already.” BB said. “Seriously, it's obvious he likes you stop being stubborn.” Maddy said and I look at her through the mirror. “Why don’t you stop being stubborn and take Nate back already, we all know you’re gonna do it.”
“Bitch, don’t even go there.” She warned ending the conversation in a stalemate.
We finish getting ready and get in Maddy’s car to go to the party. Now I may have seemed like a dick but I hated telling other people my business except for Nate and Fez. Sometimes Maddy depending on what it is. I avoided relationships at all costs cause the guys here are fucking idiots and it wasn’t hard with Nate around keeping them away. Fez was the only exception as he was my distraction from the shitty parts of my life, kind of I mean sometimes I have to buy from him for my parents. I know Fez likes me but I didn’t wanna ruin our friendship if we break up and end up with just Nate to confide in.
We finish getting ready and get in Maddy’s car to go to Mckay’s and on the way we see Rue walking down the street. “Slow down.” I tell Maddy and point to Rue.
“Wait didn’t Rue, like die?” Maddy said and I look at her confused. “Why does everyone think I started that rumor?” I asked.
“Oh my god, I hate ghosts.” BB said as Maddy pulled over.
“Yo, Casper you want a ride?” Kat asked. “Why, thank you.” Rue answers. I could tell just by looking at her that she was on drugs as she gets in the backseat with Kat and BB.
Arriving at the party Kat and Rue wander off who knows where and the rest of us go to grab drinks. I scope the party for Nate but my eyes land on a blonde guy staring at us more specifically Maddy. Smirking I get Maddy’s attention and casually gesture with my shoulder to the blonde and she gives him an uninterested look. “Don’t you wanna piss off Nate?” I suggest and she smiles deviously giving me the go-ahead. I go over to the blonde greeting him with a smile.
“My friend and I thought you looked lonely. Wanna dance with us?” I asked touching his arm in a flirtatious manner. When he agrees I take his hand guiding him toward Maddy and BB who were already dancing. “Oh, my god I completely forgot to ask for your name.” I said in a dimwitted tone
“Tyler.” He introduces looking directly at Maddy. “Hi.” Maddy says and grabs his hand pulling him towards her. BB and I dance around them and I feel a pair of hands grab my waist making me into contact with someone’s chest. I look over and see the owner of the hand to be Fez. “Been lookin’ for you.” He says into my ear so I could hear him over the music.
“You found me. Now what?” I said turning in his arms to face him and he smiles at my words. “Yo friends don’t mind if I take you away then?” He asked looking over to Maddy and BB who waves us off insisting it was fine. BB sends us suggestive looks as Fez takes my hand and I roll my eyes at her. He leads me outside to the backyard and has a seat on an unoccupied couch pulling me onto his lap.
Straddling his lap he connects our lips in a quick kiss before he looks down admiring my outfit consisting of a halter top and jeans. “Shit, look at you lookin all good.” He kissed my jaw trailing to my neck and I hum in pleasure at the feeling. I reconnect our lips, running my hands along his chest but our actions come to a stop feeling the couch shift as someone plops down next to us.
“Oh, hey Rue.” I greet.
“Hey, don’t mind me keep doing what you’re doing.” She says sounding out of it.
“Come on now bruh, you owe me 120 bucks.” Fez said and I reposition myself in his lap as we were obviously not gonna continue our previous engagement anytime soon.
“Man sorry, I forgot.”
“To be honest, with you, your whole drug shit got me feeling kind of uneasy.” Fez said. “Come on don’t go soft on me, Fez.” Rue said not taking his words seriously.
“I’m not. It’s just that... I like you. And I missed you, bruh. That shit at the beginning of summer had me scared as fuck.”
“Yeah, you and everybody else. Well except for (Y/N).” She said and I nodded my head. “Duh, you’re like a cockroach, you always come back.” I joked. I was scared for Rue after hearing about her overdose but I also didn’t let that shit consume my thoughts. There’s no point in worrying about someone who doesn’t want the help or maybe I’m just a pessimistic dick.
“At least someone had faith in me.” She said with a smile. As she continued talking to Fez I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and went onto Instagram to see if I could find this Tyler guy as I had never seen him around school before. However, as I am I hear a commotion coming from the pool, and giving Fez a quick kiss on the cheek I go over to see. I come to find Maddy and Tyler in the pool making out and Nate watching.
“Yeah that's real classy you fucking whore.” Nate says to her.
“Suck my dick.” Maddy responds making the crowd around react in her favor. I never meant for the plan to go this far but knowing Maddy I should’ve seen it coming. I hear Nate going off in the kitchen and go back inside to see him breaking shit in the kitchen. The girl who was riding her bike earlier was in the kitchen while others were clearing out of Nate’s warpath. “Hey man what’s going on?” Rue asked suddenly appearing next to me.
“The usual Nate’s pissed and he’s about to take it out on the new girl.” I said already filming on my phone. Rue nods her head and like everyone else nearby we watch as Nate starts yelling at the girl getting in her face before she suddenly pulls a kitchen knife on him making Nate back down. “Fuck, new girls got balls. Too bad she doesn’t know what she’s getting into.” I comment.
“Put the fucking knife down! It was a joke!” Nate yells and looks to me for help but I look around wondering why he’s looking to me for help. “The fuck you want me to do? Bitch has a knife and I’m not a hostage negotiator.” I said still filming.
She takes the knife suddenly cutting herself yelling “I’m fucking invincible.” Before backing away from Nate and throws the knife down. “By the way, I’m Jules. I just moved here.”
“Hi Jules.” I say as she leaves the kitchen. “Take back what Fez and I said, that bitch is insane.” I told Rue as I end the video and I go check on Nate.
“You sure know how to pick a fight.” I said and he glares at me. “Shut the fuck up.” He growls shoving past me harshly and past Fez who was coming toward me. “You alright?” He asks me glaring back at Nate before looking back at me.
“I’m fine its normal.” I reassure and pull him into a hug. “Besides you know I love chaos.”
“A lil too much. So like what's your home situation tonight?” He asked me stroking my arm checking if I was gonna go back home or not. “Sleeping over at Maddy’s but I’ll probably go home Sunday. You leaving?”
“Not yet still more money to make and I gotta make sure you leave safely with yo friends.” He guides me backward to lean against the kitchen counter. “You don’t have to do that.” I say kissing him. Our kiss started slow before his tongue slips between my lips and my hands tighten on his shirt bringing him impossibly closer. We pull apart catching our breaths and I stare at him entranced by how handsome he is but I am drawn out by BB calling for me.
“What?” I asked looking over at her and Kat. “We about to go, you leaving with us?”
“Yeah.” I sigh reluctantly not ready to leave Fez’s arms. “I’ll see you later.” He says kissing me one last time before disappearing into the party. I leave with BB, Maddy and Kat going back to Maddy’s. As we’re getting ready to go to bed I get a goodnight text from Fez and can’t help but smile.
I had to wake up around 6 in the morning to leave Maddy’s house and walk home to get ready for work, clean up whatever mess my house was gonna be in, and then get to work on time at 9. I was dreading going home knowing that the house would be trashed or my dad’s junky friends would be there. To my surprise the front door was unlocked when I got home and was repulsed by the smell coming from inside finding it to be spoiled food in the kitchen, while my parents were passed out on the couch, I think. I sigh annoyed and go into my room to grab my uniform and go take a shower.
Before leaving I pack a bag of clothes just in case I decide I don’t want to sleep here tonight, clean up the kitchen, and leave two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for my parents when they wake up. I look over at them once more checking if they were actually breathing before stealing my mom’s car keys and leave for work.
Now I hated working not because I was lazy or hated my coworkers, I hate the fact that because my parents couldn’t take care of themselves or me that I had to choose between sports or having a meal to eat. It was thanks to Nate that I got this job as his family eats here a lot like they have a usual table a lot. Clocking in I immediately get to work taking on as many tables as I can to get more tips and hopefully make the end of my shift come faster. During my shift, Nate came by the restaurant and asked to be sat in my section and I raise an eyebrow at him when I notice him.
“What do you want?”
“Who was the guy with Maddy at the party.”
“You gonna order something with that?” I ask and he sighed annoyed. “And it can’t be water.”
“What about a trip to the mall, didn’t you say you wanted a new wardrobe?” He offers. “Deal. His name’s Tyler doesn’t go to our school or if he does, I’ve never seen him but I found his Instagram. There’s nothing interesting. Hell, he might be in college.” I shrugged.
“That's good enough, what’s his-” He stops talking looking behind me and I turn to see who was there. I roll my eyes seeing one of my coworkers who was this annoying older lady, who for some reason couldn’t go one shift without having something to say to me.
“Can I help you, Susan?” I asked annoyed as I glared at her.
“It’s just really unprofessional to have your friends come by while you’re working and not or-”
“And it's really unprofessional to interrupt someone when they’re in the middle of a conversation. And you're not a fucking manager so walk away.” I said scaring her off. “I can’t fucking stand that bitch.”
After giving Nate Tyler’s social, he leaves and I finish up the rest of my shift clocking out. I count out my tips getting over 100$ which was pretty good for a Sunday. Reluctantly I head home to return the car and probably have to make my parents dinner. “Hey, (Y/N) how was school?” My dad asked from the couch as he watched TV. “It's summer break.” I sigh annoyed putting the keys back. “Right, right hey your uncle Bruce gave us a tip. My parole officer is coming by this week can you help me out?”
“Yeah. Just tell me when.” I said softly, wishing I was somewhere else. They could go weeks without noticing if I’m here or not but when it's time to pee in a cup or go on a drug run all of a sudden they remember they have a kid again. I don’t know when exactly my parents became like this I’m just surprised I made this far in life with their parenting. I order two pizzas for the night for my parents so they could have something to eat in the morning and after paying for the delivery head to the bathroom to shower. As I’m getting ready for bed I get a call from Fez.
“Hey Fez, what’s up?”
“Checkin up on you, hadn’t heard from you. Wanted to know if you want to come over, watch a movie or sumthin?”
“Or something?” I repeated teasingly. “I can’t, had a long day and I gotta be here in the morning for my dad. I would’ve loved to though.”
“What does your dad got you doing?”
“Oh you know the usual, gotta pee in a cup for his parole officer. Plus school starts tomorrow and my house is closer than yours.”
“Then let me drive you.” He offered. "No need to go out of your way for me. I’ll be fine.”
“Nah its nothing, let-” He starts but I interrupt.
“Seriously Fez, it's alright. I can take care of myself. Goodnight.” I hang up not waiting for him to respond. I didn’t want to sound rude but I stayed over with Fez a lot this summer and with school starting again I had to get back to my old routine and not depend on him so much.
Before leaving for school I hand my dad my bottle of pee and in an attempt at affection, he pats my head as he thanks me. I mumble a goodbye to him and my mom before leaving out and I come to the stop in my driveway seeing Fez parked outside waiting for me.
“Hey.” I said getting in his car. “Hey, pretty girl.” He responds.
“Shut up.” I said shyly as I looked out the window as he drove me to school. “I told you, you didn’t have to drive me.”
“I know but sometimes your stubborn ass needs to accept help when it's offered.”
“If you keep this up you’ll make me keep depending on you more.” I said as he parked outside the school. “That’s the point.” He answered taking my hand in his.
“Then I guess you’re never getting rid of me.” I said leaning in to kiss him. “I’ll talk to you later. Tell your grandma hi for me.” After getting out I meet up with Maddy and BB eventually running into Cassie.
“Oh, shit that's the girl who tried to commit suicide at Mckay’s.” BB said as we walked past Jules and Rue. “What?” Cassie asked.
“That is not what happened.” I said.
“Oh yeah I forgot, you guys was both fucking.” She pointed to Cassie and Maddy.
“Why does everybody think we fucked?” Maddy stops to say but we keep walking ignoring her. “Alcohol is not good for me.” She said when she caught back up with us.
“So you did fuck him.” BB said.
“Honestly, I think I blacked out.” She said. While the others look at her worried I gave her a side-eye. We run into Kat and I pull Maddy to the side while Cassie and BB talk to Kat.
“Being I’m the only one who knows better we both know you’re lying and did what you did to get back at Nate. So why are we lying to them?” I gestured to the others.
“Cause you're the only one I trust to keep this between us and from Nate.”
“You’re glad I fucking love you 'cause this shit might blow up in your face.” I said wondering how Nate’s gonna react if he believes that Maddy blacked out, especially with how overprotective he is. Deciding it wasn’t my problem we go over to Kat and Maddy hugs her congratulating her on losing her virginity.
“Damn, did everybody have sex at the party?” I asked holding a finger up to Maddy to silence whatever in-denial BS she was gonna say.
After catching up we head to class and I get a text from Nate telling me he was going to skip today and that he wanted to pay me back for that information I found on Tyler for him. The power of teenagers and social media.
I was hiding out in the bathroom sitting on the counter while waiting for Nate to come get me and when people would come in I would make them get lost, so I could be alone. “Find another bathroom.” I said when I heard someone rush inside and I look up to see Rue who freezes at my words. “Oh hey, Rue don’t mind me just killing time.” I said letting her come in.
“Keep a lookout.” She said going into a stall. “Got it.” I reassured. Not a minute later I hear someone walking in and warn Rue. “Hurry up, someone’s coming.”
“Shit, fuck it.” I hear Rue say before flushing the toilet.
“Rue?” We hear Lexi say as she enters the bathroom. “Never mind it's just Howard.” I said and Rue came out of the stall pissed.
“Are you okay?” Lexi asked Rue. “You are so fucking stupid, Lexi.” She answered.
“Why?”
“Cause I already flushed everything.” She said frustrated. “Damn, what a waste.” I said sarcastically still chilling on my phone.
“I just came to check on you.” Lexi explains. “I don’t want you fucking checking on me, what difference are you going to make? Gonna give me life advice? You gonna fucking help me?” Rue rants.
“Well, you’re one of my best friends.” She says and I try not to laugh at this pathetic scene. Lexi just couldn’t accept that the Rue she used to know is gone. I mean I guess it's sweet she doesn’t want to give up on her but I knew firsthand what a waste of time that was.
“You say all this but what happens when you knock on my door asking me to piss in some Tylenol bottle?” She said.
“Then you piss in the bottle. Cause that’s what friends do. They borrow each other’s pee so they can pass a drug test. At least that's how my family works.” I said as I got down from the counter. “Or learn how to say no for once.” Those are my last words before I leave to go meet Nate and head to the mall.
The mall wasn’t as fun as I thought it would be as Nate was constantly texting someone on his phone. Then he disappeared as soon we got there giving me some cash. I found him on the second floor leaning against the railing staring down at the first floor. Approaching him I match my line of sight with his to see who he was staring at and I see Tyler working at a kiosk. “So this is why you brought me here.” I said setting my bags down to lean against the railing. “What’s your plan to watch him until he gets off?” He nods his head eyes not moving from Tyler. “You’re insane.” I said with a sigh. “Watch my stuff.”
“Where are you going?” He asks.
“You’ll see.” I said and get on the escalator to go down to the first floor. I head toward the kiosk approaching Tyler with a flirtatious smile. “Oh my gosh, hi Tyler. (Y/N) you probably remember my friend more than me.”
“Hey, of course, I remember you, you introduced me to her.”
“Really?” I said in a faux bashful tone. “Then what time do you get out of here?”
“Not for another 4 hours.” He said and I pout at his answer. A customer wanting assistance comes up to the counter and I take this as my chance to leave.
“Maybe I’ll see you later then.” I said leaving before he answered. I take the escalator back upstairs to Nate and my stuff.
“What did you just do?” He asked annoyed. “Helped you out he gets off in 4 hours so it's enough time for you to drop me off and come back to continue your stalking.” I answered picking up my bags and head back to Nate’s truck. On the way to the truck, I noticed he started texting someone again and when we got in the truck I asked, “Who are you texting? I know it's not Maddy since she fucked Tyler.” He glares at me. “Allegedly.”
He shows me his screen of some type of dating app and I see his messages between Jules and shyguy118. “Are you catfishing the new girl?” I asked amused.
“Payback for the shit she pulled at the party.” He said starting the truck to take me to Fez’s gas station. “I don’t know if I would consider catfishing equivalent to pulling a knife on you as payback.”
“It’ll all come together eventually.” He said ominously leaving me intrigued. So I left it at that. Since I saw no point in going back to school for the day I plan to stop by to see Fez and head to work early to not waste the day. I saw Fez chilling behind the counter and he smiles upon seeing me and I smile in return as I lean on the counter across from him. “Thought you was at school?” He asked tucking my hair behind my ear.
“I was but Nate hit me up and we skipped so he could take me shopping in return for a favor I did for him.” I explained and his smile dropped at the mention of Nate. I knew Fez wasn’t a big fan of Nate but he was dealing with it as I was friends with Nate for a long time.
“Next time ask me, I’ll gladly spoil you with a trip to the mall.” He said and I smile shyly.
“Then what would I keep Nate around for?” I joked and outside Nate honks the horn as a message to hurry up and I roll my eyes. “And speak of the devil. Anyway, I just wanted to stop by since I’m going straight to work from here.”
“How’s it going at home?” He asked.
“Besides the empty fridge not the worse, didn’t even know I was gone for the half summer. Or that it was summer vacation at all.”
“Then if you want, you should come over tomorrow night or even stay over again if you want, if that's cool with you.” He offered.
“How’d you know I was missing you already.” I said kissing him. “It's tempting but I don’t wanna bur-”
“You not a burden.” He interrupts. “You been sayin' that all summer and I swear you ain’t. Just let me take care of you.” I can’t help the way my heart races at his words and it makes me wanna scream that he won’t make it official.
“Keep talking like that I’m gonna start calling you my bo-” Nate honks the horn again but this time holding it longer interrupting me.
“What was you sayin?” Fez asked after he stopped and I shake my head.
“Nothing important. Yeah, I’ll come over tomorrow, also I’m gonna get a bag of chips, so I can at least show I thought about him.” I said leaving cash on the counter and grabbing a random bag of chips I go back to Nate’s truck pissed that when I finally had the courage to try and define the relationship he fucked it up.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After work when I get back home I go through my messages and an acquaintance from the cheer team before I had to quit sent me a video link telling me it's Kat in the video. I click on the link and it takes me to pornhub and I start to roll my eyes annoyed thinking I was getting fucked with before the video shows a girl getting fucked from the back. The girl being Kat or someone who looks like- Oh who am I kidding of course it's her don’t even have to see her face to know. I sent the video to Maddy asking her if she’s seen it and she sent it to Kat but she denies that it was her. All I can say is that with this video, Jules threatening Nate with a knife, Nate catfishing Jules in retaliation, and the Maddy and Tyler mess the school year was off to a chaotic start. I love it.
The next morning after getting ready I packed a bag for Fez’s place and made sure I took the cash I had earned throughout the summer with me as my parents sometimes went through my stuff looking for money when I’m not here. I put my stuff in the backseat of the car and went to school. After school, I walked out with Maddy, BB, and Cassie heading to my car but Nate and Mckay were outside waiting on them. So BB and I split from them talking for a while before I went to work. After work, I head to Fez’s house in the rain, and while I’m grabbing my bag from the backseat Rue arrives on her bike soaked. “You came all the way here in the rain.” I said shaking my head and she goes up to Fez’s door knocking constantly flipping off the cameras they had above the door.
“Hey open the door!”
“What do you want?” Ash asked still not opening the door.
“Ash let us in, Rue’s soaked.” I said and going through my bag to give her some dry socks or something as he opened the door. “Yo, who is it, man?” Fez asked. Rue goes in walking straight past him to his room and I give him a wave and sit on the couch.
“Hold on, hold on, you can’t be in here right now.” Fez told Rue and I wondered why it was a big deal she was here.
“I need some, some OCs and some socks.” She said coming out of his room and sits down on the couch.
“I offered you some socks when we were outside.” I remind. “No, you didn’t.” She corrects.
“Damn. You know, I thought about it, I just didn’t say it.” I said putting my bag down on the floor to look for a pair of socks again.
“Rue, I ain’t fuckin’ playing with you. Come on you can’t be in here.” Fez said interrupting our conversation.
“Look Fez, I’m fucking drenched. Okay? And uh… I’m out of drugs. So don’t be a dick.” She says making what she thinks are valid points.
“That’s not my fucking problem. You gotta get up out of my house before these motherfuckers come through.” He explained and I realized why he was acting like this. His supplier guy was on the way and when he came around I stayed hidden in his room but I don’t think Rue could stay quiet until they were gone like me especially when she wanted drugs.
“All I need is a couple OC’s and some Xannies. And why just me? You're not kicking (Y/N) out.”
“Maybe 'cause I was invited.” I said dryly. “Where are your pants?” I asked just realizing that she wasn’t wearing anyway.
“Look that’s all I need and I can be gone.” She begs.
“Yo, I’m trying to tell you, I don’t got shit right now. Like… Come back in a few hours, I got you, whatever you need.” He said but Rue still puts up a fight and they continue going back and forth.
“My guy’s about to come through here. I don’t want you here when he gets here, you understand?”
“That scary-looking guy right? I know the drill.” I said standing up to go to his room attempting to make Rue come with me but it was too late. His phone rings on the table and he looks from it to Rue pissed.
“Rue I could fucking kill you right now. Yo, Ash, they’re here. Look I’m serious, Rue just stay right there keep your mouth shut, and be cool.” He ordered. “These dudes ain’t fucking around.” He pulls his gun out from in between the couch cushions that Rue and I were seated on checking his bullets before returning back to its hidden spot. Rue and I sit back down and I glance over at her seeing a hint of fear as she realizes how serious Fez was when Mouse and his associate I always forgot the name of came in. And as they came in Fez sits on the couch across from us and Mouse’s attention immediately fell on us sitting next to Rue.
“So these your little bitches.” He said and I bite my tongue not to say something smart. “Nah bruh, they’re my little sisters.” He said and I looked to my lap to hide my disappointment at his words.
“Well, hello there lil sisters.” Mouse said holding his hand out to us. Rue gives him her hand and he kisses it doing the same to mind and I begin to bounce my leg nervous. “Yo, Custer toss me that bag.” He starts to tell Fez everything he has which piques Rue’s interest and I nudge her foot with mine shaking my head. Custer runs him the numbers giving Fez the total he has to pay.
“Sure you don’t want no Fentanyl?” Mouse asks.
“Nah, man I’m cool off that shit. There's too many ODs and I don’t want the heat.”
“How about the little sisters? You ever try Fentanyl?” Mouse asked turning his attention back to us.
“I’m a high schooler with a C- average, I can’t even spell Fentanyl.” I said monotone getting my usual courage back and Mouse laughs.
“I see lil sis has a sense of humor.” He turns his attention to Rue. “What about you lil sis?”
“No.” She answers.
“No, she’s good, bruh.” Fez answers for her. “Gonna let big brother talk for you?” Mouse instigates getting irritated.
“I don’t know.” Rue says looking at Fez. “Don’t look at him. Look at me.” Mouse orders putting a sample of it on a blade. “You ever try it?”
“Yo, for real, bruh. I don’t want her fucking with that shit.” Fez tries again to intervene. “I’m, I’m good actually.” Rue said.
“What don’t trust me?” He said and Fez again tries to intervene. “Shut the fuck up, bitch. Ain’t nobody talkin’ to you. Tell your big brother I’m not talking to him right now.” He said and brought the blade of Fentanyl closer to Rue’s lips. “Don’t be scared. It’s not gonna bite you.” Rue looks to Fez who shakes his head and I slightly nudge her hoping to convince her to say no again but in the end takes the drug which works pretty fast. She starts to lay down laying her head in my lap.
“You like the way that feels? You want a couple of patches, girl?” Mouse asks her.
“Okay.” Rue agrees and I look at her worried as he tucks the patches into her shorts placing her leg atop his lap. “It's gonna cost you 300.” Mouse said.
“I only have two dollars.” She mumbles and I look at her like she’s crazy. “Who comes with only two dollars to b-” I catch myself. “Not important.”
“I said 300.” He repeated starting to stroke her leg.
“Where are my pants?” She mumbles. “You took them off.” I whispered to her.
“I’ll just, just give it back.” She said but Mouse didn’t like her answer.
“I got a strict no-return policy.” He placed his hand on Rue’s leg. “Yo, Mouse let me pay for it, man.” Fez said.
“I thought you was too good for Fentanyl. What is it? Everybody’s changing their motherfucking minds on me? If she can’t afford it, she gonna have to find another way of paying me.” Mouse said sliding his hand further up her leg and I roll my eyes to reach for my bag.
“I’ll pay for it.” I said bringing his attention to me, thankfully causing his hand to freeze. “Nah, let me pay for it.” Fez said trying to stop me but I shake my head. “I got it.” I pull out the 300 handing it to Mouse.
“Dang. Your sister must love you. It's gonna cost 600 now.” He told me after counting the money. I roll my eyes again go back into my bag and give him basically all the tip money I earned over the summer. “You got a reliable little sister.” He said to Fez and removes his hand from Rue’s leg and finally leaves along with Custard. After they leave I go to grab the Narcan while Fez and Ash flush the Fentanyl. I put a blanket over Rue and grab her phone trying to figure out where to take Rue as she couldn’t stay here or at mine as both places were stocked with drugs. She can’t go home as her mom would probably kill her and Lexi wasn’t an option as her mom would probably tell Rue’s mom.
“I’m so happy.” Rue says although I could barely hear her.
“Well at least one of us is.” I said annoyed.
“You alright?” Fez asked me when he came back and I nod my head. “Just pissed I just lost a summer’s worth of hard work. I’ll have to survive off my paycheck… Again.”
“Let me pay you back.”
“Don’t worry about it, it’ll just be more money Rue owes you. And I’ll survive. I always do.” I said with a sigh as I kept scrolling through Rue’s phone till I saw Jules and called her. “Hey um this is (Y/N), I’m a friend of Rue’s” I explained to her that Rue was basically incapacitated and needed somewhere to stay as her mom would kill her and Jules agrees to let her stay with her.
“After I drop Rue off I’m gonna head home. I’ll stay another time maybe.” I said ready for this shitty night to end.
“Ar-”
“After what just happened I kinda just wanna be alone.” I explained interrupting him. “Can you help me with her?”
Not pushing it further he helps me carry Rue to my car while I go get her clothes from his room. He lays her down in the backseat and goes to give me a kiss on the cheek but I pull away remembering how Fez doesn’t see me as anything but a friend and get in the car without another word.
The only time you'd ever really see Fez at a party was if he was dealing. He wasn't one who really enjoyed going out or being around a lot of people, but parties were one of the fastest ways to sell his shit, and a guy's gotta eat. On the days he had all to himself, he'd often be at home doing nothing.
The only thing he enjoyed more than relaxing at home, was relaxing at home with you. You seemed to have that effect on him; he enjoyed doing things more when you were around. He'd take you shopping because he knew you'd buy actual food and not just any random stuff with no nutritional value. He'd take you with him on random night drives through the city because you had the best playlists to listen to and he wouldn't admit it, but he secretly loved listening to the different genres of music you enjoyed. He always enjoyed having your presence around the house, and around him.
Right now, however, he really really wished you had stayed home. Not that he didn't want to see you, but he was about 5 minutes away from doing business with one of his suppliers (not one of the nicests guys either), and he didn't want to anywhere near when they arrived.
"Hold on, you can't be in here right now," he drawled nervously when he saw your wet frame enter the living room. "I just came to make you guys dinner, got everything for your favorites," you smiled as you made your way inside, placing the groceries you had bought on the kitchen table. You toed off your shoes and made your way to Fez's room. "Nah, you gotta go Y/N," he said following after you.
"Why, am I not welcome anymore?" you joked, looking through his drawers for dry clothes. You settled for a pair of old sweatpants and a t-shirt you had forgotten there, and swiftly changed.
"I'm serious, come back in a few hours but right now you gotta get the fuck up outta my house," he said seriously. You frowned at his words. Was he seriously going to kick you out in the middle of a rainstorm? "It's fucking pouring outside, Fez. I can just—"
"Nah you ain't listening, you gotta go right now before these motherfuckers come through," he interrupted you. By now you had grown irritated by his behavior. "Who are you talking about?" you asked angrily, walking past him to go sit on the couch in the living room. "My guy's boutta come through and I don't want you here when he gets here, you understand?" he said following you. Right. His guy, as in his supplier. You were on the verge of asking him what the big deal was if you just stayed out of their way for the few minutes, when his phone buzzed from the table he was previously sitting at.
You peered behind the back of the couch towards the table and then back at him. He did the same, and when your eyes met, you could see the anger mixed with fear on his face. "I could fuckin' kill you right now," he muttered before reaching for his walkie talkie. "Yo Ash, they here," he spoke into it before he started packing stacks of money into a paper bag.
By now you had grown a bit nervous at what was about to go down. Fez never allowed you to join him when he was doing any of his deals. He wanted to keep you as far away as possible from that side of his life, and right now you were about to meet one of his suppliers.
He walked over to the couch were you still sat frozen in fear, pushing his hands between the two cushions and pulling out a gun, checking to see if it was loaded. Your eyes widened before meeting his. "Look I'm serious Y/N," he said quietly, "just stay right there, keep your mouth shut and be cool. These dudes ain't fuckin' around." You could only nod in response, watching closely as he placed the gun back between the cushions.
☆☆☆☆
To say the big bald guy with the face tattoos currently standing behind you was scary, would be one hell of an understatement.
"So this your little bitch?" you heard him ask. You didn't dare turn around, nervously clasping your hands together in your lap to stop them from shaking too visibly. "Nah bruh, that's my girl," Fez subtly corrected him as the guy made his way around the back of the couch. He kneeled infront of the couch and extended his hand in greeting. "Well hello there," he said. You nervously unclasped your hands and placed one in his, which he took and kissed softly. You wanted to retract your hand from the feeling of his cold, dry lips on your skin, but you had no idea if that could potentially piss him off, and you didn't want to find out what he'd do if he got mad.
"My name is Mouse, it's a pleasure to meet you," he said. How ironic you thought, but you couldn't find anything humorous in the way his stare sent chills down your spine. When he walked away you looked over to Fez again, who was sitting right across from you. He gave you a small nod as you tried your best to calm down your racing heart.
Mouse started unpacking and naming all the diffrent drugs he had available. You tried not to look as shocked as you felt, but truth was you weren't used to all of it. Yeah your boyfriend was a drug dealer, but you didn't do drugs, and he's made it his life's mission to keep it that way You turned around and caught a glimpse of all the different bottles and pills all packed in big plastic zip lock bags.
"7750," Mouse's lackey Custer said as he finished calculating the price of everything at a quite impressive speed. Fez quickly got the paper bag with the money, throwing it to Mouse, who threw it to Custer. "Sure you don't want no Fentanyl?" he asked. "Nah man I'm cool off that shit. Too many OD's, man. I don't want the heat," Fez said calmly.
Mouse turned around to where you sat. "How about you pretty girl," he asked, "you ever tried Fentanyl?"
"No," you said quietly, still looking down at your lap. "Nah, she's good bro," Fez said as Mouse took a seat next to you on the couch and placing his arm behind you on the back of it. He used his outstretched hand to play with the loose strands of your hair. "You gonna let your boy talk for you?" he asked with a smile. You looked over at Fez, not knowing of you should answer him or not. "I don't know—"
"Don't look at him, look at me." You felt as though you might burst into flames if you did look at him. You turned your head slightly towards him, and you were met with a smile that made your stomach churn nervously. "You ever tried it?" he asked again.
"Yo forreal bruh, I don't want her fuckin' wit that shit," Fez said through a clenched jaw. You could hear the irritation and anger in his voice. Whether it was aimed at you for being here right now or at Mouse talking to you, you didn't know.
Mouse ignored Fez's talking, moving closer to you until his mouth was at your ear. "You know that feeling when you cum so hard you can't feel or hear shit?" he asked. You frowned, turning your face away from him and looking down at your lap once again. You didn't want to answer him, you didn't want to be talking to him anymore. "You like that feeling?" he added. You couldn't do anything but nod dumbly, afraid of what he might do if you ignored him.
"Well shit, you gon' love this."
Soon he was reaching for his pockets, pulling out a knife and a pouch of liquid Fentanyl, placing a small amount of the substance on the tip of the blade. He bought it closer to your face, and before you could think you were instinctively shaking your head and moving your head away from the knife.
"I don't— I don't think I should," you said softly. "What, you don't trust me?" he asked. "Yo for real man, she's good," Fez said desperately trying to diffuse the situation. He was praying that you didn't come close to that blade, he didn't want you using that shit at all. "Shut the fuck up bitch," Mouse said, still looking at you, "ain't nobody talkin' to you."
"Tell your boy I ain't talking to him right now. Tell him to shut the fuck up," he said to you. You looked over at Fez, the tears already burning behind your eyes. "C'mon don't be scared. It won't bite you." His voice bought your attention back to the blade that was still infront of your face.
"C'mon, try it."
Fez was shaking his head at you, praying that you weren't stupid enough to take up his offer. You were shaking like a leaf. You didn't know what to do, you just wanted to get out of this situation as fast as possible.
Without a second thought you placed your mouth on the tip of the knife and licked the substance off. Please don't let me die the words replayed in your head over and over and over as you felt yourself slowly and quietly slip into a diffrent state. After a while you couldn't even sit up straight anymore, and you found yourself softly falling on the couch cushion. Please don't let me die please don't let me die please don't let me die please—
"It hits quick," you heard Mouse's voice faintly as you tried desperately to hold onto some form of lucidity. Fez was watching you closely, trying to see if you were still conscious. "You like the way that feels?" he asked placing your leg over his lap. "Mhm," you managed to get out through lips that felt as heavy as concrete. "You wanna couple of patches pretty girl?" he asked and you replied with what you hoped was a yes. He got the patches from his jacket pocket and placed them beneath the waistband of your sweatpants.
"Its gon' cost you three hundred," he said to you, but looking over at Fez, "C'mon, pay up pretty girl."
"I only have like, seven dollars on me," you said, slurring your words like a drunk. "I said three hundred," Mouse repeated running his fingertips along your leg. "I bought like, groceries and shit." You could feel the drool running out your mouth and down your cheek, but it felt like your body was nailed to the couch. You felt so relaxed, so good and fuzzy that you couldn't even be bothered by the drool.
"Yo Mouse, lemme pay for it man," Fez spoke up. "I thought you was too good for Fentanyl" Mouse said with a taunting smile. "What is it, everybody changing they motherfuckin' minds on me?" he asked turning to Custer who sat on the back edge of the couch laughing.
"She can't afford it, she gon' have to find another way of paying me. Straight up," he said, now rubbing along your leg. "Ok," you replied, thinking he was still talking to you. Fez wanted nothing more than to pull out the gun from between the two cushions and shoot Mouse right there and then. He could feel himself getting angrier with every stroke of Mouse's hand along your clothed leg.
"Yo man, jus' lemme pay for it. Got the money right here."
Fez stood up from the couch, and placed three hundreds in Mouse's hand. "Damn, your boy must love you. Its gon cost you six hundred now, man."
☆☆☆☆
After Fez gave Mouse his extra money he counted the bills before standing up to leave. "It's always a pleasure doing business with you," he smiled, pushing your leg from his lap and getting up from the couch. As soon as the door closed behind him, Fez stood up, taking the Fentanyl Mouse had left on the couch and calling Ash. "Flush that shit down the toilet, and go grab the Narcan, just in case," he said placing the pouch in Ash's hand.
He went over to the couch were you were still laying quietly and motionless, your one leg still hanging off the couch. He carefully pulled it back up the couch, maneuvering it to prevent you from rolling onto your stomach, and covered your body with the small blanket that layed by the couch's end. He sat by your head on the couch, softly stroking your hair and praying that you were okay. Your eyes fluttered open when you felt his soft touch on your head. "'M sorry," you slurred, trying to keep your eyes open, to stay awake. Your breathing was irregular and soft, and you felt a dull discomfort in your chest.
"It's ok," he said softly, wiping away the layer of sweat from your forhead. "I ain't leaving you."
When Ash returned with the Narcan you were quickly given some in each nostril and after a while your breathing returned to a somewhat normal tempo. You couldn't fight the urge to sleep anymore and soon you were closing your eyes and dozing off.
☆☆☆☆
You layed in bed next to Fez feeling like absolute shit. You couldn't fall asleep. The dull pressure in your bladder and the constant nausea made it impossible to get comfortable. You turned around slowly, to find Fez laying next to you, his eyes trained on you. He hadn't left your side since your little run-in with Mouse, and had you stay with him until you felt better. He even went as far as to ask one of your friend to bring you clean clothes from your house.
"How you feelin'?" he asked, voice thick from sleep. You only shook your head no, you couldn't even find the strength to talk. "You want some' to eat?" he asked softly. The mention of food made your stomach churn uncomfortably and before you knew it you were jumping out of bed and making a beeline for the bathroom for what felt like the millionth time.
You felt Fez's hand rubbing circles into your back softly as you threw up once again. "Let it all out, baby," you heard him say softly. He knew you hated throwing up, and he hated seeing you ill, so he tried his best to give you any sort of comfort.
After you finished you flushed the toilet and wiped your mouth. The cold tiles beneath your knees and the warm press of Fez's hand against your even warmer body grounded you. "I'm sorry for taking that shit," you said through quiet sobs. You hadn't even noticed you'd been crying. "Is alright," Fez said softly. He hated seeing you cry more than anything. "You'll be alright, okay?" he said, pulling you into a hug, "I ain't going no where. Gonna look after my girl."
godspeed; [fezco imagine]
SUMMARY: Living in the shadows of your classmates served you well to keep you alive until college. High school could be dangerous, and toxic, and hectic. The only problem about being a wallflower is the missed opportunities, and he is the biggest chance you never took.
That’s alright, though. It’s not like you ever had a chance with Fezco. Right?
The thing about being an addict who meets another addict was that they could bring out the worst in you.
It might happen without meaning to, and they'd do it without any notion of the effects it might cause on your life. With one request from them, or maybe getting stuck in the same room as another one who's a little like you and bam—five years of sobriety would go down the drain.
Rue could be that for you.
Thanks to Ali and your last two years in therapy, she won't be. Not tonight.
“Are you sure you don’t wanna come?” Rue asks. Her eyes are dropping low and she pouts in an adorable manner. She’s high. Very high.
You shake your head. “Thanks.” Her new friend Elliot gives a sharp nod before he and Rue leave together, and you take a second to send a prayer in secret that Rue makes it tonight.
You didn't come back to this damn city to get attached to someone and just watch them die.
After a sad chuckle, you turn around to see what else is there to do in this party she brought you which is not one-third as lame as you imagined it’d be, and that’s when you see him. It takes a second for your brain to understand why it stopped dead in its track at the sight across from you, but when the light flicks just right in his freckled face, you recognize him even with the beard.
You freeze.
Fuck. Fuck, fuck, fuck—is that Fezco?
You look away for a second, then back at him. Across from the glass wall that leads to the pool patio there's a gazebo, and he's sitting in the steps talking to someone. The place is crowded and illuminated mostly by colorful lights, but you'd recognize those eyes and cheeks anywhere.
It is him.
Looking good. Looking five times more handsome than he ever did before dropping out of school, and by the looks of it, doing the same thing he did while he was still in the halls of East Highland.
He's smoking and staring with a blank expression to the bodies dancing and walking in front of him, and after catching a second person not subtly slipping him money for a handshake of something, you realize that yup—he's dealing.
And he looks ridiculously good doing so.
A glass of whatever the hell Rue mixed is downed in a second, and you go to the kitchen in search of more.
Fuck your entire life.
Who would've thought Fezco O'Neill would still be living in this shitty town?
Studying with Fezco all those years ago could've been one of the many things your years of substance abuse took out of your early memories hasn't it been for how much you thought of him back then. Even though you two were never friends, never passed beyond the stage of awkward small talks, you enjoyed him. His presence.
One could say you had a crush.
You loved the short and brief interactions you shared with Fezco back then—he came to school often until a certain point, and given the nature of his job, talking to Fez was almost impossible since he talked to everybody, all of the time.
People gravitated towards him in groups, alone, in couples; either because of the drugs or just because he was one of the few people who you could sit beside and not feel anxious, or like you need to try too hard.
The party Rue brought you to has many more teenagers than you expected. It was granted, and you ignored it. The music is decent enough, but you can almost feel the small web strings of drama tying the entire party together. You'd like to blame Rue for you being here, but you can't.
She's still seventeen.
When you were seventeen, you were… well. Doing the same she is now.
Sadly.
You'll blame Ali for being invited over to his daughter's house and dropping the Bennet Bomb on your lap. He pays in food, and that's always nice.
Navigating the party to try and find something to do or a conversation pit that is nice proves to be worthless, and you start worrying that this night will be a bust.
You may be sober from all the pills that one day fucked you over, but your fucks still happened every once in a while because of the other things you still fell back on when shit got hard, which, considering the world and its state—it's often.
At least alcohol and weed make you less of a mess. This party had both. The night could be fun.
You promised Ali you'd keep an eye on Rue—she's doing poorly and a trainwreck tends to crash and leave traces if you don't see to it soon. But if you're staying, you need at least a joint.
Or two.
Fuck.
You stop the first teenager you see, "Hey, is there any other dealer in the party other than Fez?" You ask.
The boy scoffs. "'Course not," he says, then walks away.
Fair enough. No one would be stupid to try and deal at a party in an area where people even drive to meet Fez; he covers the crowd of this (and a few other) high schools for years now. Of course it's only him.
There's no reason you shouldn't go to him. He's not even gonna recognize you, your brain tells you.
The boy scoffs. "'Course not," he says, then walks away.
There's no reason you shouldn't go to him, you think. He's not even gonna remember you anyway. It's a bitter reminder, but the taste leads your legs outside to the gazebo in hopes Fezco is still there.
And even if he does remember you, the same voice says. It's not like you two ever had a lot to talk about. As you walk, you remember Rue mentioning to Ali a few days earlier about how her friend who is a drug dealer had beaten Nate Jacobs into a pulp. She told Ali the reason why and even though you had no idea who Nate Jacobs was, he sounded like a fucking cunt.
You kinda hated to have missed the show.
Part of you is wondering what will happen if Fezco does remember who you are, but it's not like that is a big deal either. He'd say hi, make small talk and then what? Reminisce about the days when he sold you Codeine or Demerol and you lived through the stages of a fucked up household while high out of your fucking mind?
Right.
Your palms are sweating. You check the bills inside your dress's bust again and fix the edge of your glitter sleeve, stepping close enough to see the pool and—there he is.
Fezco is talking to a guy when you step outside and to your happiness, Rue and Elliott can be found with Kat in the garden close by. You can do this.
You walk until your platforms are knocking on the edge of the first step, and Fezco only turns around when the guy leaves his side. He turns taking out the joint that's behind his ear, fishing for the lighter that must be on his front pocket, but then he sees the legs standing right in front of him and lifts his head to look at your face.
"Hi," you shake your head at him. "Please tell me you still got weed." I might have to drink tequila like a frat boy if you don't. It's the frown that tells you Fezco's mind must be trying to connect the dots, and before you can offer him any hint on why he sort of recognizes you, a smile breaks out in his face and surprises you into stunned silence when he follows with, "Oh, shit. You're Y/n," he points at you.
"I'm—yeah?" You know your crush used to be big, but you fight down a knot at trying to recall if his smile had always been this charming. "Yeah, it's me," you try again, not wanting to sound like a question. "You're Fezco. Hi again," you wave a hand again.
This boy always left you tongue-tied, but you'd be damned if he got you looking stupid this early into a conversation.
"Wow." Fezco's smiling dopely, and the way he looks you up and down have your skin running a little hotter. "Been a long time. Hi, little ma."
Fuck. He's sitting down, but Fezco chill raspy voice still makes him feel inches taller.
"Hey, Fezco."
"You said you wanted weed?" He asks, finally lighting up his joint.
You look at the orange smoke illuminating his face and nod. "Yes, please." This is still as awkward as it was back then. "I'm not mentally ready to be this surrounded by teenagers," you add without thinking.
Fezco laughs at that, taking his blunt between his fingers. "Word." He fishes for something inside his jacket's pocket. "You want the flower or you want a pre-rolled?"
You pout. "That depends. Who rolled it?"
Fezco smiles. "I did."
"Your joints looked like tiny spaceships, man. No offense." Back in school together, you never bought weed from Fezco because you hated how smoke made you cough, but you saw the pre-rolled he sold to your classmates, and he rolled like shit.
He surprises you by laughing again, and then he gets up. "Damn, ma—your memory's good, huh?" Fezco looms over you for a second before leaning against the handrail, and he takes out a pack from a pocket. "I got better at it. Look. Looking like they came from a factory, see? I ain't selling shit I wouldn't be smoking too."
His joints really are looking professional, and you laugh again, this time with him.
"Cool—they look good," you nod in approval.
Fezco who's had a smile on his face since he put a name to your face nods too, looking even more pleased with himself. "Cool. One's $3. Three's ten. Five's fifteen. How many you looking for?"
"Gimme five."
"Five?" He blinks in surprise, but starts picking them one by one.
"I'm looking out for a friend of a friend and I have a feeling she's not going home anytime soon." You give him the money, and in exchange take the blunts. "I'm not taking chances."
"You don't have a purse, where you gonna put 'em?" Fez asks, taking another look at your outfit.
You pull on the fabric of your renovated shirt and show him the pocket you sewed on the inside. You make a show of opening it, putting four of the joints inside, then close the button.
Fezco chuckles. "Aight. You're prepared." He looks you up and down again, and you fidget in response, organizing your corset underneath the shirt. "What brought you back? Wait—why did you leave in the first place?"
When Fezco left school in seventh grade, you still saw him for a few years. Whenever the pills ran out at your place, you ran to his and Ash's place for more.
You shrug your shoulder, and light the one joint you kept in your hand. "I left to go live with my Aunt."
He doesn't need to know the why, nor does he care. Whatever it is Fezco remembers of you or thinks of your person, you can bet it isn't that your mother preferred you living in another state than keeping the junkie her neglect created at home.
"Really?" Fezco asks, and he sounds just as genuine as ever. He looks behind your shoulder out of nowhere and you notice another boy hovering your conversation, most likely wanting something out of him and you're about to say you'll leave him alone when Fezco shrugs a hand in the air for him. "Ain't available. Find Ash," and without even looking for his response, his eyes are back on you. "Was your aunt nice?"
His voice drags out, the same way as it did before.
It's still distracting. "Yeah." Auntie, unlike Mother, lived a real life. Had real problems and, as consequence, helped you with yours. Fez probably didn't care about that either, so you exhaled the smoke and changed the topic. "And you? Last I remember you quit to help your G Ma with business and your little bother. How's Ash?"
Fezco smiles, and you feel your heart skipping a stupid beat at it.
Even his smile has gotten cuter.
"You remember that?" His words drag out, and he smacks his lips on his teeth.
You frown. "Course I do." I always had trouble forgetting anything related to the cute and funny ginger boy who always has a kind gesture or word to offer if you need. Fezco nods, looking at you through his eyelashes and this time, he keeps his eyes there. "Yeah. Stuff's been good, you know."
His careless demeanor never hid from you the small things, like the way he narrows his eyes when he's lying through his teeth. You hope whatever 'good' he's been getting, it gets a little better.
Before you can ask something else, Fezco goes on. "It's weird that you remember that. About Ma G and Ash."
That comment leaves you even more confused. "How come?"
Fezco shrugs his shoulders again. "Dunno. It was a while ago, lil' mama." You two laugh at that, because word. "'s the reason I knew I could trust you, too."
Fezco trusts you? "You trusted me?"
"Trust. Ain't gone away just 'cause you left," his smile is so nonchalant that it makes you smile in return. "No one ever found out why I dropped—just assumed 's for what I do. Lots of rumors 'n that's it."
He's right about that.
Through hazy memories, you recall people trying to create the most dramatic reason for Fezco's drop out in the cafeteria as well as in the streets. "Yeah… I remember that." You hum. "Always found that strange."
How was that a twelve-year-old Fezco managed to keep his grandmother's sickness all to himself was beyond you.
"Exactly." The way he says the word makes you leave Eastland high of all those years ago and focus on him again. He said it as a confirmation, and when you frown, he elaborates through a chuckle because he notices you're already high and just as lost as before. "You're the only one I told, Y/n."
"Wait. Really?" That couldn't be. Fezco had friends. Good ones and not-so-good ones, you imagined. "Why?"
"Yeah, lil' ma. You the only one who asked," he shrugs it off, speaking through the clouds of smoke.
You're the only one who asked.
"Oh." That made the flutter inside of you get worse. So much worse.
Sure, Fez always answered when you asked him things, whether it was about his brother, or his grandma Marie, or even himself, but picturing a world where people never even ask him about those stuff seems foreign to you.
Maybe that's because you always wanted to know.
The silence stretches out for a few seconds between you both, only the smoke of your blunts creating a thick fog around, almost like a bubble.
Fezco still stares at you and your clothes, and you try to move only your shoulders to the beat of the song because his eyes are as sharp as they were before.
"What brings you back, then?" Fezco asks. Someone else pops up right behind you and he exhales his smoke a little annoyed. "Not now. Find Ash."
That's the second time he blows off a customer to keep talking to you and—yup. Just as you feared the first time it happened, this one leaves your cheeks burning bright.
You clear your throat and look away from him in search of Rue as an excuse, hoping he doesn't see it. "My sponsor is kinda like a dad to me. And he sponsors… that one." Rue's still sitting underneath the same tree with Elliott, and you release anxiety you forgot you were holding on to at the sight of her. "So I guess you can say it's babysitting duties." You shrug. "If you're asking why I'm in town specifically, it's 'cause my Aunt moved in business for a year so," you shrug, as if saying this is where I gotta be, I guess. I have nowhere else to go. Instead of asking about the sponsor as most people do, Fezco's still looking in the direction your finger pointed.
"You babysitting Rue?"
"Yeah."
"Word?" You nod at him, giggling a little at how happy he got out of the sudden. "Fuck, man, that's kinda good to hear, I ain't gonna lie to you," Fezco laughs at that, really laughs like he's happy in his most genuine form. "She's my friend. Rue. She's kinda like family—I know she a mess, but." He takes another drag, looking between you and Rue this time. "I ain't selling to her hard stuff anymore, but…" Fezco sighs. "I'm scared if I don't give her what she want, she'll just find it with someone else, ya feel me?"
Double fuck. "Damn." Fezco dealt for Rue. Who ODed. Who's relapsed for the second time. Damn it. Knowing Fezco the little you did, you knew he felt a silent ocean of guilt over it. "She's good, Fez."
You reach out with your free hand, knocking your knuckles gently against his forearm. "She got a good sponsor, 'kay?" You lift the joint in your hands. "This? The only reason I still got a grip in shit's because Ali takes none of my bullshit and still manages to give me good advice between all the crap I try to sell 'im. She's not in a good place, but she is a good kid. Stuff takes time, that's all. Plus—she's still young. Surrounded by drama, all the fucking time. She needs to get to a place where she wants to be alive for real, and she will. Eventually."
Even though it had been only two pancake visits since you and Rue met, the kid got her vines in you, somehow.
Just like Ali, you believed in her.
"Yeah." Fezco nods along with every word you say, and when you're done, he's smiling again. "Yeah, okay." Has he always looked this fucking breathtaking while smiling? You might have a heart attack. It's a good thing you're not swimming in opiates anymore. "She got a good sponsor and apparently a guardian fucking angel, so I'll believe in ya."
The blush worsens at that, and this time, Fezco catches it. He laughs at you, and you knock your fake Versace Medusa platforms against his chin.
"I am not an angel," you laugh.
"I dunno, it might be the lights or sumn', but you lookin' like one," Fezco looks from the soft pink light that's casting a shadow on the pool area and you, and you wished it was red so it masked your reaction to him instead of highlighting it.
"You always been this sweet talker?" You try, laughing it off.
Fezco's just being nice, you tell yourself.
"My bad, ma." He must notice you're getting a little too flustered, and changes the topic, too. "So how was it with yo Auntie?"
You push away any thoughts of school behind and try it.
Having a conversation with Fezco turns out to be much easier than 11-year-old you imagined. Maybe it was because he was in a year above, or because he's always had those sweet eyes and smiled so rarely, but his intimidating persona fought a valiant battle and lost every time his personality entered the ring.
Eventually, though, Rue gets lost from your sight and, as you promised, you have to go find her.
"Fucking hell," you mutter to yourself, getting up from the steps. "Uh—I'll be back?"
Fezco looks up at you. "Really? 'Cause if you say you'll be back, I'll wait."
You smile down at him. "Then, I will be back."
Finding Rue while high and happy out of your mind feels almost hypocritical.
The sea of teenagers and the smell of alcohol, weed and sweat does nothing for you when all your brain can focus on is Rue Rue Rue Where Is Rue as well as Fez Fez Fez, As Sweet as Ever, Fez Fez Fez. He looks so pretty.
He pulls off the beard, too. His voice is lower, much lower than you remember—puberty hit that boy in the chest, and all the smoking can't help, either. And if he—oh shit, that's Rue.
"Rue Fucking Bennet!" Your scream is met with the sight of Rue looking like a parakeet. "Yeah, you."
"Oh, shit." Rue looks behind her, and, of course, there's Elliot. Is that a bathroom behind them?
"Oh, fuck nah." You stride to them, anything that isn't Rue and that bathroom momentarily forgotten. "You are high enough." You push past Elliot and stand in front of the bathroom door. "I ain't watching you snort too many lines for your already high-ass brain to keep up with. Go fucking find something else to do."
"Shit, Rue. You never told me you brought your mom," Elliot teases.
You point a finger right on his face. "You better learn when to shut the fuck up, Elliot." I don't fucking like you, Elliot. "Did she tell you I'm here 'cause I caught her almost passed out in a bathroom? Did she?"
From the sight on his face, she obviously hadn't. Called it.
"Exactly. Why don't you stick to your fucking lane and go roll the two of you a joint or something and I'll stick to my lane of not letting the addict decide how much coke is enough coke for her, huh?" Your blood is boiling already, and Elliot's right. You sound like her mother, and yet, you can't bring yourself to care. Turning your face to Rue, you see her looking sheepish between you both. "Trust me. You can find other shit to do."
Rue sighs, but you caught the fleeting fear in her eyes when you mentioned the bathroom. "It's not gonna help," she tells you with what it's supposed to be a mindless shrug, but—there it is.
The sadness underneath the addiction.
You take a deep breath and step closer. "Why not?"
Rue shrugs her shoulders, avoiding eye contact at all costs. "'Cause this party fucking sucks."
That was debatable, but she looked to believe it, so. "Why does it suck?"
Rue finally pins you with a look, and you watch her struggle. Feel her feelings, or burn them to the ground?
When her eyes start swimming with water, you let out an exhale, happy that she chose the feelings. "'Cause Jules' not talking to me."
Oh, young love.
"Fine." She was not gonna get what she wants from this party, and she's the one reason you're here. "Why don't we leave, then?"
"What?! No! It doesn't suck that bad," Rue defends.
She's not ready to leave yet, but it'll be soon. She probably wants to martyr herself, staring at her girlfriend dancing with people and not her, and fine, you can sympathize with that. "Okay. I'll be with Fezco outside, then. When you decide this party does suck, find us and we'll go, okay?"
Rue stares at you. She licks her lips, looking right into your eyes in search of something, and whatever it is, she must find it. "Okay. Okay, yeah. I'll look for you." She turns to Elliot, who's been leaning on the corridor wall in silence since you told him off. "Let's goooo Elli, bro."
Ugh. From the look on his face at her 'bro', this bro of hers wants something more than her company and her fellow addict nose to keep him from being lonely while he uses it.
Trying to convince yourself that is not your problem, you go back outside in search of Fezco.
Catching Rue walking her death row made you almost sober, or at least, your mind feels that way.
When you get outside, though, Fezco's not there.
The absence of his presence makes you wonder if you left for too long, or if he had something better to do. The next problem is that with no Fezco, you're back to square zero.
Liquor.
You're gonna need alcohol if Rue is off being a masochist and the only other person you knew at the party is gone.
The silver lining comes when after downing a glass of surprisingly good scotch, the music gets good. Losing yourself to the beat and the sea of bodies is easier than thinking. Easier than letting your mind wander, or focusing on the interactions you shared with him that night.
Throwing your head back and closing your eyes to feel the drums in the song instead of the emptiness inside you or the need for something more is one of the many coping mechanisms you found while living in New York.
It's also what keeps you busy until you feel someone trying to get your attention.
It's Elliott. He looks no better or good than when you left him and Rue a while ago, which means they stuck to your advice and found something other than lines to do.
He gestures to the outside and, catching his message, you realize with a sad pang in your chest that it's time to go.
"Where's Rue?" You ask.
"Talking to him." Elliott points to one of the empty corridors, and right in the end, you see them.
Rue and Fezco, talking to one another. Before you can stop yourself, you're taking steps in their direction, but you never get close enough to interrupt the conversation.
Eventually, she notices you standing there and waves a hand at you. She says something else to Fezco, then walks to you.
"Can we light one up before we go?" She asks you as soon as she's in front of you. Rue looks worse.
Fuck.
She did something without Elliot. That stupid, one-brain-celled, fake blond asshole.
"'Course, babes."
Rue nods with a happy smile that looks sad to you, then leaves.
Across the corridor, Fezco is looking at you. Staring, and you're pinned under his gaze until he walks to you, too.
"You weren't there," you tell him as soon as he's in earshot.
Fezco's eyes widen a little, like he's surprised you noticed. "Yeah. My bad, ma." He looks sad too, and fucking hell, is everyone in this city miserable? "My ex dropped by wanting to talk 'n I didn't wanna talk."
That makes you widen your eyes, but in sympathy.
"Ah—I'm the one who should say 'my bad', then," you shrug.
He smiles at you. "'s fine. I was an idiot—she's Rue's age and…" Fezco rubs both hands over his buzzcut, and you groan out loud at the implications of Fezco and his high-school-year-old ex-girlfriend. "Fuck. I gotta stop puttin' myself in trouble, man."
"If it was that easy, huh?" You ask with a bitter laugh.
Fezco looks down at you, laughing along. "Yeah. If only."
"I gotta go—I'm gonna drive Rue—" where? You have no idea where, but she needs to get out and she was the reason you're here. Not the pretty boy, you remind yourself. "Somewhere?"
"Sounds like you don't know either," Fezco tilts his head. "I can recommend a few places."
"Really?!"
"Yeah, really," Fezco smiles and stretches out his head. "Gimme yo phone."
You take your phone out of your pocket and he types something, slowly. Then after a few clicks, he looks up at you. "You mind if I got your number?"
Your heart does. "I was gonna ask for it, anyway." Bless the scotch and heavens guard your heart, because your sudden boldness pays off.
The smile on Fezco's face opens slowly, different than the other ones he gave you that night. It's like watching the animation of a pair of eyes suddenly becoming a wolf, and inside the house, there's nowhere to escape the blue lights.
The color on your cheeks must be noticeable now that he's this close.
Fezco only looks away from you to type away something else on your phone and when the ping of message arrives in his pocket, your stomach does a cartwheel. "There. Now I got yours, too."
The fact that you want something else, something more from him before leaving seems to hover in the air.
Fezco's fingers brush on yours when he hands your phone back, and you swallow thickly with your eyes on his hands.
They're big hands—the notion makes your brain a little dizzy, painted with images of that hand everywhere. Around your throat, holding onto your chin, on your body—fuck.
You look up, and he's still watching you. "Never thought I'd see you again, lil' ma." The hoarseness on his voice is making you a little delirious and—is that perfume? In the tiny and narrow corridor, with him standing only a foot away from you, you can smell Fezco now. "But I'm glad I did."
Fezco's cologne is a strong, wood scent underneath the smell of pot and frankly, you need to get out of here before it cogs your whole brain and you do something stupid, like kissing his pretty pink lips before you go.
"I'm glad, too." Your voice sounds distant, and Fezco chuckles.
"Take good care of Rue, yeah?" You can visibly see him swallow, and then he takes a step back, taking his good scent and his freckles away from your eye level. "I'll text ya some places you can take her."
That's a door he's opening for you, and you take it before you lose control.
"Thanks, Fez." You bite on your bottom lip, trying to hold in the desire to get at least a hug. "Send Ash a hi from me? I'm—it was really good seeing you. Thanks for making my night a lil' happy."
Fezco finally looks away now, chuckling to himself. He looks embarrassed, and the way he ducks his head laughing makes you feel even more desperate, if that makes any sense. "I ain't gonna let you go if you keep being this nice."
"What?! I'm saying bye!" You laugh.
"Yeah, lookin' all cute and shit." Fezco drags one hand over his buzzcut again, and takes one more deliberate step back. "You made my night happier, too. Now please go before Rue fucks off somewhere 'n I have to pretend to be sad that I gotchu for a few more hours."
Hghgn. You swallow thickly around that, trying in vain to convince yourself that Fezco isn't flirting.
It's harder to do that when he's standing only two feet away, looking like you're in a Red Hood and he might eat you alive if one gave him the chance.
For the first time in years, you feel… pretty.
And sexy.
Blinking at him from under your eyelashes, you send him a smile and a siren look that purposely tells him what your last words can't. "See you around, Fez."
He nods at you, sharp and losing his smile—he's staring with intent, and when he licks his lips, you know you have to go before it's your turn to be embarrassed that he makes you whimper without even touching you.
"See ya, angel."
Oh, fuck.
Rue owes you so many joints and, at the same time, you owe her so much more.
You can feel his eyes on your back as you walk outside, and it takes you pinning Rue under your vision and following her like one follows a saving light for you to not turn around and give him one last hand wave.
If you see Fez one more time this evening, you might get high on the way his eyes look at you alone.
A Little Domestication (blurb)
Blog Details | Let’s take a trip
Fezco x Black!fem!reader
Warning(s): fluff, one suggestive gesture, written on my iPad so the format might be kind of weird, not proofread
Word count: 601
I stare at my hair in the mirror. My roots are puffy but I refuse to take down my twists. Deal with my natural hair is just not in my schedule right now. Where the hell is my moose? I turn around and find Fez staring at me.
“May I help you?”
“What? I can’t stare?” His eyes darken as we make eye contact. My cheeks warm up and I turn around to look over the bathroom counter.
“Stop that. Have you seen my moose? I could’ve sworn I left it by the sink.”
He walks into the bathroom and his chest meets my back. His arms wrap around mine and his cheek kisses mine, completely immobilizing me.
“You know, you look really beautiful in this light.”
“Fez, please.” I avoid all eye contact with him and focus my attention to the ceiling. Some of the little popcorn pieces are missing. There’s a spider web in the corner that I refuse to go near because no. He places little kisses on my neck and I squirm in his hold. The sensation makes me ticklish until he starts sucking on that one spot. My thighs squeeze together and I nudge him away.
“I have to be in campus in 20 minutes.”
“That’s fine. I only need 10.” His kisses not seizing, but I feel a grin pull at the corner of his lips.
“You’re insatiable. I only have one class today and it’s 50 minutes. I’ll be back before you know it. Now, if you don’t know where my moose is, could you at least hand me my hat behind you?”
He lets out a dramatic sigh before letting me go and turning around to get my hat off of the door hook.
“Fine. What time did you say to pick you up?”
“Be outside by 12:50, but I probably won’t be out until around 1 because my professor has a tendency to continue talking past our class time like we don’t have lives.”
I move around him and go into the living room to look for my bag with no luck. I look on the couch, by the couch, on the chair, and by the door. Nothing.
“Where the fuck is my-” I turn around and see Fez standing right behind me with my bag in his hand.
“Bathroom. You brought it in there when you were about to do your hair.” I take it from him and quickly peck him on the lips.
“Angel, baby. You’ve got wings. I love you.” I turn around but his hand finds my waist and turns me so we’re again face to face.
“Last time I checked, you have class at 12 and it’s,” He looks at the clock on the wall, “11:45.”
“And?”
“It takes 5 minutes to get to your class. I want a real kiss.”
“Fezzy.” He shushes me by connecting our lips. I put up little to no resistance. I smile into the kiss as I subconsciously pull him closer.
“God, do you guys do anything else besides kiss?” I separate from Fez’s lips and begrudgingly leave his hold to walk over to Ash.
“Aww, I’m sorry Ash. I’ll give you one too.” I lean down to kiss his cheek and pull him into a hug.
“Keep out of trouble while I’m gone, yeah? I’m tired of cleaning blood off of the floors.”
A ghost of a smile wipes across his face as I look him in the eyes and wait for confirmation.
“No promises.” I roll my eyes and hug him again before heading out the door with Fez.
Fez and Tr searching the house for a blunt they rolled earlier and finally finding it in like a cereal box or smth after they roll and smoke a different blunt and get the munchies but arguing and being playful while looking
A/N: Perfect request to kick off my euphoria start 💀
“You have no idea where it is?”
“Ma if I knew where it was we wouldn’t be looking for it.”
“How the hell do you lose a blunt??”
“Maybe if your ass wasn’t kissing up on me while I was rolling we wouldn’t be searching for it right now.”
You smacked your lips then continued searching the couch for the blunt when Ash walked in the living room and took notice of what the two of you were doing.
“The fuck are y’all looking for?”
“Fez lost our blunt.”
“How the fuck do you lose a blunt?”
“Thank you!” Fez sighed then plopped down on the couch. He reached for his stash on the coffee table.
“Fuck it, imma just roll another one.”
“What a waste of weed.” You fake sniffled then sat down next to him. Fez chuckled at your dramatic statement while his hands got to work.
“You stupid ma, for real.”
10 Minutes Later
After the sesh you searched the kitchen for something to satisfy your hunger. Your eyes landed on some fruit loops and you immediately grabbed the box then made your way back to the couch.
Within seconds your fingers came in contact with something that was clearly not cereal. You reached in and looked at the item with shock.
“Babe.”
“Hm?” Fez turned his head towards you then looked at the missing blunt in your hands.
“Oh shiiiit.”
“This whole time… Bruh how does that even happen??” Your eyes squinted as you looked at him.
“I blame yo ass.”
“For what???”
“Cause you’re always distracting me.”
“…Mhm. Right, right.”
Tumblr media
Fuck
No
Shit
Your body went cold. You had stopped moving and just stared at him, eyes locked. He kept an unfazed look, just looking up at you with his drowsy eyes. He wanted to know, he needed to know if you were his doll face. The little girl he had befriended all those years ago.
You regained your autonomy over your body and resumed your movements, praying that no one had heard or gotten suspicious.
“Doll face? You know sweetcheeks, carrot boy?”
Shit
Fuck
You looked up at him with pleading eyes.
Please don’t, please don’t, please don’t.
“Nah, just confused her face.”
“She is a good one, isn't she?" You heard him say again. The redhead nodded slowly.
“Yeh, she is.”
Mouse’s laughter reverb over the place, making you feel the pressure of not stopping. Not looking at him.
“Yeah, she is a sweet one,” he took a sip of beer, “I promise, you can’t even imagine the number of guys that have cum in that same seat, my man…little sweetcheeks here making them cum with just a dance!”
Your jaw clenched, wanting him to stop talking about you like that. It was already an unpleasant enough experience to live as for to relieve it by word. Although the man beneath you seemed to not care at all.
He looked past your face and opened a beer from the many near. Raising his brows, making him seem like he couldn’t believe Mouse’s words.
“Really?” lacing his tone with fake astonishment.
“Yeah! Word is, little sissy here gives the best head around the neighborhood,” he comes near you, slapping one of your ass cheeks.
You had to grip the redhead's shoulders to prevent you from shuddering.
Please stop talking. You kept repeating in your head, with your eyes closed. Desiring to disappear from the embarrassment and just not having to face the look on the man’s face beneath you.
It wasn’t like you liked to do that. You just had to. A job is a job. Those words kept you going and stopped you from falling apart.
At first, you had managed to keep up with your weekly quotas by just dancing, but when word got around, Mouse decided to higher his commission. Forcing you to look for more ways to make money.
And any time you tried to get a job that didn’t involve this word, your brother was back at you with threats and violence. You had tried so many times before, you ever gave your first blow job and had some bills thrown at your face.
You had felt disgusted with yourself and scrubbed your tongue. After that, you brushed your teeth for eternity. It took you long enough to insert in your head that it was part of your job. That it was just a job.
But word got around. Again. And as always, Mouse found a way to benefit himself. And now he had you dancing for his people and sucking them off. You didn’t even get privacy having to do everything in that same chair.
It was disgusting. It made you cry a lot. And it was something you definitely didn’t want him to know about.
Fez
Your Fezco
Only God knows how hard you prayed for so long for this day. Day, noon, night.
Your imagination had been the only thing that had kept you happy all this time. In the middle of dancing, upstage or private, between jobs, the only thing that kept you going and smiling was thinking about the different scenarios in which you could meet again.
Your favorite one was where you find yourselves at the university. You are walking around, maybe at the start of your first semester there. You are still a little lost and getting used to the installations that it takes you a while to get around.
You had your math class next and were absolutely lost with the indications that the office gave you. So, you asked a group of people sitting at an outside table.
They were friendly, and one of the girls even offered to take you. You thanked them all and left with the girl. And then, she would say something like, “Oh my GOD, you are going to love this class. The teacher assistant is so cute. Everyone loves it just because of him.”
And you wouldn’t believe her, oblivious to what was coming next. But when she left you at the door, and you had chosen your seat, it was going to be his voice that would have made you look up. And there he would have been, being a math teacher assistant. A great one.
Then, you would approach him, he would remember you, of course, and your encounters would increase following that day.
That was your favorite scenario because it just seemed right. It felt right. That was how life should have been for both of you.
But it never occurred, and you were stuck here. Being pulled by your hair by your brother’s hand brings you back to your reality.
The force that he pulled you with made you moan from the pain.
“Yeah, right," he laughed. “She loves it when you pull her like this, just like the slut she is, right little sissy,” he shoveled your head to the side with force and left the room, probably going to look for someone to deal with him.
Any female who would have been forced to have him couldn't help but make you feel bad.
You felt a soft hand go behind your head, taking it softly and caressing your skull. Fez, oh Fez. Still looking at you with those same eyes. And the same look he always had on for you when you were just kids.
He looked around discreetly, and when he was sure no one was around, he grabbed your hips and stopped you from moving.
You suddenly became shy under his sight and smiled nervously.
“Hi,” you muttered, failing to contain your nervousness and focusing your eyes anywhere else than his face.
Yet, he cradled your face softly. Inciting you to rest your cheeks in his hold, making you feel warm, safe, and delicate.
“My pretty doll face,” he couldn’t believe his eyes, “You were here? All this time? How did I never see you?”
“I keep to myself mostly. When not working or with…Mouse,” you doubt a little at the end. You see his eyes harden at the name.
“What’s he of you?”
You clench your jaw, embarrassed at the situation. At first, you were a little doubtful, but you finally told him, “My brother.”
“No brother should be treating his little sister like that,” his eyes soften at your sight. For him, you seemed fragile due to all the abuse and violence surrounding you, and it was wrong. You had always been full of confidence in yourself. You never seemed scared and always smiled at the world. That was you, he remembered, the little girl that had been the focal source of inspiration all this time.
He wanted you to become her again, your true self. Not what these people wanted and were forcing you to be; scared and oppressed, abused.
“Women should be protected, adored. No matter their job choice or anything,” he murmured against your forehead, leaving his lips pressed, trying to comfort you without being too excessive with his touch.
But you wanted a hug, you caved touch from him. After all these years without any glimpse of gentleness, you had forgotten what it felt to be warm.
Slowly, your arms went around his middle, and he secured you between his arms, eyes closed by both parts. Just two people savoring the moment.
“Why have you not you left,”
“I can’t. I’ve tried so many times,” you felt the tears starting to form.
He strokes your hair and kisses your head crown.
"Whenever you pack your things and leave, one day. Find milk," he sighs. It's a convenience store. Ask for me if I'm not in there. Tell them that I sent you.
“Fezco, you don’t have to,”
“Too bad, I want to,” he smiled at you.
“Fezco,” you said softly.
“I want to, doll face. Okay?”
“Okay,” you rested your head against his chest, listening to his heartbeat.
Now this has "Whenever you pack your things and depart, one day. Find milk," he sighs. It's a convenience store. Ask for me if I'm not in there. Tell them that I sent you.
Now this has effortlessly turned into your favorite memory.
Sadly, all good things have to end, and this moment too.
“I have to go, little girl,” he murmured against your hair.
“Just…5 minutes more, please?”
“I wish, but not wanna risk getting someone mad at you,” he said as his arms prepared to let you go, but you snuggled closer into his chest.
“I don’t want to let you go,” you tighten your grip on him.
He laughs softly while exhaling. You are not letting me go, ma." He kisses the crown of your head, saying, "We'll be together again. Where're you working at, pretty girl?"
You press your lips together in a tight line before you let out a sigh, “At the neighborhood’s strip club.”
“Alright, now I know where to find you,”
“We’re not losing contact anymore?”
He exaggerates his hold on you while kissing your crown, saying, "No more, pretty one," which causes you to chuckle. "You won't be free of me, you hear me? I have to give this gorgeous one a lot of visits.
You nod, euphoric by his words. But wasn't enough for him. He wanted to hear you say yes and laugh. For you, let yourself be carefree for a second.
He moves his lips down to your ear and repeats his question with a funny tone, “You hear me, ma? You hear me!?”
“Yes! Yes, I do!” you laugh, looking up at him, just for him to be already staring back at you with his hooded eyes and a cute smile. He kissed your forehead one last time before getting up with you still in his arms and letting you down in the chair gently.
He strokes your face, taking some strands off and tucking them behind your ears. You smiled at him, and he had never stopped doing so. He walked backward for most of the footpath until he closed that door, and you were back.
Aware of your surroundings, feeling the disgust coming back and curling up on the chair, starting to count to 10, trying to control your breaths.
Nights and days went by, and you had to keep up with your life. Your work and your dancing. But you couldn’t help feeling some sort of hope filling you. You felt motivated for a better future. That there might be a future out there after all.
You felt yourself changing and even started dancing in between your dances. It felt unbelievable how powerful a moment can become, no matter how short.
Your shift had ended, and you were putting away your things in your bag when one of the security guys entered the room. You side-eye him, “You want to head? If you do, the price went up.”
“Your brother’s guy is here. They are waiting for you. Outside.” he gruffed, leaving just as he entered.
You froze. The only time this happens is when your payment is due. And you were not due until the end of the week. You walk through the people until going through the back door and waving goodbye to the early morning shift guys.
You kept your head down, walking silently and with an iron grip over your bag. You recognize the man standing out of the vehicle, one of your brother's buddies.
He opens the door without making a sound, giving each other a nod, closing it after you. You stare at him through the tinted glass. The car was empty beside your brother’s presence beside you.
“I’m not due,” you muttered.
“Well, little sissy. You know what happens to people who earn more than they deserve?” He pulls out a blunt and inhales a long puff before filling the car with smoke. You shook your head.
“Their payment goes up,” he releases smoke. Right to your face, making you hold your breath by reflex.
“I don’t have more money, Mouse.” you try to reason, “Between you and my employer, I barely have any more money left.”
He chuckles breathlessly, "Heard your blowie price went up. Who knows? 'Might be the time you start using your pussy. I know a few who would pay big grand for a taste."
“I’m not doing that,” your hand grips the seat.
“Well, I tried. Now pay, or you’ll be working with a bruised eye.”
“I don’t have any money, Mouse.”
“What about tips?”
In my locker, safe from any trash like you.
“Boss keeps them,”
He sits still for a few seconds with the blunt between his lips.
“Liar, liar, pants on fire,” he grabs a fist of your hair, pulling from it, making you look at the car’s ceiling, hurting your neck by the sudden movement.
You moan in pain, and he grabs you in a chokehold, “Careful there, honey. My buddies here might think you like that and wanna try doing it themselves.”
“You wouldn’t”
He yells out a name and yanks down your strapless top with a questioning, "You sure?" Someone unlocks a door. "Miralas. A que no son bonitas? Tocalas, she likes it." Mouse plays with and massages your boobs while encouraging his buddy to do the same. The hands then shift shortly after. (Look at them. Aren't they lovely? Touch them)
The guy starts by playing with your nipples, pinching and twisting them. Your brother pulls your hair, making you moan in pain again.
“You hear that, bro? Told you she likes it,” he laughs.
You feel the tears forming in your eyes. This had never happened before. You had never felt so vulnerable. Feeling unable to move or even react to any slight movement. Your grip is stuck on the leather seat. And your breathing turned erratic.
You notice the guy taking his finger into his mouth and then back at your nipples, wetting them. Your body shakes in fear and disgust. You pray for everything to stop or for you to just black out and not remember anything.
“They feel nice, bossman.”
His hand moves down, rubbing your genitalia, and says, "Let me tell you what, in a few days, this pussy could be all yours." He licks your neck, "Think of it as a present from me, a sneak peek before it goes on sale, huh? What do you think, little sissy?"
You were going to vomit. You could feel it coming. Your body was sweating cold, the ringing in your ears overpowering his words. You felt as if you were out of your body, being able to see everything happening to your body as if you were a viewer.
It was as if your mind and body had separated from one another. Your insides were shrinking by the feeling of their wandering hands.
Please stop.
Jesus Christ, you are my brother.
Please stop.
Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop.
Help, please, someone.
God, please listen. Please.
The man had taken over your brother's hand, placing it down on you, palming you, tracing your lips with his middle finger.
The tears started to drop. You hadn’t even noticed until they started laughing loudly about it.
“Mouse, that you, my man?”
Your eyes move, looking for the voice owner. Locating a shadow hovering over your brother's side, opening the door.
“Carrot boy! What you doing ‘ere?” Fez looked past him, focusing on you and your position. His heart dropped. Having to see you like that was not pleasant. It took every ounce of his willpower to not take you right there and run away and leave everything behind.
He had to take you out of that situation and fast.
“Sweetcheeks here left me desiring for more, came ‘round looking to test if her sucking skills are good as they say,” he faked a smile. “But with that view. I’ll pay anything for a titty fuck, giving me a hard-on,” he chuckles, grabbing his crotch area
Mouse palms his shoulder laughing. “I like this boy! He just understands,” he looks over at the dude over you, “Take your hands off. She’s about to get real busy.”
Mouse grabs you from the back of your neck and throws you at Fez, who immediately cradles your body, trying to give you safety.
“Take her to my crib when you finish with her, money in hand, carrot boy.”
“Don’t be up waiting for ‘er! Gotta make that money worth it. If you know what I mean,” Mouse nods at his words smiley. And looks for something in his pocket, giving it to him.
“Just give her some if she fights. You know how it is.”
“As long as she’s not a spitter,” he takes the bag from him and waves them goodbye. Waiting for them to be out of sight before he could hug you properly.
“Fuck, fuck. Fuck that motherfucker,” he curses against your hair, kissing it between words, “I’ve got to get you out of there, ma.”
You felt something in you click with those words, making you return from the trance you had entered.
You started crying almost immediately, sobbing -hard- a river flowing down your cheeks. You didn’t even care about being half naked in a parking lot; if Fez could feel you up, you just cared about the warmth that hugged you.
Your hands held on tight to his shirt, taking the fabric in a fist, unable to stay still in that hug. Grabbing him by the shoulders and neck, pulling his cloth. You wanted comfort.
Fezco could feel the tears trespassing his shirt, the buggers coming out onto his shirt. You're sobbing, making him feel tears forming in his own eyes.
He made a promise to himself that night, a vow. He would become your protector and do whatever it took to take you out of there and ensure you never return.
“Just wait a little more, and we’ll be together before you know it,” he kisses your tears, and you nod wanting to believe his words.
"Love it here." Fez mutters, sinking his cheek into my stomach with a happy smile on his face, his typical shoulders less tense than normal even though he's had a rough day, bouncing around between deliveries.
"Where?" I ask, soothing my hand over the top of his head while setting my book aside, loving the way he gazes up at me through his lashes, a soft and kind look passing through his expression, pupils dilating in adoration just at the sight of me.
"Your thighs." His hands grip my thighs and I grin, no sexual motive behind his words, no hidden meaning or innuendo, just pure love and appreciation for the warmth that they offer him. He rolls onto his stomach, pulling my thighs over his shoulder while wrapping his arms around them, burying his face further into my stomach.
"Why?"
"Soft, I like 'em." He calls out softly, fingers dancing against every stretch mark, every mole and freckle, tracing my skin as if he's memorizing my every inch. He's unbelievably soft like this, unlike his typical stern, tough exterior that breaks the minute he sees me.
"That's nice."
"What? You don't like them?" He asks with furrowed brows, looking up at me with the most incredulous look on his face, as if he's offended by my disinterest.
"It's one of my biggest insecurities." I admit with a bashful look, eyes sweeping away from him as he scoffs, pressing a kiss to every inch of both of my thighs as I watch with a stunned look, wondering how I got so lucky to find a man who's so sweet and so affectionate, curing my every worry.
"Well shut up about it." He grumbles, settling back down between my thighs again. "Don't gotta be insecure."
Mother's day
Paring: platonic!Ashtray x fem!reader, romantic!Fezco x fem!reader
Posted February 22nd, 2022
note from xe: this is a dream I had the other day! I changed some things and added others, but overall I really enjoyed writing this and I missed Ashtray so this really helped :) Also, the reader is half Latina (bc it is based on me and my dream) she's also the oldest daughter of Suze Howard making her Lexi and Cassie's older sister. The reader and Fez are both about 19 in this. Also, this doesn't follow canon even a little.
Summary: it's mother's day and Ash just wants to show his mama some love
word count: 1.3k
Ash and Fez watched as the girl walked out of the bathroom and into the kitchen, listening to her talk on the phone.
“Yeah, mom, I’m gonna get ready, and then I’ll come over and we can like spend the day together or some shit. And the girls are coming too right? Awesome, yeah I’ll see you soon, bye mama, love you too”
Once Y/n put her phone down on the counter, Ashtray stood up from his seat at the small table. Making his way to the sink.
“Hey, Y/n can I ask you a question?” Ash asked, getting both Y/n and Fezco’s attention.
“Course, what's up, sweets?” The sweet smile on Y/n’s face was enough for Ash to back out of the question he had.
“Nevermind, it’s stupid,”
“Didn’t you declare me the queen of stupid questions? Let me hear it, Ash,”
“I was just wondering if maybe we could hang out some today, ya know like before you go to dinner with your sisters and mom,” Ash had a hesitant look in his eyes and it didn’t go away when Fezco responded.
“Ash, it’s mother’s day, bro, Y/n got plans,”
“I know it’s mother’s day, I just was wondering because you’re kinda like the only mom I ever had and shit, but it's cool if you can’t” Ash dropped the plastic bowl in the sink, ready to walk away from this whole interaction and act like it didn’t happen to begin with.
“Ash, you mean that? Like for real? You want to celebrate mother’s day with me?”
Ash and Y/n had just met a little over a year ago when she and Fezco first started dating.
For obvious reasons Ashtray was extremely on guard around Y/n, that was until one night when she was over waiting for Fezco to come home from the store and Ash had gotten home first, having to study for a test he had coming up. Ash walked in on Y/n dancing around the kitchen with music blasting through the speaker she had set up for Ash and Fez, in Fezco’s sweater while she waited for the cookies she was baking to be done. And when Ash made his presence known,
“Uh, Y/n?”
All she did was turn around and smile at the boy before asking,
“You want cookies? I’m making cookies! Homemade even! They might be shit but we’ll find out in like five minutes!”
That’s when he knew he didn’t really have to worry about her ruining anything for him and his older brother.
Just 30 minutes after that, Ash and Y/n had been sitting at the table eating the homemade cookies while she tried to help Ash with his history homework.
“I don’t remember freshman history being so fucking hard,”
“I don’t understand why I gotta write a whole paper on this old white dude,”
“Nobody does, babe, that’s just how shit is,”
The nonchalant use of the pet name ‘babe’ stuck around after that. Others worked their way in, ‘sweets’ ‘lover’ ‘mi amor’
A few weeks after that is when Ash first started referring to Y/n as ‘ma’
Something Fezco called her often, but when Ash called her ‘ma’ it was different.
Even if Ash didn’t clarify it, all three of them knew what he meant.
Occasionally if Fez would ask where Y/n was Ash would respond with something like ‘Mom’s in the bathroom,’ or if Ash wanted to know if Y/n was coming over that day, he’d ask ‘Is ma coming over tonight?’
Fez and Y/n never pushed the boy to talk about it, they both decided it was best to just let it be and act normal about it, knowing how Ash can get weird if he’s asked to talk about his feelings.
Instead, Y/n showed him she knew what he meant with actions.
Scratching his head whenever he laid his head in her lap the same way she had done to Fez, cooking him his favorite meals, baking with him, even going out of her way to almost baby him when he and Fez got back from a particularly rough night.
Y/n wasn’t stupid, she knew that there were plenty of things Ash could never experience because in some ways he never really got to be a kid, but she also knew what it was like to not be treated like a kid when she really needed it.
Y/n had taken on a pretty big role in her sisters’ lives when their dad ditched, basically losing the rest of her own childhood in the process.
And while Y/n never once compared the two childhoods, she did try and make it so Ash still at least had a present, loving, mother figure to be there for him when he needed her.
Ashtray would never admit it, not in front of Fezco at least, but he always needed it, hell, he even helped Fezco work up enough courage to ask her to move in.
Y/n was ecstatic, to say the least.
And when she did get all her stuff moved in, somehow she managed to make their house feel even more like a home to Ash than before.
Some nights Ash and Y/n would sit in Ashtray’s room until the early hours of the morning (or late hours of the night if you ask Ashtray) and they’d just talk.
Talk about work, family, their lives, what happened that day.
Even when Faye first started living with them, Y/n helped Ash to feel more comfortable about the random woman sitting on his couch.
Ashtray adored and loved Y/n in a way he hadn’t felt about Fez, growing up with Fez as his big brother.
Y/n was his mom.
“I mean, yeah, but like just a few hours, you don’t gotta cancel your plans or nothin’”
The smile on Y/n’s lips convinced Ashtray not to go to his room just yet.
“Baby, I’d love that, do you have anything planned?”
“Well, no,” Y/n cut Ash off before he could explain why. Not needing an explanation.
“That’s okay! I’m gonna go get ready and call my mom, I’ll have to rearrange a few things but that’s okay!” Ash put his hands on the girl’s shoulders to stop her from leaving the room.
“Wait, I have something for you,”
Fez and Y/n watched as the boy walked away to go get something from his room.
Y/n looked behind her, looking at the redhead who had been watching from afar while eating his cereal. Fez sent her a soft smile, seeing how excited she was.
Ash came back less than 2 minutes later with a little pink box with a red ribbon wrapped around it.
“Here, open this,”
Y/n looked at Ash watching him nod, confirming the words he had just said so that she’d open it.
Inside the small box was a dainty gold necklace that had the word ‘Ash’ on it, matching the necklace Fez had given her for their 1 year anniversary that had a small gold ‘F’ on it.
The little necklace had Y/n fighting back tears.
“Well, now you gotta put it on me,” Y/n’s words caused Ash to laugh before he took back the box and took out the necklace before carefully putting it around Y/n’s neck.
“Thank you, mi amor,” Y/n brought the boy into a hug, and Ash immediately responded, laying his head on her shoulder.
“I love you,” Y/n wasn’t expecting a response, Ash never told her he loved her in front of Fez but this time she heard him whisper “I love you too, mama,” just loud enough for her to hear.
