Wait wait- I know it's midnight but I saw a post about clingyduo and now I have fireworksduo thoughts-

What if c!Tubbo and c!Techno both like roughhousing? c!Tubbo would always just do so much horseplay with Tommy, they would brawl about causing problems for fun constantly when they were younger. c!Techno isn't even fully aware of it, but he bullies and tackles and wrestles with people he likes, sometimes before he even consciously considers them a friend (pre-Doonsday he would tackle c!Ranboo and just roughhouse with them all the time, he didn't even realize his fondness at that point but he was already endeared)

After fireworksduo start trying to reconcile and become friends again after c!Ranboo's death, they start out sparring and brawling to get their feelings out, give all the resentment they've had for each other for months somewhere to go. Then they just keep doing it. They just roll around in the dust or snow play-fighting every time they see each other. They both love it

Could you imagine if Techno found Tubbo having a nightmare and tried to help him cause he helped Tommy how hard could it be? But Tubbo keeps panicking whenever Techno gets close or speaks. And he is confused cause he could do this before. And then he realizes he can't, cause the difference between Tommy and Tubbo is that it's Techno who haunts Tubbo's dreams.

I got two questions for you, 1. what is your favorite duo that includes Techno? Mine would be Emerald duo 2. If you could have a fic with any character (doesn’t have to be from dsmp) besides Philza as Techno’s parent who would it be? I would go Scar because I love the fics where Techno goes to Hermitcraft also he is my favorite Hermit -Kitty

I find it so hard to choose favorites but I had a similar convo with a few friends the other day and I made a top 10 of Techno duos and just went "yeah the order of these changes depending on my mood". So if you're curious the main five in no particular order are: twinsduo, emduo, peerpressureduo, fireworksduo and orphanduo. Which duo I favor depends on the day (sometimes on the hour). Today is a peerpressureduo day!

SIMON HYPIXEL!!!!! Simon hypixel as Techno's dad is top tier and I wish more people used it. I also think having Tango as Techno's dad is the most big-brained thing I ever came up with, I will die on that hill.

“You’re holding’ your sword too loosely.”

Tubbo blinked back to attention.

“What was that?”

Tubbo had spent the last 2 hours in the cramped underground training room, and making sure he was focusing on Technoblade’s lesson had been a greater challenge than he’d anticipated. Trying to remember every one of Techno’s instructions was daunting enough, but with the added worries of weather or not Schlatt was out in Marburg wondering where he was, it became almost impossible for him to stay in the moment.

“You’re sword.” As he spoke Techno lifted Tubbo’s sword arm and squeezed his hand lightly. Tubbo took the hint.

“Alright, firmer grip, got it.”

Tubbo shifted his stance slightly and held his training sword forward, poking out beside his large shield.

But Technoblade still had a puzzling look on his face, like he was silently picking him apart.

Tubbo shifted again, this time uncomfortably.

“You’re relyin’ too much on your shield.”

Tubbo looked up at him, slightly confused.

“It’s why you’re grippin’ your sword all wrong, why you’re havin’ trouble with the stance.”

In the blink of an eye, Techno raised his own sword. Just as fast, Tubbo raised his shield to defend, but instead of swinging, Techno bent low and kicked Tubbo’s legs right out from under him.

Tubbo dropped his weapons and fell to the floor harshly, the leather training armor doing little to soften the impact.

Techno walked over and offered him a hand.

“You’ve got good instincts, kid,” Techno said as he helped Tubbo back to his feet.

“You’re a quick thinker, and you’re always lookin’ for openin’s, always tryin’ to figure out the best time to strike. It’s why Wilbur likes you so much.”

Tubbo perked up slightly when Techno said that.

“But,” Techno continued, “sometimes there isn’t an openin’. Sometimes there’s no good options. Sometimes you’re just, uh, you play chess, right?”

Tubbo nodded.

“-Sometimes your king’s backed into a corner, and there isn’t a right move.”

Techno tossed him a spare sword.

“And in times like those-“

Once again, Techno raised his sword. But this time, Tubbo saw when Techno shifted down to go for his legs, and reacted by jumping over the piglin’s leg. As he fell back down, he swung his own sword right at Technoblade’s neck.

Techno caught it, and smiled.

“-A shield ain’t gonna cut it.”

Introduction!

Welcome! This is an RP blog for FW&BV!Tubbo, a character from my ( @areus-in-a-little-cave ) currently unwritten fanfic, Fireworks and Bloodvines!

Since the fic isn’t written yet, there’s nothing to be read beforehand though a brief introduction to the concept of this AU is useful. It can be read below the cut.

This account will mostly Tubbo talking about his day through audio recorded journal entries, though asks are welcomed :]

Fireworks and Bloodvines is an Eggpire canon divergent fic focused on c!Fireworksduo. With few expections, the fic will be entirely Tubbo-centric.

As the egg grows in power, it begins to spawn these strange creatures that are stronger than nearly ever currently known mob. They hunt on behalf of the egg and seemingly have no weaknesses.

Most surviving members of the server are spread out, but a large group was forced into using Snowchester as a stronghold. Niki, one of the group members, suggested moving the group to her underground city.

Tubbo, Techno, and Niki decided to scout the route to the city when they were ambushed and—in an attempt to protect her friends—Niki locked Tubbo and Techno inside.

Now stuck in the below freezing city, Tubbo and Techno have to find a way to survive and save their friends.

Anyways in my perfect dsmp ending that is perfect btw, c!beeduo have an actual wedding in the spring and c!tommy is both Best Man and the flower person bc he be like that. c!Phil is the one who marries them bc they are both on good terms with him and this would be at a point in the story where c!fireworksduo are on Okayish enough terms that c!techno is allowed, but only for the ceremony and not the after party. c!beeduo would head bonk instead of kiss and c!tommy would hoist Michael onto his shoulders as everyone cheers.

And it’s the happiest moment for c!beeduo. And c!tommy pretends to be disgusted at how mushy it all is but at heart he’s happy bc he loves them.
