“What?! But you-“ Stede clears his throat, mouth twitching a bit. “I mean, if you…” he continues, eyes darting from Ed’s beard to his twinkling eyes, which crinkle with laughter.

Ed’s laughter rumbles, head thrown back and his hand patting his own steadily growing (and greying) beard. It’s not as long as it used to be yet, but it’s softer now, from lavender soap and all sorts of creams Stede shares with him. “I’m not gonna shave, I wanna try on you, mate.”

You’ll Be Alright Tonight by @prettyboyporter is a great post S3 holiday story where the boys get snowed in at Jack Sinclair’s coffee shop. I adore it. 

Lunch Break by @inthelonelycoolbeforedawn is super short, and I am SOFT for it. Such a beautiful little moment in time.
