Film Noir but all the genders are swapped. Like, *saxophone music plays*
A fiery young socialite walks into my office one night and he’s all legs. Wearing five-day old mascara and a shirt so low it would make angels weep. His bottom lip quivers and I don’t trust it. “Ya gotta help me, Lorna.”
I smoke five cigarettes at once. I had seen the murders of young men just like him every night on Bumblefuck St. The police don’t even bother to show up there and my name is on every criminal’s lips. I smoke another five cigarette and wash it down with whiskey-brandy-gin. The socialite with legs and also eyes is still looking at me.
I’m wet as an Irish speakeasy, but what else is new? I exhale smoke and finish the whiskey bottle. “I’ll take a look,” I relent. He exhales and I don’t trust that either.

All those moments, will be lost in time like tears in rain.. Time to die 🖤
The gel back lighting and the light in my eyes and the contrasting colours - all of it truly gives me chills here, I love it! Plus you know I'll take literally any excuse to thrown on a catsuit - now stick em up before I have to retire you! 😉🖤

1. A redraw of a film noir scene but it’s that detective Mumbo AU from last night
Grian is the femme fatale of the dynamic
2. A Blueprint for Murder is a real film noir title that I snatched whOops
3. So Grian comes in asking Mumbo for help finding his brother, NPC, who was taken by the Mafia
But oh no wait Grian is actually working for the mafia and he’s the reason why NPC isn’t there and this is all just a ploy to trap Mumbo
I think I might have like Doc or someone be the head of the mob
And don’t worry about the smoking. He’s a Minecraft man; he doesn’t have lungs
