Cody looks at him, because he can and because he wants to. “If it’s cold here, it’ll be colder in the water,” Cody says, eyeing the lake doubtfully. It’s the middle of the day, and Alderaan’s sun is hanging above them in the sky so it’s not as cold as it was this morning, but they’re still up high in the mountains. Cody would never have considered swimming if Obi-Wan hadn’t suggested it. “That’s what makes it fun,” Obi-Wan laughs, undoing his belt and laying it down on his shirt. “You don’t have to swim with me if you don’t want to, my dear.”
