All I’m saying is that Wyoming has a population of less than 600,000 and Puerto Rico has a population that is over 5 times that so if we’re actually serious about “flipping the senate” then we need to be talking about admitting the territory as multiple states

Thank you Stacy Abrams, and everyone else who's been working for the past months and years to convince people that their time won't be wasted, that if they do turn up and vote, they can flip the state. Yes, I know Ossoff's lead is still within the recount margin, but recounts change by a couple of hundred votes, not 17,000. Get Mitch or Die Trying people - we got Mitch. Now we can have a Senate majority leader who won't boast about the huge piles of bills sitting on his desk that he just won't allow a vote on. Including bills that had Republican support, bills that would have passed, but Mitch wouldn't allow a vote on them because he just didn't like them personally. And hey, America, is there any chance you can fix your political system now? Why is it that the entire legislative process could be halted by the whims of one man who represented 1.2 million voters anyway?

Voter rights - making sure that everyone that has a right to vote may do so easily and without interference.

Women’s rights - protecting our right to choose what to do with our bodies. Fighting for equal pay for equal work.

Climate change and protection - keeping our planet healthy for future generations.

Holding corrupt politicians accountable - the Senate isn’t where anyone should be able to go and make a profit.

Clearing the way for effective change in the highest levels of our government. Believe me when I say that Mitch McConnell will do everything in his power to block any initiative by the incoming Biden administration. Let’s get him out of the way. It’s time he was demoted.

Jon Ossoff was ambushed by Fox News and he looked straight into the camera, told them he was speaking directly to Fox News viewers, and said “Kelly Loeffler campaigned with a klansman” and “There are two United States Senators in Georgia who are blatantly using their offices to enrich themselves” and I know that Fox News viewers have shown us who they are, but there is something to be said for looking them in the eye and forcing them to reckon with it
