I want miniroth to say fuck
Glenn is alone with Sephiroth for exactly five minutes and Sephiroth rejoins the group with an enhanced vocabulary that would make even Barret blush. Glenn told Sephiroth that the words are "sentence enhancers" and it's all the rage with "cool" kids his age. Sephiroth happily chirps away without a filter regardless of the context of the situation.
When Hojo shows up, Sephiroth calls him a "fuck-fart shitbag" and kicks him in the kneecaps.

My Final Fantasy 7 s/i, Cora Hunter, redone once again. The daughter of a wealthy business partner/subordinate of Shinra, she spent the majority of her young adulthood working for her father, hence her business attire, so she could take over her father's duties once he retired. She was usually known to be polite, but distant, which was mostly due to a lack of self-esteem.
After the fall of Shinra, she dresses a lot more casual, and because she doesn't have to be around people like Scarlet and Hojo anymore, and her father stopped pressuring her to conform to his expectations, she becomes a lot more confident and cheerful.
She is the wife of Sephiroth, and a close childhood friend/sister from another mister of Rufus Shinra, and gets along quite well with the Turks.
She does not have a weapon as such but instead relies entirely on magic. After leaving Midgar with Sephiroth, Angeal and Zack to find a cure for Genesis' cell degradation, the group made a stop in Nibelheim, where she she found a leather bracelet with two materia slots in the old Shinra mansion. This bracelet ended up becoming her "weapon" of choice.

Photomanipulation of President Shinra and Hojo in their younger years. This took more time to do since I had to do it myself, but now you can compare at last! LOL

Final Fantasy 7 prompts #75 (FINAL LIST)
1. Iflana does not trust Cloud, not one bit. She can sense the calamity inside him and wants him to leave. Too bad both her husband and daughter seem enraptured by his very existence. Her husband rambling on about his mutated and 'safer' J-cells, as if that thing could ever be considered safe. Then it was her daughter, who seemed to take him in, as though he was no more than an injured bird needing treatment.
This thing would be the death of them. She just knew it.
2. "In my world its pretty rare for monsters to talk."
The large gray rabbit riding on his head paused to consider this, "Maybe they're just stupid?"
"Duh. They're basically wild animals. They're not really like you Loppy."
"Lopmon." The bunny creature corrected. Again.
Aka Cloud wakes up in the digital world as a twelve year old and has to find his friends...with the help of his partner digimon of course.
3. Genesis used to think mermaids were one of the most beautiful creatures in Ancient lore...until he saw a blond one swallow a fish whole. He wasn't so sure after that.
4. Au where Cloud and the remnants are escaped expiraments from a non-Shinra lab. They travel to Midgar and become mercenaries.
One of them winds up being captured, prompting the other three to rescue them, but they're otherwise preoccupied by normal human things they never got to experience. Loz loves donuts and other sweets, Yazoo adores taking long hot bathes, and Kadaj always seems to have headphones on, etc.
The holy trinity are shocked when the four don't recognize Sephiroth. Genesis also nearly has a heart attack when he catches them roasting a doomrat over an open flame. "You're not actually going to eat that, are you?"
5. Hojos alarm was triggered at three in the morning. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, creatures attempted to escape Shinras (and by extention his) clutches on a regular basis. They were usually recaptured or destroyed within the hour.
What was strange was the fact that this was Jenovas alarm. His goddess tended to not move much beyond bobbing up and down in her tank.
Upon checking the security feed, he witnessed something infuriating. A blond man was holding an armful of wildflowers and bossing around three silver haired teens as they dismantled her shrine and stole her away. Jenova herself seemed...interested? Approving? He wasn't sure, but it looked like she was cooing at them. Further analysis was required.
6. Time travel au, but the whole thing is from Hojos perspective and he suffers
7. Cloud and Reeve were having a discussion about Clouds Jenova abilities and why he never used them, which eventually lead Cloud to picking up a pebble and stating, "Its not like a can just force some of my life energy into a rock and make it a planet"
And then he did. Tfw
8. High fantasy, no materia au.
Magic is rarely seen in humans, rather a tool used by monsters. On the day Clouds mother is murdered his abilities awaken, creating a powerful snowstorm that ripped the town of Nebilhiem apart.
Ten years later and the storm rages on, having grown to cover nearly the entirety of the mountain, rendering communication with nearby kingdoms difficult and travel impossible.
The famed General Rhapsodous is sent to slay whatever great beast is causing this catastrophe. When he is faced with a young man living up there in complete isolation, he chooses to stay with the mysterious man until he can locate the monster.
What will become of Cloud once Genesis discovers the truth? After all, a witch is considered a form of monster.
9. "I should have just remained a puppet!"
Genesis mulled over the words as though they alone could unravel the mystery that is Strife.
Some part of the redhead felt a little bad about using the strange man's emotional outburst against him, but things were getting desperate...
10. Time traveler au where Genesis dresses in drag to save this "Tifa" girl from the Don. He then tries to get her to go to Shinra for questioning and is punched for his efforts
11. Cloud is thrown into a world where he never existed and Shinra still reigns supreme. Worse, he has no memory of who he is or how he got there (cause Jenova destroyed them). He only has his bike and his sword and begins traveling to find a purpose, all while avoiding Shinras detection.
He often stops at inns and rest stops and often sees the same group of people. The large man with a gun arm grew suspicious from seeing him everywhere they went.
___________________________
"Go away."
The knocking came again. "I know you're in there blondie." A gruff voice replied.
"I'm not gay."
The man on the other side of the door began sputtering. "Look," another voice began, "We just need to talk."
"Yeah. Sure. Talk." He said flatly. "In the middle of the night." He went over to the door anyway. Opening it revealed the man with a gun arm and another man with wild black hair.
"Zack?" The blond blurted, startled. What was one of Shinras Supreme doing out here?!
"You remember me!" The man beamed, "SOLDIER First Class Zack Fair, at your service! Now the real question!"
The man leaned down a bit to the mysterious blonds level, "Who are you?"
12. "Can you do it?" The softness of Denzels voice seemed to make the situation all the more horrifying. "Can you kill me?" Eerie mako green eyes stared up at where Cloud stood frozen.
Denzel pulled a knife from the block, "Or will your son kill you?"
Aka Seph plays mind games by possessing the kids from Advent Children and using them to torment Cloud and make him look like a lunatic
13. Cloud gets sent back in time/ alternate reality, ect. but gets turned into a white materia. He's careful not to roll around while people are looking, but that doesn't stop people from saying, "Hey, look! A materia! " and picking him up. He has no real power...other than apparently soothing anyone/anything he comes into contact with.
Strangely, he keeps getting slotted into bracers (among other things) regularly. Ya'll, he's so annoyed.
14. There were two of him. Two Sephiroths. The blond began regulating his breathing, desperately trying to ward off an ensuing panic attack. He wouldn't stand a chance if they decided to work together.
Luckily, one insulted the other and thus a catfight of epic proportions began, all while Cloud had a panic attack in some long forgotten closet.
15. Au where child Sephiroth overhears a scientist talking about her 'prayers being answered' and he asks her what that meant. After a brief explanation, he later prays to anyone who can hear him to get him out of the labs and/or away from Hojo.
It works.
Bonus: Cloud and Sephiroth were fighting again in the Midgar desert when Sephiroth slashed the air, creating a portal. He had intended to use it to appear behind his puppet and impale him again, but the blond rushed forward and slashed through the portal with his own sword, expecting the portal to disappear as he sailed through were it once was.
Unfortunately, it was still very much there. Just...different. Cloud wasn't given the chance to properly examine it before the feeling of being plunged into ice water overwhelmed him and he was spat out on the other side.
It was another desert, but not like the one he left. He could feel no life here. No plants, no animals, no...no lifestream. The only thing around is another version of him. One that was used and abandoned by the Sephiroth of this world.
The other blond stared at him in confusion, wielding twin sabers in a defensive position.

Cloti Resolution Analysis
So I was sent an ask about analysing the promise scene between Cloud and Tifa, and I completely went to another plane of existence and did the Resolution instead. Oh well, enjoy the breakdown and I’ll get to bby Tifa and Cloud another time.
Ok, spoiler warning for ppl who haven't played (I tag FF7R spoilers as final fantasy 7 remake spoilers) and it's gonna be a VERY long one so prepare to scroll.
Also, this is one person's interpretation of the scene, so if you disagree that's cool and we'll agree to disagree.
You're also gonna have to excuse the janky quality on some of the screens, I'm grabbing them from Youtube and it's frustrating af trying to get the exact moment I want.
Other analyses if anyone's interested.
Shinra HQ vision scene (Cloti/plot analysis)
Chapter 3 (Cloti reblog)
Tifa character analysis
Aerith Resolution (plot analysis)
Train graveyard (not really an analysis, but I got some sweet screenshots of Cloti)
Clotiscrew tunnel analysis
Now, strap in and enjoy the ride.
Ok, recapping for anyone who hasn't seen this yet.
We begin with Cloud waking, having heard someone leaving the house. He checks, it's not Barret, so he goes out to investigate and spies Tifa staring at the night sky.
Now from this there's actually an unmentioned possibility Cloud decides Tifa doesn't want company and leaves. This obviously doesn't happen because he's developed his character to the point where he'd put himself out for someone else and find out what's wrong. The point I’m making is that Cloud is that guy who’d say “Not interested” and leave, but because he cares about Tifa, he stays.
Tumblr media
Right away we get hints of concern on his face. Obviously, with everything they just went through and all the people they lost he's expecting something along those lines when he asks if she can't sleep. The head tilt that goes with this has echoes of chapter 3 when he invites Tifa to share her worries, only this time she's got her back to him so can't see it.
Tifa, for her part, isn't very forthcoming. She's quite closed off, almost unwilling to open up and talk. She's probably come out because – as she said – she can't sleep and didn't actually intend for Cloud to follow. She apologises for waking him. There was no intent on her part to force a confidence between them. We can't even see her eyes until she replies, which is intentional on the framing to further express her being closed off. Remember, eye contact matters and a lack of eye contact with the audience means she's hiding from us too.
Tumblr media
Damn it, she's so clearly cut up but trying to hold it together here it breaks my heart! I'm trying to figure out if her eyes are already swollen from repressing the urge to cry or if it's my imagination. Either way, she's distracted. She's not focused on Cloud or the conversation that much. A distant, polite answer from her is likely meant to hint she's not up for a chat, which is why I love that Cloud doesn't leave. She needs comforting and he's aware of that.
Tumblr media
Demoralised tone of voice. Keeps her back to him. Head bowed. She's totally in her own head at this point and having woken Cloud up is just another black mark. She wanted to be alone and wallow, but she can't even do that right. So, when Cloud brushes it off and even goes so far as to make a light-hearted joke – yes him saying it's a SOLDIER thing isn't about him drawing attention to the fact he's succeeded with that part of their promise, he's capable enough to protect her – he's saying it to lower her guard, and that's why she laughs. It's the opening he needs to encourage her to talk so he can find out what's wrong.
Tumblr media
Ah, the moment people think this scene is all about Aerith. Excuse me while I roll my eyes.
Now, remember, in the previous glimpse of her we saw she had her head bowed. She's not looking at the stars anymore like she would when recalling her and Cloud's promise. She's looking down at the flowers. The same type of flower that Cloud gave her and she put on the counter in Seventh Heaven. This is why she brings up Aerith because she's the flower seller.
We're shown her feet at this point because she's turning. Cloud's little joke has opened her up enough that she believes she can face him. She can confide in him. She asks about the flower not because she's all about Aerith, but because the flower was in Seventh Heaven: her home. And what is the reason she's out there in the first place? Why can't she sleep? Because she just saw everything she holds dear crushed, literally. She watched Biggs and Jessie die – ok we know better but she doesn't. She let Aerith get kidnapped by Shinra and almost got Marlene killed too – yes, she's definitely the type to blame herself for this too. She's lost friends – who knows how many? There's death and fire and it's all because of Shinra, again.
Tumblr media
Ah the other moment people believe makes this all about Aerith. That isn't a “I got caught with another woman” look of guilt. That's an “I lied to you,” guilty look because, if you remember, back when Cloud gave Tifa the flower she said, “What's up with you, buying flowers?” and he said, “A guy can change,” making her believe he'd purposely sought out Aerith to buy a flower for Tifa. Obviously, he doesn't want to contradict himself while she's in a heightened state, so he's all “uhhh.” That's an “I don't know what to say so this doesn't hurt her,” look.
Tifa awkwardly laughs it off. Poor thing, her misconception about Cloud's thoughtfulness is shattered without him having to say a word. Putting a brave face on it, but she's disappointed. And that's not because she thinks she's “lost” to Aerith, but she thought something of Cloud that wasn't right. She thought their relationship had moved on more at that point, which further supports the subsequent intimate moments between them. Now, she's wondering if anything she knew is right.
Tumblr media
And that is clear disappointment that he didn't actually do it on his own initiative. Regret hits hard when it comes, right, Cloud?
It goes on with Tifa explaining she looked up the meaning of the flower – now we don't know when, but it's safe to assume it's around the time of the reactor 5 mission when Cloud goes missing. She likely got back to Seventh Heaven, spotted the flower, linked its importance to Cloud and then looked up the meaning. When she saw it symbolised reunion, she did everything she could to keep it alive as a symbol of hope they'd meet again. They'd be reunited. It isn't symbolising anything to do with Aerith. The reason she even brings it up is because of where they are. It's the location that prompts the association.
Now, remember, Tifa has lived through a massive tragedy once before. She literally lost everyone in Nibelheim. It's stated in other media that Shinra rounded up survivors and gave them to Hojo – they became numbered experiments or died. Tifa is the only survivor and she only made it out because her teacher, Zangan, found her. It's also implied that anyone else from Nibelheim was tracked down and killed to silence them after Shinra remade the town – so on the off chance that Tifa went to Midgar to find people she knew, she wouldn't find any in the town and when she asked after Cloud at Shinra she was told he went missing, which explains why she says she's so glad to have Cloud back.
When she says the flower is dead and buried, she's relating it not to her relationship with Cloud – I mean he is literally ten feet in front of her listening to her and offering a shoulder to cry on. No, she's relating the flower to the location. She's talking about her home. Where before she linked it to reuniting with Cloud, once she learned about the danger to sector 7 she linked the flower to reuniting with the people most dear to her there. These are people she's known for five years. She's not a callous, unfeeling bitch, who only focuses on herself and some dude she's just got back in touch with. It's clear from NPC dialogue while you're running around that Tifa is very much loved and respected – and crushed on – in the slum. The people love her and she loves them. She wanted them to be safe more than anything. Her entire arc getting back to the sector is filled with panic. Her focus is her home and the hope she finds it and the people safe.
So, now she's saying that hope she clung to, like the flower, is dead.
Tumblr media
And there it is, the brave smile that falters. She's trying so hard to not burden anyone because – as Marle says later on – crying is pointless. Remember, Marle is the one who looked after Tifa, which means Marle's mindset is the one Tifa's been exposed to from 15 to 20. Remember, Tifa is only 20 years old. She's not some grizzled warrior, she's a young girl who had to watch her father die, her town get burned to the ground and be left alone. The only survivor. Until Cloud. Marle has taught her it's pointless to cry; Avalanche and everyone in it has told her she needs to be tough and hard and unfeeling if they want to succeed. But, Tifa doesn't want anyone to die. Not her friends or her enemies. She's not got that hard core, no matter how much she acts cool and detached.
Tumblr media
And this is the point that Cloud is likely hearing about his home for the first time. We know he was there, but it's one of those memories he's shut out. The reminder is one of the few times he doesn't get a flash of pain, either. That soft exhale of surprise, the eyes widening just a touch. Cloud hadn't thought to relate his past to this event, and likely hadn't related it to Tifa, either. He's shut it out, so expected her to, as well. This is a musing expression. He's thinking about what she just said. It hits him this is where her emotions are focused. She's in the past, and that gives him the chance to think about the past. This is what opens him up to needing comfort just as much as she does, because he's not processed his grief either. They're both stuck in that place where they weren't allowed to mourn the people they loved and all they've lost.
Then we're treated to a reminder of the physical distance between them in this scene – which has been a theme between them since the start. There's physical distance, that closes at times, then widens again, highlighting how they're struggling to find their way back to each other for various reasons. Cloud because he can't fully relate to his feelings for her and Tifa because she's too afraid of losing him to truly open up.
Tumblr media
And then Tifa takes those few steps – that seemed to take forever – to meet him. She's looking for comfort from the Cloud she knew. The real Cloud. His expression here is surprise because, well, Tifa's just not like that, remember? She's reserved and self-contained. He wasn't expecting her to do this. He's once again confronted with a woman being forward. Only, it's different this time because it's Tifa and he knows and trusts her and has all these complicated feelings he can't define. He knows part of him – the 14 year old who wants his crush to notice him – is ok with this. It's what he wants. That's why he doesn't move. He wants to offer her comfort, be the strong capable SOLDIER he thought she wanted.
Tumblr media
Oh, but look, the dawning realisation he's just as upset as she is. His hard expression wavers, just for a moment, and he looks cut up. He doesn't know if he can be the strong SOLDIER right now because, just as she's processing grief, he is too.
Tumblr media
Hearing her sob, really sob, is hard for Cloud to take. Just like in the pillar when Jessie said, “Tifa's crying,” and Cloud lost his cool for a moment and felt like a failure. He couldn't prevent any of it. He let her down. Listening to her cry tugs at the latent feelings he has for her, but he's still so wrapped up in that fake persona of what he thinks he should be that he doesn't know what to offer her in comfort. You can hear a couple of attempts at speech, but ultimately he doesn't say anything.
Tumblr media
I wasn't gonna screen this bit, but what the hell.
You can see the hesitation in his movements. He doesn't know if he should hug her. Tifa's hand isn't quite touching Cloud as it moves from his side to his shoulder, but then when he pulls her in close there's full contact between them with no space. I mean, he's holding her tight.
Tumblr media
After the pan away to the stream – which is likely a nod to the lifestream scene in the OG – we're back with them and Tifa's calmed down somewhat.
Cloud's distracted. We can only guess what he's thinking about, but considering the conversation they just had it's probably a blank with vague unsettled grief about his past that he can't grab hold of. He knows he can relate with Tifa at that moment. He's hugging her so tight he hurts her. He's hugging so tight because he needs comfort from her just as she does from him. He lost people too. He's so in his own head that he doesn't quite hear her say his name at first, and then I speculate he expected to hear something else besides, “you're hurting me,” if that very soft “hmm?” is anything to go by. His head was in a place where the outcome of their moment was different. Hurt/comfort is a thing after all.
Tumblr media
And then there's the “oh shit, I can't even comfort her properly” moment. He's dismayed he hurt her when he was supposed to be helping. That boy with a crush is mortified and the grown ass man isn't much better. He's ruined the intimacy and lack of emotional distance by failing. Again.
Tumblr media
But that doesn't mean he won't linger until the last possible second before stepping back again. The downturned mouth, frown and concern are clear. He doesn't think he did very much at all for her. Does he feel guilty about hurting her, not being the man she deserves? Possibly. He definitely looks regretful. Likely thinking what he could've done better. He wasn't much help at all to her.
Tumblr media
“It's stupid. I know that crying's a waste of time.”
Ah, here's what he can do for her. His physical comfort missed the mark, but this is something he can do. He can reassure her. Get back some of that emotional closeness between them. And it succeeds. Tifa's gratitude is clear in her tearful smile and heartfelt thank you.
Conclusion.
How romantic is this scene? I hear no one asking cause you all made up your minds well before I even started. Well, from my pov, I'd say it's definitely up there, although it's very heavily rooted in hurt/comfort and relying on their childhood closeness to further their intimacy. But, that's ok because plenty of great couples begin like this and there's usually a moment like this within Final Fantasy narratives.
Rinoa/Squall's Ragnarok scene? There was no kissing in that either, but the emotional intimacy was clear. And Squall is just as big a butthead as Cloud tbf.
Tidus/Yuna laughing scene? Hahaha, I bet you thought I'd mention the lake instead? Well, no because that is clearly intimacy on a different level to this. We're at the developing intimacy stage, and that stage in 10 was them confiding in each other and laughing together.
This is Cloud/Tifa sharing their grief and comforting each other. The scenes parallel. Whether or not this means it's canon is up to you to decide, but combined with all the compilation evidence – yeah, I've heard the latest argument that compilation doesn't count anymore and until it's confirmed by Square I'm not listening – it does heavily suggest that Tifa and Cloud's relationship will continue along this route to the endgame where they confirm their feelings for each other under the Highwind.

Reisi Munakata (FFVII Verse) - Wishlist, Character Dynamics
Tumblr media
Some relationships, dynamics, things I’d love to explore for this muse in his FFVII verse~
These are not listed in any particular order. Please refer to the canon Final Fantasy VII Timeline to determine muse age and occurring events.
Fuhito (years 1968-0007): Reisi’s childhood friend and rival, equal in genius and drive. Though their ambitions never end up converging, these two have a complex and deep bond that outsiders never quite understood. Great minds think alike, and people like Reisi and Fuhito inevitably keep to each other. While I do RP Fuhito in the megaverse this character belongs to, I’m definitely open to exploring their dynamic in spin-off threads for other Fuhito RPers.
ShinRa Company (years 1987-1997): Reisi spent many years working for ShinRa company and granting protection to many of its employees. This includes Rufus Shinra, Reeve Tuesti, Hojo, etc.
Aerith Gainsborough (age 2-7, years 1987-1992): Reisi’s arrival in ShinRa happens a couple years after baby Aerith and Ifalna are taken and brought to the facility to be raised within its walls, and he still works there at the time of their escape. It’d be interesting if maybe Reisi had the opportunity to witness this or participate to some degree.
SOLDIER (years 1987-1997): Being amongst the first officious SOLDIER members, Reisi will be tasked with training new recruits. This may include the new materia-transfusion enhanced warriors as well as the fruit of the secret Project Jenova: Genesis, Angeal and Sephiroth. He may even have had an occasional run-in with young 3rd-2nd Class Zack.
Yuffie Kisaragi (year 1997 and beyond): Yuffie was just a child when Reisi turned against ShinRa and rejoined his people in Wutai to fight against the company. After his defeat by Sephiroth’s hand, I could see him getting to know her better and maybe look after her a bit.
Reno, Rude, Tseng, other Turks (year 1987 and beyond): After the Wutai War, Reisi is rendered unable to fight and forced to spend the rest of his days in his home village. To make sure he no longer poses a threat, Turks will be periodically sent to check on him. I’d be also interested in developing relationships between him and Turk members prior to his desertion.
Sephiroth (age 12-20, year 1992-0000): Reisi’s trainee and protége. Their relationship is the main focus of this muse’s presence in this verse. Reisi is assigned to Sephiroth in a moment of great weakness and confusion, just after his surgery to become SOLDIER. How Reisi will interact with him will shape the man Sephiroth is bound to become. While I do RP Sephiroth in the megaverse this character belongs to, I’m definitely open to exploring their dynamic in spin-off threads for other Sephiroth RPers.

Meimiday 2021 Wall of Awesome
GET EXCITE!
January 28th is my birthday, dubbed Meimiday several years ago by my friends (I think it was hojo who started it). For those years, I would spend all day watching streams from said friends playing games for my birthday entertainment. Nine years ago, however, when asked what I’d like to see I kinda just went “Why don’t you just beat some games?” and so the festivities truly began. Most of us frequent the Backloggery, so it’s kinda easy to see why it has snowballed~

After she found the truth of Shinra’s dark secret and experiments, she quits from SOLDIER and become a sole swordwoman, travelling through the areas to find clues about the truth behind the cetra’s past and jenova.
              BACKSTORY
Her backstory remains mysterious due to her hazy memories of her past before she was in a young age. For some time, she kept questioning herself of her past memories, but convinced by her adoptive father that she is born in a small village (which in fact she was part of Hojo’s experiment in Jenova project as Project R (Raikou=Lightning), born in the underground secret Shinra facility of Midgard).
In her teenage years (around 12), she began to notice an unusual activity from her body, such as aching in unknown fever but her speed strength multiplies drastically when she took a single step. After few days of healing and resting, she began to try that unknown power and train a sword wielding fight until she’s 18. Although her speed is faster than any human can comprehend, using her materia core inside her body (which is her lightning power) is too dangerous for her, including when she used it in full extend. So she remained to train her physical swordmanship and kept hiding her true inner strength for her own good.
Despite of her incredible speed, the people around her begin to fear her and started calling her a monster because of her being different than the rest. This was revealed in the naked eyes of the public when she tries to save a little girl from some monsters back on the village. But Kagura ignores them as if it’s nothing and still continues her life, even enduring her hatred to others and confused as what did she do to gain their hatred on her. Overtime her own hatred to others building up, her adoptive father managed to sustain her hatred and told her not to mind others. Kagura accepts his wish and she continues to train by herself.
When reaching the age of 19, she decided to get some herbs on the cavern for her adoptive father, since his health grew weaker due to his age. Shocking for her, she noticed there are highly dangerous monsters lurking in the cavern, perhaps attracted to the herbs. Before she decided to fight head on with her blade, she saw another tall figure which strikes down them in one single slash. This stuns her, acknowledge that this Soldier man with silver haired and long katana is nothing like she ever seen, even from some usual shinra troops. Before she tries to approach him, he was gone in instant, perhaps he’s in a hurry. She wished she can meet him someday, so she decided to join Shinra, persuing not just to be like him like the rest, but to achieve a higher strength, even higher than the war hero himself.
             PERSONALITY
PRE-CRISIS CORE
Kagura is fragile in heart, even if her appearance stays bold and strong when around the village. Before a tragedy happens, she’s open and sincere to others especially her adoptive father who takes care of her since she was young. After she was socially isolated due to her power that scares others in the village, she felt bitter and cold towards others, tries to ignore everything they said about her.
CRISIS CORE
After she joins SOLDIER, she talks tough in order not to show her old self, having a fragility and her weakness, aside talking to sephiroth. However, she remains keeping her friendly, calm, outgoing, sincere yet caring personality to others in some cases. Overtime, she began to be open-minded and able to show her feelings, especially with Sephiroth. She shares her stories (excluding about her tormented moments on the village) with him willingly, because he’s the first person who accepts her without question when he saved her life before she joined Shinra, despite his reserved, calm and quiet demeanor.
To befriend with Kagura, her sincerity is willingly to open to anyone unlike what she was before she joins Soldier. Talk her a bit longer and she will acknowledge that she’s glad to have friends with your muse/character, and she can interact with you whenever she has time aside from her solo/group Soldier mission. During her private time, you can find her between her bedroom or in the training hall where she practice kendo and martial arts. If your muse wants to train with her, she will gladly offers your help, however like her mentor Sephiroth, she inherits his teachings to others (except a secret skills that Sephiroth taught her) and she won’t hold back on teaching your muse in combat.
However, aside of she respects to anyone, she also have sour taste in discussing about Shinra’s work in the higher seats, especially about Hojo and his experiments. When discussing about it, she will be slightly disqusted and it might damages her bond with your muse. She also quitely despise discrimination in terms of seeing herself being harshly commented or seeing some lower rank soldier being judged by the higher soldier rank. If she sees one, she might slowly walks in and try to ask what happened. If it’s not turns out well in resolving the problem, she will gives the person a frightful glare as a warning for not getting the problems risen to the point there’s no resolution. But we safely assume that this dark side of her is very rare be visible in Shinra since she always wanted to maintain her friendly side of her to others while she can.
In a brighter side, she likes to protect her closed friends including Sephiroth, Gensis, Angeal, and Zack during combat, as she never want to see her friends fall in front of her. When someone injured, she will try to tend to your wounds if your current location nears her enough, using her healing materia.
Post Crisis Core until Final Fantasy 7 OG
After Kagura finds out her real background identity as an experiment and the intense post-situation of her fight with Sephiroth in Nibelheim (in my version, Sephiroth only burns Nibelheim but doesn’t manage to kill anyone thanks to Kagura’s prevention), her emotions were deeply wounded by this sudden turn of event. In addition, at this time where her mind filled with confusion, her weaken minds started to be tormented by Jenova’s will through the effect of Jenova’s cells. This emotions almost driven her in a circle endless of confusion, keep questioning of why she is still alive and the meaning of her own existence. However at some point, Kagura managed to sustain it, kept her hatred to Shinra inside of herself and resolve in a different method, to stay true to herself which she thinks it's better than losing her own mind. She swore not to hesitate her reasons to live, determined that she will not easily fall like the rest of her former comrades, so she will not easily affected by Jenova’s illusion and her willpower. She sometimes felt Sephiroth’s presence, and she wanted to meet him face to face when the time comes.
Befriending with her at this time might be quite hard compared to Crisis Core, as she still tries to cover her wounded and tormented feelings especially the effect of Jenova’s cells. However she will try her best to be open and friendly to others if the situation supports her ideal. Calming her and slowly friending with her is at least the best option to approach at this time. But do remember that talking about Sephiroth will haunt her, making her remember a flashback of her fight with Sephiroth in Nibelheim. If talking about him in a bad way, you will trigger her anger issues if it reaches the maximum point, and she will tell your muse that you never understand of his background. Her mind is quite unstable, and the thought of not communicating with Sephiroth and the rest of Shinra friends making her feel being alone, which she never wants this situation to happen. Aside from it, she tend to do solo mission a lot and she doesn’t want to drag anyone to her own problems because she didn’t want anything happens in the same way as losing her friends in Shinra.
FF7 Remake Timeline Backstory
Do note that the Remake timeline story is different from the rest of the Kagura’s backstory. This is a stand-alone backstory.
Sometimes during the years, right after Nibelheim incident, Kagura partnered with a female bartender named Vanessa, who is secretly a former AVALANCHE merchant. Vanessa grew fond with Kagura ever since Kagura landed on her pub place. Kagura still tries to resist Jenova’s willpower through her cells and it somehow affects her mental state, especially ever since she last saw Sephiroth in Nibelheim. Even if she never saw him again, she still feels that he’s still exist somewhere, perhaps due to her special strength that can communicate with the planet a bit (she’s a half cetra, but unknown to her at this time). To find out more, she tries to infiltrate Shinra’s database with Vanessa’s help, search about related of her identity and Sephiroth’s for more intel. Kagura also friended with Tifa in Seventh Heaven, who is eventually also a friend of Cloud.
Family: unnamed deceased cetra mother, unknown human father, adoptive human father
Likes: Accepting each other in the same equal rank and respecting each other in any terms, duels, meditating in training, having times with her first class allies such as Genesis, Sephiroth, Angeal, Zack, as well as Cloud (hidden fact that she’s a glutton when she saw cakes).
Dislikes: Discrimination, insults, Hojo and his experiments, Jenova, isolation in a long period of time, people’s despair/agony, her own tormented feelings
Strength: Extremely fast and agile way of fighting, which she fits well when wielding a katana, oftenly manage to land a critical hit on a fatal spot on her enemy. Her flexibility helps her a lot in dodging incoming attacks, including her quick thinking. Her quick fighting style earned the name of Lightning Sword woman.
Weakness: Dealt with heavy type attack, being impulsive in some cases
Interesting Facts: Earned from experiment of Project R (Raikou), her special ability is founded to be able to produce a certain special lightning damage, from light to heavy attack due to having some cetra blood on her veins (even without materia), but she can also use and manipulate materia if she wished to. Her speed is beyond than any humans are capable of. However, if she continues to use her lightning power, she will have a side effect of decreasing her mental strength and mind with hot temperature sensation, depending on how much she oftenly used it.  (Hidden facts that her hidden lightning specialty can transcend/absorb the particles from the Lifestream, able to emergized her lightning strength.)
Hobby: Having times together with Sephiroth and the rest of the SOLDIER fellow. When she’s alone, she takes her private time to meditate inside a silent room to control her composure and sharpen her instinct in battle, and usually do her kendo/katana practice and archery.
Sexuality : Straight
   SKILLS
As has described so far, she is a speed-type melee combat style since her expertise in skills are in speed and agility. She wields Inazuma (her katana) in a fast attack speed with high number critical combos, as well able to pierce/break through enemy's hardened barrier. After joining SOLDIER, she managed to sharpened her sword technique drastically in landing critical/fatal spot on her enemy and due to her high speed, she can deflect bullets and magics with her best effort (but not always). Her quick thinking and her body flexibility managed to be rival as Sephiroth, dodging swiftly from enemies attack. She can use magic through materia, although she mostly depend on her combat skill rather magic. She also learned some martial arts, and she learned it from an extra session from Shinra.
Upon unleashing her core strength, she has three phases: phase 1, phase 2, and final phase. First phase is where she begins to use some lightning power to speeded up her fighting moves more than her usual speed. Second phase is where she used her lightning strength to infuse with her katana weapon, able to give a single blow of her lightning blade, giving a lightning flash forward slice in distant. The final phase is must not be used which it will danger her own lifespan when using it in a long period.
Her final phase is where her core strength reveals everything, including showing her form that has been experimented as Project R. A left-side white angel wing grew behind her and she has the ability to form her katana in any shape, dual wielding or a 5 times longer length from her default katana blade (near to masamune sword length). She also gained the ability to travel through the lifestream and able to contact the lifes inside the lifestream. (Since she was founded in experiment that her special lightning ability call her the time leaper)
           LIMIT BREAK LISTS
Violet Impulse (multiple AoE fast-phase attack combos)
Absolute Lock (lock on one target and focus gathering strength/energy unto a single long slash.
Raikou Karagiri (Raikou mode on, activating her phase 3 lightning core. It delivers a massive lightning slash after building up(or can also absorbing the lifestream energy) to her blade fused with lightning essence. Also on her back, grows her one left-side white angel feather wing.)
Raikou Octaslash (same energy recast as raikou karagiri, but the style is inherited from Sephiroth. She learns it when Sephiroth is her mentor in Shinra.)
Raikou Karagiri Ascension (Same as Raikou karagiri, but it does not affect her lifespan as from before. In this stage, she can control her lightning strength better and able to use it without problem)
Prime Raikou Karagiri (Stronger version from Raikou Karagiri Ascension)
Limit Break Skills is still in development, will be updated more soon...         Last updated: 29th November 2020.

It's let's hurt Sephiroth hours. How did Hojo test Sephiroth's temperature resistance from extreme heat to extreme cold?
tw for child abuse/torture
Hojo had to wait until Sephiroth was a little older before he got to run endurance trials. There was basic torture, of course. But then there were poisons, various venoms, seeing how long Sephiroth could fight drugged with his inhibitions absent, testing how long he could swim without drowning, how many bullets he could take, how much weighted suffering he could stand before collapsing.
Temperature endurance was a slow-acting hell by itself. Sephiroth was to be escorted into an enclosed space, just a little bit bigger than a storage locker, and made to swelter or freeze depending on Hojo's selection. The goal was to determine if Sephiroth could withstand certain climates without the required use of certain magics or protective clothing. Sephiroth survived both trials, naturally. And all without the threat of heatstroke or frostbite. His body simply shirked off the various threats as if they were nothing, and after DAYS of being locked away. It was never an issue for him.
It was the unrelenting isolation he couldn't stand, trapped in uncomfortable, claustrophobic surroundings without a human voice. The cold made it impossible to sleep. The heat made him hallucinate. And Hojo's constant rotation left him unbalanced and disoriented for days on end, slowly withdrawing away from reality.
When Hojo is finally satisfied, Sephiroth is permitted a long recovery period. Hojo is actually civil towards him during this period. Even gentle. He tells Sephiroth over and over again that he's almost ready, that there's just one more thing he needs to accomplish before they can send him out on supervised mission trials.
The second Sephiroth can walk again, Hojo leads him onto the simulated battlefield, the unwilling line of traitorous prisoners forced out in uniform, shackled so that they can't properly escape.
And it's there that Sephiroth makes his very first kill.

me, crying: Hollander’s fight against Shinra could have made him an ally in Final Fantasy 7, but his selfishness and recklessness about how he wanted his revenge probably wouldn’t make him a great candidate; but imagine if he’d crossed paths with AVALANCHE before finding out Genesis was degrading. Imagine if Genesis never started degrading. Imagine Hollander stumbling through the slums after hearing rumors of a rebel crew whose goal was to destroy Shinra. He happens upon Seventh Heaven, and meets Barrett and Tifa, two people who’s lives have been destroyed by Shinra; in ways that dwarf his own. He’s not there to fight for the planet, or to avenge people, but for his own greed; but he does have information they don’t. He becomes a member while also becoming a spy; telling them about how to navigate the train security system, how to evade Shinra troops, how to infiltrate mako reactors; he’s all for it.
He goes on vacation from Shinra and never returns. He moves to the slums; escaping the top plate and hiding among the people Shinra continues to ignore and poison, giving AVALANCHE all the information they need to continue their missions. Soon they welcome ex-SOLDIER Cloud Strife; Hollander doesn’t recognize him but he hasn’t paid attention to SOLDIER much lately. He just tells the kid to listen to Jessie, his protege. But Cloud has an aloofness Hollander recognizes in himself.
The first mission with Cloud goes successfully; the second - not so much. The President is catching onto the game, and Cloud goes missing for a time. Then Tifa goes to get information out of Don Corneo. AVALANCHE is rocky for a time; then it’s found out the president is going to crush sector 7. Hollander is gathering as much of his notes and tech as he can while Marlene watches the crowds outside. A woman named Aerith comes to claim the girl for Tifa-
Hollander takes one look at her; could it be? Aerith? Ifalna’s girl?
Gast’s girl?
He isn’t done packing. He lets Marlene go with the young woman. He just barely makes it out of the sector before the roof comes crashing down in a horrendous spectacle. He stumbles upon Barrett, Cloud and Tifa in a destroyed park, appearing defeated. Barrett nearly throttles the older scientist for not being there in the team’s time of need, and for not getting Marlene to safety, but Hollander confirms something Tifa has said about Marlene; that Aerith found her and took her. They ask how he knows Aerith; Cloud puts two and two together that Aerith has Shinra ties and that Hollander once worked for them. They go to Aerith’s house, and Hollander learns that Ifalna died just moments from freedom while escaping to safety with a very young Aerith some fifteen years earlier. As Cloud, Tifa and Barrett talk about going to get her, Hollander debates returning to his old stomping grounds. They agree it’s best he stay behind so as to not draw attention from his old coworkers, but he guides them through the building using his tech and by hacking Shinra security cameras.
Then they’re captured. Hollander then starts trying his best to hack the systems from the slums, but they’re far too updated for his tech to reach. Then security cameras go blank. One flickers; and a figure causes him to think he’s going mad.
Sephiroth?
The cameras return: Cloud’s prison cell is open; the guard has been cut down. Hollander packs up his tech and, soon, the team is able to communicate with him again. He just barely makes it to the gates of the Shinra building as the team, now with Aerith and Red XIII in tow, takes to the streets with Cloud on a motorcycle and the rest of the gang in a small truck; he hops in the back with Barrett and Red; Hollander greets the creature with a simple ‘Hojo? What a bastard, right?”
Completely ignoring his own past experiments.
The team makes it through another fight, and their journey out of Midgar begins. Hollander looks back at the winding steel city from where the grass begins to grow again; where the sky turns blue; he’s no longer a Shinra scientist; but his tech says otherwise. His previous savage dissections of innocent creatures proves otherwise.
His glances at Aerith, the girl whose lineage could be harnessed for immense power, proves horribly otherwise. But he does his best to ignore those thoughts. Now isn’t the time for hypotheses; not when his revenge is finally coming to fruition.
But the losses of Biggs, Wedge and Jessie begin stirring something in him. Loss is new to him. The gang arrives in Kalm; and he finds himself often sitting alone in thought, much like Barrett; who’s somber countenance is also amplified by having to leave his young daughter behind.
Perhaps revenge for his dignity wasn’t what he wanted now.
Revenge for the first family he’d had in years was now motivating him.

AUs:
"Four Seasons” Divergent Megaverse.
BACKGROUND STORY:
ΕΓΛ 1968-1970s: Fuhito Fushimi
Born on April 1st 1968 and raised in Wutai from a wealthy family, Fuhito always felt he was meant to follow a bigger calling than what the archipelago could offer. Uninterested in the tradition and martial arts of his hometown, he was drawn to the sciences and technology, and soon seeked to find like-minded individuals to challenge his quick wits and high intellect. Though he had one such friend and rival in Reisi Munakata, Fuhito soon grew tired of their competitions, deeming them unproductive and useless in the small and peaceful country they were born in.
This lead him to Cosmo Canyon, where he was immediately intrigued by the Study of Planet Life and the teachings that argued that the planet is a living organism with all living creatures being part of it, all life deriving from the lifestream.
ΕΓΛ 1979: Fuhito and Professor Hojo (11yo)
Learning everything he could from Bugenhagen, young Fuhito soon discovered the old man’s past with the up and rising Shinra Electric Power Company, and craved to know more. Through research, he discovered the prominent name of Professor Hojo, and began to closely follow his scientific achievements with growing interest, finding himself like-minded and fascinated by the man’s unique genius.
In particular, Fuhito was drawn to Hojo’s theories regarding the possibility of fusing mako energy and materia into a living body for psychic and physical enhancement.
ΕΓΛ 1980-1990: Adolescent Fuhito (12-22yo)
Continuing his studies on the Planet, at the same time Fuhito sought to meet Professor Hojo in the flesh, doing everything he could to locate his idol and follow his progress and latest endeavors in ShinRa. When one day Professor Gast visited Cosmo Canyon alongside the Cetra Ifalna, Fuhito overheard them talking about the experiments going on in Nibelheim, as well as Dr. Hojo’s participation to the project. This brought him to wish to seek out the place for himself.
To his dismay, by the time he was old enough to travel to Nibelheim independently, Hojo had already left the area, now promoted as the new Head of the Science Department after Gast quit the company. Unable to meet his role model, Fuhito continued to investigate the man’s experiments in Nibelheim in private, eventually stumbling on the tracks of the Professor’s closest colleague and alleged lover: Lucrecia Crescent.
ΕΓΛ 1991-1996: Adopting Saruhiko (23-28yo)
On a fateful day, Fuhito made at last his discovery of the Crystal Cave, astonished to find a sealed Lucrecia Crescent encased within a crystal with a small child. Studying what documents Lucrecia left behind in the cave, Fuhito learned more about Project S, and was definitely intrigued to discover that the small kid sealed here was none other than the son of Hojo himself, as well as a leftover specimen of his experiments.
Fueled with desire to put his hands on the research of Professor Hojo, Fuhito made the selfish decision to remove the kid from inside the crystal, bringing him back to life after a 7 years cryostasis. Fuhito took “S-II” away from the Crystal Cave, but not before also retrieving a shard of crystallized mako from the selfsame crystal the child and Lucrecia were sealed in.
Taking the child to Wutai, Fuhito named him Saruhiko, giving him his family’s last name Fushimi. He made a necklace out of the crystal shard he collected, and has the kid wear it with the intention, one day, to possibly complete the research of Dr. Hojo by fusing the materia together with the the child himself. Saruhiko being a remnant of Project S, had Fuhito believe he could be a fitting host for this experiment, once provided with the needed equipment to carry it out.
Until then, he’d spend the following years rising the kid as his own, not sharing with him the secret behind his origins. Fuhito was delighted to see that Saruhiko shared a similarly bright mind as his own, and nurtured it with his own knowledge, albeit in his usual detached and professional manner.
ΕΓΛ 1992-1997: The Wutai War and Elfe  (24-29yo)
While the Wutai War still raged on, tensions rose amongst the population, with anti-ShinRa groups becoming more vocal and common. Fuhito had become involved with one of these groups, the newborn AVALANCHE, after meeting its founder in Cosmo Canyon; both of them shared radical ideas regarding the Planet and the harm that ShinRa had brought to it with its greedy use of mako energy.
Fuhito was a little displeased to notice that his passion for the Planet’s cause seemed lost to Saruhiko, but ultimately didn’t pressure him either, understanding of his young age and deeming him possibly still too immature to see things through his eyes. His detachment for the boy further increased when an amnesic girl stumbled her way into Cosmo Canyon, with a piece of materia etched into the back of her hand. Fascinated by her, Fuhito took her into AVALANCHE, where the girl would soon raise as its new leader under the name of “Elfe”.
With Elfe at his side, Fuhito’s attention was now fully focused on AVALANCHE and its cause. His interactions with Saruhiko grew sparse, the man spending most of his time in Cosmo Canyon with her and the other anti-Shinra insurgents.
ΕΓΛ 1997: A son’s betrayal (29yo)
One fateful day, Saruhiko decided to seek out the origins of the crystal in his possession, approaching Fuhito with many questions. Amused by this unexpected development, Fuhito directs the young boy to the Crystal Cave, seeing no issues in letting him in on the secrets of his origins now, and rather hoping that finding the truth may push Saruhiko into embracing the cause of AVALANCHE.
Saruhiko travels with him to the Crystal Cave, discovering his sealed mother and faced with her research notes where everything about Project S, Doctor Hojo and Sephiroth was revealed to him. Discovering what became of his mother and the terrible experiments that were behind his very origins, Saruhiko grew up with a seething hate for ShinRa and vowed to personally destroy it, a sentiment that Fuhito could only endorse, despite their contrasting feelings towards the twisted mind of Professor Hojo.
From this point, Saruhiko began to study and devote himself to his academic credentials, aiming to be hired in the Electric Power Company so that he may find his biological father, confront him, and destroy every remnant of Project S from within.
ΕΓΛ November 0000: AVALANCHE moves to Wutai (32yo)
The end of the Wutai War marked the true birth of AVALANCHE. Under the guide of its new leader Elfe, the group found new allies in the recently promoted Vice President Rufus Shinra, as well as the infamous bandit Shears. Bolstered with new equipment, resources and a strong influx of new members, the new anti-ShinRa group moved its base to Wutai. Here, Fuhito began his experiments to create  AVALANCHE’s top warriors, the mighty ‘Ravens’, destined to topple SOLDIERs in power.
Here, Fuhito is unexpectedly reunited with his childhood friend Reisi. Discovering that the man not only knew Sephiroth but even trained him, Fuhito made several attempts to get him to join his cause. Regardless of how far back they went, Reisi continued to refuse the offer.
ΕΓΛ FEBRUARY 1ST 0002: One Step Further Toward Uncertainty (34yo)
Now regarding Fuhito to be no better than Hojo himself after he turned his best friend into a mindless fighter as a Raven, Saruhiko confronted him, only to be met with condescending coldness. Saruhiko swore war against Fuhito, promising to join ShinRa and use it against Fuhito, if only to find a way to stop the insanity brought forth by both him and Hojo in their crazy schemes. Fuhito would show no concern in this betrayal, rather taking the comparison between his mind and Hojo’s as a compliment. Though he expressed regret to not have been able to see Saruhiko become one of his Ravens, he very gladly allowed him to leave and join ShinRa, perhaps believing he’d be able to make a use of him from inside the company later.
From here, the events of Before Crisis proceed as per canon.

Spending his childhood in loneliness, he believes to be sick. Only the many tests performed by the “Doctors” from ShinRa may find an answer to his ailment. Is there really a cure? Why can’t he go outside and play with the other children of Nibelheim?
Before Crisis Core: Age 11-19. A young Sephiroth is trained under Shinra to become the poster boy for the company and its new SOLDIER army. But can he endure the pressure of this responsibility?
Crisis Core: Age 20-22. All events occurring within this age span fall into the Crisis Core universe. Sephiroth is a 1st Class SOLDIER who dutifully carries out his assigned missions, having made friends with two others: Genesis and Angeal. However, his soul is in turmoil with questions about his origins.

Tumblr media
AUs (Final Fantasy VII):
"Four Seasons” Divergent Megaverse: (Age 6+) Project “S”, born in Nibelheim and raised in the secrecy of the ShinRa manor, briefly befriends little Cloud Strife before mysteriously disappearing. Soon after, the mysterious boy known as “Sephiroth” is presented to the world as the new hero and face of ShinRa’s new SOLDIER program. In this verse, Sephiroth is the biological son of Vincent Valentine, as well as a heteropaternal twin to Saruhiko Fushimi, though he ignores it.
Survived: (Age:22) Begins right at the end of the Nibelheim Incident. Cloud defeats Sephiroth, but doesn’t throw him into the mako reactor. The three (Cloud, Zack, Sephiroth) collapse to the floor and are retrieved by Shinra, which takes them to the Shinra Mansion. Hojo’s experiments on Zack and Cloud proceed as per canon. Sephiroth is taken back to Midgar and contained into the Science Research Department, for observation and containment.
Healed: (Age:27) The events of “Survived!verse” apply in this verse too, but this verse begins from the moment Aerith is captured by Shinra and Sector 7 is blown up. Sephiroth, still insane, has been contained in the Science Research Department ever since the Nibelheim Incident. When Aerith is captured, Hojo decides to test her abilities by putting her into an enclosure with Sephiroth. Aerith’s powers manage to heal some of Sephiroth’s corruption, restoring his sanity to a degree. When Cloud and the gang break in to rescue Aerith and are consequentially captured, Jenova breaks out as in the OG canon and in the visage of Sephiroth kills President Shinra. The team escapes alongside the actual Sephiroth, who is now framed for the president’s murder. An unlikely alliance forms, and he joins the group to seek and destroy Jenova once for all. But not everything is sunshine and rainbows: inside his mind, Sephiroth is still troubled by his period of insanity, and the Jenova Cells within his body threaten to take over his willpower at any moment. Can he be trusted?
Saved: (Age: 27) Post-OG. Begins after Aerith’s death at the hand of Jenova (as Sephiroth’s visage). All the events of the game take place as intended, but when the party arrives at North Crater and find Sephiroth in the mako cocoon, they actually achieve to break him free before he can summon Meteor. The Black Materia is destroyed, and a tense peace seems to have settled. It is up to Cloud’s party to decide what to make of Sephiroth before he retrieves consciousness.
AUs (Other):
Classic Fantasy - Dragon: (Ageless) Sephiroth was a noble dragon, known and worshiped by all as the guardian of the Fortress of Midgar. Final Fantasy 7 prompts #70
1. Time traveler au where everyone remembers, and I mean everyone!
Hojo? Incredibly curious about this new phenomenon and is hunting Cloud like a Zolom slithering up to a Chocobo
Sephiroth: Also hunting Cloud, although for entirely different reasons
Genesis full on tackle-hugged Angeal to the ground and not even a half hour later the scene repeats with the puppy
Random people on the streets scream and cry in delight at seeing thier loved ones for the first time since The Plate/Meteorfall/Geostigma took them from the world of the living.
Its a mess.
2. Cloud was never a selfish man. At least, he never considered himself to be. But standing here, aiming a gun at a sleeping man's head, he couldn't help to feel like he was.
3. Cloud sniffled, staring at his campfire as the wind blows at it. Its as if the wind god himself is trying to snuff out the only comfort he had left. He didn't mean to betray the group, he swears.
Not that it meant much.
(Au where Cloud never got mako poisoned after giving Sephiroth the black materia and swam away from Tifa, losing her in the lifestream)
4. After going through yet another tragic event, his mind shuts down. He fell into a coma (again) this time within the lifestream
Now its up to Zack and Aerith to save him from himself by entering Clouds dreamworld and spending time with him in hopes of convincing him to leave. They didn't count on Cloud not remembering what happened in the real world, nor for Cloud to have been given everything he had ever wanted.
Zack struggles with the morality of taking Cloud from a happy dream world and dumping him back into a bleak reality
5. Yuffie dumped a bucket of water onto Cloud, prompting the blond to grab a bucket of his own and chase the ninja through the jungles of Wutai.
Playtime was cut short however, when Yuffie fell into a hole in the ground. It was covered by large ferns and plant life, completely obscuring it from view. Still, she was a ninja! She should have seen this coming.
Cloud also feels a bit foolish for also falling in while looking for her.
They wake up and climb out of the hole, and head back to Godo, expecting nothing to have changed, only to find they-
A. Had been missing for 20 years
B. Are in an alternate reality
C. Have time traveled to the past
(Take your pick)
Cloud has no time to feel down, not with his precious annoying baby sister around. Someone has to keep the princess safe, and thats not easy when she's her own worst enemy.
(I intended this to be a fun sibling fic)
6. Before Crisis Shinra gets reports of a silver haired woman with reddish purple eyes dragging an unconscious blond man around like a stuffed animal.
Aka Jenova herself has come out to play
7. Sephiroth comes out of the labs much more woozy than normal. He doesn't think much of it at first, and by the time he realized he was in trouble, it was too late.
Genesis came into the Generals office to complain to the silverette about Shinra, only to find Sephiroth spacing out and acting rather...odd.
"Sephiroth," the redhead asked gently, "Are you...high?"
Sephiroth blinked slowly at him, and the commander couldn't help but to feel it was a greeting of some sort.
The silverette smiled before saying. "I am higher than you, yes."
"Thats not what i- Wait. Did you just make a joke?!"
Or
A certain blond trooper walks in holding paperwork for the general, who proceeds to pick up the smaller man and coo at him.
This somehow culminates into Sephiroth saying, "I know. I should adopt you!" Before spinning the young man around in the air like one wood a toddler.
Clouds confused shout was audible a whole two floors down, catching the attention of the honorable commander and his puppy, who went to investigate.
(Inspired by a dream I had of Sephiroth holding a struggling Cadet Cloud and saying "This is my son now." To Angeal)
8. Genesis munching on popcorn while watching Cloud beat up Sephiroth for the umpteenth time.
He even has the audacity to cheer for the blond
9. General Sephiroth encounters a child who is dressed up like him when out on a walk.
He talks to the child and leaves the situation feeling much better about himself.
(I need some wholesome Sephiroth fics)
10. Kadaj as a cat loaf
11. Sephiroth and Cloud have a shared dream about them being happily married and Cloud being pregnant.
The moment Cloud wakes up he barricades the doors and windows.
Sephiroth...well he doesn't know what to think about this situation. He's kinda just staring off in a daze.
He attributes it to trauma and neither ever bring it up.
12. Time traveler Cloud, but with all of Jenova-fied Sephiroths abilities. The problem is that Cloud has seemingly little control of these abilities, leading to Cloud being very tired and the writer being very amused.
13. Sephiroth rescues a blond fae from the rubble he was pinned under.
This was how he gained his silent stalker. The man never spoke. But his calming smile said enough.
14. When Lazard discovered there was two red clad men, who spoke in loveless quotes, he had to fight the urge to bang his head onto his desk and groan like a teenager. When he found out there were three of the man, he actually did just that.
Finding out there was only one Angeal was a bit concerning, especially since these other two worlds were supposed to be further along in the timeline. Thankfully, Zack hasn't seemed to change much in either. Then again, the one carrying the mako poisoned blond seemed wary of everything. Strange.
Strangest of all were the Sephiroths. One refused to come to this meeting, stating that it wouldn't be worth his time, which shocked the entire board of directors. Nothing they did or said seemed to faze the once dutifully obedient man. Luckily, Shinra still had thier own Sephiroth on thier side to protect itself if necessary...and the people too if they were lucky.
The third Sephiroth only commented something about searching for clouds or some such nonsense.
Lazard couldn't help but to feel disaster looming on the horizon.
15. "I'm pretty sure they would trade everyone here for a single corn chip if I got hungry." The blond deadpanned. "They're heartless."
Yes, food good. The voice interjected. Nutrition. Survival.
Cloud wanted to tell it that he didn't even like corn chips, but talking back to the voices in your head is usually considered to be a bad idea. Even if they're real.
Especially if they're real.
Aka the J and S cells mutate and begin communicating with thier host.
Cloud is not pleased.
Bonus: Sephiroth and Cloud reacting to your fanfiction.

What threads/characters would you like to write with? Any wish list plots?
Anon
Thank you for asking. I fear there isn’t an actual wish list, I create plots as I go. Usually in the beginning I have a theme, like ‘water’ - then I create plot around it. I really can’t say what’s interesting to me and what isn’t as it varies greatly depending on the character Sephiroth interacts with and the theme(s). It’s supposed to mean I’m very open minded and if you ask me ‘would you like to’ there is a good chance I will say ‘actually that sounds fascinating’.
As for characters, I do a variety of different genres, but not all go with certain characters. My favourite ones would be angst, hurt/comfort with a twist (misery but not in a poor victim sense), romance, action, humour and I guess it’s not surprising, the porny variant of plot. I can see Cloud in a lot of these, but Tifa, for instance, only in two at best. If you want to rp it’s probably best to come at me with your character and ask ‘can we do this?’. I can’t guarantee a yes, but I will never be mean to you over it.
I’m a canon rper, as well as a multishipper, multi-AU and canon divergent roleplayer  - diverse, as I mentioned. Whatever strikes my fancy.
Can we have Sephiroth be a mermaid who goes after young fisherman Cloud that seems to have somehow developed a dangerous interest in watching the merpeople?”Abso-fucking-lutely, mate.
I guess the only real rule for crossover stuff is that I need to know your muse or I will not really be interested. Seeing as I haven’t played a single Final Fantasy except 7, 10 and 15 that leaves me with not too many in that regard. I’ve played Tales of Symphonia and Phantasia though, you get the drift. I only need to know the thing you come from.
Characters I’m especially interested in right now are (in no particular ranking):-Cloud-Hojo-Vincent/Chaos-Jenova-Ardyn-Noctis-FF15 gods and peeps
SUPER IMPORTANT:It can happen I decline an rp even though I’m interested in it because I simply have my hands full. I usually have several rps going and I have a job + a private life. This has happened before, will happen again.
