I LOST TWO POUNDS!!! First time the scale moved in the two weeks that I’ve been working out!!!!!! AHHHH
Today is my rest day. For the past two weeks I have been working out for 6 days a week, an hour each day.
Yesterday I did an arms and shoulder workout which was so hard... but when I did my cardio portion, I felt so strong!!! I ran for a mile longer than I planned to on the treadmill, and it didn’t feel like anything. Sure I was sweaty and out of breath, but I felt STRONG.
I’m not so much focused on the weight loss anymore, even though I still hope to see it, but I want to keep feeling stronger and stronger.
Ahhhh I’m so happy!!!
Considering going to yoga on my rest day, but I’ll see.

Tips:
☆ The stepper can make some moves easier, and other moves harder! Totally not necessary for this workout, but if you have one you might as well use it
☆ Make sure that the single leg exercises get performed on each side - we don't want to work our bodies an uneven amount lol!
