I was watching my friends again for the 100th time last night. Can't believe ....he is just gone. I love you so much Matthew and Chandler. Thank you for being there for me when I was at my lowest. Friends and especially Chandler provided me with warmth I needed the most.

i made a friend, about a year ago. His name is Nicky. He understands me and he respects me. He has never been weird about me being trans and he corrects people who misgender me and stands up against transphobia for me. I am so glad i met him. A few days ago I found out he’s bi. We haven’t really talked about sexuality a lot. We talked a bit about dating, like I dated a girl briefly a few months ago and we talked about that. He hasn’t dated anyone since we met but he told me about a girl he dated a few years ago in high school. I am bi too, and I was surprised he was. I don’t know why. I found out from a friend because she said she thought Nicky was dating this dude that was coming by his apartment a lot and I said that I thought he was straight and she told me he was bi. I asked Nicky if it was true and he said yes. I told him me too and he held my hand. I had never thought of him as more than a friend but i’ve been thinking that maybe I want to give it a shot. I’m just scared the fact that i’m trans is gonna mess it up like it did to my last real relationship. It was only one out of a few but it’s been floating around in my head nonstop. She said she couldn’t be with me because my face and my genitals don’t match up. Which is stupid, I know, I’ve been telling myself that. and no she wasn’t straight. She said she was fine with me not having a dick in the beginning. I know that’s not gonna happen with Nicky but i’m still scared. And plus i’ve never been with a cis guy, what if I get more dysphoria or something?? idk i’m being irrational.

Y'all I need some advice.

How do I meet other LGBTQ people in person. I've tried online, and I don't have a lot of friends in person. I myself am a lesbian and my best friend (and really only) is a gay guy. But that's all. I kinda want more friends who "get it" if that makes sense?

And the only openly LGBTQ places are clubs and bars and I'm not really interested in those locations being 18.

So any advice.

I had a breakdown and cried thinking about my life, family and dreams/goals. I started doing my homework and tasks now (At 1:49am!!!) This is because I slept 2 times during the day so I am not tired anymore, but I should really sleep by 2am because I need to buy some things tomorrow and meet a person so I need to shower and be prepared aaaah. I hope I will feel better and be successful in my university life, but school memories still hunter me, good and bad ones

I should get a new camera today. This time I ordered from Amazon. Even though Ebay issued a refund for the camera that I never received, waiting a month for something to arrive via slow boat from China isn't my forte. Anyway, that's another story. I originally intended to get another Canon 90D but changed my mind and went for a Canon 6D Mark II, which is a full framed camera. I did a little research, and it might be a better choice for certain kinds of shots. I thought about a mirrorless, but I have all EF lenses, which would mean having to at least buy an adapter as well as a camera.
