Could you tell us some more about your Lizardstripe? It always annoyed me that the only cat in canon to point out double standards regarding kits was also the horrible mother that they blamed for all of Brokenstar’s issues. I’m glad she’s portrayed more sympathetically here though, with her friend group and role as Bluestar’s lawyer.
Anything out of BB!ShadowClan takes like, a Star Wars opening scroll of text to explain to an outsider and that's how I LIKE IT
It's my personal mission to inject nuance chemical into every woman demonized by Canon WC. Brokenstar isn't bad because he had a sad childhood or something, it was literally generations of culture turning toxic and demanding a cosmic reckoning from which he was born, moulded by, and ultimately embodied of his own free will.
Evil Women Who Weren't Good Mothers aren't responsible for his actions
Anyway, Lizardstripe.
She is gonna get her own summary at some point (I kinda want to do a ShadowClan Month at some point for the biggest ShC characters, like Nightstar, Russetfur, Stumptail, etc), but here's shards for now;
She's related to old Finchflight in some way. The timeline is getting reduxed and Finch is VERY dead by the time of TPB.
So she's either a child of his, or a niece. Finch is Yellowfang’s age (mid teens in TPB), Lizard is Bluestar's (10-ish)
She was a young mom, less than 2, she met the Forget-me-nots after she was already pregnant.
She wasn't actually raising Brokenstar, just suckling him. Ragged was doing that.
Lizard was still not a great mom. She didn't enjoy it at all, and was often getting bored and frustrated
She would often bring the kittens out into the woods on training exercises, activities they were TOO young for.
Runningkit, Deerkit, and Tanglekit were always covered in dings, bumps, ticks, and things that kept putting them in Yellowfang’s den as a result. Lizard was talked to more than once for this
When Brokenkit joined in on this, mysteriously, he was NEVER covered in dings. Like he was developing faster and was more agile than the others. Deerkit was jealous, Tanglekit thought it was AWESOME
Runningkit was developing a bit of a bully streak, realizing that he could exploit this by getting his sibs mad at him, and then hiding behind Broken
Lizard was always being forced to step in and take control of the situations by trying to break up the Dastardly Duo, but then would be OVERRULED by Raggedstar, who wanted his son to hang out with his friend
If Yellowfang didn't notice it herself, she would definitely learn through Lizard that these two should NOT be allowed to multiply their terror with power
But, that's more about them than Lizard.
She's a lot more than just someone's mom. She's a friend of Bluestar's, and the ShadowClan representative in the Forget-me-nots!
WOW her ShadowClan sense of humor is sharp. She can be VICIOUS
She often finds herself having to smooth her jokes over after making a comment that's too mean. What's just part of ShadowClan humor can be cutting to cats in other Clans
Oakheart is actually the one cat who never seems to get hurt, "i like your funny words lizardman"
She likes teasing Bluefur, she's just so easily flustered! And she cares so much about other people,
"Stars, you make me want to yack up a hairball, Bloof."
When Bluefur earns the name Bluemoon (unsure how yet) Lizardstripe b'awws that her nickname is going to be too cool now.
(In Clanmew, it's Luparfaf, Luf, vs Luparshom, Lum)
Lizardstripe and Barley Senior are the two smartest members of the group. Barley is all about logistics, schemas, building and working out plans for meeting up and not getting caught.
Lizardstripe knows what's going on in people's heads. She can be a manipulative mastermind, when she REALLY wants something.
I think she gave Blue and Hoprunner a lot of good advice on how to achieve their ambitions, but, she wasn't really interested in that extra responsibility herself
"What and have to deal with Raggedstar's wishy washy ass and his angelic brat more than i already do? I'd rather kiss a thistle."
What Lizi really liked in her life was the pleasure of it all. Sneaking around, teasing Bluefur, helping out Barley, wrestling Hoprunner. Playing games with her Clanmates, staying late at Gatherings.
She loves her freedom, the ability to decide where to spend her time
She was the first of the Forget-me-nots to die, a year or two after Bluestar took power, in a ferocious battle with WindClan.
Current draft: Talltail's son, Flytail, killed her violently in Heatherstar's Last Stand, the decisive battle that truly "ended" the Mothermouth Moorland War.
After that battle, ShadowClan lost a strategic area and could never regain their foothold. Raggedstar tried to surrender the next year, which was when Brokentail killed him.
Lizardstripe and Mudfoot being lost in the same year was one of the things he and Runningnose cited to each other as "reasons why" WindClan had to pay
If they died for nothing, if SO many had just fought in a war they lost... then it was all for nothing.
Warriors don't accept peace deals.
They fight, they fight to the last cat standing.
I think the news hit all of the Forget-me-nots hard. They hadn't met up in a while, their ambitions driving them apart over time, but... that didn't make it less difficult. No one thought she would be the first.
I think she's my favorite of the little friend group tbh, I'm fond of the Angel Lawyer Friend.

tw: brief mentions of the holocaust and slavery
obsessed with the idea of keefe stumbling into an american university and just walking into a us history lecture and finding it interesting so he keeps going. and he learns about how the us government has term limits and a system of checks and balances to prevent one group from becoming too powerful, and thinks about how that could be applied to the council. he learns about how women had to fight for their right to vote and are still fighting for equal rights and thinks about how those with lesser abilities need to work harder to be in the nobility. he learns about slavery, and thinks about how the elves did nothing to stop the enslavement and abuse of thousands upon thousands of humans. he finds a computer and does his own research.
he learns about the ADA, and how it is illegal in the united states to discriminate against someone on the basis of disability, and he connects it to the talentless not getting the chance to be nobility solely because of their lack of ability. in the same vein, he reads about therapists and mental health professionals. about how working with a mental health professional can help someone through their mental and emotion issues. he thinks about how if marella's mom had someone like that in addition to elixirs, maybe she wouldn't go through all that scorn. he comes across cps, and thinks about how if he or tam or linh had a support like that to help stop the verbal abuse they all went through, maybe they would be better off. he reads about the civil rights movement, and how if millions of black americans had not put their foot down and forced action from the people in power, they would not have gotten their rights. and he thinks about how the gnomes had to practically demand the council to say something about the plague. he reads about world war 2 and is horrified at how the elves did nothing to prevent the millions that were killed, and how they instead pulled the human assistance program entirely. he reads about eugenics, and is disgusted with the realization that this is what matchmaking is.
he reads about the horrific loss of life all over the world that could have been prevented. that should have been prevented. by elves. his people. and he thinks about how so many of these events can compare to elvin history. and he can barely stomach being able to call himself an elf anymore.
he thinks about something he's thought about many times. that the lost cities needs to change. but for the first time he seriously considers that they should change like the forbidden cities. that elves have plenty to learn from the people they shut out. he is determined to take what he's learned and to spark that change.
because it's one thing to go from one deeply damaged world to a perceived perfect one. but it's another thing entirely to come from the perfect one and go to the damaged one and be hit with the realization that their awful past is your world's present.

My In-Depth Masterlist!!
Oh my god, it's about time I actually sat down and organized something like this. Hopefully this helps people dive in!
Things I write a whole lot: romance (especially polyamorous romance), gay and trans characters, horror, lab whump, gore, action whump, angst, sickfics, team dynamics, supernatural whump, urban fantasy and lush green post-post-apoc fantasy, also apparently now I do military whump lol Things I don't write: emeto, eye gore
I collaborate a lot too, so you'll see plenty of other people's ocs! Go check them out if you want, I think they're neat.
How to read stuff: I jump around a lot, so don't worry about it. It's generally pretty clear if it's modern or not, and barring my Arknights AU That I Kept Threatening My Friends With where you'll want some knowledge of the actual series/game, you can probably jump in just about anywhere and figure it out as you go!
I think I'll organize this by character! The only limit to characters and worlds colliding is how much I want the characters to interact, so no worries. They'll all be mashed together at some point anyway, if I know myself. All character tags will take you to a list of their drabbles in the order they were written and posted!
Mariano Ortiz/Mariano Cross - Playlist link
Tag: Mage of Violence Transgender man (he/him) A stoic, stiff war mage on a quest to help his kingdom survive an invasion by making a soul-binding Pact with a diamond dragon to make his magic more powerful. An ex-war criminal manager of a mom-and-pop coffee shop with a draconic tattoo artist for a roommate and boyfriend. Either way, he's doing his best to make up for the skeletons in his closet and figure out how to be a person again.
Bastian, Dragon of the Deepest Forge
Tag: Dragon of Diamond Cisgender (sort of??) man (he/him) A brash, headstrong dragon who is one of the most magically potent of his kind and knows it. A gothic, pierced-up tattoo artist with diamond growing from his scalp and the confidence to take in a quiet war criminal as a roommate. He thinks Mariano is weird, and he can smell the blood on his hands a mile away, but that's alright because he's also kind of cute.
The War Mages/Dimitri, Manuel, Laredo, and Izan - Playlist Link
Tag: I'll get around to it I swear, I promise I'll find a good one and actually go through and tag everything eventually Dimitri - Cisgender man (he/him) Manuel - Cisgender man (he/him) Laredo - Transgender man (he/him) Izan - Cisgender man (he/him) A ragtag group of ex-war criminals, no matter the setting. Feared for their ability to raze whole towns with just their magic, they were the pinnacle of their military's power and capabilities. And then Mariano ruined it for everyone. Whether Mariano was top dog or the baby of an elite special ops unit, he just can't seem to stomach what they're doing and the fallout changes every one of their lives. Some are more upset about this than others. They'll be fine, don't worry about it.
Luis - Playlist link
Tag: The Leader Cisgender man (he/him) Gentle, soft spoken, and the only person on this planet who scares Mariano or any of the other war mages. Luis demands perfection from the people he trains. He demands self-sufficiency. He demands the unshakable will to live at any cost. Known for his results and ability to shatter even the most steadfast soldiers, he'll do anything to ensure his mages are able to thrive in any circumstances, even if he has to prepare them for it with his own two hands. Watch out for his whip.
William Bennett - Playlist link
Tag: A Gentle Death Nonbinary (he/him) A sweet, laid-back, blind grim reaper under the employment of Death Herself. Protects souls from the manipulative influence of angels and demons, and safeguards lives from untimely deaths with every fiber of his being. Was MIA for a year, kidnapped as the unwilling, undying assistant of Daniel the Archangel. Has baggage about that nasty scar across his throat, but he'd rather talk about his side gig of DJ-ing at local gay clubs.
Daniel the Archangel
Tag: The Archangel Cisgender man (he/him) A curious, persistent archangel tasked with getting "hands on experience" with humans. Unfortunately for everyone, Daniel is a very literal person, and was also a doctor in life. To achieve his goal, he's started taking on assistants, but they just can't seem to withstand the rigors of his research. Luckily for Daniel, a polite grim reaper was tasked with looking into the string of mysterious deaths and disappearances that all center around his remote mansion. Who is Daniel to say no to such a golden opportunity to show someone what he does?
Brian Litos - Playlist link
Tag: What If This Storm Ends Binary bigender (he/him and she/her) A flirty, bubbly vampire who seems like he'd be more at home in the pool than stalking the night. Sweet and outgoing, Brian has a strong sense of what she wants and how to get it. Unfortunately, he is also an escaped experiment by some scientists who had their eyes on military contracts to manufacture perfect predator of humans. A controllable, undetectable being that kept its soul-tied magic while gaining the physical benefits of being undead. They succeeded. They could not control him for long. Now, after being duped into partaking in the experiments, she's long-dead, has a thirst for blood and a nose for adrenaline, and a happy career as a small-time porn star.
Elliot Bhar - Playlist link
Tag: Lightning Eyes and Alibis Transgender man (he/him) A rough-and-tumble werewolf who spends his days as a waiter at an upscale restaurant. With a history of homelessness and the betrayal of being turned by his own brother following the accidental murder of their parents, Elliot has trust issues galore. He's doing his best to just keep his feet under him and learn to accept help from his boyfriends, though.
Jackson Ryder
Tag: Saturday Sun Cisgender man (he/him) An immortal who's honestly had a chill time so far! Sweet, outgoing, and almost friendly to a fault, he was almost destined to become more than friends with the gentle grim reaper he accidentally spilled coffee on. And the werewolf and vampire that said grim reaper was dating. He just wants to live a comfortable life with the people he loves, but somehow things just keep happening!
Asao the Angel
Tag: Shattered Trust Cisgender man (he/him) An angel with a skeleton in his closet that he'd really, really like to bury, if at all possible. A horrific mistake made as a teenager has haunted him ever since, and drives him to do things he never thought he could in the name of fixing it. What can you do when you just want your best friend back, but he refuses to talk to you after how you murdered him? Nothing but try again, and again.
Gabriel Rivas - Playlist link
Tag: The Original Sin Cisgender man (he/him) A demon prince who killed his way to the top and now rules with a shocking amount of empathy for the demons in his court. Ruling over a labyrinthine city, the screams of the eternally hunted echo through the streets each night, and Gabriel listens with satisfaction. The only people he hates more than the angels who want to hurt Throl are people who prey on the weak, after all. Also he bartends on the side, because he loves to flirt and likes the energy of a gay club on a Friday night.
Throl Escamilla - Playlist link
Tag: It's Sacrilege Nonbinary (he/him) A fallen angel framed for a plot to murder the Seraph that was far, far above him. Such is the risk of being a messenger serving under Archangel Daniel, but Throl does his best not to dwell on the past. He can't particularly complain either, now that he's married to one of the most notoriously violent demon prince's in the demonic realms. Gabriel is sweet, attentive, and would tear apart any would-be vigilantes who would want to destroy the infamous Traitor. Perhaps Throl was really the winner here.
LaChappelle
Tag: The Artist Cisgender man (he/him) A photographer with a taste for intense visuals and a hatred for faking something when the real thing is freely available. He's dedicated to bringing breathtaking photoshoots to stimulate the minds of all his patrons, and for his highest paying contributors...the process videos as well. All his models get something out of it too, as LaChappelle makes sure that every single one gets their prints delivered to their home.
To be continued! I still have plenty of characters to add, but this is a good starting point.

Stargate Atlantis HC: Fluff
Tumblr media
I’m feeling down so here’s some fluff headcanons for Sga.
Movie Nights
While John’s movie nights started as a way to help Teyla and Ronon get all his earth pop culture references it’s now turned into a Very Serious Tradition™️. Attendance is mandatory.
Since they now have fairly easy access to earth they’ve stocked up on popcorn, all those little popcorn flavor shakers, and even dragged a giant beanbag through the stargates for their designated movie room.
Teyla likes horror movies. Especially the alien and predator franchises. When news of Prey coming out reached Atlantis she demanded their next movie night be it.
Ronon loves those big action tough guy/gal movies. John Wick, the Terminator, and Kill Bill are big favorites. But he’s not a snob about it, instead finding things to enjoy in most of the movies they all watch together.
Rodney obviously loves the traditional “nerd” stuff. Anything Trek, Star Wars, and LOTR. He also likes to find niche independent films that have similar aesthetics or story beats. He’s more of a snob about plot holes though. Once the team made the mistake of letting Rodney pause to explain something. An argument started. It lasted three hours. Rodney isn’t allowed to hold the remote anymore.
Similar to Rodney, John knows all the traditional nerd movies by heart, despite swearing up and down they aren’t his favorite movies. Which is likely true. John has seen the most movies out of everyone and is very well versed in pop culture. He likes discussing plot lines with Rodney, enjoying the cool fight scenes with Ronon, and talking about the way movies build suspense with Teyla. His favorite movie is likely something nostalgic.
Carson has a love hate relationship with medical dramas and zombie/plague type of films. If it’s Carson’s turn to watch a movie everyone plans for double the usual time. He pauses the movie to explain how wrong the procedures are or when equipment isn’t being used right. He’s scared of the zombie and mass outbreak movies, but loves to figure out the mystery cure along side the main characters in the movies. He screams a lot.
Elizabeth loves romance and drama’s. She’s a sucker for a tragedy and has made the team watch many recorded plays for her turn. But occasionally she’ll bring You’ve got Mail or 13 Going on 30 for a more lighthearted movie night.
Tumblr media
Camping
Ronon has a hard time sleeping alone when he first joins the team. Years of being a Runner taught him to be a light sleeper and to notice any shift in the air around him. A busy city does not help that.
So Teyla suggests a communal sleeping area outside under the stars, a fairly common Athosian practice.
“You mean camping?” “If that is what you would call it, then yes.” “Sound like camping to me.”
At first it was just going to be Teyla, Ronon and John, but then Rodney heard about their plans and didn’t want to be left out of whatever scheming they would be doing. Elizabeth thought it would be a lovely idea, she camped occasionally back on earth. And Carson only goes because Rodney dragged him along.
But after having the best nights rest since leaving their homes, well everyone wanted to camp again.
So when the weather is just right everyone gathers at Teyla’s room and lays claim to spot on her balcony.
Rodney and John talk about what to name constellations, even argue over what pictures they see in the sky.
Elizabeth enjoys the fresh air and salty breeze. She falls asleep first every time.
Teyla, Ronon, and Carson take turn telling campfire stories. Most of Carson’s are about earth folklore, stuff he grew up hearing from his mom.
But it’s just a time to be together, to talk, and sleep knowing your family is right beside you.
Tumblr media
Miscellaneous
Zelenka, McKay, and Beckett keep a running tally of how often Weir tells military commanders off and an additional counter for when she told them something was a bad plan and she was right. 48 and 12 respectfully.
Teyla is the mom of the group- everyone knows this- And as being the mom if anyone gets overwhelmed they go to her for hugs.
But hugs from Ronon are the best. Teyla gives mom hugs that are comforting, but Ronon gives bear hugs that swallow you into nothing but his arms and chest. When one of the group gets a hug from Ronon they brag about it for days. Weeks, if it was Rodney.
Beach days do happen and they are glorious.
Once Todd starts to prove his trustworthiness and begins to feel something more than convivence for these weird humans (first contact and the lost tribe never happened don’t @ me), he joins the crew in their various traditions. His favorite movies are monster movies.
Lorne and Zelenka become good friends. As much as he complains about it, Lorne loves to listen to Zelenka babble about science.

How would Betra react if reader got a yandere girlfriend?
TW: brief mention of possible kidnapping, Slight mention of a possible controlling relationship
Tumblr media
She wouldn't react to it well she knows when someone is less than good news and your girlfriend fits the bill.
Betra would immediately disapprove of the relationship not wanting you in a relationship with someone like that. They may give a sweet face right now but she knows in 3 months time they'll start showing their true colors.
Betra is not one to hide her thoughts when it concerns you and will let both you and your father know immediately tbat she does approve of your girlfriend and has a bad feeling.
If you listen to her concerns and promise to leave if red flags start popping up she'll be concerned but will watch over you heavily such as any grade changes, attitude changes and style changes if all continues as normal and you actually seem very happy and are thriving she'll be much more content to let you be.
But if all that she's looking out for start changing and things are starting to affect you expect her to intervene first she'll talk to your girlfriend if that doesn't work she'll start warning her with a slight threats that wouldn't really be too eyebrow raising.
If there are no changes being made and things start to worsen she will start to pull some strings maybe your girlfriends dad just happened to be caught in an affair, maybe her mom was in a bad accident, or maybe your girlfriend was caught breaking a law. It could be anything Betra did warn you, You might even find some evidence of your dear girlfriend not being as loyal as you thought.
Don't worry that's why Betra's there to stay by your side during such hard times, Your girlfriend will try to prove her innocence claiming Betra's behind it all but with what evidence can she really make such a call, she's always at work or at home with you and your father so how could she have the time?
Betra could even take advantage saying how your girlfriend is already trying to cause a whole new problem with your family simply because she couldn't take responsibility for her very own actions. You know she wouldn't ever do anything to cause you any harm in all this time she's never done so, so why would she start now?
Betra would do harm to your girlfriend if she is really persistent and refusing to leave you alone nothing is off the table if it means getting rid of her.
"She's been gone for some time now, that's a relief I hated how she always had you so tensed up" she will say this making eye contact knowing exactly what happened.
So if you're lucky you'll get one of the good ones who aren't controlling and try to isolate you from everyone because if you end up being kidnapped don't be too shocked if you find a group of less then desirable people pounding at your girlfriend's door demanding you back.

Chapter one
Description    next
This is my first time writing since 2017 so I hope you like it. Every chapter is one episode.
November 6th, 1983
Low rumbles can be heard through a long hallway in the Hawkins laboratory. A door burst open as a scientist comes running out. He looks terrified as if he's running for his life.
The scientist turns the corner to find an elevator. He frantically pushes the call button, waiting for what seems like an eternity. Constantly looking over his shoulder, looking down the hallway he just ran through.
The elevator arrives and the doors open allowing him in. He rushes inside hitting the button for the top floor. As he waits for the doors to close he hears a strange rumbling noise. Coming from above him. He looks up at the ceiling with wide eyes. Lights flicker as he is sucked up towards the ceiling by something.
~
"Something is coming...something is coming for blood" said dramatically by the 12 year old Mike Wheeler.
A group of 12 year olds playing Dungeons and Dragons. They sit around a card table, a grid map spread out on the table. Along with empty snacks and the monster manual for the game.
"A shadow grows on the wall behind you...swallowing you in darkness...it is almost here..." Mike says continuing on with the story.
The other boys lean forward towards Mike waiting for what he'll say next.
"What is it?" Asks Will
"What if it's the Demogorgon? We're in deep shit if it's the Demogorgon" Dustin worries
"It's not the Demogorgon" Lucas assures him.
"An army on troglodytes charge into the chamber!" Mike exclaims. Slamming six winged miniatures onto the map.
"Their tails drum the floor. Boom! Boom! Boom!" Continues Mike.
"Troglodytes?" Dustin questions unamused.
"Told ya" says a proud Lucas.
Dustin let's out an unimpressed pfff. Mike looks over his shoulder, eyes growing wide.
"Wait...do you hear that? Boom! Boom! BOOM!" Mike shouts while he hits the table with both hands making the other boys flinch.
"That sound...it didn't come from the troglodytes. No. It came from something else." Mike explains.
The boys anticipate he's next move. He then slams a two headed monster figure into the map.
"The Demogorgon." Mike states loudly.
The boys let out groans hearing this information.
Dustin complained "We're in deep shit."
"Will, your action?" Mike demands.
"I- I don't know" Will sputters out, wishing that it wasn't his turn.
"Fireball him" announced Lucas.
"I have to roll thirteen or higher" Will explains.
"Too risky. Cast a protection spell" Dustin advices, not wanting to take any chances with the Demogorgon.
"Don't be a pussy. Just fireball him" Lucas exclaims wanting to kill the monster.
"Cast protection" Dustin repeats himself, wanting to take the safer route.
Mike hits the table once more, "The Demogorgon is tired of your silly little human bickering. It stomps toward you. BOOM!", he barks growing impatient.
"Fireball him" Lucas shouts.
"Another step. BOOM!" Mike yells.
"Cast protection" Dustin begs.
"It roars in anger" Mike announces, continuing to yell.
"Fireball" "Protection" the two boys argued.
"And-" Mike starts before getting cut off by Will.
"FIREBALL!" The small boy roared, rolling the dice too hard. The dice disappears somewhere on the basement floor.
"Oh shit" says one the boys. They all hurry out of their seats to look for dice.
"Where'd it go" Lucas questions "What is it?"
Will responds "I don't know".
"Is it a thirteen?" Dustin calls out.
"I don't know" Will whines, wondering if he was able to hit the Demogorgon.
"Where is it?" Lucas continues to ask the boy.
"Oh, my god" Dustin repeats to himself over and over again.
"Mike!" Shouts his mom, Karen, from upstairs.
Dustin pacing back and forth, with the others looking on the floor for any sign of the dice or where it might have gone.
"Mike" she shouts once again before opening the basement door.
"Did you find it yet?" Lucas continues question, having some type of hope on finding it and being thirteen or higher.
"No, I can't find it!" Will complains.
"Mike!" She says now at the top of the staircase looking at her son.
"Mom we're in the middle of a campaign" he explains to her.
"You mean the end? Fifteen after" she states, pointing at an invisible watch on her wrist.
"Oh, my god! Freaking idiot!" Lucas groans at Will.
"Why do we have to go?" Will whines, not wanting to leave just yet.
"Mom, wait, just twenty more minutes!" Mike begs running up the stairs into the kitchen.
"It's a school night, Michael." She explains to the young boy. "I just put Holly to bed. You can finish next weekend"
"But that'll ruin the flow!" He says trying to convince her.
"Michael-" she starts before he cuts her off.
"I'm serious, mom. The campaign took two weeks to plan." He pleads, following it up with "How was I supposed to know it was going to take ten hours?"
"You've been playing for ten hours?" She asks astonished, not believing what he just said.
Will gives up on trying to convince his mom and walks towards his dad in the living room. Hoping that maybe he'll say yes and they can keep playing.
"Dad, don't you think that twenty more-" he starts, until his dad cuts him off.
"I think you should listen to your mother." He says while playing with the tv antenna. "Dumb piece of junk" He grunts hitting the side of the tv.
Mike looks between his mom and dad. While down stairs the boys are still looking for the dice.
"Oh, I got it!" Will informs the others, rushing to the table "Does the seven count?"
"It was a seven?" Lucas asks " Did Mike see it?"
Will shakes his head no. "Then it doesn't count."
The boys then start to pick up their things, getting ready to head home for the night. The other two boys start to head up, whilst Dustin looks at the almost empty pizza box.
"You, hey guys!" He calls out, stopping the boys from going any further. "Does anyone want this?"
The two boys respond "no", then continue heading up. Dustin stands there for a brief second before deciding on what to do with the left overs.
He heads to the second story to find Mikes older sister Nancy. Who is currently on the phone with one of her friends.
Dustin waves from her doorway trying to get her attention. Failing to get her attention he calls out her name. Once he gets it he offers her the last slice, also letting her know what kind of pizza it was. She then gets up only to shut the door in his face.
Dustin walks outside to meet with his friends, "There's something wrong with your sister." he blatantly tells his friend.
"What are you talking about?" Mike asks slightly confused.
"She's got a stick up her butt." He states getting on his bike.
"Yeah, it's because she's been dating that douchebag, Steve Harrington." Lucas informs him, kicking up his bike stand.
"Yeah, she's turning into a real jerk." He says in agreement.
Mike chimes in "She's Always been a real jerk."
"Nuh-uh, she used to be cool" Dustin argues "Like that time she dressed up as an elf for our Elder tree campaign"
"Four years ago!"  yells Mike from his garage.
"Just saying." Dustin reply's starting on his venture back home. Lucas following saying a quick later to Mike.
"It was a seven." Will states, not wanting to lie to his best friend, earning a 'huh' from the boy beside him.
"The roll, it was a seven" earning a confused look, "The Demogorgon, it got me." He then kicks up his stand and starts leaving to catch up with the others. "See you tomorrow"
As Will goes to catch up with the others, Mike watches him leave. While standing there the lights start to flicker. He doesn't give it much thought and turns off the lights to head inside.
"Good night ladies" Lucas teases, splitting from the others to head up his driveway.
"Kiss your mom 'night for me" Dustin jokes.  "Race you back to my place? Winner gets a comic." looking at Will.
"Any comic" he asked already having one in mind. "Yeah." With that he takes off, not waiting for Dustin.
"Hey! Hey!" Dustin complains, trying to catch up. "I didn't say 'go'!" Will at least a house further than him. "Get back here!" he yells, "I'm gonna kill you!"
"I'll take your X-men 134!" Will yells back at him while flying past Dustin's house.
Now alone, Will is biking home with seemingly no one around. He rides past a warning sign for the Hawkins lab, paying no attention to it. His light starts going out making the boy look down at it. It turns back on almost immediately.
When he looks back up he sees a tall figure standing in the road. He quickly turns his handle bars, leading him off the road right into the woods. He falls to the ground, hearing roaring sounds coming towards him.
He leaves the bike and takes off running from whatever is behind him. Once the woods break off he faces his house. He rushes towards the house slamming the door once inside. He locks the door, he then starts calling out for his mom and brother.
He looks in their rooms and they're nowhere to be found. He's alone, he rushes over the window at the front of the house. Looking out to find the figure standing along the laundry.
He runs from the window to the phone, calling 911, only to hear static on the other end. Screeching from the figure can be heard and the dog barks back at it. Will moves to look at the front door to see a shadow covering the glass in the door. The dog continues to bark at this mysterious creature.
The locks on the door undo themselves right before his eyes. He quickly runs out the back door, outside to the shed. Pulling the rifle off the wall and loading it. He then cocks the gun and aims it at the door.
Only to have the mysterious creature be behind him. He turns around dropping the gun, the fear grabbing ahold of him. Not able to move, the light above glows brightly before returning to it once dull state. Will no longer being in the shed where he once was.
~
Tv can heard playing, the news, talking about a power outage that affected dozens. Two pieces of toast pop up from the toaster, taking the girls attention away from the tv.
"Dustin, I'm going to feed your breakfast to mews if you don't hurry up" Y/n shouts from the kitchen. Grabbing the toast and putting it on a plate for herself.
"You wouldn't dare do that." He challenges walking into the kitchen. Sitting down to eat what was made for him.
"Oh, you want to test that theory, Dustin?" She replies walking over to him and taking his plate.
"No, no I was joking. I know you would" he pleads, reach for his plate.
"That's what I thought." She smiles at him, handing back his plate. "Now would you like a ride to school or no"
"No I'll take my bike, I'll probably go to mikes afterwards" he says while stuffing his face.
"Speaking of Mike, you did promise you would tell me about the campaign you guys had, so get to talking!" she exclaims. "But finishing chewing before you start talking, you slob." She teased, nudging his shoulder.
Y/n arrives at school and waits at her car to see if her brother made it to his safely. Once she spots him she heads into school. Walking past Nancy and her friend Barb. Even though Dustin was friends with her brother, she didn't have any reason to talk to her.
Making her way to her locker before heading to class. Hoping that the day would go by fast.
~
"The entire east wing will be evacuated within the hour. We've sealed off this area following quarantine protocol" explains a scientist leading a group of men to a blocked off room.
The men then dress into hazmat suits and secured items. Once dressed they head into an elevator and head down. The elevator comes to a jolting stop at it desired floor, making the men inside slightly bounce.
The men leave the elevator and make their way down the hall. Flashlights sweep the area looking for any possible threats. A clinking sound could be heard along with the lights of the hallway flickering on and off.
They enter the lab and are welcome to a large dark mass growing on the wall. Growling could be heard coming from it as it moves and slithers around.
"This is where it came from?" one of the men asks, shining a light on the mass. Dr. Brenner responds with a simple yea. "And the girl?"
"She can't have gone far" he states eyes locked on the whats in front of him.
~
A young girl is the back room of a diner watching the owner interact with a costumer. She's dressed in a torn up hospital gown with no shoes. She makes a turn which leads her into the kitchen full of food.
She spots a basket of french fries sitting out in the open. She picks one up and slowly puts it in her mouth. She then looks up to see if the man she followed in is still occupied.
Once confirmed she picks up the pile of fries and starts shoving them in her mouth. Like it's the first time she's eaten in a while. Not taking a single moment to even breathe.
"Hey!" Shouts the man when he spots her in the kitchen. She looks up and starts to make a run for it. "Come here" he shouts again and chases after her.
Catching her before she's able to make it out the door. "You think you could steal from me, boy?" He threatens and gets a good look at her. His whole demeanor softens, "What in the hell?"
~
The three boys are messing around with the new HAM radio their teacher just got when principal shows up with the cops asking to see the boys.
When the boys are sitting in the office they're just talking over each other about complete nonsense.
Sheriff Hopper interrupts their nonsense, "One at a time, all right? You." looking at Mike. "You said he takes what?"
Mike spits out "Mirkwood." Only to have Hopper repeat him in a questioning tone.
"Have you ever heard of Mirkwood?" Hopper asks the officer next to him.
"I have not. That sounds made up to me." The officer reply's looking at Hopper.
"No, it's from 'Lord of the Rings'" Lucas explains
"Well, 'The Hobbit'" Dustin corrects
Lucas turns to him, "It doesn't matter."
Dustin snaps at him "He asked!" Only to receive what he said back at him in a mocking matter.
They then started going back and forth, until Hopper tells them to knock it off.
"Mirkwood, it's a real road. It's just the name that's made up" Mike explains to the two officers. "It's where Cornwallis and Kerley meet."
"Yeah, all right, I think I know that-" Hopper says, only to get cut off by Mike. "We can show you, if you want."
"I said that I know it"  He says fed up with these kids.
"We can help look." he retorts with Dustin agreeing.
Hopper responds with a simple 'no' sending the boys into a fit. "No. After school you are all to go home. Immediately"
Looking directly at the boys not waiting for a smart remark. "That means no biking around looking for your friend, no investigating, no nonsense."
The boys look just as fed up with Hopper and he does them. "This isn't some 'Lord of the Rings' book."
Dustin of course having to correct him on something he could care less about, " 'The Hobbit' ". Which lead Lucas to telling him to 'shut up' and a smack on the leg.
That then lead to a stupid fight between the two of them with Mike in the middle of it. Hopper leans closer to the boys asking "Do I make myself clear?"
He then stand up when the don't answer and lowers his voice scowling at the boys below him. " Do I make myself....clear". The boys nod and respond with a series of yes'.
~
The girl has changed clothes and is now eating in front of the man. Stuffing her face while he just observes.
"Your parents forget to feed you?" He gets no response from the girl. "Is that why you ran away?" Still nothing, the girl continues eat.
"They uh... they hurt you?" Nothing. "You went to the hospital, you got scared, you ran off, you wound up here, is that it" Trying to piece together the story with no help from the girl in front of him.
"All right" He stopped her from eating and pulled the food towards himself. "I'll give you this back, all right? And you can have as much as you want. All right? Maybe even some ice cream. But you gotta answer a few of my questions first, all right?" He bargains, trying to reason with the child.
"We got a deal?" The child just stares back at him. "All right, let's start with the easy stuff."
He sticks out his hand, "My name's Benny. Benny Hammond." He shows her how to shake hands, "See? Like this. Here." He grabs her hand in his, "I got you. Don't worry. It's okay." Moving their hands up and down together, "Nice to meet you, yeah. And you are?"
He lets out a sigh and spots a mark on her wrist. She pulls away when she realizes that he’s seen it. Letting out another sigh, he asks "Eleven? What's that mean?" Asking again when she doesn't answer.
"No." Being the only word to leave her mouth. "Well, I'll be damned. She speaks." He jokes
"No? No what?" Once again receiving no answer from the child. "All right. I guess no more food, then." he moves to get up with her food in hand.
The girl speaks "Eleven." He turns back to her, thinking that maybe he'll get some answers now.
"Yeah. What does it mean?" She then points to herself and says "Eleven."
"All right, then." He pushes the food back over to her, "here you go." He chuckles as she immediately starts to dig in. "Take it easy, take it easy."
"Yeah, look, all I know is that she's scared to death." He states to the person over the phone. "Yeah, I think maybe she's been abused or...kidnapped or something"
"Yeah it be great is someone would come by" keeping an eye on the girl while on the phone. "Yeah, we're at 4819 Randolph Lane. Yeah, Randolph."
Eleven sits at the table enjoying the food, not so much the fan rattling on the other side of the diner. She almost death stares the fan, until it completely stops. Now content she continues to eat what's in front of her.
~
"Hey! I got something." Shouts Hopper, alerting the others with him.
They all head off the road and find Wills bike laying on the ground.
"That his bike?" One of the officers ask.
"Yeah, he must have crashed." Hopper replies while looking around for any other clues or items.
"You think he got hurt in the fall?"
He turns back to his following officers, "Not so hurt he couldn't walk away." He looks down at the bike, "Bike like this is like a Cadillac to these kids. He would've walked it home."
He picks up the bike looking into the woods wondering what could have happened to the boy.
~
Wills mom, Joyce, and older brother, Jonathan, rush outside when they see the cops pull into their driveway. Hopper slowly approaches with Wills bike in hand.
"It was just lying there?" Asks a concerned and worried Joyce.
"Yeah. Cal?" Hopper responds sending his men to take a look around.
"Did it have any blood on it or- " she babbles on, only to receive a series of dismissive no's from Hopper.
"If you found the bike out there, why are you here?" Jonathan questions seeing no reason as to why they're not out looking for his brother.
"Well he had a key to the house, right?" He questioned them earning a 'yeah'.
"So...maybe he came home" he comments trying to piece everything together.
"You think I didn't check my own house" she argues
"I'm not saying that" he mutters walking over to the back door, noticing a dent in the wall. "Has this always been here?"
She snaps back at him, "What? I don't know. Probably. I mean, I have two boys. Look at this place."
"You're not sure?" He asks open the door to show the handle meets the dent. She sighs in response and their dogs barking could be heard.
He walks outside with her following him out. "Hey, what's up with this guy, huh?"
"Nothing, he's probably just hungry. Come on." With that she takes the dog inside and leaves Hopper alone.
He heads toward the shed, met with darkness as the door closes. He switches in the light and starts looking around. He finds bullets and a mount on the wall which once held a rifle.
The light in the shed goes out engulfing him in darkness. He switches on his flashlight and shines it on what looks like a broken drawer.
A slimey, squelching sound can be heard. As he moves closer it stops. Suddenly the light turns back on and someone says 'hey' pulling him back to reality.
"Jesus!" He exclaims turning around to see who it was.
"What are you, deaf?" I've been calling you." The officer states. "What's going on?"
He just walks right past him exiting the shed. With the officer following him out.
"Are you sure you're okay, Chief?" He asks, wondering what is happening.
"Listen, I want you to call Flo. I want to get a search party together, all right? All the volunteers she can muster. Bring flashlights, too." He orders, ready to try and find this kid.
"Hey, you think we got a problem here?" One of the officers asks but not getting a response.
~
"We should be out there right now. We should be helping look for him" Mike tells he parents while at dinner.
"We've been over this, Mike. The chief says- " Mrs. Wheeler says getting ready to lecture her son.
He cuts her off ranting, "I don't care what chief said."
"Michael!" His mom scolds
"We have to do something. Will can be in danger." He informs his mom
"More reason to stay put." She says not looking for and argument.
"Mom!" He sasses, just wanting to help look for his friend.
"End of discussion." She states looking around the table.
"So... me and Barbara are gonna study at her house tonight." Nancy starts "Thats cool, right?"
"No, not cool" they're mom responds not understanding why her kids won't listen.
"What? Why not?" She asks thinking that her mom would've said yes
"Why do you think? Am I speaking Chinese in this house? Until we know will is okay, no one leaves." She explains hoping that they finally get in through their heads.
"This is such bullshit." She argues
They're dad chimes in with a simple "Language."
"So we're under house arrest? Just because Mike's friend got lost on the way home from-" she continues on
Mike interrupts "Wait, this is Will's fault?" Now angry at his sister for saying such a thing.
"Nancy, take that back." they're mom says
"No!" She responds seeing no wrong with what she just said.
"You're just pissed off cause you wanna hang out with Steve." He sneers, airing out Nancy's business.
"Steve?" "Who's Steve?" They're parents ask
"Her new boyfriend." he states
"You are such a douchebag, Mike!" She complains, not happy that she's the bad guy and that everyone knows her business now.
"Language!" They're father repeats himself.
Nancy groans and gets up from the table. Mike has a satisfied look on her face. She walks up stairs with her mom calling for her to come back.
"See, Michael. You see what happens?" His dad says starting up a new conversation.
Mike shouts "What happen when what? I'm the only one acting normal here! I'm the only one that cares about Will!"
He's dad reply's in a calm but monotone manner, "That is really unfair, son. We care."
Mike can't take it anymore and leaves the table. Not wanting to be around his family. He goes to the basement and starts talking into his walkie talkie.
~
Dustin heard voices coming from his backpack on floor. He flings himself up off the bed letting the comic he was reading fly out of his hands. He rips open his backpack taking the walkie talkie out, extending its antenna.
"This is Dustin, over." He says letting go of the button.
Mikes voices comes roaring through the walkie, "Dustin! We're going to look for Will, we'll be there in five minutes."
"Who's going to be here in five minutes?" Y/n asks standing in his doorway.
Dustin jumps and yells "Jesus Christ, Y/n!" He turns to her and says "No one is coming, w-why would you even ask that?"
"You know you're not very good at lying. So either you tell me where your going or I tell mom what happened to that oh so precious vase she made." She threatens, knowing he'll cave.
"Mike, Lucas, and I are going to go find Will." He blurts.
"Well if that's the case I'm coming with." She insists
"What! No!" Dustin groans, not really wanting her to tag along.
"Would you like to go or not. Plus I'd rather a bear eat me and not one of you" she responds walking to her room.
Dustin walks in her room with his backpack in hand. "Well if you're going you have to ride your bike."
"That's fine, now go" she tells the boy, slipping on her jacket and pulling on her backpack.
~
Eleven sits on a counter in the kitchen eating ice cream while Benny is washing some dishes.
"You like that ice cream, huh?" He asks and receives a slight smile from her. "Smile looks good on ya." Only to have her look at him.
"You know, smile?" He then shows her a smile, which she replicates.
There's a knock on the door, making them both turn to look. Eleven starts to breathe heavily worried that the people she was running from have found her.
"All right. You just sit tight. Whoever it is, I'll tell 'em to go away real quick. All right?" He tells her, noticing how she's on edge.
He puts down a rag and leaves the kitchen. He opens the door to see a women standing there.
"Hey can I help you?” He asks not very interested in what she'll have to say.
"Hi you must be Benny Hammond." She says
"I'm afraid I am. I'm afraid we're closed for the evening, too. So try back tomorrow morning." He states wanting her to just leave.
"Connie Frazier. Social Services" she explains
He apologizes, "Ah, Social Services. My apologies, I didn't expect you so soon. That's a heck of a drive."
"Not too bad this time of night." She says with a polite smile.
"Hey listen, I.... I haven't told her that you're coming yet. I didn't want her running off again. She's a tad skittish." He explains, with Eleven trying to catch a glimpse of who he's talking to.
"Children I work with usually are." She replies trying to deflate the situation.
"Right, Right." He says fully grasping the situation.
"So, where is she?" She asks in a whisper like voice.
"Right. She's in the kitchen." He responds moving to let her in. "Come in up. I'll introduce you."
"Thank you." She says while reaching in her pocket.
He apologizes for his actions again, "Sorry again for trying to turn you away there."
She dismisses his apology saying 'it's fine' while following him through the diner.
"You know, it's funny. Your, uh, voice sounds different on the-" before he's able to finish his sentence she shoots him. The sound silenced by the attachment on the gun.
Eleven sees this and jumps off the counter making a run for it. Stopped at the back door by two men with guns. Just then Dr. Brenner walks through the front door.
The men could be heard groaning followed with a thud right after. They walk to the back door only to find the two men dead on the floor and Eleven no where to be seen.
~
"Ah, man. This is it." Lucas says, they ride up and stop in front of a strip of the woods marked off with police tape.
"Hey, guys. You feel that?" Dustin asks, a drop of rain smacking him in the face. "I think maybe we should go back."
Mike quickly answers before anyone else could, "No. We're not going back."
"Just stay close, don't go wondering off." Y/n instructed, pulling a flashlight from her bag. "Come on."
"Just stay on channel six. Don't do anything stupid." She adds going under that tape.
"Hey, guys. Wait up." Dustin says dropping his bike and walking over. "Wait up!"
They all head into the woods together, looking for any signs of where Will might be.
~
The Byers house phone rings, gaining the attention of the Joyce. She runs to the phone hoping that it's any news about her son.
"Hello?" she asks, expecting someone to be on the other line. However she met with static, nothing but white noise. She repeats herself saying 'hello' again.
"Lonnie?" She questions, getting no response. "Hopper?" Then she hears what sounds like muffled breathing over the phone.
"Who is this?" She continues to listen to the breathing as her son walks over to her.
"Will?" She asks, having some hope that it was her son trying to get ahold of her.
"It's Will?" Jonathan croaks, feeling guilty that he wasn't home when Will was taken.
The static over the phone continues as a mashed up voice can be heard. She starts to cry, not knowing what to do.
"Who is this?" She yells, looking for an answer. Growling can now be heard over the line.
"What have you done to my boy" she cried, "Give me back my son!"
A bolt of electricity surges through the phone, shocking Joyce, and breaking the phone. She screams out in pain dropping the phone.
Jonathan picks up the now useless phone, "hello?" No response on the other end. "Hello, who is this?" He gets frustrated when he's met with silence.
"Hello, who is this?" He demands, nothing responds so he put up the phone. Joyce crying over what just happened.
"Mom, who was it? Who was it, mom?" He pleads for an answer but she could only get out incoherent words as she sobbed.
"Look at me. Mom, was it Will?" Grabbing he by the arms trying to get her to calm down.
She lets out a 'yes' still crying, "what did he say?"
She wept, "He just breathed. He just breathed."
"And was someone else there?" He asks "Mom, who was there? Who was it?"
"I was him." She mutters out, "I know it was his breathing. I know it was his breathing." They hold each other crying.
~
Thunder rumbles as the group is drenched by the rain fall.
"Will!" Mike yells "Will!" Shining his light side to side.
"Byers!" Screams Lucas following close behind Mike.
"I've got your X-Men 134!" Shouts Dustin, walking next to Y/n in the back.
"Will!" Y/n yells, keeping a close eye on the boys.
"Guys, I really think we should turn back." Dustin comments, hoping the other would agree.
"Seriously, Dustin?" Lucas complains "You wanna be a baby, then go home already!"
"I'm just being realistic, Lucas!" He shot back.
"No, you're just being a big sissy!" He argues
Y/n and Mike just listened to the bickering, knowing it would end soon. Continuing to trudge on further into the woods.
"Did you ever think Will went missing because he ran into something bad?" He asks, trying to make them see the bigger picture. "And where going to the exact same spot where he was seen last? And we have no weapons or anything?"
Y/n knew she could fight off any type of wood creature they would come across. She just let her brother keep thinking that they were ultimately unarmed.
"Dustin, shut up." Mike says, tired of hearing him rant.
"I'm just saying, does that seem smart to you?" He questions, looking back and forth between y/n and Mike. Trying to get her to say something, literally anything to back him up.
"Shut up. Shut up." Mike says, making him go quiet.
Rustling of the leaves can be heard and y/n prepares herself for whatever it might be. Thinking that if they see her use her powers that she'll have to explain everything, and she wasn't ready for that.
"Did you guys hear that?" He asks, the rustling continues, and everyone shines their light in that direction. Only the noise moves to behind them making them all turn around.
They're lights catch a figure, it's a girl dressed in only a T-shirt looking scared to death. The boys stare at the girl wondering where she came from.
Y/n takes in the shaven head, the fear in her eyes and knows exactly who she's running from.

Chapter 165 is out!
and its surprisingly fluffy? well, aside from the beginning and i guess the end a little bit lol
but i love all of the relationship focuses we get, even briefly, so here's a list of them all (p = platonic):
GrassThistle - Thistlestar made Grasswhisker entirely dependent on him especially during his mentorship of her. She's never imagined a world without him and she's too terrified and too numb to comprehend how to live without him...
MallowVole - they are mates :) but they are both assholes <3 but Voleclaw is more your generic bully guy while Mallowtail's asshole-ness is amped up because she's mourning her mom Softwing's death but she also can't mourn her bcus her mom was a traitor and therefore Mallowtail is supposed to hate her but she cant hate her mom...
LizardGrass (p) - Lizard is one of the few who puts up with listening to Grasswhisler's rants, and, though she does find Grasswhisker annoying, she's also very concerned for Grass's safety and hates how cats talk about Grass behind her back
LizardWood (p) - Woodmask doesn't even particularly like Lizardflight but he's all alone now and she's all he has left off his friend group... and he doesn't hate Thistlestar but he's terrified under his rule, someone come save this baby
FuriousLightning - Fury and Lightning in a room, what will they do
ThistleScourge (p) - Thistle is "bowing his head" to Scourge's demands so he doesn't say shit about him being Scourge's father while Lightningfur is right there. He'll outwardly believe he has Scourge under control too, but on the inside he's afraid of the small tom and the power he holds
LizardPerch (p) - Perchwing and Lizardflight are in similar situations. Perchwing is afraid to speak out against Thistlestar and Lizardflight doesn't want to risk leaving ThistleClan medicine cat-less, because, as much as she hates it there, there are cats like Grasswhisker and Shadepelt (pregnant queen without a mate) that she's afraid to leave alone and without support.
GrassVixen (p) - Vixenleap resents Grasswhisker for not seeing her relationship with Thistlestar for what it is and "purposefully" being naïve. Vixenleap hates Thistlestar with a passion, not because he's a bad leader, but because of how he treats her sister. If she had been there for Grass's exile, she would have left with her sister to keep her safe. Now, she's terrified as she has no idea where her sister went.
ShadeVixen - Vixenleap doesn't have any close friends. Shadepelt feels isolated from her clan as the only queen (and the secrets she bares). Shadepelt is more chatty though, and knows Vixenleap hates Thistlestar as much as she does. Shadepelt couldn't sleep, and saw Vixenleap was distraught, and chose to gossip with her, knowing she'd feel the same about Thistlestar's actions. Girlies <3
RippleMaple (p) - two options, Mapleshade is visiting/manipulating Rippleclaw's dreams, or Rippleclaw is believing his normal dreams are prophetic/a StarClan cat is talking to him. either way, he's spreading what he thinks is the truth but it actually utter bullshit lol
ReedPrimrose (p) - siblings siblings siblings
ReedDawn - crushes crushes crushes <3
ReedTurtle (p) - Reedwhisker just loves making half-clan friendships lol
PrimroseNight (p?) - Primroseleaf is the kind of cat who pretends to be snotty/mean but never actually succeeds lol. and Nightpaw is a very determined cat who won't leave her alone (it's because Night is scared that none of the other apprentices came with...)
ReedOak (p) - Reedwhisker just loves making half-clan friendships <33333 Oakfur is so scared and lost. He followed his dad because he truly believes his dad knew what was right even though he (Oakfur) did trust/believe Tigerstar, and then his dad died... what does he do now... His best friend Littlecloud is still in TigerClan too...
ElderReed (p) - BEST FRIENDS FOREVER
ElderMistle - some brief pelt brushing for comfort there y'know how it be ;) but they just friends rn
GorseStorkQuail (p) - the siblings ever <3
DarkRunning (p) - friends to haters
DarkCherry - haters to friends
DarkFire (p) - "you were my brother..." but there's a little more trust now
BrambleSnow (p?) - briefly mentioned together, they r friends ur honor
BrambleFire (p) - FireDad BrambleSon but they honestly have a kind of older brother little brother relationship to me.... like they are the same... Bramble admires Fire and wants to be like him...
FireSand - must i say anything? eat, Estranger, eat
MissingSorrel (p!!) - they are friends now from their shared time in the med cat den. Missing looks after her :)
MissingBramble (p) - THEY ARE BROTHERS YOUR HONOR PLEASE REMEMBER THAT!!! Missingheart doesn't want Bramblepaw to end up like him!!! He wants him to be careful and stay safe!!!
SpottedCinder (p) - Spottedleaf was Cinderpelt's mentor just as much as Yellowfang... they are best friends.... Cinderpelt would go instead of Spottedleaf if not for her leg slowing her down in the battle
Frostfur - Frostfur

Things I've said at work as someone in charge of a ragtag group of people:
Please don't pass out, take a break, if you pass out i have to call the emergency line and i really don't want to.
I'm going to run you over. (In lieu of asking them to move. In a deadpan)
Please don't commit murder on company time.
I shouldn't have to say this, but don't strip in the department there are cameras.
If management doesn't want to help you when you're drowning just threaten them by saying you'll cancel orders. They usually jump into action then.
If you're gonna do something against the rules i don't really care but the least you could do is be stealthy about it.
Yeah i picked the lock on the drawer because i accidentally lost the key. No i can't explain that skill. But it's like riding a bike.
My manager told me x thing was how you grow a business. And i told him or how you burn them down when you don't have the tools to handle demand.
*writes a 1200 word email to two of the managers because I'm better at the written word and i was fed up*
Bitch you ate a silica packet once don't start with me (they are my friend)
I'm coming for whoever did this' knee caps. What the hell. (generally in response to a bag being overstuffed)
If a cart locks on me on the way out I'm burning the building down. (it does and i just give the camera a middle finger and carry on)
*sighs* what the fuck (in response to my idiots finding another weird trinket to collect in the department. Last time it was a cut out of a cartoon that had a character saying they always smell good because they put a dab of peanut butter behind their ear. And it was taped to the computer. We've also had a random baby sock in there.)
Listen i try not to ask questions i don't want the answer to.
I'm gonna need you tall ass motherfuckers to remember I'm in fact five feet and the top shelf is head height. Thank you.
Yeah she's confessed to multiple murders to me before. And i still have no idea if she was lying. I'm sure she was but i don't really care either way that's not my business.
You are not working every day of the week. No i don't care that you were scheduled to give one away. (They wanted to because of money and overtime)
I sincerely do not care enough about anything, no i don't know where my employees are right now, I'm sure they are being productive (they are probably outside smoking)
As long as you get your shit done and aren't making major errors i do not care how you get your work done. (They know if they screw me over I'll be pissed and like me enough not to.)
Sir why do you gotta be like that about it (after an irate customer asked for my manager, i never got the manager and i finally got him to go back to his car)
If I'm still working here by September please come here with a gun and kill me. *Later in the convo* Its a win win because you'll finally get free food and housing and hey maybe you'll get reunited with your mom in prison. (The coworker is at risk of homelessness currently)
I know you don't want to take the temp of the chicken but see it as free therapy if you stab it hard enough.

Something I've been thinking about lately is Arab Muslim hypocrisy and Arab Muslim supremacy. It's just really funny to me how Arab Muslims (OBVI not all of them🙄🙄🙄. I'm saying in general) basically do not gaf about anyone but themselves lol. They will go on and on about how we are all "one Ummah" blah blah blah,, but that's just an empty statement that doesn't translate into their actions or even words.
There are millions of South Asian, South East Asian, African, etc. Muslims who have protested and donated for Palestine. Meanwhile Arabs barely say anything about atrocities that occur to other groups of Muslims. Maybe a couple months ago you could find Arabs posting or making statements about Sudan,, but now? Yeah, good luck finding an Arab who cares lol.
But you can break this down even further to discuss division within Arab Muslims themselves. The same sunni Muslims who despise Zionism and are protesting for Palestine, also think that Saddam Hussein was a good person and pray for him to go to heaven. "He did nothing wrong! Killing shias isn't bad because they are kuffar! There's no innocent shia!". Like how are you anyyyy different from a Zionist lol. Even a few months ago when Israel bombed a shia neighborhood in Lebanon, you could find lot's of Arabs saying something along the lines of "Okay I guess Israel isn't so bad after all🤣". It's just so ridiculous like I don't even have any further thoughts on the subject. All I can say is wtf...
Okay the other thing I wanted to talk about was Arab Muslim supremacy. Arabs, due to things like colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, etc. have turned Islam into a very exclusionary and stratified religion. Arabs try to force every non Muslim Arab group to conform to Arab culture and to speak Arabic. Like no, don't wear your traditional clothes, wear a abaya. Don't give your kid a name from your own culture and language, give them an Arabic name. No, you're not allowed to say Ramzan, you have to pronounce it as "Ramadan", the proper and correct Arabic way... And of course if any non Arab speaks up about this the Arabs lose it and become extremely defensive in the comments. "It's not Arab supremacy, it's just Islam! You have to follow these rules according to the Qur'an!!!".
Which leads into my other problem which is Arabs denying other ethnic groups experiences with Arab supremacy, discrimination, and racism. You can ask any non Arab who attends a majority Arab mosque about their experiences and they will have some insane stories to tell you. Arabs not sharing food with them, being scared of them for being black, not being allowed to pray in front of an Arab because they consider you beneath them, being shunned from groups, being shamed for not speaking Arabic, etc. I've even heard white Muslim converts say that Arabs have been extremely rude to them because they don't know Arabic or the religion?? Again, if anyone speaks up about this Arabs will immediately start denying, denying, denying. Don't ask any of those Arabs about the kafala system or who built the stadiums for the 2022 FIFA World Cup or who cleaned their families home back in Lebanon tho... Anyways I just don't get it. How can you tell MILLIONS of people that they're lying about discrimination lol.
I actually typed this up the other day in a fit of annoyance but decided not to post because it felt incomplete. But last night my mom was watching a vid of a dude going around and interviewing random Arab Muslims in Dearborn, and some of them were like "may Allah bless all Arabs!!!.... and other Muslims". And I actually snorted irl because that's exactly what I'm talking about. Non Arab Muslims are just an afterthought to these people like lol.
So anyways in conclusion I suppose, idk why Arab Muslims expect and demand sympathy from the rest of the Muslim world when they simply do not gaf about anyone else lol. (Again, not all Arabs🙄, but it's enough that something needs to be said. Like Arabs need to speak up about this and stop denying reality).

Cozy Wednesday featuring Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim: A British Cozy Murder Mystery with a Female Sleuth (A Waterwheel Cafe Mystery) by Victoria Tait #Review / #Giveaway - Great Escapes Book Tour
Tumblr media
Welcome to Cozy Wednesday! It is my pleasure to feature Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim by Victoria Tait today! Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim: A British Cozy Murder Mystery with a Female Sleuth (A Waterwheel Cafe Mystery) by Victoria Tait About Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim: A British Cozy Murder Mystery with a Female Sleuth (A Waterwheel Cafe Mystery) Cozy Mystery 3rd in Series Setting - Cotswold, England Kanga Press (January 5, 2024) Number of Pages c. 240 Digital ASIN ‏ : ‎ B0C4V4CCGT A missing child. A half-baked ransom demand. Can a community cop sift through clues and rescue the tot before teatime? Sergeant Keya Varma’s culinary dreams come true as she joyfully opens her own café. And attending her sister’s wedding is the cherry on the cake. But her excitement sinks like a souffle when a customer’s little boy disappears. Shaken as well as stirred into action, the part-time police officer joins the search, but she’s shattered when even a ransom payment doesn’t bring the rug rat back home. For Keya, justice is served with a side of scones, but can she save the child before the clotted cream turns sour? Dollycas's Thoughts We return to the Cotswolds where Sergeant Keya Varma has finally opened her Waterwheel Café. She is still trying to find a balance between her job as a police officer and working at her café. Thankfully, her mother, sister, and friends can help take care of the cafe, especially now that the police are searching for a little boy who has gone missing. The boy's family has visited Keya's café so she feels personally invested. She also has a little insight into the family dynamics.  Can she help to bring the little guy home or will all her efforts be too late? ____ Keya Varma has grown so much since we met her in the Dotty Sayers series. She is much more confident, not quite as clumsy, has become an integral part of the Cirencester police force, and is now running the cafe at Akeman’s Antique Center. She is most often teamed up with Constable Ryan Jenkins and they make a great team. She thinks of him like a little brother, but her mother would love to see them romantically involved. Especially now that her little sister has married. He is much younger than Keya but you never know. It was nice to meet his mom, Monica, in this story.  I do enjoy that characters from the Dotty Sayers series are involved in this series as well but you don't have to have read that series to enjoy this one. Ms. Tait's characters are unique and genuine and will quickly feel like old friends. The kidnapping of Zaad Bartlett while he was at a park with his nanny has the entire Cirencester crew working together. When ransom notes, yes, plural, everything moves into an even higher gear. The boy's mother is a successful businesswoman who has a high-pressure job, works a lot of hours, and has a lot of contacts. His father stays home but is also an artist. He takes Zaad on playdates and to toddler groups and has made friends with all the other moms. Zaad's nanny entertains him and takes him to the park, someone she met may have taken the child.   Keya and Ryan are chasing down every clue, trying to make them fit together like a complicated puzzle. Inspector Sue Honeywell has experience with families and victims of crime so she stays with the family to learn all she can about them. She has a softer side, unlike Detective Evans who is more old school. It was easy to get invested in all of the characters and following each twist and turn. A surprising reveal had my jaw dropping. Entangled within the mystery are some interesting subplots including Keya's sister, Zivah's rescheduled wedding that wasn't able to take place in Darjeeling and A Deadly Disappearance, and Keya was ordered to reach out to Dotty for some important information. Ryan went to the wedding with Keya. Her explanation to him about all the Hindu traditions was enlightening for me. I love learning about different cultures and for some reason when they are told or described in a fictional way as part of a story I retain them better. The conversation with Dotty sets up something that was settled for now but I think will come into play in a future story too. I appreciate the way this author sets a scene. Each place Keya traveled from her Waterwheel Cafe, to the Bartlett's home, to Zivah's wedding, and more easily came alive in my mind's eye. Vanilla Chai and A Vanishing Victim is well-plotted and so well-written. Ms. Tait's wonderful characters draw readers right into the story and soon the pages are flipping rapidly.  I have been delightfully entertained by every book Victoria Tait has written. I recommend them all. I am excited to see Hot Chocolate and a Festive Fatality will be out on November 22. I have a spot saved on my reading calendar. Boundaries Without Question Marks
Today's inspiration comes from:
Good Boundaries and Goodbyes
by Lysa Terkeurst
Editor's note: "If we want more peaceful relationships, we have to turn our life from accepting chaos to pursuing peace." The Good Boundaries and Goodbyes Online Bible Study by Lysa TerKeurst starts July 24th! Sign up today!
"'It’s no wonder we are anxious and feel boundaries are only acceptable and legitimate if the other person agrees with and respects them. In other words, instead of stating our boundaries and ending the sentence with a period, we tag on a question. “You good with that?” “Okay?” “Does that work?” “This is understandable, right?” “You see where I’m coming from, yes?”
Posing a boundary as a question opens us up to be questioned, debated, and disrespected. If a boundary is presented with doubt, it won’t be effectively carried out.
Now, add on top of that the weird notion that if we are Christians, then we are absolutely obligated to sacrifice what’s best for us in the name of laying down our lives for others.
Where did we get the idea that we aren’t allowed to say no, have limitations, or be unwilling to tolerate other people’s bad behavior?
If we are filtering our thoughts of boundaries through wrong perceptions, it’s no wonder many of us find boundaries not just challenging but pretty close to impossible.
Here’s why:
We aren’t sure who we really are. We aren’t sure what we really need. We aren’t sure that if others walked away from us, we’d be okay.
Let’s take an honest look at an important question.
Who are you?
When I took time to answer this question for myself, I wondered why I’d never addressed this before. In a moment of honest reflection, it felt incredibly freeing to state for myself who I really am rather than when I’m trying to defend myself against the judgments of others.
Here’s who I am. I am a woman who loves God and loves other people. Therefore, because of Christ in me (Galatians 2:20), I am empowered to be the version of me God intended when He created me. I’m kind, creative, caring, generous, fun, and loyal. I have those qualities, but they aren’t what is most apparent when people use me, take advantage of me, make unrealistic demands of me, and make wrong assumptions about me when I say no. In other words, when I’ve let someone violate my boundaries, I can get so frustrated that I act in completely opposite ways from the woman I really am. This type of reaction is on me — and I need to totally own it — not what someone else does, but my reaction to what they do.
So, boundaries help me stay true to who I really am. Without boundaries, I can hyperextend myself to the point where I become anxious, bitter, resentful, angry, annoyed, and distant. That’s not who I really am, so it’s my responsibility not to let another person’s actions and expectations wear me down to the worst version of myself. In a biblical sense, it’s me not allowing another person to make me betray who I am in Christ.
Okay, your turn to answer this crucial question: Who am I?
Pause here. Think about this.
And if you’re having a hard time answering, maybe it’s because you’ve lost her. Sometimes we’ve let other people’s opinions and needs define us for so long that we lose ourselves in the process. Or maybe circumstances have been so confusing, maybe even brutal, that we feel like life has reduced us to someone who others feel badly for. I’ve felt this exact way during the past several years of my life. I wanted to be a victorious woman of God, not a victim of a bunch of circumstances that caught me off guard and ripped the rug out from beneath me.
There is so much more to us than just being a sum total of what’s happened to us. Right?! So, how do we get back to that person we were before all the hard stuff?
Join the OBS I was on a group Zoom call recently with my friend Amanda after she had read an early version of what I’ve written here. She got choked up as she told me about a picture her mom found in her grandmother’s jewelry box after she passed away. The old black-and-white photograph was of a beautiful little chubby-cheeked baby with dark hair.
“That little face in my grandmother’s jewelry box was one I hadn't seen in more than twenty-five years since I last laid eyes on the picture. Twenty-five years. It’s me as a baby. The most pure version of me. This is me before life happened and wrote its own story on me. Before I got hurt and heartbroken and jaded and run over by what life had become.”
Her tears spilled down her cheeks as the rest of us tried to manage the lumps in our own throats. The baby in the picture was Amanda, but the truth of this moment applied to all of us.
Picture yourself as a tiny baby fresh from God’s hands. Innocent. Blissfully unaware of tragedy and trauma. Imagine yourself looking into her eyes. What would you say to her? Who do you want to tell her she is before life gets written on her? Speak that over her now.
Remember, you are closest to who you really are when you are the closest to who He created you to be.
Another memory you could recall is to remember yourself before you were really hurt. Before she said what she said. Or he did what he did. Or, before that event when everything changed, and you felt a bit damaged. Who were you?
Think of a memory, a memory from early on in your life, and try to remember who you were before you started looking to others for validation. Before you started becoming so hyperaware of your faults and frailties that you stopped seeing yourself as worthy, valuable, and designed by God on purpose. If nothing comes to mind from your early childhood, just speak to one of your baby pictures and tenderly tell her why she doesn’t need to live her life with an unhealthy pursuit of constantly seeking validation from people.
Now, write down the qualities that are true about the most authentic, wonderful version of you.
That’s your beauty. The goal is to humbly, and purposefully, walk in that beauty and own it. Serve from that fullness. Give from that wholeness. Walk confidently in the fact that our all-sufficient God did not make you insufficient or broken. Yes, we need to grow and develop and seek to become more and more like Jesus. But just like a seed contains everything in it necessary to bloom, so do we. All that a seed goes through to grow into a plant is part of the process of becoming what it was designed to be — not a process of determining its worth or value (1 Corinthians 15:38–44).
This exercise is more important than you know. If we don’t know who we are, we will constantly be manipulated into who others want us to be or become enmeshed in the needs of other people.
When we know who we are, we are whole and available to love, serve, and give to others from that fullness. If we don’t know who we are, then we will love, serve, and give, hoping people will fill our empty places and make us feel whole. And in doing so, we will always be defined by how well or how poorly someone else makes us feel.
My passion for all of this may have put a tad too much wind in my sail — or words in my chapter. Welcome to my overextended TED talk. Just kidding.
There’s an even more secure foundation to knowing who we are than just naming it for ourselves. We want to let God’s Word become the words of truth for our identity.
When God is the source of our identity, we are much less prone to others feeding our insecurity.
I’ll leave you with these words I first wrote in my journal and then put in my book Uninvited years ago: “God’s love isn’t based on me. It’s simply placed on me. And it’s the place from which I should live... loved.”1"'

MOTHERS TELL CITI TO PROTECT KIDS FROM CLIMATE CHANGE by ERIK MCGREGOR Via Flickr: New York, NY — Ahead of Mother's Day, dozens of mothers, caregivers and allies gathered at Citi’s headquarters in Tribeca on May 11, 2023 to perform a collection of moving songs calling on Citi’s CEO, Jane Fraser, to align Citi’s policies with the Paris Agreement, stop funding coal and phase out all fossil fuel financing. Participants also delivered a giant Mother’s Day bouquet and card for Jane Fraser to Chief Sustainability Officer Valerie Smith, who came down to meet the protesters. Comedian and TV star Ilana Glazer joined the action. This event is part of a growing international movement of moms taking on the big banks funding the climate crisis and one of many global climate actions leading up to Mothers’ Day. It also comes just a few weeks after Citi’s Annual General Meeting, in which CEO Jane Fraser insisted that the bank’s existing climate policies are sufficient, in direct opposition to the consensus of global scientists. “The survival of children around the world depends on the choices made by Jane Fraser and Citi’s executive board,” said Liat Olenick, a mom to one in Brooklyn and organizer with Climate Families NYC. “We need Citi to immediately stop funding dirty coal and phase out financing for oil and gas before we’re doomed to a catastrophic future.” “My Mothers Day message to other moms is don’t bank at Citi,” said Chandra Bocci, mom and artist from Queens. “Citi is risking our lives, our futures and our financial security. Find a bank that takes climate change seriously.” “Citi is the top US funder of dirty coal and the second worst fossil fuel bank on Earth. The climate crisis is deadly serious and banks like Citi shouldn’t be using our money to fuel the fire,” said Esther Crow, a musician and mom from Manhattan, and member of Climate Families NYC. “We showed up right before Mother’s Day because Jane Fraser is a mom. Many of Citi’s executive board members are parents or grandparents. How can they continue financing climate destruction knowing that it puts all kids in danger?” said Sara Gronim, grandmother of four. “It’s time for Citi to cut coal, and phase out fossil fuels.” “The future of the planet is top of mind for any parent that is witnessing climate destruction across the globe. We’re happy to join with mothers and all parents in demanding that Citi divest from funding fossil fuels, and keep this planet livable for all children. Citi’s $300 billion in investments in coal, oil and gas are inexcusable.” Jonathan Westin, dad and founder of Climate Organizing Hub. Climate Families NYC is an all-volunteer group that believes that kids and families can make a difference in the struggle to stop catastrophic climate change. We support climate campaigns in and around New York City that target the levers of power in government and finance. #ActOnClimate #Activism #citi #citibank #MothersDay #CitiCutCoal #CitiDropFossilFuels #ClimateChange #ClimateCrisis #ClimateDisaster #ClimateEmergency #ClimateFamilies #CorporateGreed #DirectAction #DisasterCapitalism #EnvironmentalJustice #FossilFree #InsureOurFuture #BlackRock #NYC #NewYork #OffFossilFuels #StopTheMoneyPipeline #activists #climateaction #climatejustice #defundclimatechange #disruption #divest #environment © Erik McGregor - [email protected] - 917-225-8963

Marvel's Midnight Suns is a hero in the field, and the card-based combat is truly a huge hit. The more adventurous social elements are intriguing conceptually, permitting you to candidly interact with a spectrum of characters, but the script and cutscene focus simply just is not up to scrape. It implies that you'll dedicate extended stretches of the overall experience of playing the game itching to return to the game, however, the lure from the strategic battles will pull you through. It's an unusual and unfocused game sometimes, but with character and ambition that's easy to admire. Marvel's new forays into gaming nonetheless capture the stature of their cutscene success, with the likes of Square Enix's Marvel's Avengers often being cited as an example of a studio's failure to exploit a big intellectual property in video game format. Then comes Firaxis Games, builders of the entire critically acclaimed X-COM franchise, who are hoping to take the lesser-known tales from the Midnight Sons to the video game world through the publication of Midnight Suns.

Midnight Suns notices the manufacturing of a completely brand new character in the Marvel galaxy, dubbed "The Hunter." This hero, who is often customized to be the kind of hero people wish them to be, is considered the warrior offspring of Lilith. They defeated their particular mom three centuries earlier when they both took the time to relax in a stone bed. Having been resurrected by their surrogate mom and the keeper of the Midnight Suns, Caretaker, they must now lead a fractured group of heroes in an epic battle against the devil. The new Hunter, like Cap in The Avenger, is a fish out of the water, but instead of missing over 70 years, she's gone for 300. As a relative beginner (or an old-fashioned super-oldcomer), Hunter gets the possibility of forming new connections with most of the stylish heroes, which in turn shows the user that they have the opportunity to begin from scratch with characters that are beyond famous. The result is an exciting video game of getting to know you with these heroes that could be both amusing and informative. It is very cool to watch her play video games with Carol Danvers or watch films with Nico. However, as other characters quickly realize, this new hero has a quiet strength and brilliance, possibly sufficient to bind the two teams into just one to bring positive results. Great prices for PS4 games.

The fight is a lot like that of Slay and Spire. The three characters you choose have an assortment of cards to symbolize their actions, and the three decks form the primary platform. For each set, you'll draw a deck of cards and be given three play options to choose from. Each attack is only one play of cards, however, which means you are only allowed three approaches per set unless people find ways to bypass that. Certain cards are freely available and can be played without the use of a card recreation. Additional cards are generally Quick, so if you destroy an enemy, you'll recover the game played in the round. You can also draw cards every turn; however, redraws may be useful to perform other actions. Check out our great range of New Xbox Series X games to take gaming to a whole new level. However, these attacks are more often than not worth the cost, and countless of them can be character-defining.

Heroism can be used for other purposes as well. Midnight Suns, and possibly the most exciting is environmental warfare. Every arena is dotted with countless environmental threats. Environmental threats can involve throwing rocks, pulling down a lamp post, triggering explosives, and smashing opponents into electrical items. Most of these environmental skills are generally only used for one purpose; however, they can attain large segments and cause a great deal of bonus damage. Most especially, they don't need graphic card plays, which means they can be used to finish off wounded opponents or to set up damage chains. Midnight Suns' tactics make players feel like they've out-witted the game itself, as people take on opponents one after another within a single round. The game truly does an excellent task of demonstrating a new flank of what the superhero energy fantasy is in games due to the way it tackles that thought from a brand-new game genre. In addition to the precise strategy and overall mechanics, the game offers a lot of variation in the missions and the encounters, which means that you don't know what you'll bring if you suit up to fight a brand-new danger.

Fight in Midnight Suns is a boots-on-the-ground 3D arena for tactics. There are 3 superheroes to choose from, each packing a deck of 8 actions that include 4 attacks as well as four defensive or skill-based techniques. The cards are dealt out as a group, and consequently, really improve the group feel - two moves as Blade every moment, you are playing 3 card games together as a group. Everyone is in the game. But as you can imagine, as a result, it is highly randomized. It's possible to draw bad cards and have to implement more redraw options. Some cards could be for Captain Marvel, or even that her efforts are best at decimating the plethora of foes and giving the highest Heroic breaks. They also culminate in heroic action. It provides a bit that brings the group together but across many different randomized plays. Blasts build up a Heroic gauge that can be used to play with large injury cards, place strikes, or other attacks, but it's a resource you're going to be trying to increase and use each round. Heroic points allow use covering the place. Every arena or stage is filled with trash, pallets filled with explosives, piles of newspaper, you name it, waiting for all of our characters to pick points rather than a credit card, and drop them at their opponent. Plenty of strikes feature Knockback, which can double the destruction by hitting enemies with obstacles, one diverse, or bad then all that, hitting the holding out razors of a teammate. The cycle of conversation, combat, and exploration is moreish and, while there may generally be countless situations where you are going to get distracted by an unnecessarily very long item of the exhibition, the thrill of covering the battle will keep you going. Each time you complete a mission, you will open Gamma Coils which operate like a non-paid gacha mechanic, which allows you to find cards that can be added to your game, boosted, and more and more. You can also send staff members out on unmanned tasks, which adds to the overall strength imaginary of directing the Avengers.
