Cigarette collectable cards (7-50)
Circa. 1920s
These cards were created to sell more cigarettes to male consumers in the 1920s, they were designed with flapper ladies made to look like different kinds of butterflies with their scientific names to be seen as “educational” but they were mostly made for male cigarette consumers to enjoy the ladies.
I think now we can see these butterfly ladies for what they are and appreciate their beauty and their educational values.

Anita's Interlude
I'm back! (sorta, I'll explain later) and what better way than to show off a new OC of mine, her name is Anita the peacock, and she's basically the flapper girls of the 1920s :]
this originally started off as a traditional sketch in a sketchbook I did for fun, but then realised it would look so nice done digitally, so that's what I did
hope you guys like her! cuz she does play a bit of a role in Stacy's past :]
