#flirty hero x villain
Note
arrogant villain x flirty hero 🥺
“If you listen—” the villain pushed them against the door “—closely, really closely, you might understand that I don’t have time for you today.”
The villain was close enough to press a kiss to the hero’s lips. The hero loved that.
“Hmm, what a shame. Usually you’re so adamant about seeing me.” They couldn’t help but smirk when the villain scrunched their nose.
“Funny.” With another condescending look they reached for the doorknob. “You’re so funny.”
The hero slapped the villain’s arm with enough force to push the villain off balance.
“You, my love, aren’t going anywhere,” they said and to their surprise, the villain didn’t only look offended but also surprised.
“You wanna fight? Is that it?” they asked.
Today the villain seemed more riled up than usual. The hero could only suspect it had something to do with a deal or an upcoming meeting. For the past few months, the villain had been more active, had been pulling strings in the background constantly.
Admittedly, the hero didn’t know why. And that bothered them.
“Well, if you insist…” They wiggled with their eyebrows. Usually, wooing the villain was their favourite activity but with the villain this agitated, they didn’t really know if they were pushing too far.
The villain sighed and reached for the doorknob again.
“Hey, hey…are you really going to leave your nemesis in your hotel room like that?” the hero asked.
“I was planning on locking you in here so I don’t have to see your stupid face.”
The hero giggled.
“Last time you told me I have a pretty face.”
“Changed my mind.”
“My god, fine. Just go to your villains and leave me here all alone…” the hero said, pulling the villain closer, as if their tone wasn’t dramatic enough already. The hero got a hold of the villain’s jawline, chests pressed against each other. “…let me die here of boredom…without my villain…”
Another sigh.
The villain frowned and finally, finally, the hero could spot a blush on their cheeks.
“How did you even get in here?” The villain didn’t pull away. Quite the contrary, they leaned against them.
“I heard there were a few villains meeting in this hotel’s restaurant today. Simply had to see if my lover was going to be here.”
“We’re not lovers,” the villain whispered. But in the same breath: “Do you know how dangerous this is?”
“Are you asking me or yourself?” the hero asked. “You don’t have to go down there, you know? We can stay here. Get to know each other more.”
“I think I know you too well to use that as an excuse. I have to go down there.” They looked at the ground before they looked at the hero again.
“You’re scared,” the hero said. Their hand found the villain’s shoulder and their thumb ran along their collarbone gently.
“I am,” the villain whispered. “But this is really important.”
“It’s about power, isn’t it?”
“…yeah.”
“Don’t you have enough already? Do you really need to risk your life for more?” the hero asked. They wanted the villain to stay like this forever. To lean against them, to look at them this way.
“Yeah. Sorry, love.” Before the hero could respond, the villain kissed them hard and the hero was so surprised, they could barely open their mouth. However, the villain didn’t give them enough time to enjoy it. They pulled away almost immediately. For the last time, they reached for the doorknob. “See ya.”
They disappeared, leaving the frozen hero in the hotel room by themselves.
Later, the hero found out the meeting wasn’t about discussing power dynamics and making evil deals. It was about the hero.

“Please, Villain—” the hero struggled, wrists cuffed behind their back by their very own power suppressors. “T-This, this is humiliating—”
The villain on the other hand looked far too cheery for a criminal only two steps away from their nemesis. Their smile was radiant and they were practically bouncing off the balls of their feet.
“Maybe you should have considered that before you came to me for my help~” They announced, almost licking their lips watching their new prisoner wriggle helplessly on the floor beneath them.
Hero blushed and then stuttered, “I didn’t think you were going to do all this—”
Villain closed the gap between the pair, taking an extra step in order to press their heel into the small of the hero’s back. Effectively pushing them back down into the grime of the alley street.
“Sweetheart, I’m a villain. You’re the one who begged me to kidnap you for a week so you could take a paid vacation, not I. Did you really think I wasn’t going to take advantage of this opportunity?”
The crime-stopper huffed, blowing up some dust from their spot against the floor. “Well, I at least thought you’d be a bit kinder about it.”
The villain almost burst out laughing, it was clear that this whole thing was just a big joke to them. Not so much so to the hero, considering they only got four vacation days a year and could hardly keep from burning out. But maybe the change of scenery would be good for them.
They knew the villain wouldn’t kill them or horribly injure them—in fact, the hero considered the two of them almost friends at this point. All Hero wanted was a few days of peace and quiet, and what better way to get that than to stage a kidnapping?
“You really are as dumb as they say. I mean, you just handed yourself to me on a silver platter and now you’re acting like I don’t try to slit your throat every Tuesday and Friday morning.”
Hero rolled their eyes as the villain yanked them to their feet by their collar, shoving them towards the street. “Cut me some slack, will you? The Agency is pushing my limits.”
The villains hands were braced agains the hero’s shoulders in a second, steadying the other’s precarious swaying. “Oh my… poor little Hero, hm? Are those strong muscles getting sore?” Right on cue the villain squeezed the hero’s shoulders, hitting all the right spots and effectively stealing their breath.
“Or is it more so this genius brain you’ve got locked up in there?” Villain’s hands travelled up the back of their neck to their skull, teasing their touch-starved skin.
“Villain—”
“Or maybe it’s this hot ass that’s tired of the constant spotlight…” With a yelp, Villain’s hands met the base of Hero’s spine, grabbing a handful of their ass without a second thought.
The villain chuckled, pushing the hero up against their car door. They had always loved the sounds the hero made, how they reacted to the villain’s touch—how quickly they folded.
The criminal turned the hero to face them, pressing their bodies up even closer, eyeing them up and down. “I’ll have to teach you to respect your villains time and efforts during your stay, but if you’d let me, I’d love to teach you a thing or two about your body on the side.”
Hero hated the way their entire body lit up as if it had caught fire. They hadn’t expected the villain to be so direct about it, not that that deterred them any from answering.
“Could you teach me a thing or two about yours as well?”
The deal was sealed with a single smirk.

“Has anyone ever told you how pretty you look when you’re focused?” The voice shocked Hero. They spun away from their desk only to scatter a slew of papers. From the shadows came a chuckle and Villain emerged.
“You’re not supposed to be able to get in here.”
A feline smile graced the Villain’s lips, “You of all people should know I have a knack for being places I shouldn’t.” Their gaze fell onto the scattered files and Hero instinctively fumbled to fix the mess before them. Not however, before Villain managed to snatch a paper of their own.
“Quite the thorough research you have.” Villain smirked. They took their sweet time reading it even as Hero reached for them. An array of well placed blocks was enough to finish the contents of the sheet all while leaving the Hero an amusing shade of red., “You really are obsessed with me, aren’t you?”
“You can’t be serious,” Hero sputtered. They leapt for the sheet, successfully managing to tear it from the Villain’s hands all while their nemesis raised a knowing brow. “You’re a Villain, it’s my job to do all I can to stop you.”
“Because knowing my favorite kind of flower is so beneficial to my demise,” Villain strode forward, stopping the Hero from fleeing by bracketing a hand on either side of their hips. They leaned close, lips ghosting just over the shell of Hero’s ear, “Don’t be naive sweetheart. Trying to hide your little crush is as hopeless as this ‘work’ of yours.”
The blush they got in response was absolutely ravishing.

Prompt #256
The henchman was new. A tall, muddy-eyed specimen sent over from Supervillain’s labs to—by Villain’s best estimation—watch them.
Villain had intentionally placed them in their personal security detail to prove that they had nothing to hide—no hidden agendas or plans of mutiny here. Yet, after two weeks, the henchman’s gaze still followed them closely. Even now, as Villain bent over the newest batch of truth serum, checking each bottle for it tell-tale luminescence, their neck prickled under the henchman’s stare.
“Do you need something?” Villain said coldly.
The words reverberated and disappeared into the dark depths of the laboratory. The lack of an immediate reply blanketed the space in even greater quiet.
“Just thinking about how pretty you look in that lighting,” Henchman finally said.
Villain did not react. Responding strongly would only bring on whatever satisfaction Henchman hoped to get out of this exchange. However, they could not help but touch a finger to their temple, the start of the network of pale scars that traversed their entire face. Sometimes they could still feel the sting of the blade under their skin.
“Please refrain from mocking me.” Villain shook another vial, illuminating their face in a burst of spectral green, before placing it in the box of successes. “You might not like the outcome.”
“I’m not making fun,” Henchman said, tone sober. “You are attractive and intelligent and vicious, and if you’d let me, I’d like to take you out.”
“I bet it would make a good story for the barracks.”
“I wouldn’t have to tell.”
“I don’t care what you do.”
“Is that a yes?”
Villain half-turned toward Henchman, a rejection sitting on their tongue. The grunt stood like a solider, hands clasped behind their back, but the look in their eyes was not to protocol. Too rapt. Too longing. Too…intrusive.
Villain’s insides squirmed. Henchman was undeniably lovely: chiseled face, impressive figure, hair your hands could get lost in. Word had it they’d already been invited out by several other henchmen and lab techs. But they’d never asked anyone themselves before. What would it be like to experience romance with such a desirable creature, even as a joke? Romantic intentions from anyone was only a dream they could wake up from.
They clenched their hand at their side before it could wander back to their scars. “Yes.”

Hi! Your writing is just amazing 🤘🏾 may I request a spicy hero x villain , with an EXTREMELY flirty villain. Perhaps giving off a "one night stand" sorta vibe? Idk whatever you're comfortable with. Thank you in advance!
Temptation
Part 2
Hero was livid. Rightfully so. Not only did the asshole of a villain they had the misery of working against attack on Christmas Eve, but they also had to do that on the only chance Hero had of company. They were Christmas carolling near the central square, for God's sake. There was nothing to gain from attacking them there. Or attacking at all.
And it's not like Villain even pursued anything - they were just determined to piss Hero off and ruin their holiday spirit to compensate for their own foul mood. Solely out of spite. So yes, Hero was seething. And Villain was going to regret provoking them.
They grab a garland light off the toppled tree and wrap it around Villain's wrists. They attempt to jerk away and free themselves, when Hero restricts their movements by twisting their arms behind their back and securing them before wrapping the rest of the garland down to their feet to completely immobilise them.
"Stay fucking still!" They growl through gritted teeth, tugging at the improvised chain a little too harshly.
"I like it a bit more gentle, baby," Villain murmurs under their breath, but when Hero smacks them, they start thrashing around like a fish out of water.
Hero picks Villain up, fighting the temptation to knock them out, and throws them over their shoulder. They wish the citizens happy holidays and depart with a heavy heart. Once they've dealt with Villain, there'll be nothing but an empty apartment and frozen pizza waiting for them. All because of the dumbass that keeps banging their tied fists at Hero's back, demanding attention.
"Stop." They order, only to be ignored. "I told you to stop, you absolute prick!"
Villain seizes their blows for a short moment before resuming again with a cheeky laugh. And Hero has had enough. They throw Villain off their shoulder, watching them land on the concrete floor of their apartment balcony. Normally, they would avoid bringing Villain to their own place. But, the agency was closed because every normal human being was supposed to be at home, celebrating with their families.
They land, turning Villain over face up and grasping their collar to pull them to a standing position. A strained breath escapes them from the force with which Hero slams their back against the wall. They hiss when their head makes contact with the rough surface.
"Now listen here, you miserable bastard," they start, anger sweeping over them.
Against their better judgement, Villain coughs out a laugh, only getting Hero more riled up.
"You sure I'm the miserable one here?"
This earns them a blow to the gut, but they can't even bend over properly because of their confines.
"Shut your mouth and listen to me," Hero snarls, no longer able to contain their aggravation. They don't even know why they are so mad at Villain specifically - poor-timed attack aside. It is perhaps their frustration getting the best of them, Villain just happened to cross their path at the wrong moment. "We have two options here."
Villain swallows, their throat tight, then nods. Something is off, and they can sense that. Usually, Hero was up for a little brawl. It was entertaining and never meant to inflict any significant harm. Same for today, Villain was sure the toppled tree was back in position with only one garland and a couple of ornaments missing. Worst case scenario, ten. Hero's rage was far from being equivalent to the damage done.
"You give us both a holiday break, or I leave you here tied up with this garland for the entire weekend," Hero's warning drags them out of their thoughts. But they wouldn't be who they are if they abandoned their plan that easily. Villain pulls their lower lip between their teeth and drags a finger over Hero's toned stomach, eyes lided.
"There's another option, too," they muse in a low voice. They know they are probably laying it on too thick, but they need to get the message across. And if this doesn't get Hero to relax, they don't know what will. With a crooked smile now adorning their face, Villain continues. "If you'd care to twitch your plan a bit, that is."
Hero stares at them with the most deadpan look they can muster. They despise the way their voice sounds hoarse when they finally speak. "How so?"
The sexual tension between them was insane - to a painful extent. It was evident from the very start, but they never succumbed to it and never showed any inclination to cave in. Or so they thought.
"Well, it'd go pretty much the same - you tie me up with the garland," Villain explains, squirming to illustrate their point. And free their arms. "Except, you stay, too, and get to do whatever you'd like to me."
"What?" Hero chokes out, incredulous at the shiver Villain's words send down their back. They are flabbergasted at how quickly they were ready to nod in agreement.
"Preferably for the entire weekend," Villain can't help the teasing tone and seeing Hero's reaction only prompts them to keep going. They gulp, voice heavy with arousal. "If you can handle me for that long."
"I..." Hero gapes at them, utterly at a loss for words. Their skin prickles with agitation when Villain offers them a suggestive wink.
"I'm damn sure that'll be your best Christmas yet."
Hero bites their lip to suppress a throaty groan, and Villain smirks, knowing full well they got them. They can feel the heat rising in their stomach when Hero looks up at them with darkened eyes. Their dilated irises lock onto Villain's when the question drops from their lips. Villain barely registers it, too occupied with the thoughts of that mouth on their skin.
"And what happens next?" Hero asks, barely restraining themselves from throwing every inhibition aside and ravaging them on the cold balcony of their apartment.
"Nothing," Villain squeezes out, their tongue sweeps out to wet their parted lips. Being bound up and at Hero's hands always did things to them they were not prepared to unravel, but this seemed like the perfect opportunity to go there. "We let the tension out of our systems and return to our usual fighting routine."
A part of Hero fears the weekend won't be enough to satiate their hunger, but it's worth a shot. At least they can get a taste of something they have craved for longer than they dare admit.
"You know you want me, darling." Villain chimes in, worming out of their chains and wrapping their arms around Hero's neck. "You can't hide it."
Without further thoughts, Hero crashes their lips in a searing kiss, picking them up with one arm while the other pushes the door open. Villain moans into their mouth, wrapping their legs around Hero's waist as they are carried into the apartment.
They don't know whether this is an incredible idea or a horrible mistake. It's up for debate whether this will end up as a one night stand with their nemesis or a beginning of something much more than that. They don't even know if it's anger or attraction that's fueling Hero's desire for them. If there is one thing Villain does know, it's that they won't be spending Christmas enveloped by the emptiness of their existence.
Part 2
Masterlist
Hi, darling!
Thank you so much for the request and kind words, I appreaciate that! I hope I managed to capture your idea in this snippet and that you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
It's not as spicy, but there could always be a part 2, right? :D

Lonesome
CW: intimate whumper, touch starvation
Hero had few real friends, no partners, no one close enough to touch regularly, even just as comfort. They were lonely, the hero of the city was lonely.
Right now, they stand off against their nemesis, Villain. The two swirl as their deadly dance continues. Banter and dust fill the city air, it gets slightly harder to breathe. Hero falters a little, breath heavy.
“That’s all I needed,” Villain calls, lunging forward and pinning the Hero to a hard brick wall. Hero, stunned by the sudden change in position, stares vacantly at their nemesis.
Immediately after realising what’s happened, the saviour tries to free themselves of the villain.
“Ah-Ah darling, you’re staying right there~” Villain’s hand caresses their face as they talk, “Be a dear and stay still, I’d hate to have to subdue you violently”
Hero’s eyes blow wide, terrified as they resist the urge to lean into any touch they get. Conflict plays in their mind, fear and desire for affection clash against each other.
“Aw, you look so confused~ My dear, don’t be afraid, I’ll take good care of you~”
The conflict in hero rages on for what felt like hours, but was merely a minute. The deep need for any kind of touch has won over them, and they melt into the arms of Villain.
“That’s it, that’s a good little hero~” The villains voice is soft and affectionate, digging its way deep into the hero’s vulnerable mind.
“Villain I-…” Hero mumbles into the others chest, “please hug me…”
“Aw? Already desperate for me, cute~” Villain hugs the hero tightly, but not uncomfortably.
Hero begins to cry, shaking and sobbing as their nemesis carries them away to an unfamiliar base.

“I’ve never used a gun before,” the hero swallowed, mouth dry. They had never needed to, but now—
The villain’s head lolled over to look at them. A lazy grin spread across their face.
“Don’t worry,” they held the hero’s gaze, unflinching. “I have.”
The gun went off. Across the room, one of their enemies dropped, blood splattering against the wall.
Still, the villain didn’t break eye contact, content to shoot without looking. They hit their target every time, but still—
“Can you please look where you’re pointing that thing?”
“Why,” the villain tipped their head, and that shit eating grin was back, “Am I making you nervous, hero?”
The hero grimaced as the villain sent another target sprawling onto the floor. Surely they had to run out of ammo eventually?
When the hero didn’t respond, the villain laughed.
“Oh, I am. Well, that’s adorable, frankly.”
The hero flinched at the next gunshot, and the villain nodded their head towards the hero’s gun. “If you were to—and bear with me this is a crazy idea—help me, this would be over with way faster.”
The hero looked down to their gun, shifting it side to side in their hands. It didn’t look all that hard. Point, aim, shoot. They could do that, right?
They lifted their gun, aiming at the nearest combatant—
The villain slid to a stop next to them, tsking, and their hand settled onto the hero’s gun too quickly for them to see. “Not-no not quite like that,” they hummed in the hero’s ear, and though they couldn’t see their face, the hero knew they were amused.
The hero’s jaw clenched with irritation.
“First,” the villain murmured, far too close, “Safety needs to be off.” They clicked something on the hero’s gun, repositioning the hero’s hands as they did. “Second,” they continued, and the hero shivered. “Don’t aim at me, love. You like me too much to kill me.”
“You’re awfully sure about that.”
The villain half rested their chin on the hero’s shoulder, batting their eyes. Their free arm jerked up, firing a shot behind them at someone who had evidently gotten too close to the two of them.
“I am,” they grinned. Their hand rested over the hero’s once more. “Now, aim,” they guided the hero’s hand towards the nearest enemy. Their finger slipped over the hero’s on the trigger. “And shoot.” They pulled down on the trigger, trapping the hero’s finger underneath theirs, so when the gun fired, they fired it together. The hero winced.
It was louder than the hero had thought it would be.
Across the room, the body dropped.
“Good,” the villain praised, voice low, and something stirred in the hero’s chest. “Again, love.”
They guided the hero through the motions once more.
By the time there was no one left to fight, the villain was staring at them with a look they couldn’t decipher. It was all encompassing. Hungry. Wild.
The hero cleared their throat, and the villain smirked like they knew what the hero was doing.
They eyed the hero, still with that look on their face.
“God, you’re pretty with a gun in your hand,” the villain cursed. They stepped closer. The hero didn’t move, holding their breath as the villain wiped a splattering of blood off their face. “Pretty covered in blood, too, but that might be a bit too insane for you, hm?”
The hero’s face went hot. It wasn’t, they thought. They wanted to kiss the villain so badly they worried it might be a sickness, twisting their mind, something terminal. But still, that smile—
The villain stepped away. They scanned the hero’s blushing face, and grinned harder at whatever they saw.
Gently, they took the gun from the hero’s hands, vanishing it behind their back.
“The next time you need someone to show you how to shoot, give me a call,” they nodded towards the hero’s hands. “I wouldn’t want someone else touching my hero, now would I?”
The hero couldn’t stop the smile that spread across their face.
The villain winked, stepped back, and was gone.
My hero.
Oh, the hero was well and truly fucked.

“Hey! Villain, Villain, look at me!” Hero called from the second story window that they were currently half dangling out of. “What light through yonder—“
Villain lifted a hand and shot the glass of the window and Hero yelped, shielding their face and body from the spray of shards. Hero turned back to face Villain in the garden below, scowling.
“The line is window breaks, Villain. It doesn’t mean you literally break a window.”
“I’ll break you if you don’t stop goofing around.”
“Are you flirting with me or threatening me? I can never tell.”
Villain’s gun was trained on Hero this time as they drew back the hammer and Hero put their hands up and stepped back away from the window.

Romance Your Demons
TW: Blood, bruises, asphyxiation attempt, gun mention, violence
Happy late birthday, 🎂 @thelazywitchphotographer
"Darling," Villain growled, baring their teeth in a predatorial fashion.
"Dear," Hero replied languidly, although their eyes were glued to the criminal's balled-up fists, to their arched body, ready to pounce.
They were far too reminiscent of an old, married couple, something everyone and their mother never ceased to point out, much to both the crime-fighter and the evil-doer's chagrin.
The villain rammed into them, the hero's body slamming into the wall with an audible thud, the force just shy away from breaking something.
"Well, this is intimate," the hero scoffed, swinging their leg and slamming it harshly into their adversary's ribs, letting the criminal fall to the ground, spitting blood and a flurry of filthy curses out of their mouth.
The dagger-sharp smirk on the hero's smug face was arguably a more painful blow than that merciless kick. Villain had always been told that their pride would be the end of them.
Well, now it would be the end of Hero too.
Wiping the blood from their mouth, their fingers clawed around Hero's neck, digging into their skin, leaving scratches and bruises in their wake, ripping out shallow breaths from the hero's lungs as their pale face slowly turned a sickly shade of blue.
"You're not laughing now, are you, sucker?" they seethed, loosening their death grip around their enemy's throat by a mere fraction.
Gasping and taking greedy breaths of air, the hero still had the audacity to flash a dirt-eating grin. "No, I s'ppose not."
It made the villain wish to squash the life right out of the crime-stopper's body, to beat them to a bloody pulp on the sidewalk, to empty a gun (that they unfortunately lacked right now) into the jerk's head.
But it also made them want to pull them up against their chest and kiss the hero's cheekbones and bring that oh so pretty blush to their face and neck, one that they'd only seen because Hero was exerting themselves and not because they were flustered.
The hero had dark circles under their eyes and dry skin. They'd lost weight, and not in any way that was healthy, dropping muscle from what was once a gorgeously lean figure. They were young, but their eyes were a hundred years older.
But they were struggling in the criminal's vice-like grip, still fighting for what most would deem a lost cause, still grinning in that stupidly carefree way they did when they were just starting out, barely in high school and nowhere near as broken. And it was beautiful.
The villain wanted to curse themselves, so they did.
"What? Are we just gonna keep cuddling here together for all eternity?" Hero supplied in a mostly sarcastic tone, but the strange edge it had could almost be read as flirtatious.
Villain released them from the bruising grip on their neck, their nemesis took in great breaths of air, their body shuddering as they almost fell to the ground, only for the evil-doer to catch them with a steadying arm wrapped around their waist.
They couldn't even tell when the hero's face went scarlet.
"So, where's the part where you commit homicide?" they asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'll save that for later, dove. Right now, you're all I can think about," they admitted, almost guiltily.
Surprisingly, they weren't met with another infuriatingly attractive, lopsided smirk. The look on the crime-fighter's face was nothing, if not utterly dazed.
"M-me? But I'm a mess. Like that one article so eloquently put it, I'm a cocktail of problems in a spandex suit with a few witty catchphrases," they replied, laughing humourlessly.
Villain's grip around their waist tightened subtly. "You're just tired. Sure, you could find great use for a physiotherapist, a haircut, a whole, new diatery plan, some basic skin care an-"
"Yeah, a whole makeover. No need to rub it in, though," they attested, only mildly irritated.
The villain rolled their eyes. "My point is, even through all this, you still manage to shine like a diamond in the rough."
"Oh so personality over looks? Got it," they chuckled slyly.
The criminal paused in their walk and pulled their enemy forward by the collar, "Do I have to spell it out for you? You're so goddamn hot even when you're not supposed to be, so awfully dishevelled, and yet here I am," they whispered, their lips almost brushing the hero's ear.
A tense moment of awkward silence passed as the crime-fighter pulled away from them, their eyes wide and their lips parted, trying uselessly for a few false starts. "So, where to now?" they said, straightening their posture gracefully and attempting to regain their composure, like the flustered mess of emotions from just a moment ago had never been.
"My place. We'll fix you up a little, and then we can go get something to eat," the villain replied, failing to keep the smile out of their voice.
"What happened to me being all glowing?" the hero teased.
"You're very lucky you're pretty," Villain snarled through gritted teeth, their hand resting on the back of Hero's neck.
They quickly tensed up, until the villain started to rub their neck, as though apologising for the damage they'd previously caused. The dark scowl was quickly wiped off their face as they watched the tightness dissipate from the hero's form. How had they not taken that adorable, little idiot out before?
"You're still good-looking, Hero. But you owe it to yourself to at least take care of yourself. Live a little." There was no mocking or cruelty, no sharp edges to their smile and nothing but gentleness in the villain's golden, honey brown eyes, making the hero's own hazel ones go as wide as saucers.
No one's ever talked to Hero like that, cared about them this way, or looked at them like they were a treasure. So, they nodded, hooked their hand into the villain's, placed a quick kiss on their forehead and allowed themselves to be lead forward.
The opposite of love is not hate, but indifference. Strong emotions often find themselves mixing together, melting into one another. The fine line between love and hatred defines itself by desire, a treacherous walk to make, but all the more worth it. And the heart can so strangely burn a different flame, beat for a whole new cause, adore what it used to despise, and admit what it so vigorously used to deny.

“Hey there Majesty!”
The royal snapped awake. “Oh. Um – ” They cleared their throat. “Hello.”
“They tell me that I’m your one-hundredth suitor,” the person said, striding into the brightly-lit drawing room. “So of course, I brought this. Can’t let a perfectly good milestone go to waste.” They held up a bottle of rosé.
“The hundredth?” The royal sat up. God, had there really been that many?
“I know right? I should get some sort of prize.” The suitor plucked two glasses off the drink cart and poured. “Or maybe you should. I can only imagine the number of get-to-know-you meetings you’ve had to sit through.”
“It’s been” – the royal nodded their thanks as the suitor handed them a glass – “it’s been no trouble. Speaking of, could you please introduce yourself?”
“The name’s [Suitor],” they said, settling onto the loveseat. “From one of the little counties on the edge of your borders. So in other words,” they smiled, “no one of consequence.” They took a sip of the rosé, and made a face. “Good lord. I hate wine. Why did I choose this?”
The royal’s various suitors had tried a number of different strategies, over the months. Kind favours, overwhelming flattery, carefully constructed business offers. This suitor seemed to be going for an air of casual friendliness. It wasn’t anything that dozens before them hadn’t already tried.
“Alright, [Suitor],” the royal said, already growing bored, “why do you think you would make a good spouse?”
The suitor met their eyes. “Oh. I don’t.”
The royal nearly spilled their drink. “Pardon me?”
“Well, maybe someday, for someone. That would be nice.” Their gaze seemed almost wistful for a moment, before their attention returned to the royal. “Don’t worry though. I’m not looking to marry you.”
“Then why are you here?”
“To get my parents off my back, of course.” They examined the pastries laid out on the coffee table. “And to give you a little break from all the people trying to get in your pants. It’s a win-win.” They took a bite of a fruit tart, and their eyes went wide. “Oh wow. So that’s what they mean when they say ‘eat like a king’.”
The royal stared at them, shocked at the indignity. “It would be an honour for someone like you to marry someone like me.”
The suitor glanced back up, and grinned. “Aw, you’re going to make me blush. You’re not too bad yourself, sweetheart.”
The royal flushed. “That’s not what I meant and you know it.”
The suitor rested their chin in their hand. “Has anyone ever told you that you’re cute when you’re flustered?”
The royal stiffened, and the suitor laughed.
“I think it’s time you left,” the royal said.
“Finally.” The suitor rose, and stuffed more pastries in their pockets. They strolled to the door, holding up a hand in farewell. “It’s been a pleasure, Majesty. You can keep the wine.”
The door closed behind them, and the royal put their head in their hands.
One hundred people. One hundred people had tried to claim the royal’s heart.
So why . . .
The royal felt the heat rise up to their cheeks.
Why them?

How to kiss someone on Villaintine's Day!
Featuring Villain and Hero! (based on that one joke)
Villain: How to kiss someone
Villain: Grab their waist
Villain: Slip your hand into their pocket
Villain: Steal their wallet
Villain: Don't even kiss them
Villain: Just run
Hero: Villain, NO.
Villain: What? Is that not how you kiss?
Villain: Aww, guess I'm out of practice
Villain: Hero, will you help me practice my kissing? 😇
Villain: Is there another way?
Villain: Why don't you show me, Hero? 😇
Villain: Or don’t you know how to kiss?
“You know what? Sure.” Hero was so done with Villain's shenanigans. They just wanted a nap and this seemed like a good enough way to shut them up for good.
“Wha—”
Before Villain could say another word, Hero had cupped their face in their hands. Looking over their shoulder, they called out to the sidekicks, “Take notes 'cause I’ll only do this once.” Villain was getting redder by the second, but Hero didn't seem to notice, or they didn't care.
“I-I—”
Hero completely ignored Villain’s stuttering, they were just struggling to stay awake right now. “So. You put your hands on their cheeks, gently.” They loosened their grip. “A good way to know is to imagine you're rubbing their tears with your thumbs. Well, ideally there won’t be any tears but the soft touch is still appreciated." Hero gently wiped away imaginary tears from Villain’s face, unaware that Villain had stopped breathing.
“Now, hm,” Hero got on their tiptoes, “Hm, sorry, Villain. Guess you're a bit too tall for me.” They turned to the sidekicks. “Hey, Villain Sidekick, can you come here? I think your height would do better.” Villain Sidekick didn’t even get a chance to blush before Villain abruptly dropped to their knees. Hero turned around. “Huh. Guess that’ll do. Thanks, V.”
They leaned down nonchalantly, all while Villain’s heart was pounding. Their face felt so hot, and they just knew that Hero could feel it with their hands still calmly holding their face.
“So, you’ve got your hands gently holding their face. You wipe their tears or just caress their face, again, gently. Then, watch. Villain, you too,” Hero kissed Villain’s forehead ever so softly. “This is how you kiss”, then their left cheek, “and this is how you kiss,” before bringing their lips ever so close to Villain’s own, “and... let me tell you a secret,” they whispered, their mouth curving into a smile, lips hovering right over Villain's. “I... I... I don’t know how to kiss either,” they said with a smirk, following it with a quick peck on Villain’s right cheek before immediately dropping their hands.
Oh, the look on Villain's face... thankfully, the sidekicks had their phone cameras on and were excellent note takers.

This is so silly, I don't even know
Scheduled this on 21st August 2022 for 14th Feb 2023 while talking to @world-of-fire-and-flight about it here

“I never knew someone like you could look so-” Villain paused, enraptured with the form before them. Beneath the high arches of the study Hero emerged, expensive fabrics perfectly draped around their form. The perfect cover for the perfect heist, though despite their preparations Villain had never thought Hero would play the part so well.
A smirk played across Hero’s lips, “Look so…what? You do know it’s proper to finish your sentences.” They strolled forward, easily towering over the Villain who couldn’t help but blush. Hero knew what they were doing. Mission or not this was a game to them, and Villain was losing horribly.
They nearly lost their resolve when Hero’s hand rose to cup their cheek, gloved fingers tracing the sharp line of their jaw. Villain’s breath hitched despite themselves. “Come on Villain,” Hero grinned, “If we’re going to be partners I’ve got to know what you’re thinking.” They leaned closer, warm breath fanning across Villain’s neck, “Can’t have you going rogue.”
The words sent a shiver up Villain’s spine. One glance up and they knew they had been defeated. Hero’s eyes flickered as they smirked down on them.
Villain sighed, “Beautiful. I was going to say beautiful.”
“That’s right,” Hero backed off with a grin, waving a hand behind them as they passed through the doorway, “Hurry up now. We can’t be late when there’s a party to crash.”
Villain was quick to follow.

Fashion Sense
“Whore.”
“I beg your pardon?” The Villain stopped their blows and turned to stare at the hero with a look of pure shock on his face, eyes wide as he tried to process the words that just came out the usually serious Hero. The whole fight they had been engrossed in seconds ago came to a stop at the revelations of words.
“You heard me.” The Hero answered back, arms crossed as they stood facing him, face void of expression. They never added onto those words as they stared at the other, waiting for him to respond. Villain was at a loss for words. Granted, he knew he was a little more than indecent, slutty if you must, but to hear his precious little Hero say such a word was a huge shock. But yet again, Villain was one to flirt and soon enough, his shock was put aside and a flirtatious smirk spread across his lips, body leaning down to tower over the smaller Hero.
“Perhaps this your way of saying you like how I dress?” The Villain asked slowly, voice smooth and sultry as his eyes locked onto the Hero’s, scanning up and down their body with no shame. Hero just scoffed, turning their body away from the Villain in what seemed to be anger, but the faint redness on the ends of their ears told the Villain otherwise.
“So, do you?” The Villain asked a few seconds later when he never got a response from the secretly flustered Hero, walking over to them once again and curling around their back to peer down at them. While the two were not touching, Hero was more than aware of how close Villain’s basically naked chest was to their back, cheeks going red as they turned around and stepped away from him instantly.
“I am not answering such a question.” They said in a rush, brows furrowed as they frowned at the Villain. Villain just smirked, finding the little Hero’s response to be amusing.
“I see.” He answered back with lowered eyelids, arms being held behind his back as he stared down at the Hero with a look of curiosity. Hero just glared as they fell into silence, silently letting out a breath of relief that the Villain had given up on his want for answers. But, that relief was taken and ripped away too soon when the Villain spoke up again. “So if I came to our next battle wearing less than this, you’d be completely unbothered by it?” He asked as he tilted his head to the side slightly, smiling innocently as he traced his finger along the deep V-neck that cut down his dress shirt, chest shown to the world. Hero’s eyes widened in bewilderment at the sentence, body tensing up and shoulders rising in a defensive pose.
“Of course I would!” The Hero snapped almost instantly, body instinctively taking a few steps back. Their blush had spread across their entire face at this point and Hero knew this, hoping and praying that the Villain thought of it as angered flush and not out of embarrassment at the thought that just appeared in Hero’s head. “You’re an idiot to think an outfit would bother my performance.” The scowl that Hero gave Villain was full of anger, but Villain only found it adorable. It looked like he had a new outfit to pick out.
(Hero almost choked on their own spit the next time Villain showed up for a fight, face going bright red as they realized Villain was not lying about his earlier proposition.)

Temptation: Part 2
Part 1
You asked, so I shall deliver xD A spicy part 2 for our flirty Villain :)
Warnings: spicy content, nsfw, bondage, Hero is kinda rough, let me know if I missed anything.
When Villain offered themself up, they were quite sure Hero would be down for some fun. Hero was lonely for longer than one could remember, and if Villain was being honest, they were too. Thus, the night that followed didn't come as a surprise. They attacked each other with feral intensity, leaving rough open-mouthed kisses all over each other's skin. It was akin to their battles, except this time, satisfaction felt more real - and more fulfilling.
Hero carried Villain into the bedroom and threw them onto their large bed, climbing on top of their nemesis as they twisted the garland around the headboard bars before pinning Villain's wrists above their head to tie them there. If they had any sense at all, Villain would be wary. But, with Hero's knees on either side of their torso, they lost all ability to think rationally. Once Hero was satisfied with their handiwork, they leaned back, admiring the view of Villain bound to their bed and quite obviously aroused.
Fuck. This was hot. Almost too hot to maintain sanity. Or any form of humanity, for that matter.
"I didn't think about taking your shirt off first," Hero noted in a raspy voice, earning a surprised chuckle from their captive. They were about to retort when Hero shrugged and ripped their shirt in half with little to no effort. "Oh well."
"What the hell?" Villain jerked up, forgetting they were deprived of free movements. "You're gonna pay for thaa.. Ah, fuck! Hero. Shit. "
Hero nodded, far too occupied with sucking on their throat to care. Their hands pressed against Villain's hips, pinning them down as Hero made their way down Villain's body, leaving a trail of bite marks and bruises in their wake. There was nothing gentle or soft about it, both rather aimed at letting out their anger and pent-up want than anything else. Savage brutality and ruthlessness echoed in every kiss and touch shared between them.
"Oh God, please," Villain whined, straining their ties but unable to free themself. Tears welled up in the corners of their eyes but Hero was unrelenting in their torment. "Please."
They ached to run their hands over Hero's shoulders, scratching them until they stained red - but they knew they brought this upon themself when they allowed themself to be tied up at Hero's mercy.
Hero's lips faltered when they reached Villain's lower abdomen. They looked up at Villain with unexpected clarity, not moving further until they received a definite nod to go on.
Hero didn't stop after that, not for a single moment until the sky paled on the horizon. They felt like they were spellbound by Villain's burning skin, their body unable to disconnect from Villain's for longer than was necessary to find a better angle. Their fingertips imprinted in a chaotic pattern of bruises along Villain's thighs, sides and the small of their back, their chest and neck littered with numerous hickeys and teeth marks as Hero edged them time and time again.
Villain looked ravishingly beautiful in the morning twilight. Hero was sure they could get drunk on the wiped-out expression that laced their tear-stained eyes or their abused lips they kept biting to silence their moans. When Hero noticed them holding back, they made it a point to make Villain cry out over and over again until they stopped caring. There might have been something sadistic about it, but Hero wanted them loud - and utterly ruined.
Christmas morning came a little too soon. Villain was fucked out beyond repair when Hero finally leaned up to free their hands, giving each wrist a gentle kiss before allowing them to drop onto their shoulders. Villain pulled them down weakly, making Hero collapse onto their heaving chest.
"Fuck, that was…" They trail off, unable to form a coherent sentence. Hero chuckles, kissing their forehead with surprising tenderness.
"Thanks?" They ask, a little too thrilled with the way Villain narrows their eyes at them. "Although, if I did good, you wouldn't be able to talk at all."
"Good? I don't know if that's an appropriate description," Villain quirks an eyebrow at them, their voice still hoarse. "I couldn't remember my damn name."
"You did remember mine," Hero's comment leaves Villain's mouth open at their audacity. They are embarrassed about their screaming as is, and Hero's shit-eating grin isn't helping.
"Fuck you!" Villain slaps their shoulder, but it does nothing to wipe the annoying smug smile off Hero's face.
"You just did that, sweets," Hero gets hold of their wrist, peppering kisses onto their reddened skin before turning for their other hand.
Villain groans, torn between smacking them and kissing them senseless. They conclude that the latter is a much more effective means of shutting them up, so they cup Hero's cheeks, tilting their head up to face them and smash their lips onto Hero's.
Villain is damn sure Hero has never had a Christmas quite like this one - and neither have they.

Gangster's Wife / Pt. 3
Warnings: Mature Themes, Violence, Language, Spicy, Horny.
Part 4
.....................
"Oh, dear."
Hero scrambled all around her apartment, her eyes narrowed as she went into a frenzy.
Her beautiful black dress clung to her curves, with short sleeves, an off shoulder design and showing her collarbone and shoulders. A slit was near her right leg, for more access to kick and fight if needed. Her hair was open and curled, since she looked better when it was free. Hee makeup was neat, nude and neutral.
Nothing over the top. It was just classical and elegant.
Hero scrambled around as she put on her heels, glancing at the clock. She might be late by a few minutes, but then again, it's not like anyone else would be. She quickly put on the Black platform heels, a series frown on her face.
She sighs, patting her skirt as she let out a deep breath. Shaking her head, she quickly grabs her clutch, her invite and her keys, quickly walking out of her apartment and locking the door.
.......
The gala seemed so boring and peaceful, with every hero and villain talking rather calmly.
Hero sighs, walking around with a flute of champagne as the hard-drive felt heavy in her clutch. She looked all around, looking for any familiar face.
The walls and colors were gold and shallow, showing the power and wealth the hero industry had. Along with the many. The chandeliers were all lit with candles.
Many tables were set around the sides, with different appetizers that were sweet, sour, spicy and exotic. A few mini bars were also around the room, with barmen shaking their drinks and laughing heroes and villains alike.
The gala was a way to keep the villains tame, to keep the heroes good. It was supposed to show the true nature of how the two sides worked together. They may have been fighting each other, against each other, but they could also maintain peace and be good to one another.
Currently, the music was playing as many people danced to the classical song. Heroes and villains all talked with another, some civil, some kind and some not nice. A few hard glares, a few arguments had happened but it was nothing new. Especially with the rivalries and hated villains and stupid heroes against each other.
Hero pursues her lips, shaking her head as she took a sip of her drink. It was all stupid to her, heroes and villains would never understand each other.
"My, my, my, don't you look ready to fight."
Hero turns around, glaring as she spots Villain in front of her, smirking. She scowls. "What do you want?"
Villain grins. "I want a lot of things. Including a bit of info on all your precious heroes. But alas, that is only a dream." He sighs. "As your team only keeps stopping me."
Hero smiles fakely. "Well, whenever we do catch you, you somehow escape." She eyes him warily. "Your not going to do anything, right? This gala is supposed to show peace and tranquility." She crosses her arms, gripping her clutch tightly and pulling it closer.
She can't have anyone finding out that most of the information on many top heroes was in her hands, it would be too easy for the villains to steal it and gain info on them. And then how would they fight them if they knew their weaknesses?
"Peace and tranquility," Villain snorts, taking a sip of his drink. "Please, Hero. You and I both know that's bullshit. We hate each other, we all do. We're just forced to show we can be tame together so the public can be affirmed or some shit."
Hero frowns, her eyes going all around the large and luxurious ballroom. She looks back at him, playing with her feet as she swished the bottom of her dress with her heels.
Villain smirks. "And even if I did try, it would lead to a very big, very chaotic fight." He starts walking away. "And we wouldn't want that, now would we?"
Hero watched him go with narrowed her eyes, clutching her clutch tightly, she looked around warily.
She bites her lower lip, spotting Leader and Superhero taking to the hero council. Mentor seemed to be relaxed and poised, along with everyone else. It seemed that Superhero and Leader hadn't told them yet. They hadn't told them of the lead or clue. Or for the fact what had happened and what Superhero had ordered them to do.
Hero frowns, tilting her head in her usual cute way as she watched them.
This was bad and stupid at the same time. If the council found out, they wouldn't be happy. But then again, they would be happy if he was ever caught.
Hero snorts at that, shaking her head humorously. No way would that happen. He was like a shadow, lurking around but never getting caught. No one knew who he was, no one.
Even the villains feared him, especially the most powerful villains. They wouldn't even say his name for fear of provoking him, she scoffs at that. It was stupid but very nice as it showed just how strong his reputation was, even if he had never showed his face.
People thought he was myth, many civilians did. Many of the lower villains and heroes did. But they knew the truth, he was no myth. He was true as could be. He was the King of the Criminal World. He ruled it, even if he was never officially elected. He ruled it. Everyone knew this.
Hero looks back at Leader who was looking around warily, his gaze series. He was stupid, he really was. Along with Superhero. They really should tell the council of what had happened and what Superhero himself had ordered. They would be delighted but also exhausted as the attempts would be futile.
No one could ever catch the bastard.
Hero hummed, glancing down at her flute of champagne. She sighs before downing it in one go, swallowing the fizzy drink. She puts it on a empty tray before walking away, her hips swaying.
All of a sudden, a fire alarm blares out loudly, causing everyone to panic and scream. Many heroes look around in anger and annoyance, getting into positions as they looked around for any sign of danger. Many villains also run along and get into position, looking around wildly.
A few were running along and scrambling away, towards the exit and trying to leave the ballroom in a frenzy.
Hero's eyes widen in horror. "Villain," she hissed in irritation as she noticed the familiar armed goons running towards where Superhero's office was, located in the east hallway on the third floor.
"Hero has the hard-drive!"
Hero froze when she heard the yell, noticing it to be one of Villain's men, who was pointing at her. She swallows hard when she notices many of the villains turn to look in her direction, along with a few heroes.
"In her clutch!"
"Fuck," Hero mumbles before she quickly turns and runs out of the room, she hears a few yells and battle cries. She glances back to see a fight ensue between the heroes and villains. Along with an annoyed Superhero and Mastermind, who tried to control the situation which was now getting out of hand.
Hero panics as she hears the yells and footsteps of many villains running after her, she runs faster, gripping her clutch tightly. She nearly trips but rights herself, hurrying down a long corridor in panic.
She turns many corridors and corners, trying to confuse the crowd of villlains after her.
Hero huffs, turning a corner and leaning against the wall, panting as she breathed for air. She takes deep breathes, her lungs burning. Atleast she still knew she could still run in heels. She sighs, hearing the voices of Villains.
"Where did she go?!"
"Where's Hero!"
"Where the fuck did she go?!"
"Get off of me!"
"Leave! That hard drive is mine!"
"Make me!"
Hero let's out a sigh of relief as she hears a few footsteps run down the opposite hallway, with many arguments between the villains.
Biting her lower lip, she opens her clutch and hesitatinly pulls the hard drive out. She stares at it, debating what to do and where to hide it.
She makes a face. She looks around before stuffing the hard drive in her bra. She sighs in relief before she turns and heads down the corridor.
Her smile falls off when she sees who's in front of her. She gulps, seeing Villain stand before her with his men behind him. Her heart starts to race in fear and anticipation, she eyes him.
"I knew I should have cuffed you," Hero scowls.
Villain smirks, his hands in his pockets. "Kinky." His eyes narrow as he snaps his fingers. "Grab her and bring me the hard drive." He pauses. "Unless, you'll hand it over."
"Never." Hero glares hard at him.
"Fine by me," Villain shrugs.
All at once the men charge at her, Hero throws the clutch at them and they fight over it to grab it. She watches in amusement, smirking as she slowly backs away.
"It's empty, boss." One of the men spoke up.
Villain's eyes snap towards the young but also old hero. "You hid it. Where? Give it to me."
Hero chuckles. "Sure, come and get it if your bold enough." She then gets into a fighting position, her eyes smug and not at all looking like a hero.
Villain clenches his jaw in anger. "You bitch! Get her you idiots!"
Hero jumps back before punching the man in the face, causing him to groan. She then kicks his chest, causing him to be pushed back on a another man.
She then cartwheels, before wrapping her legs around one of the men's neck and twisting it, causing him to cry out at the pain.
She gets off and runs to another, punching and kicking. She flips in the air before grabbing his wrist and twisting it. The man groans, whimpering.
Hero then kicks him in between the legs before turning towards the last two, smirking and beckoning them forward.
They charge at her and she immediately dives down, punching one of their face and kicking the other. She grabs both their heads and hits them against each other, smirking as they fell down and in pain.
Hero's eyes snap up towards Villain, who was now glaring at her with hatred, looking annoyed. He clenched his jaw. "Give me the hard drive. Give it to me," he states, stepping forward threateningly.
Hero hums. "Let me think," she giggles, shaking her head. "No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Did I mention no?" She raises an eyebrow. She quickly turns to dart down the opposite hallway.
Villain growls, running after her. "Hero! Come back here! Give me the hard drive!" He yells out, grunting as he turns left down a corridor.
Hero grunts, turning a sharp corner. As she runs, she debates what to do and what not to do. Fuck it, why should she be scared of Villain? It's not like he'll grab it off her, no one has the guts to grab it from her from where she put it on her. She pauses and turns around, as he comes to stop a few feet away, glaring at her.
"Give it to me," Villain glares hard at her. "Come on, Hero. Don't be a pathetic little hero, give it to me."
Hero gulps, looking around as the hallway only consisted of Villain. She looks at him, her heart racing. Her eyes widen when she turns to see more men run behind her.
"Shite,"
Villain's lips quirk up. "Whoever gets the hard drive from Hero, I'll reward them." He spoke up, his eyes full of malice.
Hero gulps as she turns to see all the villains, minor assistants and henchmen behind her, eyeing her like she was some sort of weak pray.
Other Villain smirks. "Fine by me, come here Hero...." He purred, stepping forward with a creepy grin.
Hero takes a deep breath, shaking her head as she loosened herself. "Alright. Bring it," she says, before they charge at her.
She dodges most of them, ducking down and punching them in the throat or kicking them back. Her heels were good for that, that shit actually hurt.
She yelps, jumping back as a henchmen continues to throw punches at her. She narrows her eyes before ducking behind him and kicking the back of his knees, she then punches his face, knocking him out.
"Can't one of you get her!" Villain groans, leaning against the wall as he watched with growing irritation. He watched as she defeated almost ever villain easily, afterall, her skills were unparalleled.
Hero dodges another hit and instead kicks him with her heel, hearing him groan in pain. She smirks and punches him back. She looks down at her now brushed knuckles, she shakes them off and instead continues fighting the others.
"Come here," Other Villain grins.
Hero only rolls her eyes, punching his face easily. She watches him whimper before he falls down on the floor, she put a hand on her hip and tutted. "He really should train more,"
"Couldn't agree," Villain mutters.
Hero lunges at the last man, kicking him in the nose, his vision blurred and he grunted, falling to the floor. She sighs, rubbing her sore knuckles with a frown.
Villain scowls, getting off from where he was leaning against the wall. "Hero. Give me the hard drive. You know me. I wouldn't release the information,"
Hero narrows her eyes. "No, but you'd sell it."
Villain pauses, clicking his tongue. "Yes, well. I need a way to get rich and important." He shrugs before turning his dark stare on her. "Give it to me."
Hero starts to back away, shaking her head. "No..." she holds her hands up. "Do you really think I have it?"
Villain scoffs. "You may have hidden it. If you hadn't, then why did you run?"
Hero pauses. "I'm not giving it to you," she shakes her head before saying.
Villain clenched his jaw. "When I get my hands on you-"
"Touch her, and you die."
Hero froze, her whole figure stiffening up as she heard the cold and powerful voice. Her heart leaped, racing faster in her chest. She dug her nails in her palms, feeling the pain and welcoming it. She let's out a breath.
No. No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. This couldn't be happening. She had hoped, begged and pleaded that she was wrong, that the clue was wrong. She didn't want him here. Fear grew in her as her eyes snapped up.
Villain blinks, slowly turning around to see two men stood behind him, a few feet away. Both of them had had a powerful but dangerous aura, especially the man who stood in front of the other man.
Hero felt her heart lurch. She discreetly patted her chest, checking if the hard drive had fell out. It hadn't, it was still stuffed in her bra.
Villain narrows his eyes, but stayed silent, not making any move. Even if he didn't know who these men were, the aura they gave off was quite dangerous. "Who are you?" He finally spoke up, his voice hesitant.
The other man spoke up. "Forgive the interruption, Villain." He didn't seem sorry, only in disdain as he looked at the criminal. "But I'm-"
"Right Hand," Hero breathes out.
Villain's eyes glance towards her.
The man looks at her, smiling. "Yes. Right Hand."
"Right Hand, that means...." Villain slowly looks over at the other men with pure fear. He gulps, trying to stay strong. "I, I, I, forgive me." He looks down, stepping back slightly.
Right Hand smirks.
Hero felt her heart race as the familar man began to walk towards her.
Villain watched with fear, anger and confusion. He needed that hard drive from that puny human. How could, how could he know about it?
Right Hand breathes out, watching his boss.
Hero looks at the tall man stood in front of her, staring at her intently. "Supervillain," she whispers quietly, his name a sweet essence on her tongue.
Villain narrows his eyes, willing his hands to stop shaking with fear. Why should he be scared? He really shouldn't. He was villain afterall. He looks between the two, perplexed.
Supervillain's lips quirk up in a small smirk, his eyes dark. He steps closer so his breath hit her face, she clenches her fists together.
He hums. "The hard drive," he spoke quietly.
Hero only stared at him in a daze. "I don't have it," she half heartily lied. His voice was rich and smooth, causing her skin to tingle.
Supervillain raised his eyebrows. "No?" His hands grabbed her hips, causing her to jolt and let out a soft gasp.
Right Hand averts his eyes, looking away from his boss and the hero.
Villain's eyes watched them, interested and confused. He narrowed his eyes, frowning and shifting in his spot, feeling uncomfortable slightly.
Hero takes a sharp intake of breath as his hands ghosted over her hips to her waist, she watches as his eyes raked over her form with appreciation. She felt her breath hitch when he paused, meeting her eyes.
Her heart drops when he smirks. He knew. But he wouldn't, would he? He didn't seem to be bold, no, that's wrong. He was bold. But he wouldn't do it in front of Villain and Right Hand, would he?
Hero only raised her eyebrow, staring at him.
Supervillain chuckles. "I see, smart and clever." He hums, his hands ghosted over her chest. "No one would dare to grab it, yet...." His fingers dipped in her bra, grabbing the hard drive and gently pulling it out.
Hero ignored the flush of her cheeks, feeling his fingers linger on her collarbone as he pulled his hand away. She could feel tingles on her skin, her eyes staring at him intensely, she gulps as her eyes glance towards the hardrive. Maybe he was bold, really bold.
Villain chokes, looking away as his face turned red in humiliation and embarrassment. His eyes grew with shock and partly disgust, what was happening?
Right Hand only sighs, looking back at them.
Supervillain hummed as he stared at the small black thing. "Very clever." He meets her gaze.
Hero only stares at him, before she blinks and her eyes go to the hard drive with a panic. She meets his gaze again with a frown.
Supervillain takes out another hard drive, similar to the first before gripping her hand and putting it in her palm.
Hero could feel her stomach churn and her heart leap as she felt his cold skin on her hand, his fingers brushing against hers. She let's out a breath, meeting his gaze.
Supervillain finally eyes her up and down, a small smirk on his face. "You look ravishing, Mi Amor." He chuckles before turning and throwing the hard drive at Villain, who catches it. He looks up in surprise, swallowing hard.
Right Hand sighs.
Hero's lips part, frowning as she looked back at the copy of the hard drive.
Supervillain leans in towards her, his breath hot on her ear. "Stay near the left of the entrance, wait there." He whispers before pulling away and addressing the criminal.
"Ye-yes?"
"You won't bother Hero anymore," Supervillain hums, fixing his cuff links casually. "You'll instead only bother and annoy and attack her team. Not her." His gaze is dark. "Got it?"
Villain gulps fearfully, nodding eagerly.
Supervillain smiles, but it held no humor. "Good." He nods, before sparing one last glance towards Hero before walking away with Right Hand following him with a serious expression.
Villain grins happily, looking at the hero smugly but it falls when he sees the shock and star struck expression on her face, along with....longing? He frowns. However, he quickly hides the hard drive and stands up straight when the hero council run over.
"Hero!" Leader calls out, the team behind him. Superhero and Mentor, along with the council walk behind them. "Is the hard drive safe?" He asks with a frown.
Hero silently holds it up, not looking at him. She just held it out, not opening her mouth.
Leader sighs in relief, grabbing it. "It's safe,"
"Oh thank goodness," Hero 2 sighs. "It's safe."
"Yeah, the villains attacking us really wanted those documents." Sidekick nods.
Teammate frowns but also nods.
Teammate 2 glances at Villain. "What happened, Hero?" She asks suspiciously.
Hero only shakes her head. "Nothing. Absolutely, nothing." She looks down.
................
Later that hour, Hero stood outside. As soon as all the heroes and most of the villains and sidekicks were gone, and she was alone, she let out a yell.
She immediately begins to pace, muttering curses. "I'm so stupid. I'm so stupid. I'm so stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid." She paced back and forth. "Why am I so stupid, this wasn't supposed to happen!" She yells. She smacks her forehead.
Hero could feel a headache coming on, she groans and rubs her head. "Why did this have to happen? Why couldn't I have stayed at home and ate ice cream?" She frowns and hugs herself, glancing at her black coat.
"I really don't understand what happened."
Hero's eyes snap up to see Villain, she sighs and stands up straight. "What do you want?" She crosses her arms.
Villain pursues his lips, staring hard at her. He doesn't say anything, only shaking his head and letting out a breath.
Hero frowns. She goes to say something but a limo pulls up in front of them on the street, she looks towards it and swallows hard.
Villain blinks.
Right Hand steps out from the front seat, giving a small smile as he turned to them. "My boss already gave orders, Villain. You should leave," he spoke coldly.
Villain nods, slowly walking away. He hesitates though, keeping an ear out to listen in on the conversation.
Right Hand turns to the young but also old hero, he smiles kindly and opens the door for her.
Hero stays put, only hugging herself as she stared at the door with furrowed eyebrows. Once she sat down, she would have to talk to him. She wasn't gonna take that chance. "I have my car, I can drive home." She spoke quietly.
Right Hand frowns. "He insists." He gives her a look.
Hero bites her lower lip.
Right Hand sighs. "You may have aged but your still as stubborn as a mule."
Hero smiles. "I thought I was stubborn as a brat according to you,"
Right Hand only chuckles. "Please. Get in," he nods to the open door he held. "It's cold. We wouldn't want you to get sick."
Hero pursues her lips before slowly nodding. She ducks down and takes a seat, watching as the door closed. She sighs as the warm heat of the limo engulfed her, warming her up from the cold. She looks down at her lap, not bothering to look at the person who sat across from her.
She closes her eyes, vaguely feeling the limo start to move. She let's out a breath, playing with her fingers.
"You've changed,"
Hero's eyes snap up to meet his when he speaks up. He leant back against the italian black leather of the limo, one of his arms spread on the seat while the other was in his lap. He was staring at her.
"People change," Is the only thing she says before turning her gaze out the window. She watched as the city lights went by, the buildings tall and regal. People laughed all around, the civilians all free and happy.
"Why did you give that hard drive to Villain?" She finally spoke up, turning to him seriously.
Supervillain only cocked an eyebrow. "Why did you hide that hard drive in your bra?"
Hero felt her cheeks flush. "I asked the question first,"
Supervillain shrugs. "It's not like he'll do anything, pesky roach." He mutters, shaking his head.
Hero frowns, shaking her head. "You don't know him like I do. He'll use it for his own benefit, he won't care about the consequences. He'll sell the information and then many heroes will fall under danger."
Supervillain stares at her. "Are you and Villain close?" He asks, patting his lap casually.
Hero shakes her head. "What does that have to do with anything? He's mainly Hero 2's nemesis," she answered his question regardless.
Supervillain only hummed, turning his gaze to the window.
Hero scowls. "Are you even fucking listening to me?" She sits up, her eyes narrowing.
Supervillain chuckles. "There she is. The Hero I know," he smirks, turning to her. "You've been so...docile."
"Call me docile again, I dare you."
"Your docile."
Hero glares at him.
Supervillain shrugs. "Am I wrong? Your so...obedient. Not that it's a bad thing," He shakes his head. "But listening to others obediently is so stupid."
Hero scoffs. "I have a job."
"Yeah. A faulty one,"
Hero glares at him.
Supervillain hums. "Although Villain is powerful, he's not that strong. He won't do anything stupid."
Hero sighs, looking down at her lap and playing with her hands.
"Speaking of stupid... "
Hero looks up at him.
"Since when do you smoke?" Supervillain was frowning at her.
Hero scowls. "Since 2-3 months ago,"
Supervillain stares at her.
Hero huffs. "What? Are you-what are you doing?" She asks in a panic when he moves, sitting down next to her. She squirms, moving closer to the window, eyeing him.
Supervillain stares at her. "Sitting down. Why? Do you have a problem? It's my limo."
Hero glares at him, squirming away from him. "That doesn't make you entitled to come in someone's personal space." She eyes him.
Supervillain leans closer. "Everything in this limo, belongs to me." He whispered.
Hero swallows hard, gripping the fur of her coat tightly as she stared into his eyes.
Supervillain stares at her for a few moments before smirking and pulling away.
Hero looks away, a scowl on her pretty face.
"Still so alluring...." Supervillain hums. "But just as fiery and passionate."
Hero's eyes snap towards his hand which was no on her lap, gentle tracing patterns on her hand. She slaps its away, snapping. "Don't touch me."
Supervillain chuckles, raising his hands in surrender.
Hero sighs as the limo comes to a stop outside her apartment building. She quickly gets out even before Right Hand has a chance to open the door. She pauses, giving him a polite smile.
She spares one last glance towards Supervillain before turning and walking inside.

hero, (accidentally) hiding in vampire's (supposedly) abandoned castle
“Did you really think you were the only one here?”
Hero stopped, their body going perfectly still.
The room was overtaken with darkness, oddly heavy in that full-moon light. Through open windows the wind crept in like a warning whistle, sending chills down Hero’s spine. They must have imagined that voice. Heard too many local tales today. Could they forget to close the windows?
Shakily, Hero went up to figure out the mechanics of the centuries-old wooden frames. They tried to pull them down, but the damn thing would-
“Moving into someone’s home without their consent, that wasn’t very polite of you, was it?”
This time, the tense voice was coming from behind their back. Hero felt something heavy drop in their chest.
“Turn around.”
Hero did, their knees weakening from dizziness. Vampire stood inches away, all skin, and startling blue eyes. His face did not look old, like the tales said, perhaps only a few years older than Hero’s.
“Ah, what happened?” he asked, tracing the ragged scar on their left cheek, going all the way to the jaw.
Hero swallowed hard. “Nothing, really.”
“I don’t like being lied to.”
“Just a… bad day to pick up a fight.”
His fingers, pale and smooth, were pressing the skin around the nasty mark. The touch was burning their skin alive.
Hero pressed against the window ledge even more. Their breath hitched when the Vampire cupped their cheek with his palm, as if to see how much the mortal skin could take.
“Please, I’ll-” Hero groaned. “I’ll make it up. I wasn’t aware-”
“Why’d you stay in the only room with a cross then?”
“...What?”
“What did I say about being lied to?” Vampire tightened his grip.
“Fine! I- I was afraid in case the tales they say- about you- were true.”
Vampire chuckled and let them go. “Touché.”
Hero fell to their knees, breathing heavily. The moon was casting its light on their forehead, shining with sweat.
Vampire reached for their arms as if to embrace when the world swirled around them and Hero found themselves on the same floor, but in a different, grander room. Higher ceiling, fancy finishing touches, all that jazz. Inhabited, too.
Vampire saw them staring at the balcony doors and made a tsk sound.
“I’m afraid no one knows I’m still alive. And I don’t plan to change that.”
He circled Hero, taking his time.
Their memory shot back to the tales he kept hearing in town, of disappearing young people, of corpses with throats massacred. Everyone knew vampires were monsters.
Hero’s hands were shaking now, eyes on the ground.
“My, my,” he murmured, “What will I do with you now, dear?”
“I…” they broke off, their voices embarrassingly frail. “I promise, I wouldn’t tell anyone.”
“You wouldn’t?”
He stopped now. His hand grasped their neck from behind. It was vulnerable, their throat on display. Hero could practically feel his eyes finding just the right spot to bite his teeth in. Vampire noticed and faintly smiled.
“This handsome face of yours might convince regular people, but you’d have to try harder for me.”
Hero felt their throat go dry. “Please.”
Vampire only raised his brews.
“I will leave town at once. Go far away. Change my name. Whatever you want, I’ll do it. Just please- let me go alive.”
“You are quite convincing. And distracting. Whatever I wanted, was it?”
They dared to nod. Vampire’s piercing gaze considered their profile, his palm holding their jaw with two fingers.
He titled his head. “I didn’t have entertainment for a century.”
