hey guys can u help me find a song???

okay so the ISSUE IS and i am asking for a miracle here, that 1) i do not remember the name or the band, 2) i dont even remember the lyrics, 3) I MOSTLY REMEMBER THE VIBE and the only hint i have is this drawing based on it i made like 6 years ago

i know that the song has something to do with being the only person who sees a wolf/dog/man/danger in the neighbourhood/city/street, while nobody else does. im not sure about the genre; it is indie rock or ska, since i dont generally listen to pop.

anyway pls if you have any ideas of what it could be let me know??? id be thankful forever

I'm literally going crazy, there's a song that's little known and I can't remember the name. I found by chance when I wasn't using a YouTube account.

I remember that the only instrument was a guitar, I remember some parts of the chorus (dracula they got shit on me; i'm a wolfman, like the tv […] the morning comes, [...] oh my god, what i've done?) and on the cover it was basically a furry lying on the bed face down and writing something. For years at this point I have been trying to find a music video that, as far as I can remember, featured people dancing with corpses in the countryside? Like, in the moor type countryside? There may or may not have been a slip 'n' slide in evidence but the memory is from so long ago I can't fully remember and describe the whole thing accurately.

I swear I originally found this music video because someone on here was talking about it or recommending it or something, but it was so long ago that I can't remember if it was someone I followed's original post or a post doing the rounds that I saw via reblog on my dash.

It comes back to me every couple of months and every time I try to explain it to Google, I get absolutely nothing. No evidence whatsoever that anything along those lines exists. So I am also wondering if it was actually a dream or something and it genuinely doesn't exist.

I'm not expecting anyone to actually come to me with the video on here but I thought I'd post about it on the offchance.

I was at a Palestinian solidarity gig last night & the one Palestinian artist who was going to perform had COVID so the organisers asked around to see if there were any Palestinians who'd like to say a few words instead.

A local guy who was born & raised in Gaza offered to speak. He started with "I'm an engineer. i'm not a poet or a politician. I don't... do public speaking… I had no idea what to say when I came up here. So i'm just going to tell you about the street I grew up on."

And then he did! He went down the street building by building. He told us about the ice cream shop on the corner, the grocery shop, the charity that supports people with intellectual disabilities. He told us about the people who he knew growing up, the families who still live in the different houses. He told us about the university buildings and about his friends who quit being accountants to start a band together. All on that street.

All of which is gone now, by the way. Bombed to dust.

This past year was a big year for me in terms of looking inward and trying to fine tune the way I live my life. I had a pretty big birthday and when you hit these markers in life, at least for me, it certainly causes me to turn inward and reflect on where I've been and where I want to go. I think about the people in my life or the habits I've created and I wondered which ones were good for my mind and which ones could maybe be eliminated. Can we change or are we innately stuck as being the same person for the rest of our lives? I'd like to think we always have the ability to change and that's sort of what this song is about. Are you the same person before and after these milestone events in our lives or can they inspire us to change the way we look at the world. There's always these big moments, whether good or bad, that come up in our lives and I think they can serve as good markers or excellent opportunities to help us create a better version of ourselves. It's not easy but I'm always looking for ways to fine tune or explore new avenues of creativity. This song explores this idea of saying goodbye to the people or the things that don't ultimately align with my values.
